Hi theree!, I'm mod Starburst, although I'm also called Ross! I use he/them + whisper/mist/wraith pronouns, 'fine with any of those, I'm a fictive of Ross from Spooky Month! I'm also a caretaker! Xo Kitty Outfits: Minho and Kitty

I wanna talk about Kitty and Minho’s outfits this season because I think everything they wear makes them look GOOD together

They start the season off dressed completely opposite to each other. Minho is white; Kitty is black. This could represent how there feelings are opposite right now too. Minho is completely in love with Kitty; Kitty has never viewed him in that way.

When there eyes first meet after the plane Kitty is dressed and red and white Minho is dressed in blue and black. Red and blue are complimentary colors, meaning they’ll always look good together (this is why some of the best ships use this color scheme). Red and blue also contrast each other in meaning. Red is, hot, passionate and, loud; Blue is, cold, calm, and subdued. This actually represents their relationship well. Kitty is outgoing sunshine, while, Minho is the pessimistic clouds. Their outfit are opposite but fit together perfectly (like the pair) (Also this is a stretch but Kitty outfit has hints of blue with the overalls and Minhos sweater has hints of red (?) which shows there connection)

During their talk the color palette of there outfits are almost the exact same making them look like a pair. Kitty’s outfit has hints of blue and cooler tone brown that contrast Minho’s warmer brown. Kitty’s outfit is cool and dark; Minho’s is warm and light. They still have opposing feelings for each other, but their emotions aren’t completely opposite anymore.

The kiss boy and girl uniforms directly contrast each other. The girls uniform is dark, cool blue; The boys uniform is light, warm tan. But the uniforms have elements of each other’s color pallets, making them feel cohesive.

In this scene, while, kitty is directly matching Pravienna, her and Minho still look like more of a pair (which makes sense because they spend the bulk of the time together not Kitty and Pravienna) The red of Minho’s jacket matches the red of Kitty’s hair.

In this scene Kitty is wearing the compliment to Minho’s signature color, green. Even when she kisses Yuri her outfit looks better with Minho’s

In the hot tub scene every element of the two’s main color palette this season is present. Minho has the black, blue, and white. Kitty’s outfit is full red. This could also represent the emotion in the scene. Minho’s outfit is calm and quiet, while, Kitty’s outfit is loud and angry. (Also huge stretch but black could represent the unrequited aspect of there love seeing as Kitty is wearing all black when she rejects Minho and Minho TAKES OFF HIS BLACK JACKET to get in the pool and comfort Kitty)

The rain scene has arguably the most iconic Kitty and Minho outfits of the season. It’s what they used in most of the promos and they’re used in the climax of these two’s relationship this season. This makes sense because the outfits are literally perfectly complimentary. Kitty’s outfit is primarily blue and Minho’s is primarily red. Perfection.

In the wet dream, again, every element of the twos color palette is present. Kitty’s outfit is the red and blue; Minho’s is the black. Also, If we’re viewing black as a loose symbol of the unrequited aspect of their relationship then Kitty is literally being confronted by it in the dream, With Minho’s wearing it head to toe.

There are two things of note in this scene’s outfits . One, Minho is introduced to us season one episode one in green; Kitty’s primary/most iconic outfit in season one episode one is blue. So, In a way they’re wearing each other’s color. (Especially Kitty, they really hammer in green being a Minho thing). Two, blue and green are analogous colors, meaning they’re next to each other on the color wheel. After theses outfits they transition into wearing the same colors which could represent them feeling the same way about each other.

Lilia’s Tarot Readings Are Weaving a Magical Web

Alright, folks, if you’ve been keeping track, Lilia’s tarot card game in Agatha All Along is officially on another level. In Episode 6, while doing a reading at William’s bar mitzvah, she drops “The Tower Reversed.” Now, if you’ve been paying attention to the tarot cards scattered throughout the series—and the promo cards (yes, they did that)—you know there’s more to it than a casual reading.

“The Tower” card? That blue crown we saw Teen rocking at the end of Episode 5? Yep, same one. And we’ve already seen the High Priestess tying back to Jennifer Kale in Episode 2 and the Knight of Wands matching up with Alice Wu-Gulliver in Episode 5.

So, what’s up with the Tower reversed? Well, it’s all about dodging disaster or going through a huge personal transformation—totally fitting for where things are heading in this magical chaos. Trust me, if Lilia’s pulling cards, it’s a sign things are about to go down (or maybe up?).

A Throwback to WandaVision’s First Episode

As the Hex is shrinking and William is traveling home from his bar mitzvah with his parents at the beginning of Agatha All Along episode 6, they can hear both Vision and Wanda's voices on the radio. Likewise, the dialogue is specifically from the very first episode of WandaVision and its I Love Lucy/Dick Van Dyke Show homage. This aligns with the broadcasts that were picked up by SWORD agents outside the Hex, as was discovered by Darcy Lewis and Agent Jimmy Woo.

Alice Wu-Gulliver’s Fate Flip

From Eastview Cop to Agatha’s Victim

In Agatha All Along, we get some juicy flashbacks that show William Kaplan was already connected to every witch in Agatha’s new coven long before the magic hit the fan. During his bar mitzvah, he got a hand reading from Lilia Calderu, and he was apparently a loyal subscriber to Jennifer Kale’s YouTube channel—where magic meets skincare (because who doesn’t love a good mystical exfoliant?). But here’s the twist: Alice Wu-Gulliver, who later becomes one of Agatha’s coven members, was actually the cop on the scene when William’s accident happened, working for the Eastview PD.

And just when you think you’ve seen it all, the show flips the script. In Episode 5, Alice tries to cast out Evanora Harkness’s ghost from Agatha’s body, sacrificing herself in the process. Agatha, being the power-hungry witch she is, siphons all of Alice’s magic and life force, leaving her for dead. It’s a full-circle moment: Alice witnesses William’s last breath, and years later, Billy Maximoff, reborn in William’s body, ends up watching Alice’s tragic end. It’s a fate-twisting, time-bending move that shows the witchy web Agatha’s been spinning all along.

However, there's hasn't been any indication as to what might have happened to Tommy's soul, revealed to be Billy's reason for walking down the Witches' Road.

Alright, MCU fans, they did it. When Billy wakes up in the hospital in Agatha All Along, he looks down and spots a medical bracelet with the last name “Kaplan.” That’s right—the show is borrowing straight from the comics, confirming that Billy Maximoff’s spirit has found its new home in the body of Billy Kaplan, just like in the original Marvel lore. And those familiar faces? William’s Jewish parents, Jeff and Rebecca Kaplan, are a perfect match for their comic book counterparts.

When Billy kicks off his search into Agatha Harkness, he types “Agatha Harkness Ancient Witch” into Looky and, surprise surprise, he gets exactly 333 partial results. And, if you’ve been paying attention, that 3:33 clock time from Episode 1’s interrogation scene suddenly clicks into place—definitely no coincidence there!

Among the search results, Billy stumbles upon The Macabre Wiki, an encyclopedia “created by two blood witches from Salem” that covers all things that go bump in the night. There’s also a Witchy Resource page that casually drops some intel about ancient witches and warlocks being “not well documented traditionally” (big shocker, right?) and hints that these mystical types have good reasons for keeping their secrets.

But here’s the real kicker—Billy finds an entry on how witches can choose their age and appearance, stopping their aging at will to stay looking thirty-something for centuries. Talk about defying time!

Finally, he hits up Dreadit and finds threads speculating on the Salem Witch Trials (SWT for short). One user points out that there are actual reports of witches surviving drowning and burning. Looks like Agatha’s ancient game of hide and seek is about to unravel, and Billy’s just getting started.

Agatha’s Dark Digital Footprint

From Salem to Jolene—The Witch Is Everywhere

As Billy dives deep into Agatha Harkness’s past, he uncovers some serious historical tea. He stumbles upon threads in the DreadIt forum—an underground community where users like “witchygirlblack” and “4thlevelwarlock” speculate about witches surviving the Salem Witch Trials. But that’s not all—Billy finds a 1972 surveillance photo on a site claiming to show Dolly Parton with the “real Jolene.” Yep, someone’s suggesting Agatha was the homewrecker behind that iconic song, stirring up trouble with Dolly’s husband.

Digging deeper, Billy lands on Brujapedia, the self-proclaimed “Encyclopedia of Witches.” The site lays it all out—Agatha’s been spotted throughout history, from The Titanic to Nashville, Tennessee, in 1973. And the kicker? She’s got some seriously dark credentials: murdering her coven, possessing succubus powers, and being the only known survivor of the Witches’ Road.

As Billy reads on, Lorna’s Ballad starts playing, and he realizes he’s just scratched the surface of Agatha’s long, twisted legacy. This witch’s been weaving her chaos for centuries, and it’s all right there for anyone willing to follow the digital breadcrumbs.

In Agatha All Along Episode 1, when we revisit the interrogation scene through Billy’s eyes, we finally get the full picture of Agatha’s antics. Turns out, while she was under the spell thinking she was a detective, she was rocking a “Bohner Family Reunion” shirt the entire time. Looks like Agatha’s not above a little wardrobe theft—especially when it involves messing with Ralph’s life even more.

COSTUME TIME :D I know a lot of people love analyzing costume design… yeah you’d be better off just looking at promo photos. Most costume pieces were behind glass and extremely difficult to take clear photos of. Doesn’t mean I don’t have some cool things to share though. Note that some photos have a slight filter to make them easier to see.

This was the Ponyboy and Johnny display. Pretty much the entirety of Johnny’s clothes are shown here, as well as Pony’s rumble day fit. Johnny’s poor shoes are busted and if you look closely you can see holes in many of the greaser’s fits. You can also see my grandmother in the reflection lol. I really like that Johnny and Pony are housed together, and they definitely have the most intricate display which I think is deserved. Also shown is a first edition copy of the book and the movie clacker Coppola used.

Some more fits that should be. very recognizable. Did my best to avoid reflections, but as you can see with Steve it wasn’t always possible. The amount of orange on Steves outfit surprised me, and I wonder if that’s mud from the rumble. Some of these were displayed in the gift shop, including the DX shirt. You could buy a replica, but only for 75 bucks. Another option is to buy the patches and find your own jacket at a goodwill or something. Again, there is an online shop, definitely go check that out! Just in case it’s unclear, the denim jacket is Dally’s. Which shirt is your favorite?

Here are some soc fits, a jacket that belong to a greaser extra who was at the house as a guide, and a donated police uniform of the correct time period that isn’t actually from the film. Paul’s jacket may not be here but there are similar ones. Also, Two-bit’s orange Mickey shirt. Someone should definitely try to match the shirts to the film. Maybe I will someday.

Finally, Dallas’s poor jacket covered by glare (which was really cool to see in person I feel like it’s iconic) and some of Cherry’s costume pieces. If you look reeeaally closely at her skirt, it still has the coke stains from where she splashed Dally. That’s all for now! More soon!

Thoughts on a High Potential that felt a whole lot like an Elsbeth episode (but that's not the sole reason why it beat out last week's for new favorite)

Feels like we're starting this episode at the climax of a far different story (so what's the twist)

Stay chaotic Morgan

she does not match

Talk about bigwig guest stars (including Keith David, are we going to have a Broadway star trend here too)

ah the typical "case from the boss's past" trope

little flashback and little Ava on the drums potential foreshadow for her being art-smart?

feeling Morgan/Soto parallels that should make the shippers blush

are we foreshadowing Morgan making a similar decision the right way

so she's using the desk and I love the way this sequence is being done here

thematic-ass needle drop again

Morgan, they have maids, that's why they're so clean

I know she talked to Karadec too during it but don't think I didn't notice the romantic needle drop start up when she and Soto were having a moment (and talking of Elsbeth parallels if I had a nickel for every 2020s procedural where the ADHD-ass consultant lady with a love of bright colors had great could-be-read-as-potential-for-romantic chemistry with a slightly-more-straight-laced-but-that's-not-saying-much female Cop Of Color with curly black hair who had a kinda-shaky professional relationship with her black captain I'd have two nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird all that shit happened twice). Sure she has good chemistry with Karadec too but I feel potential for sparks between so many of the mains I kinda sometimes rotate in my head the idea of Major Crimes polycule

nice to see a canonically-not-well-off character reusing clothes over a show and that jacket's slightly becoming iconic
