Yeah, so I have Photoshop but if you don't, no worries. There's a free version called Photopea. It's basically just like Photoshop except it's a free online version. Although the quality is a little lower, it works well for stuff like this. 

So I found this photo on Google just by looking up, nine-week ultrasounds and I uploaded it to Photopea. 

Then I got the blush tool and set it to black, you can use the eyedropper tool to make sure it's the exact same black as the photo. Then I just erased that little "baby maybe" text at the top of the photo. 

Then you're going to click on the text tool and basically click anywhere on the picture and type out what you want. For this one, I did “Karev, Josephine” and then the date I wanted as well as her OB “Dr. DeLuca, Carina.” The text is going to be black at first so you're going to highlight the text, then go to the top and click on the black color palette and turn it to white. The best part about this is that you can reuse it and just edit the name, date, and doctor for whatever character you want.

Then you're going to click on the text and move it to where you want it to go, so it looks like the photo above. Then you're going to go to file export as and then save it as a PNG or JPG. (I’d recommend PNG as its generally higher quality) then you're going to save it and you're done!
