Feel sick but oughmpf thinking about Dante in a muzzle today

Literally that’s the gist of it but then…

Insert some weird AU where for whatever reason it ends up with Dante in a muzzle

Like he’s so feral and no matter what, he bites everything. Whether he respects you, thinks you should die, doesn’t have an opinion, he bites. Demon, human, Demi-human, Old God? Bites.

He doesn’t like to listen to anyone, and the people who handle him do their best but he just can’t help himself, even if it’s by accident

And most of the time it doesn’t even come from a real place, he’s just defensive and the way the world has treated him, he feels the need to protect himself from anything and everything

And, Y’know, he’s muzzled, too (because no one trusts him to control himself (he believes it’s a necessary evil to combat himself because he thinks he’s more dangerous than whatever the muzzle does to him))
