🐍 Lilith in the 10H — Lilith's placement here marks your public image with raw, defiant energy. Others may view your career or reputation as unorthodox, even rebellious, and you might find yourself challenging the expectations society places on you. This is a powerful placement for claiming authenticity, but it may come at the price of being misunderstood. Through embracing your unique vision, you become a force others cannot ignore.
🍀 Fortune in the 11H — Prosperity flows through your connections with groups and shared ideals. Alliances and friendships often lead to unforeseen blessings, with luck arising when you collaborate on collective endeavors. Engaging with like-minded communities opens doors to fulfillment and opportunity.

09|22|23 ( late post)
A representation of personal growth, self-discovery, and transformation. It reflects the universal human experience of facing challeng, overcoming obstacles, and evolving as individuals. By understanding and embracing this narrative pattern, we can gain insights into our own lives and journeys, finding inspiration and empowerment in the hero within ourselves. *Out of 10 cards to pull, I pulled two oracle and 8 tarot.
🌙 Tarot Deck: DC Comics 🦸🏽♂️
🔮 Oracle Deck: Believe in your own magic
**🃏 Cards Pulled 🃏**
Dear Self,
I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and self, where prioritizing my own well-being became my guiding principle. 🌟 This adventure called me to walk my own path, even if it meant standing alone. 💪 I'm embracing this journey of self-love and reflection, making myself a priority. 🌸💕
Along this path, I received supernatural aid in the form of the 4 of Swords. ⚔️✨ It granted me the gift of resting and reflecting, allowing me to gain clarity and rejuvenation. 🧘♀️ Jupiter's influence expanded my personal growth, helping me find balance and harmony in my relationships and identity. 🌈
As I crossed the threshold, the Ace of Pentacles presented itself, offering new beginnings and fortune in my material world. 🌱💰 It encouraged me to transform my relationship with my home and finances, inviting stability and abundance into my life. 💫
On this journey, I discovered allies in the form of the 3 of Pentacles. 🤝🌟 This card reminded me of the power of teamwork and collaboration. I learned to seek guidance from others, understanding that their wisdom and support would help me overcome any challenges I faced. I embraced the idea of lifelong learning. 📚✨
Approaching the innermost cave, I embodied the energy of the Queen of Swords. 👑💨 She taught me the importance of logic, clear communication, and independence. I learned to embrace my inner strength and wisdom, navigating my journey with grace and assertiveness. 💪✨
In this moment of self-reflection, I realize that the ordeal I face is symbolized by the Queen of Cups. 🌊👑 She appears as a reminder to connect with my emotions and intuition, diving deep into the depths of my inner world. Through her guidance, I learn to nurture my emotional well-being, finding balance between my heart and mind. 💕✨
To overcome this ordeal, the Oracle card reveals the message of "Self-Care". It emphasizes the importance of taking care of myself holistically - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. 🌿💖 This card encourages me to prioritize self-care practices such as mindfulness, meditation, journaling, and engaging in activities that bring me joy. By nurturing myself, I can restore my energy and find the strength to face any challenges that come my way. ✨🌻
Shadow work also plays a significant role in my journey towards self-discovery and healing. The Shadow card reminds me to explore the hidden aspects of myself, the parts that I may have repressed or denied. By shining a light on these shadows, I can integrate and transform them, leading to personal growth and enlightenment. 🔦💫
Note to Self: dear Self, that the messages from the tarot and oracle cards are not meant to predict your future or give definitive answers. They serve as tools for self-reflection and insight, guiding you on your path towards self-improvement and empowerment. You possess the power to shape your own destiny through your choices and actions. ✨✨
As you continue your journey of self-love and exploration, embrace the lessons and wisdom provided by the cards. They are here to support you, encourage you, and remind you of your inner strength. Trust yourself and follow your intuition, for you hold the key to unlock the infinite possibilities that lie within you. 🗝️💫
Take care, 𝓔𝓪𝓻𝓽𝓱𝔂𝓛𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓮𝓼𝓼, and may your journey be filled with love, growth, and self-discovery. 🌹💖

Personal reading for @moomoobug + Enhypen’s Jay.
Overall cards: “The bouquet, the ship, the lily, the lady, the coffin, the scythe, the clover, the sun, and the moon.”
The first card, the Bouquet, indicates new beginnings and joy, representing the blossoming of romance and connection. Its placement here as the first card and part of past influences, corner, conscious, AND possible directions can indicate its very prominent in figuring out how this may begin. I’m getting the feeling the at this romance, joy, and connection may have been more one-sided or idealized than based in reality, at least in the start, but eventually it morphed into something more.
The Ship then shows travel, both literally and figuratively, pointing to one or both of you being in different places physically or emotionally. This distance has kept you from moving forward together smoothly as the waters have been rough.
The Lily represents purity, beauty and innocence, but its appearance here suggests there are illusions still at play, perhaps rose-colored glasses obscuring the full truths of each other's hearts and intentions.
Now we turn to the present with the Coffin - a card of endings, but also breakthrough and rebirth. It tells me painful lessons must be learned and heavy burdens released from past relationships or patterns before new life can emerge. This will not be easy but is necessary.
The Scythe then underscores the need for serious change and the cutting away of outdated mindsets. Only through facing hard truths and letting go of past Angeleideals will the future remain open. Comfort will give way to challenge.
The Clover in future position represents luck and abundance, but it in this particular reading dashes hopes that this relationship may magically fall into place without diligent effort from both sides. Well…No, not the relationship itself, but rather, your relationship with one another. More effort, honesty and understanding will be required to cultivate something positive and thrive together long term.
The Sun, a major arcana of joy, vitality and clarity, coming just before the Moon suggests the veils may start to lift and enlightenment gain - but not without entering the murky, reflective waters of the Moon first. Deeper hidden feelings and shadow selves will rise to the surface requiring courage, care and compassion to navigate.
Nothing about this reading indicates an easy path forward. While new romance may blossom, the distance, need for change, sensitivity of ego and depths of shadow work required signal many obstacles ahead. Only through facing challenges with grace, truth and constant communication does a sustainable relationship stand a chance of manifestation. The choice is yours on whether to embark on this transformative journey.
Next are the corner cards, “The bouquet, the lily, the clover, and the moon.” These provide the context and foundation of the reading, and in this case the relationship.
The Bouquet at the beginning suggests potential romance arising from joyous new beginnings. However, placed with the Lily's illusions and the Moon's deep hidden waters, I sense attractions may form quicker than true understanding. Beauty and feelings may obscure deeper truths needing light.
The counter-corner's Clover brings renewed hope through luck and abundance, but paired with the introspective Moon again, we have a strong signal changeable fortunes require ongoing inner and outer reflection together to nurture into stability over time.
Moving clockwise, the Bouquet-Lily combination highlights ideals clashing with realities, as purity meets pleasure - desire may outweigh preparedness for responsibility. Without care, infatuation risks wilting under life's pressures.
The Lily-Clover pairing then tells me while hope, beauty and chance are present in starting something, maintain realistic perspectives lest disappointment follow when difficulty arises, as it surely will for any blossoming connection under the Moon's gaze.
From Clover to Moon, I see the potential here for growing closeness through compassionate understanding of each other's lights and shadows. However, the Moon also represents secrets, illusions and hidden motivations that could rock foundations if left unaddressed.
Lastly, from Moon back to Bouquet, the beginning and end connect to complete the cycle - but with the Moon's veiled influence encompassing all, I cannot say with full certainty this relationship in its present form would withstand the trials of her waters. While new life may sprout, the chances of it thriving unchanged feel slim.
In conclusion, while attractions and affection appear possible at the start, genuine caring and dedication to self- and mutual-understanding above all else through open-minded dialogue would be critical for any hopes of sustainable union. Significant inner transformation and compromise from both seems inevitable under this lunar sway. The choice to embark on that challenging journey or withdraw remains yours. I wish you the very best moving forward.
From the first two, the bouquet and the lily, I’m getting this had a more sexual origin. Possibly a fling or hookup, where the two of you end up catching feelings and it morphs into something else. Essentially meaning, your relationship was built off of sex and sensuality, and not general understanding. You probably didn’t even know each other’s surnames, hopes, dreams, or anything of the sort.
(I’m trying so hard to keep this PG but this part of the reading is…It’s not detailed or anything but it has mainly sexual themes so bear with me…) Then there’s the lily and the clover. I’m getting that this fling was extremely lighthearted. Maybe a one-time thing even, possibly when you were intoxicated, and you ended up somehow falling for one another simply because of the intimacy of the moment mixed with the veil of alcohol. It was nothing serious, and maybe the fling evolved into friends with benefits, but it was nothing committed or steady. Just for fun.
The clover and the moon makes me believe that the decision was, again, dealing with emotions. Maybe one fell from the intimacy born through sex, while the other fell because they essentially…How do I put this? They were going through a very tough, emotional time and found themself trying to sleep their feelings away with the other. Because of this, the one who was holding out finally gives in and develops feelings of their own.
The moon and the bouquet leads me to believe that because their emotions were…Slept away, basically, they’re very emotional and decide to start a relationship with the other. As such, though love may come later, the relationship is built off of more rose-colored ideals and emotions than much else.
Next are the past cards, “The bouquet, the lady, and the clover.” These provide the place you were at before you met and how you met. Essentially the bare bones foundations of this relationship.
Beginning with the Bouquet as before, I sense hopeful optimism and newness were present in your life before meeting. However, placed between the Lady and Clover, I fear ideals may have surpassed reality.
The Lady brings intelligence, poise and strength, yet reversed hints at ego, pride or stubbornness possibly clouding judgment. Were you outwardly confident but inwardly unsure?
Clover then represents positive chance and abundance - but as you met somewhat randomly, was it truly serendipity or an attempt to distract from inner unrest? Stability relies on candor, not chance alone.
Clockwise, Bouquet-Lady begins with flourishing hopes dampened by inflated self-image issues needing reckoning. First impressions felt brighter than the hard truths beneath.
Lady-Clover continues with inflated confidence meeting supposedly "lucky" romance, but again, I see illusion masking a tendency to let exterior distractions placate interior demons that must eventually surface.
Lastly, Clover back to Bouquet completes the cycle - while meeting sparked new passion, without honesty, was it anything more than a charming escape from uncomfortable shadows? True intimacy demands consciousness.
Overall, while youthful optimism led you to cross paths, distrust of your own worth seems to have inspired reliance on outward fortune over inner cultivation, pointing to fragile foundations. Unless vulnerabilities are embraced, any bond risks crumbling under inevitable strains, as masks come away and realities emerge.
My reading indicates potential existed, but genuine care, openness, maturity and willingness to walk together in understanding, not just infatuation, would have been needed to ground flickering hopes in anything enduring.
Additionally, the bouquet and the lady indicate feminine flattery or more specifically female flattery. I’m not going to assume your gender, but I feel this card more so resonates with you. You’re more emotional and receptive, (and probably the one who fell during the aforementioned fling), and I think you meet because you were initially attracted to him. From what I’m getting from this you met at a bar, or maybe some kind of party with a bar, more likely. You, intoxicated, approach and start to flatter and flirt with the heavy influence of alcohol.
The lady and the clover pretty much confirm this. You’re socializing and flattering him, and for some reason you feel a sense of gratitude towards him. Perhaps because you’re a fan and his music has helped you through rough times in life.
The clover and the bouquet further represent opportunities in a social circle. From what I’m getting from this, you had a friend who was close with Jay as well, and through this party you were given the opportunity to meet him since you run in the same circles.
Next are the present cards, “The ship, the coffin, and the sun.” These provide how your relationship will run its course, naturally. Not quite indicating the end, but how it is as a whole. Essentially the middle of the relationship. Not the start, not the end. The filling.
To start, the Ship signals both of you remaining largely separate despite connection - perhaps due to distance or unwillingness to fully open up. Alone, it hints at an overall unhealthy inability to meet each other where you are. It can also indicate a literal distance, perhaps a long distance relationship due to his line of work.
Accompanied by the Coffin's endings and rebirth, I fear without facing shadows and relinquishing control, this relationship may not withstand life's tests, as ego causes regrets over lost chances for real intimacy and growth.
The Sun brings some hope, representing clarity after shadows - however, placed between coffin and ship, the realities emerging risk blinding either/both to the need for cooperation, not just sentiment or distraction, to forge a cooperative vessel through rougher straights.
Clockwise, Ship-Coffin cautions against futile attempts to outrun inner work by clinging to surface "happiness" - only by facing darkness within can you resurrect into truer partnership.
Coffin-Sun continues to show that while desires pull you together initially, the light of consciousness may eventually force uncomfortable awakenings to flaws neither wish to fix.
Lastly, Sun back to Ship completes the round, but with separation predominant, was meeting truly meant to transform, or merely postpone solitude a while longer? True bonds require embarking anew - can this be?
In summation, while intentions started well, consistent dismissal of vulnerability in favor of superficial joy or independence spells challenges ahead. Lasting union demands courageous commitment to each other's highest good through open-handed teamwork - qualities I cannot see represented here to weather what is sure to come.
The ship and the coffin are also giving me…FINAL journey, FINAL travel, so many things involving adventure and spontaneity ending. So many things being buried and repressed. Maybe you try and anchor Jay down from traveling with the group.
The coffin and the sun indicate happy endings, and successful endings. Maybe you succeeded to keep him from leaving on trips and it makes YOU happy, but for him it feels like a part of him died.
Again, the sun and the travel definitely indicate to me that the part where he traveled around the world meeting all the Engenes made him happy. And you’re keeping him from that.
Next are the future cards, “The Lily, the scythe, and the moon.” These provide how your relationship will end. Not be, not begin, but end. The finale of sorts. Whether you’ll have your happily ever after, breakup, have a family, etc. It’s told in these cards.
The final spread indicates ending possibilities, and I must deliver my reading without glossing over what may be hard truths. Please know I share this out of care, not cruelty.
Beginning with the Lily's beauty and purity - in this position it serves as a well-meaning but illusive ideal that cannot last, being joined by the harsh realities of the Scythe and the Moon's deep waters.
The latter cards hold weightier messages. The Scythe demands necessary cutting to clear growth; aligned with the final arbiter, the Moon, I fear this relationship in its present form would not endure realities' scythe.
Clockwise, Lily-Scythe continues - fleeting joy meeting inevitable decay without inner fortitude on both sides to weather hardship together. Transformation or termination seem the only viable outcomes.
Scythe-Moon brings further perspective - severance of superficial ties enabling truer selves to surface would likely occur under the pressures of relational duties and truths emerging. But would acceptance follow, or further departure?
Lastly from Moon to Lily - a bittersweet completion, as charming hopes must confront deeper truths. While beginnings seemed loving, conscious ties demand more than surface charm can maintain. The willingness for such is unclear here.
In summation, I cannot envision this relationship in its present state progressing past struggles, as difficulties would slice through shallow bonds unable to withstand life's scythe. Endings, whether by choice or fate, feel the only certain future - though within finale lies also opportunity for rebirth, should lessons be integrated.
The lily and the scythe signifies there was some danger in the sensual pleasure you had. Perhaps, that was ALL you two or one of you was interested in having, and what kept you. It also signifies a sudden ending for moral reasons. Perhaps the other realized, and decided to end it.
The scythe and the moon signifies sudden emotional pain and consciousness of something, essentially confirming my prior suspicions. One suddenly realized it, and it hurt…A LOT. And that’s probably why it ended.
So, the moon and the lily can signify deep self-discipline, but also emotional sensual relations. I think it’s a mix of both. Out of pure emotional ness maybe the one who wants to break up or the other WANTED to try and…Sleep their hard feelings out, but the one who wanted the breakup eventually stood strong.
Next are the conscious cards, “The bouquet, the ship, and the lily.” These provide the things consciously done without the entirety of the relationship. Your ideas, dreams, and aspirations for it.
The Bouquet signifies hopes of joyous new beginnings - but placed with Ship and Lily's illusions, I sense you both seek the pleasures of romance more than its realities. Sailing side by side looks easier than the work.
The Ship shows desire for closeness, yet in remaining largely separate vessels, compromise feels uncertain. Can two ships negotiate the high seas together without truly joining being willing?
The Lily implies attraction to each other's beauty and charm above all else, risking disappointment when flaws are seen beneath façades not meant to last.
Clockwise, Bouquet-Ship sees flowering wishes meet the hesitation to fully embrace togetherness. Escapism feels safer than vulnerability.
Ship-Lily continues stressing attraction to superficial graces over true understanding. Can looks and sentiment weather what life demands of a union?
Lastly, Lily back to Bouquet completes the round - but grounded solely in fleeting infatuation and ideals rather than commitment, consciousness or cooperation, this feels fragile.
While enthused by new affection's high, I perceive you both consciously prioritizing sentiment over substance, distraction over difficulty, and surface over soul. Unless deeper reflections transform motivations, any promises seem built upon a foundation of quicksand, not stone. The challenges of relationships demand more conscious intentions than romance alone provides.
Summary:
The relationship will be…A roller coaster, and will not work out. However, I do see it being something you learn and grow from both individually and separately. So there’s that. I’m sorry if this reading is bad, a lot of the things I was getting were hard to…Explain properly, if that makes much sense.

The Daily Reading
Today's three card spread in 1-2-3 order shows recent events that have brought us to the present, how it is right now and the likely outcome if nothing changes.
The first card, the 3 of Cups, speaks of recent events.
Cups tell us about emotions, psychic development, feelings, intuition, creativity, love, relationships and family.
The 3s are associated with the Great Mother which is also thought of as Understanding. Every 3 has a stability which can never be upset but can also issue forth a fruit—a child, a virtue, a good work, a deeper understanding or appreciation, etc.
The 3 of Cups is known as the Lord of Abundance. This card shows receptivity and as a result creativity flowing abundantly. The three graces are toasting to the joy of life; extoling the virtues of friendship and camaraderie and encouraging a happy gathering with one’s closest friends and circle of support. Remember, a cord of three is not easily broken. In this reading, the 3 of Cups indicates celebration, joy, merriment, perhaps a child or marriage or some other wonderful news to celebrate.
The 2nd card, The 9 of Wands, refers to the present moment or situation.
Wands deal with the strength of passion, creativity energy, willpower, and character. Wands is a journey through personality traits and how they affect your plans and goals.
The 9s are a culmination of their suit; they are the fruit of the suit.
It may help to remind ourselves that the suits; Wands, Cups Swords and Coins (each having 10 cards) walk us through our everyday life events and then cycle through again.
So in this cycle, the 9 of Wands is the culmination of passion, creativity, energy, willpower and character. The 9 of Wands is a representation of strength and resiliency, even through difficult times or opposition. It is a symbol of maintaining boundaries, persistence, encouragement and hope therefore it is known as The Lord of Great Strength. This card is epitomized by the Nietzsche quote: "That which does not kill you, makes you stronger." The Wands would like to give you the energy and the preparedness to succeed and live through anything that arises. This card in today's reading indicates that you will have recovery and success.
The 3rd card, Temperance, speaks to the likely consequences of the past and present events. Incidentally, Temperance is a member of the Major Arcana (one of the 21 archetypal cards marking major events, changes, and growth over life.)
This card depicts the holy guardian angel known as Michael but at one time this card was called The Alchemist. An Alchemist is one who mixes elements together properly to produce an effect that is greater in combination than each individually.
To the left of the angel is a path leading to a crown; this is the Golden Path of Attainment. The angel has one foot in the water aka the collective UN-consciousness where the angel can be contacted and one foot on the ground, showing us that we need to stay active, while remaining grounded and practical.
This card beckons us to test out and to try new things as we are experiential learners but be willing to take the heat that comes with probational trial. Our guardian angel props us up and is our own personal physician.
This card emphasizes balance, harmony, patience, self-control, and moderation.
There has been something to celebrate.
Recovery and success are the theme of the day.
Stay pro-active, practical, and grounded while not being afraid to pursue new exploits.

Solar Eclipse: The New Chapter
The New Moon, Solar Eclipse in the sign of Gemini will grace us on June 10th, providing us with some eye-opening experiences as we get ready for this new phase in our lives. Eclipse Season is usually a catalyst for great change and this one will be no different. This transit is powerful since it will last for more than ten months, and it is going to have many signs shifting their gears and setting their sights on greater things. Mutable signs, get ready for your world to be rocked while air signs will merge with this energy gracefully. Use the energies now to bring more success in your lives through communication which can bring good connections. Gemini season now might feel fast pace but with Saturn in Aquarius we will be more concentrated on completion and stability. This is a transit that should be about letting go and healing. Once we free ourselves, we can begin to see the changes beginning that will carry over until the next year.
Aries – The New Moon in Gemini will awaken your communication skills. It is your moment to build confidence in the way you write or speak. This transit brings out your braver side, allowing you to create and grow through a creative activity. With the Moon’s trine to Saturn, you might see that your communication style will evolve into a more mature and patient one.
Taurus – During this New Moon transit, you are going to set your sights on the things that bring you emotional happiness. Like the rest of us, you are going to evaluate your relationships to others. However, your comfort levels now will be tested. As you set your sights on stability, Uranus in your sign might bring some anxiety and this transit could add fuel to the fire.
Gemini – With this New Moon in your sign, you will see the shifts in your outlook during this time. Exerting your independence might be on your mind now, as you evaluate the changing paths in your life. While you may be focused on breaking free, Saturn reminds you to weigh those options. You are in a new phase that is going to bring opportunities and change, while you want to fly, make sure to take things one day at a time.
Cancer – Eclipse season was centered on the Cancer/Capricorn axis last year. While you experienced changes in your life, now things start to get calmer for you. This transit presents you with the opportunity to build on the foundation from the last eclipses in your sign. You are growing your own little world and setting your sights on success after the hard work from the last few years.
Leo – Connecting will be on your mind as you gain the courage and strength from those around you. This New Moon will have you focusing on your hard work, accomplishments, and the next steps. While you balance your home and work life, things begin to feel just a little tense with Saturn applying pressure. Make sure to have a strong game plan for the next several months since victory will surely be yours.
Virgo – While you might enjoy the responsibilities that this New Moon will bring, you are going to have to weigh your options carefully before making any major decisions. If you have felt unfulfilled or need a change of pace at work or with school, you might opt to switch majors or get a new job. This is your moment to also lay the foundation for what you want in the future. All eyes are on you, and you have the energy to create, perfect and explore the options you may have.
Libra – This transit has you evaluating your relationships with others. With this energy you are going to be more introspective, especially with Saturn making you feel a little more alert about your romantic life and even your friendships. The New Moon will make you prioritize yourself through learning more about what you want in a partner and what you hope to evolve into yourself. This is a period of shedding your old habits, ideologies and starting fresh.
Scorpio – Prepare for some eye-opening experiences with this New Moon transit. It can feel a little uneasy for you, but it is necessary to strengthen yourself and to bring about more abundance and prosperity in the future. You will find new methods of handling the pressures around you. Finding the courage to face what is keeping you down will be monumental for you as well.
Sagittarius – A powerful time for your sign since this can allow you to meet new people that can transform your life in the next year. A new change of pace in your life begins. The Eclipse energy is here to clear out the negative experience you may have had with relationships. It is your moment to reset as well as focus on your needs and wants.
Capricorn – Get ready to put your energy into building towards your future. You have your eyes on the prize and this New Moon is your opportunity to initiate something major with fruitful outputs. With Uranus making a trine to your sign, you are up for the challenge and surprises. This is your moment to make your dreams come true.
Aquarius – As you feel a lot of responsibilities being thrown your way, this New Moon can function like a breath of fresh air. Look to friends and new people you meet to inspire you to relax and take things easier. If you are single, this can be a period of exploring and meeting new potential partners. Those that are coupled will find exciting ways to spend time with their partners.
Pisces – Bring your focus back to your home, to the things that make you comfortable and bring you peace. With this New Moon making aspects to Saturn, you can find that discipline you have craved. If you needed a routine for work or school, you have the opportunities to make enhancements that will provide you with more efficiency.

Hey I hope that you’ve been well and taking care of yourself! I was wondering what energies 2021 has in store for me? Thank you ☺️🍂🦋🌻💜 DCG libra sun
Hi DCG,
Thanks for your well wishes! For your 2021, I did this spread and got the following cards.
Card to represent your whole year: Page of Cups. I get the sense that you’ll be nurturing creative pursuits. Perhaps trying out new hobbies or getting better at your present undertakings. There’s a lot of potential for growth, happiness, and beauty, if you think outside the box and keep yourself open to surprises.
Important upcoming lesson: The Fool. The clothes are really sticking out to me here, and in the Page of Cups for the previous question. Are you into fashion designing, or interior decorating, by any chance? Anything to do with fabrics? Or perhaps graphic designing? There might be something in store there for you next year. This card, along with the Page of Cups emphasizes youth, and going for what you really want without inhibitions, and with a whimsical, happy-go-lucky attitude. It doesn’t necessarily speak of romance, but there’s a chance something new may be on its way, or at least, your understanding of love might get a facelift.
How you can progress on your spiritual path: 6 of Swords. By moving away from things that don’t seem to serve you anymore. I struggled to pull this card out, which feels like there’s something you’ve been holding on to quite tightly this year. Next year, you may finally be able to let go. We make our own future from the thoughts and memories of the past. We can’t change the past of course, but reframing it as learning experience will only lead to spiritual growth. This card also says that your spirit guides will be with you in 2021, so pay close attention to your intuition, visions, and dreams next year.
How you can stay connected to your inner truth: 4 of Wands. Your passions will provide you stability next year. Things that you like, that make you feel alive. Doesn’t have to be something huge, even small pleasures like tucking yourself into bed after a warm shower, or short conversations with friends, these will really be your saving grace next year. Hold on to the tiny, precious moments every day offers. Be intentional about finding the beauty in them and express gratitude. This card is also indicative of ceremonies and rituals. So incorporate little rituals (they really don’t have to be elaborate) into your spiritual practice to stay connected to your inner truth.
New opportunities: 5 of Pentacles. This is the only Pentacles card, and it’s a bit of a negative one. Money may be a little tight next year, or at least, not as abundant as you wish it’d be. But you won’t be alone on this path. Help will also be available, should you need it. It’s definitely not a permanent situation, and may even make you more resilient and open up better opportunities in the future.
The back of the deck was 8 of Cups. As you open yourself up creatively, people in your life might feel like you’re withdrawing from them. And that might be true. You might find yourself tucked away in your little corner, working away at projects, books/podcasts, school, sending our resumes etc., but it’ll all be worth it. This time away will be by your own choice, and you’ll emerge out of it wiser than you were going in. Overall, there will be this urge to change your life (for the better, of course) by pursuing something new, going for new adventures, and celebrating the little successes everyday.
Wish you love, success, and happiness!

(( For tarot reading! )) "Um, hello! I would like for my friends to trust me more. I have kept sensitive information from them before because I had thought it would be better for them to not know. . . how do I improve myself? Thank you!" (( ⚜️- Situation, Action, Outcome ))
With a laugh Una’to replies, “Don’t thank me just yet. The reading may be unkind after all, even if I am just the messenger who translates the cards into a map by which you can follow”.
With that he takes the cloth wrapped deck, unwrapping it, laying the cloth out, and then shuffling the deck. It takes him some time. A calm smile on his face as he plays with the cards. A practiced hand that avoids bending or harming them in away. He stops suddenly, looking pleased, and lays three cards out before him on the cloth in a single row. All the cards faces skyward to show their images.
He taps the first card. An image of a skeleton in a regal turban with golden accessories, under floral wreaths inked in white. “As the reading implies this is the current situation, or state of affairs. The card here is one of abundance, power, and security. Usually this is in regards to material things, like money or objects. Regardless, it further speaks of rewards in what feels like stability and security. The figure on the card acting as a caregiver of sorts that provides in an effort to make everyone happy and shares all that he has gained. This could be of course knowledge, material things, wealth, or any other number of things”.
With a small stretch to wake his mind up some more he moves to the next card, the middlemost and taps it as he did the one before. A tower over a bed of flowers all inked in white being stuck by golden bolts of lightening graces the cards face. He frowns slightly, but shrugs a bit. “Please promise not to shoot me, the messenger. Alas, this are the actions you can take or taking to address the current situation. I suppose that it’s fine for now as it is, but you said you wanted to improve yourself and that is often done in odd ways. Here this card marks a major turning point on your path of fate. It represents sudden upheaval, pride, and disaster. It’s the inevitable destruction and breakdown of something in life that is considered foundational. This foundation however is an artificial comfort in life. Despite the tragedy that is the tower falling, it shows us the hidden resilience of our true characters and makes it so the view to the star that lights our path to the future can be seen clearly. You had said that you kept sensitive information from them. I would ask you to think on if this action to be taken that is the tower is the what occurs from sharing or keeping that information. Trust your insight and instincts to find the answer my dear”. He gives an apologetic smile before picking up the last card.
On it’s face is another skeleton in robes embroidered with gold holding up a golden ring. Plants flank the figure in white ink. “Lastly the outcome of the tower’s collapse. In this place is a card of practicality, creature comforts, and worldly security. Similarly to the first card this one also relates to material things. The figure here is one blessed with gifts of sensual comforts and domestic talents. Another caregiving archetype, one of the two in the pair, who seeks to bring loved ones joy through all worldly pursuits. Namely acts of service that bring together groups in a shared space... It should seem despite the upheaval things remain more or less the same with new appreciation for what is found among the ruins. Do let me know if this hit any marks at all. If not, I’ll try to pull different cards and word it differently so you can hopefully get a much clearer answer”.
Thank you for the tarot request @tamer-of-steeds! It’s been a while since I gave you one I think!

Last night I had what could only be described as an “extremely Scorpio season dream”. With the retrograde creating communicative disrupts, other, less conventional mediums for expression get a boost. After some reflection, I developed this 9-card spread for dream interpretation. The first picture is the best for visualizing the card placements.
All cards on the left (1, 3, 5) are focused inward or read as “inner/internal”, and all cards on the right (2, 4, 6) are focused outward or read as “outer/external”.
Cards 5 & 6 are placed horizontally, with the “head” or top of the card understood as the end closest to Card 8.
Because this spread is rather revealing and because Scorpio loves secrets, I will decline to be specific about some of the card interpretations, other than in the most vague and broad terms available for the purposes of illustrating this spread.
{1} What (inner) factors have lead to this dream? 🔥Four of Wands: A stable and promising relationship, a strong emotional foundation. For a Sagittarius, while a positive card, this can indicate conditions for boredom. {perfected work, rest after labor. peace, prosperity, harmony. romance, a coming marriage. union, celebration, promise, community}
{2} What (outer) factors have lead to this dream? 💨Page of Swords: While lurking social media, someone was brought to my attention who fulfills the physical and metaphysical qualities of this card. {a message, certain types of spying, grace and dexterity. diplomatic service or adeptness with diplomacy. thoughtfulness, clarity, curious, restless}
{3} What other (inner) aspects of my life are affected by the same (inner) conditions which led to this dream? What else (internally) is being affected? 🔥Nine of Wands, reversed: The stability indicated in Card 1, and my sign’s negative reaction to those conditions create a certain type of inner turmoil. I lack the mastery I believed I had. {weakness, ill health, adversity, displeasure, obstacles to be overcome. failure, defensive, hesitation, paranoia}
{4} What other (outer) aspects of my life are affected by the same (outer) conditions which led to this dream? What else (externally) is being affected? 🔄Wheel of Fortune, reversed: This failure to move forward or allow the wheel to turn is on me. {failure of an enterprise, setbacks. new conditions require courage. you will reap what you have sown. misfortune, chaos, bad luck, resistant. karma is settling debts}
{5} What are (inner) barriers preventing me from understanding? 💡The Hermit: Perhaps this solitude needs a guide. {silent council, prudence, discretion. receiving wisdom from above; instruction from an expert in your field. a meeting with one who will guide the seeker on the path to material or spiritual ends. attainment of goals. a journey may be necessary in order to gain knowledge. introspection, enlightenment, solitude, reflection}
{6} What are (outer) barriers preventing me from understanding? 🔥Three of Wands, reversed: Difficulty in seeing where to place trust. {beware of help offered. wealth may slip away. there may be treachery and disappointment. delay, obstacles, risk, disappointment}
{7} What is this dream trying to say? ☯️Temperance, reversed: I am out of balance, neglecting my sign, gifts, and guides. {competing interests, unfortunate combinations, quarreling, competition, separation. possibility of disaster resulting from loss of balance. competition, frustration, excess, imbalance. resistance to the spiritual guidance}
{8} What will help me understand? ⛰Three of Pentacles, reversed: I have been focused on the wrong things. {lack of skill. ignorance. selfishness. commonplace ideals; preoccupation with gain. competition, disharmony, interference, stagnant}
{9} What can or should I do about this dream? 💗The Lovers: Self-actualize and accept whatever decision I make. This is grown-up love. {choice, temptation, attraction. the struggle between sacred and profane love. harmony of the inner and outer aspects of life. unification, relationships. the choice you choose is the one you were meant to}
The abundance of Major Arcana and wands indicates shows that the conditions influencing this reading are related to the current phase of my life, and to factors associated with my inner spirit and fire. The reversals indicate my resistance towards certain messages, which is strengthened by the appearance of my sign’s card (Temperance) reversed.

Covenant Law (Sabbath to Tuesday)
Lesson 8, May 15-21
Sabbath Afternoon
Read for This Week’s Study: Exodus 19:6, Isaiah 56:7, Hebrews 2:9, Deuteronomy 4:13, 10:13, Amos 3:3, Genesis 18:19.
Memory Text: “Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.” Deuteronomy 7:9
One of the important phrases in Psalm 23 indicates where God desires to lead us. “He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake,” David declares in verse 3 (emphasis supplied). Because of His own moral uprightness, God will never lead us astray. He will provide safe paths for our spiritual walk through life.
What are the safe “paths of righteousness”? A writer of another psalm answers this question through a prayer request: “Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight” (Psalm 119:35, emphasis supplied). “All thy commandments are righteousness” (Psalm 119:172). God’s law is a safe, firm path through the treacherous swamp of human existence.
Our lesson this week centers on God’s law and its place in the Sinai covenant.
The Week at a Glance: What did Israel’s election mean? How does Israel’s election parallel our own? How important was the law in the covenant? Does the covenant come unconditionally? Why is obedience such an integral part of the covenant relationship?
Sunday, May 16
The Election of Israel
Jewish tradition has taught that God made the covenant with Israel only because other nations rejected it first. Though there is no biblical evidence for that position, it does, however, help bring home the point that for whatever reasons the Lord chose the Hebrew nation, it was not because they were deserving of the high honor and privilege the Lord bestowed upon them. They had no merit of their own that would make them worthy of God’s love and His choice of them as His people. They were few in number, a group of enslaved tribes, and politically and militarily weak. Plus, in terms of culture and religion, they were mixed, bland, and without much influence. The basic cause, then, for Israel’s election lay in the mystery of God’s love and grace.
At the same time, however, we need to be careful as we look at this idea of election, because it is fraught with the potential for theological misunderstanding. What did God choose Israel for? Was it to be redeemed, while everyone else was chosen to be rejected and lost? Or were they chosen to be vehicles who would offer the world what they had been offered? How do the following verses help us to understand the answers to these questions?
Exodus 19:6
Isaiah 56:7
Hebrews 2:9
As Seventh-day Adventists, we like to view ourselves as the modern-day counterpart of Israel, called by the Lord, not to be the only ones redeemed but to proclaim the message of redemption, in the context of the three angels’ messages, to the world. In short, we believe we have something to say that no one else is saying. This is, basically, the situation with ancient Israel, as well. The purpose of Israel’s election was not to turn the Hebrew nation into some exclusive club, hoarding the promise of salvation and redemption for themselves. On the contrary, if we believe that Christ died for all humanity (Hebrews 2:9), then the redemption the Lord offered Israel was offered to the whole world as well. Israel was supposed to be the vehicle by which this redemption was to be made known. Our church has been called to do the same thing.
Look at your own role in the church. What can you do to help promote the work that we have been called to do? Remember, if you are not actively helping, more than likely you are, to some degree, standing in the way.
Monday, May 17
Ties That Bind
“And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone.” Deuteronomy 4:13
However much we have been stressing that the covenant is always a covenant of grace, that it is only the result of God’s bestowing unmerited favor upon those who enter into a saving relationship with Him, grace is not a license to disobey. On the contrary, covenant and law belong together; they are, in fact, inseparable.
Look at the text quoted above. How tightly does it link the covenant and the law? How does it show how basic the law is to the covenant?
When you think about what a covenant is, the concept of law as an integral part makes sense. If we understand the covenant as among other things, a relationship, then some sort of rules and boundaries need to be drawn. How long would a marriage or a friendship or a business partnership last if there were no boundaries or rules, either specifically expressed or tacitly understood? The husband decides to take a girlfriend or the friend decides to help himself to the other’s wallet, or one business partner without telling the other invites another person to join their venture. These acts would be a violation of rules, laws, and principles. How long would these relationships last under such lawless circumstances? That is why there has to be boundaries, lines drawn, and rules established. Only through these can the relationship be maintained.
In fact, various expressions such as law (Psalm 78:10) statutes (Psalm 50:16), testimonies (Psalm 25:10), commandments (Psalm 103:18), and word of the Lord (Deuteronomy 33:9) are found parallel to or in closest association with (if not having almost the same meaning as) the word covenant. Evidently “the words of this covenant” (Jeremiah 11:3, 6, 8) are the words of God's law, statutes, testimonies, and commandments.
The covenant of God with His people Israel contained various requirements that would be crucial for maintaining the special relationship He sought with His people. Is it any different today?
Think of someone you have a close relationship with. Now, imagine what would happen to that relationship if you didn’t feel bound by any rules, norms, or laws, but believed you had total freedom to do whatever you wanted. Even if you say that you love this person and that love alone will decide how you relate to him or her, why is there still a need for rules? Discuss.

Law Within The Covenant
What are your first thoughts when you think of law? Police officers, traffic tickets, judges, and jail? Or do you think of restrictions, rules, authoritarian parents, and punishment? Or, perhaps, do you think of order, harmony, stability? Or maybe even … love?
The Hebrew word torah, translated “law” in our Bibles, means “teaching” or “instruction.” The term can be used to refer to all God’s instructions, whether moral, civil, social, or religious. It implies all the wise counsels God has graciously given His people, so they may experience an abundant life both physically and spiritually. No wonder the psalmist could call the man blessed whose “delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night” (Psalm 1:2).
As we read the law or Torah — the instructions and teachings recorded in the books of Moses that became a part of Israel’s covenant — we are impressed with the wide range of instruction. The law touches upon every part of Israel’s lifestyle — agriculture, civil government, social relationships, and worship.
Why do you suppose God provided so much instruction for Israel? (See Deuteronomy 10:13.) In what ways were these instructions for their “good”?
The work of the “law” within the covenant was to provide guidelines to the new life of the human-covenant partner. The law introduces the member of the covenant to the will of God, whom one comes to know in the fullest sense through obedience by faith to His commandments and other expressions of His will.
The part played by the law within the living reality of the covenant relationship showed that Israel could not follow the ways of other nations. They could not live by natural law, human needs, desires, or even social, political, and economic necessities alone. They could continue as God’s holy nation, priestly kingdom, and special treasure only through uncompromising obedience to the revealed will of the covenant-making God in all areas of life.
Like ancient Israel, Seventh-day Adventists have received a wide range of counsels pertaining to every phase of Christian living through a modern manifestation of the prophetic gift. Why should we view these counsels as a gift from God rather than a detriment to independent thought and action? At the same time, what dangers do we face of turning that gift into something legalistic, as the Israelites did with their gifts? (See Romans 9:32.)
