Thor #164
Stirring stuff.
Sif and Thor are trapped in an apocalyptic future with Pluto, God of Death. Back on Asgard, Balder continues to struggle with stray thoughts of Karnilla, the Norn Queen.
The action here, thanks to the art, is very impressive. Dynamic imagery on almost every page. And an exciting story. Adding Balder to the team ups the enjoyment (for us). And there is the ongoing mystery of who/what is inside the building...
On Sale Date: March 4, 1969.
Stan Lee (84 of 112).
Jack Kirby (75 of 89).
9/10
