This felt surreal. He's been aware of Wolfwood and Vash being a thing, but... To be involved with the furthering of their relationship like this felt so strange.

ANYWAY i wanted to share this song that inspired a LOT of the concept behind him early in his development--'ship in a bottle' by fin. (link is to a youtube video with the lyrics)

BUT ANYWAY this song is like. 100% jackrabbit's relationship with his 'patron', the being that cursed him and gave him his magic (while also cursing him to slowly turn into a feline monster). the guide had been watching him for years and, when he was dying, offered him a deal he couldn't refuse--his life in exchange for being the guide's servant.
