This is a sugar stick. 4 grams of sugar, it's loose inside that's literally just a packet of sugar. Usually we put these things on our tables at work:

But you know it's corona time and all so we give these sugar sticks out.

As for sugar cubes: obviously we have them too but usually just at home I guess. By sugar pyramid I mean this thing:

If I were to translate it it would be "sugar hat". This is sugar that basically sticks together as you see it right there. It's kind of a pyramid I guess? Maybe more of a cylinder. Now you might be asking yourself "what in the world is this used for" and I'm afraid my answer will only make you lose your mind more but basically we pour alcohol over it and light it on fire (just now I'm realizing how weird that sounds lol). If you want me to elaborate on that I gladly will 😂
