While I of course don't advocate for child marriage- ie marriage below age 18, and really I think 20+ is wiser -the whole "date around or you're Wasting Your Youth!!!" narrative pisses me off, like I said. I grew up with that shoved down my throat to the point where I believed my own desires to just meet the right girl and stay with her forever were just youthful romanticism; that I'd "mature" and want to date more people instead of wanting to settle down. Yeah, someone might regret a young marriage. But they might regret ANY marriage- that's just a risk you take when you get married. Trusting people to know their own minds in relationships that present no actual red flags is important, even for teenagers. Teaching young people not to trust their own (harmless) emotions and desires for their lives because it doesn't match what you'd have them do seems horribly backwards to me. It's a dangerous precedent to set for them.

When I was 16, I thought I'd be perfectly happy if I married a girl I met at that age- when we were older, of course. Now I'm 30, and guess what? I still think that. I would have been satisfied. Hell, I wish that had happened. It's not right for everybody, but it would have been right for me.

(it seems it has to be a smile of true joy) -- To activate the mirror downstairs you have to say password; lornling isn't completely sure what it is exactly as they just keep saying random simillar-sounding words until it works but it mentions it being something like: blunderscratch, bubble-scruble, bandy-candy, bander-catcher, blunder-scratch or bumble-snatch. It leads to the Witchlight Carnival, so the Lornlings can "take what needs to be stollen" -- The last person to stay in the guest room (the one with portraits and mummified pixies) was a long time ago and it was one of the sisters; "the baby", the youngest sister. It repeats multiple times that "they don't talk about her" whenever they want clarification about her, but it states that her name is neither Skabatha, nor Endelyn. -- When "the baby sister" was staying in the guest room there wasn't any fight, but they were having their portraits done to be hanged in Loomlurch -- Loomlurch is a room in some other building than Bavlorna's Hut, which "calling a house would be a stretch" -- parents of the hags are "ancient, older than old - the Big Mother"; it doesn't know what is situation with the father, but it says that "the Big Mother watches" -- All hags have mirrors like the ones Bavlorna has; it doesn't know if they have mirrors that can transport between Realms of Prismeer -- It doesn't know anything about King of Hearts -- If "Mommy 'Lorna" were to dissapear, it questions who would they wash -- When asked why Bavlorna has bunch of glass cases with mummified pixies, it says that "Mommy 'Lorna is a hobbist". After being removed their seeds need to be burned, otherwise they'll turn into horrible abominations (homebrewed; ep.32) if not eaten quick enough, food made out from it can make your eyes scream (after closing them little teeth replace your eyelashes and they begin to let out horrid screams every time you open them) or run off (ep.33)

Pigtunia reported a frog man tried to free Sir Talivar from his cage and later on helped him with repairing the balloon and he and his neck didn't seem to be in any way damaged (ep.33)

The barn owl that party have seen is a one of forms of man that introduces himself as King of Hearts, an unnaturally beautiful and perfect archfey humanoid creature with a barn owl face mask covering upper half of his face, that claims to be one of the former rulers of Prismeer. He was supposedly cursed by the mother of three hags to be unable to enter the Castle where Zybilna is trapped. Supposedly, barn owl is a form of his familiar, as he is the moon to Zybilna's sun. He's able to cast spells and has a silver pocket watch that seems to be able to manipulate passage of time. (ep.34)

According to the King of Hearts, the Contraption on Torbek's back is not Prismeer-made but of somewhere deeper in the Feywild, probably by someone from the Twilight Court, and he claims to know who might be responsible for it. (ep.34)

King of Hearts never either confirmed nor denied that he's the Tight Pants Dude from their visions, nor wherever they are true, just gave them incredulous comments about them being ready to believe some dreams or visions over him. However, the state in which the unicorn is right now according to him seems to be perfectly aligning with the unicorn horn vision Kremy had. (ep.34)

The mirror in Bavlorna’s bathroom leads to the Hall of Mirrors in Witchlight Carnival and going by what they saw in it, Mr Witch and Mr Light just began to walk away from it in Material Plane (ep.37)

Grickos tracking spell suddenly stopped working prematurely, meaning that Kremy's hat either was teleported over 1000 feet away or was taken to another plane of existence (ep.37)

Jelly Worm is a giant worm-like 30ft long and 10ft wide in diameter creature with properties of a gelatinous cube/the ooze with its teeth rotating and covering the whole inside of its maw. It appears to be the reason why the well wasn't working and the acidity of the water (homebrewed, ep.37)

Despite them being in fights and dangerous situations numerous times after the Agdon Longscarf Confrontation, the Other haven't appeared since then. It would suggest that the adrenaline, stress and/or fighting aren't direct triggers to him emerging. They theorise it may be Agdon having actual blood in him unlike the Jelly Worm, but it can't be the case because literally in the last fight his whole hand was covered in blood after he shredded a pixie with it. Bavlorna has a visitor right now, one of the darklings from the balloon shop. She's a guest frequently, often staying for hours and drinking tea with Bavlorna. During this time she shares whatever new information about Bavlornas sisters she learned (ep.39)

Bloody Toes is imprisoned by Bavlorna as her chef. She can somehow sate her murderous urges by also being her butcher but according to her it's not enough (ep.39)

According to Bloody Toes, Bavlorna's stomach is so acidic she can eat anything, including poisons (she was also able to eat chunks of glass and syringes during Electrum Chef without any visible difficulties; ep.39)

After giving the party the rose as a reward for freeing him from the cage (which was mentioned to be non magical whatsoever), the naked satyr jumps off the cliff they were standing on. There is no sound from where he jumped, besides faint flapping of wings. According to Twig, his smile and behaviour was kinda weird, uncanny, strange, unnatural and bizarre. (ep.39)

The halfling man on the portrait of anger in Bavlorna's Hut is the same one that Krew was unable to save from being kidnapped by Sow Pig. He looks 10-15 years older and incredibly angry.

"Is this the best, most exhilarating, most close-to-perpetual dancing ever to grace the Goodspeed Opera House stage?

It certainly could be.

The new stage adaptation of “Summer Stock” at the East Haddam theater has plenty to recommend it in terms of the canny script and the hummable songs. But it’s the dancing that leaves the biggest impression.

The show is jam-packed with choreography from Donna Feore, who also directs, that is thrillingly executed by the cast.

We’re talking: Gravity-defying kicks. Head-spinning turns. Male dancers lifting and tossing and catching the female ones. It runs the gamut from Cossack-dance athleticism to soft shoe grace, tap precision to Lindy hop energy.

How the cast manages to sing after executing these (literally) breathtaking numbers, I have no idea.

And how do they make it through two performances on some days? Amazing.

Also amazing: the fact that they do all this on Goodspeed’s small stage without making the space feel cramped.

So, yes, the dancing is phenomenal. But there’s more to the show than that.

This stage version of “Summer Stock” — which is enjoying its world premiere at Goodspeed — is inspired by the 1950 MGM movie starring Judy Garland and Gene Kelly. Writer Cheri Steinkellner, though, has reimagined the piece in many ways, making it better, stronger and propelled by a more modern sensibility. (Steinkellner’s writing credits range from “Cheers” to the Broadway adaptation of “Sister Act.”)

The foundational story, though, remains the same: A no-nonsense young woman named Jane is trying to save her family farm. Her actress sister (named Gloria in the version at Goodspeed) brings her compatriots to the farm to rehearse a show. Jane first spars with and then starts falling for Gloria’s beau Joe, the production’s director.

Steinkellner has also changed up the score, to great effect. While some tunes from the movie remain, she has pulled others that are in the public domain (such as “Accentuate the Positive,” “Paper Moon” and “It Had to Be You”), and she has woven them perfectly into various plot points and important emotional moments.

As director, Feore makes sure the whole enterprise has a dynamic spirit. It’s a story and a production that brims with optimism and cheerfulness.

Leading the cast is Corbin Bleu, who became famous with his work in “High School Musical” and has gone on to star in several Broadway shows, as Joe. Bleu is a true, and truly talented, triple-threat. He has a warm, welcoming presence as an actor; he also brings an authority to Joe so you believe he’s someone the actors respect and will follow. Bleu’s singing is strong and lustrous, and his dancing — particularly his tremendous tap ability — is … wow.

Arguably the biggest scene-stealer here is Veanne Cox, as the wealthy, snooty owner of huge property surrounding Jane’s. The way she trills dialogue can turn anything into a punchline. She can wave her arms about as her character repeats “l’amour” and generate audience laughs. When her character falls for the egoistic actor Montgomery Leach (played by J. Anthony Crane with Barrymore flair), Cox burbles with girlish romantic giddiness.

Danielle Wade does her own take on the Judy Garland role. She gives Jane a swagger and a tough façade that reveals a more human self during the course of the story. Wade’s most important feature is her voice, which is potent whether she’s finessing a ballad or powering through a big number. While she can’t compete with Garland’s renowned version of “Get Happy” (who could?), Wade does a good job in the number — choreographed and costumed in an homage to the original — that serves as the culmination of the production.

Arianna Rosario gets to play an interesting arc at Gloria. At first, Gloria seems to be a blithe, self-centered actress, but she later shows that she is quite the problem-solving producer. Rosario makes the transformation believable, as if Gloria is finally letting her real self come through.

The scenic design by Wilson Chin suggests the various elements of a Connecticut River Valley farm in the 1950s while still allowing room for the cast to burst into all of those big dance numbers. And the costume design by Tina McCartney provides a fun and functional take on country clothing of the era.

I will say that the second act could be tightened up (we don’t need to see so many beats of the rehearsal process), but, in total, this “Summer Stock” is sensational." [source]
