I was thinking for Mort and Patty, they're the two certified weird kids™ that are really into corpses and rot and bones and stuff. They might have some sort of rivalry with John and Jack because they're pretty much against rules and are willing to go to unethical lenghts to do their own things (which, since they're middle schoolers, is probably like. Trespassing at night to go to the cemetery and stuff like that).

For the Skirtz, Regina and Rachel are morticians (Regina being the one that gets possessed), Regan is a doctor and local mole for the cult.

MASKDUO PACIFIC RIMMMM!!! That story is SO dear to my heart and I also still think it's SO GOOD, but it suffers the fate of the rare pairs. :') And I get it, either Dream or George with anyone but each other is highly sus and normally I would not stand for it but this story was on point. Very proud of it. <3 <3
