She's a keeper II Mary Earps x Reader
romantic masterlist | platonic masterlist | word count: 1322
summary: you slip into your girlfriend's gloves in training, unaware that during an England game, fun becomes serious.
author's note: hi everyone, we hope you enjoy the little story we came up with. 🫶🏻🫶🏻
It was still winter, but there was a hint of spring in the air as the England team prepared for the next Nations League games. Everyone enjoyed the sun's rays on their skin and the warmer temperatures.
Done with your exercises for the day, you looked for something fun to do, watching your girlfriend being in goal you suddenly had an idea what you could do.
“Let me try it.”, you exclaimed thrilled.
Amused, Mary raised her eyebrows: “Seriously?”
“Yes, you heard me, love.”, you confirmed grinning.
The goalkeeper handed you, her gloves slowly: “Okay, don’t hurt yourself.”
“Don’t worry, I’m not as clumsy as Lessi.”, you assured your girlfriend.
She snorted unconvinced: “We’ll see.”
“What, are you doing in goal?”, Beth laughed, clearly entertained by the sight of you in your lover’s position.
“Seeing the game through Mary’s eyes.”, you explained.
With a slight smile on her lips Lucy braced her hands on her hips before resolutely reaching for the ball: “Let’s see how good you’re.”
“Not too bad for the first try, darling.”, Mary cheered on you.
Panting, you clutched the ball tightly:” Not bad? Do you know how hard she shoots?”
“Only all too well.”, the goalkeeper chuckled.
Beth gently pushed your girlfriend aside so that she could shoot herself:” My turn!”
“I'm ready”, you announced with a nod, resting your hands on your thighs while you waited for the moment the ball flew through the air.
The Arsenal striker happily threw her arms up in the air.: “Goal!”
“That wasn’t fair. Let’s try again.”, you decided.
She shrugged her shoulders and smiled cheerfully: “Okay.”
It gave you a certain satisfaction that you were able to fend off the next goal attempt. “And that’s a save.”, you rejoiced.
Beth whistled appreciatively: “Damn, she’s good.”
Delighted, Mary turned her head around to look into the England’s head coach eyes who had observed the whole scene quietly: “Sarina, you should consider my girl for a situation in which we need a field player in goal.”
“I hope that’s a problem that we’ll never have.”, Sarina sighed.
In a more serious tone, the Paris St. Germain player replied: “Same.”
“But it’s good to know.”, the Dutch woman remarked.
Watching you land awkwardly on the ground, Mary rushed to you with a worried look on her face:” Ouch, love, you’re good? I think that was enough goal keeping for the day.”
“No, I’m good.”, you waved it off as you got back on to your feet.
Relief spread through Mary’s heart:” Come here.”
She hugged you facilitated and gave you a gentle kiss on the forehead, not caring that you two were still surrounded by your teammates and not alone.
“I enjoyed being you for a bit.”, you beamed at her.
“And I liked the look of you with my gloves on.”, Mary winked at you, kissing you once more.
“Oi, get a room you two!”, Ella called from the other side of the field and grimaced in disgust.
You shrugged and pointed to your girlfriend: “She didn’t want to share with me! She’s rooming with Millie!”
The blond defender immediately joined the conversation, her eyebrows raised with a knowing look on her face: “Mary, do you read our room tonight?”
With her arm around your waist, Mary shook her head: “No, we’re professionals. We don’t have to be glues together all the time.”
“Exactly.”, you nodded. As much as you two enjoyed spending time alone as couple, you also liked to use the England camps as time to bond with your teammates.
Millie shrugged, seemingly disappointed in the two of you: “Fine then.”
You turned to your girlfriend, both of you stifling a laugh before you shared one last kiss and went back to training.
The scenes from that training session played in your head as you watched Mary go down in your next Nations League game. It was the 82nd minute and the referee had stopped the game so the physios could tend to Marys injury. She was sitting on the ground, holding her arm. A million thoughts rushed through your head while you walked towards her.
“I don’t think I can continue… But we ran out of subs.”, you heard her say to the physios, her voice straining with pain. You knew she would push through if she was asked too.
More and more of your teammates crowded around her, discussing what to do next.
You shook your head and silently cursed Mary for accidentally predicting this situation in that training session.
“I’ll do it.”, you suddenly blurted out without wasting another thought on it.
You could feel all of your teammates eyes on you.
“You’re sure? Maybe I can try to keep going?”, Mary suggested but the sweat pearls on her forehead and her clenched jaw already told you in how much pain she actually was.
You nodded determinedly and held your hands out for her gloves: “It’s only ten minutes left. And I learned from the best.”
Reluctantly and with a bit of struggle, she pulled the gloves off and handed them to you: “Okay. Good luck, babe.”
“Thanks.”
Another goalkeeper jersey with your girlfriend’s name was procured from somewhere. It was little bit too big for you when you slipped in.
While Mary was escorted off the pitch, you put her gloves on and took a deep breath.
You looked over to the bench and met Sarinas’s gaze. She gave you a small encouraging nod.
Lucy appeared on your side and patted your shoulder: “Don’t worry, we’ll have your back.”
“I trust you. You better not let any ball through.”, you warned them half-jokingly, but the joke seemed to get lost in the severity of the situation.
With a serious look on her face, Leah patted your shoulder encouragingly: “You can count on us.”
“Let’s do this.”, you clapped into your hands, trying to appear more confident than you felt which was one of the things you had learned from your girlfriend, fake it until you make it. Because goalkeeping was an act, and the pitch was its designated stage.
Suddenly the opponent striker was right in front of you, instinctively you raised your hands to stop the ball from getting into the net.
A shaky breath escaped your lips as Millie hugged you, relief evident in her voice: “Oh, what a save, well done.”
“That was close.”, you muttered still shocked that you indeed prevented the goal with gloves on your hands.
Leah’s hands were on your cheeks, lips pressed to your forehead:” Yes, but you did it.”
When the referee officially ended the game, the exhaustion hit you with full force. Mary who immediately walked to you wrapped her strong arms around you, smiling proudly at you. “You were so good.”, she chirmed.
Happily, you replied: “Thank you. How do you do it though? I feel like I’m dying right now.”
“You get used to it.”, your girlfriend shrugged.
With a glance at her bandaged arm, the smile disappeared from your face:” But more important, how are you?”
“I’m okay. It’s probably not too bad.”, Mary reassured you.
The grin returned to your lips: “That’s good.”
“So don’t worry. You won’t have to be goalie for longer.”, the goalkeeper lovingly tousled your hair.
You began to blush: “I’m just glad you’re okay, it looked so scary when you got down.”
“Unlike me. I wasn’t scared. Not with that back-up.”, she winked.
“Not even a second?”, you sounded surprised.
Mary shook her head:” No.”
“Uhm, Millie? You might need to swap rooms for tonight.”, you turned to the defender.
The blonde pretended to think about your suggestion before she gave in with a smirk:” You know what? You deserve it tonight.”
A comforting warmth spread in your chest, you could always count on your team and your girlfriend, Mary was a keeper on and off the pitch, you wouldn’t change that for anything in the world.

Carnival II
Mary Earps x Child!Reader
Summary: You're homesick
You take to Paris much better than Mary does.
She isn't quite sure whether it's how smart you are or if all kids take to learning a new language so well.
Immersion is the best choice of action of course and you pick up your French surprisingly quickly, leaps and bounds ahead of her in every way possible.
But it's clear you're suffering with homesickness.
Mary's done this kind of thing before, moving abroad but you've never been away from England this long before. It's clear that you yearn to go back a bit, even if you put on a brave face about it.
You try to show how happy you are to be in Paris but Mary has been your mother for long enough now to know when you're faking it.
You mask well (though even that makes a stab of guilt go through Mary's chest) but not well enough to convince her.
"She could just need a companion," Is what Beth says the first camp since Mary's move to PSG," Something to be around that isn't you. Maybe a dog?"
"She has the horses," Mary says though the excuse sounds weak in her own ears.
"Yeah," Beth scoffs," That she has to have you drive her to and have people available for her lessons. It's not the same."
"I know," Mary huffs," But I don't know how to help. She's had a few outbursts at home and a few meltdowns at training. I got a call from the school about her getting herself so worked up she was sick. She tries so hard but..."
"A dog could help."
"Beth-"
"No, hear me out! Viv was suffering pretty hard with her ACL, we both were but having Myle was great. It got us out of our heads and-"
"I don't know if it'd help having a puppy in the house with Birdie. I mean, they're kind of hyper, right?"
"Not all of them. I mean some are specifically bred to be service dogs."
"Whatever. I'll think of something."
But the thought of getting you a puppy, one that can be trained to suit your needs and support you is almost too tempting to pass up.
Tempting enough that Mary finds herself looking at dog breeders in France. She swears it's just simple curiosity but then Beth is giving her the number for Myle's breeder, who gives her the number of the woman that owns Myle's auntie and just so happens to leave in France. She was only going to be curious. Curious enough to look and only look but Lieke catching her looking at lunch is what spurs the decision onwards.
"Puppies are good for children," She says and Mary rolls her eyes.
"You've not even had your baby yet," She gripes good naturedly.
"But I have a lot of experience with kids," Lieke points out," Are you looking to get one for y/n?"
Mary scratches at the back of her neck, still browsing through the ads on the internet. "Maybe. I'm thinking of getting her a service dog. To help with all her needs. But all the breeds that come up are big ones and it won't fit into our apartment."
"I mean, you could get a spaniel," Lieke says, digging into her meal," They're happy enough dogs. Easy to train. Smart. It could sleep in her bed."
Mary wrinkles her nose up at that but at least it wouldn't be some big beast of a dog that might accidently smother you in your sleep.
"I don't want a Myle in the house."
(It's a lie).
It was meant to be just simple curiosity, just something to waste Mary's time for a bit until training restarts again.
"You know you do."
Mary's been a bit secretive, you think as she leads you out of Lieke's apartment and up the stairs.
You think you like Lieke. She's kind of cool and smiley and she's having a baby.
Mary's assured you she's keeping her baby and that makes you like her a bit more. Your first Mummy and Daddy had you but didn't keep you so it's nice that Lieke's keeping her baby and is going to love it like how Mary loves you.
Lieke can also cook. She made a very nice lunch today and now Mary is taking you up the stairs to meet someone special.
She told you that this morning so you dressed in your best outfit because meeting someone special deserves wearing your best.
"Hello," The old woman that opens the door says.
You wrinkle your brow. The accent is easy to detect.
"You're French," You say bluntly," Why are you speaking English?"
"Birdie," Mary groans.
"What? I'm right! French people speak French."
"Yeah but I don't speak French," Mary says," She's being polite."
"I speak French," You say, turning to the woman," I can translate for Mummy if you want to speak French."
The old woman laughs. "That's very nice of you but I think it would make your mum feel better if we spoke in English."
"I guess so," You say eventually.
The woman lets you in and you wonder briefly if she's the special person you're about to meet.
"They're all in the spare room," The woman says to Mary," With the mama. All are available so take your time. You're the first people I've had come to choose."
You don't like the way she talks when you're not in the loop. Mary knows what she's talking about but you don't. Something bubbles up in your gut at that, twisting and turning until all you can do is twist your fingers around each other and wait.
"Mummy?" You ask, gnawing on the inside of your cheek," What's going on?"
Mary's hand clasps your shoulder. "It's nothing bad, birdie. I promise. You trust me, right?"
"Uh-huh."
"This is a good thing, alright? I promise."
You trust Mary, you really do, so you let her lead you into the spare bedroom and help you over the weird gate that's installed there.
You suck in a breath, eyes wide.
"Puppies!"
Mary laughs, clambering over the gate herself to greet everyone.
"We're getting a puppy?" You ask and Mary nods.
"Any one you want, birdie. Take your time."
Mary watches as you greet all the puppies, each one more wiggly and excitable than the rest.
"Now," Lieke's neighbour says," I've gotten into contact with the people that trained my service dog and they said that they'll do the same for whichever one the little miss chooses. I sent them all the documents you sent me about her autism and her anxiety and they agree that she's eligible for a service dog so they're going to do it all for free for you. They'll arrange classes so you'll just have to take the puppy to them and they'll sort everything."
"Thanks," Mary says," Really, for all your help. It's such a weight off my shoulders."
"It's hard," The woman says," But you're doing right by her. It'll all work out, you'll see."
There are quite a few puppies to play with, you realise as each of them tumbles over their siblings to play but none of them give you that spark.
You've heard from Beth about it before.
When she and Viv went to go look at puppies, they both felt that spark when seeing Myle. They both knew she was meant to be a part of their family.
You don't feel like that at all with any of these puppies and that worries you a bit, your tummy twisting and turning again as you push one of them off of you to stand.
You don't want to disappoint Mary. You don't want to make her angry. She told you to pick a puppy from this litter. The puppies were the special someones you were meeting today.
You don't want this trip to be wasted.
You circle the room a little, watching as a few of the puppies play with a piece of rope.
That's when you see him.
He's over in the corner with a bunch of blankets, blearily blinking open his eyes at the sound of his siblings playing.
You're moving before you can help yourself.
"Bonjour," You say because he's a French dog and probably only understands French.
His tail wags even though he still looks incredibly sleepy.
He stands, rocking back and forth on his paws for a moment before meandering towards you.
You hold the back of your hand out to him to sniff because that's what Beth told you to do when you first met Myle.
He bypasses it immediately though, climbing onto your lap and resting his head on your leg, eyes sliding shut again.
He's perfect, you think as you gently stroke down his spine. He makes your tummy stop going all weird and twisty and he's very cute with his soft golden fur.
"I see you've found the only boy in our litter," The old woman says to you," Bit of a runt but loved all the same. He's very docile and happy."
"He's sleepy."
The woman laughs. "That he is."
You turn to look back at Mary. "Can we keep him, mummy? Please?"
Mary smiles. "He can't come home with us right away. He's got vet appointments and puppy classes and a few more weeks with his mum."
"But we can keep him? After all that?"
Mary nods. "Of course we can. We'll have to think of a name and-"
"He's already got a name, mummy," You say," It's Newton."
"Newton?"
"Yes. Newton Earps. My new best friend."

lovie flash forward where she captains the lionesses to win the euros again (with any kids from the other stories that are lionesses kids) and she’s a midfielder because when she was little she didn’t want to choose between alessia and leah so she chose between their two positions she also is number 6 (for leah) and has russo on her shirt (for alessia) so it’s a mix of both of them. she’s also quite tall but the nickname tiny stuck around😭
there’s even a déjà vu moment for when they play germany and lovie is looking over a players shoulder at a note and people make it a meme along side alessia’s from years ago😭
anyway! she captains them to a clean sheet win and scores a hatrick and has a world famous celebration that’s all over the internet with kids copying her and when she’s getting interviewed after it she basically says what leah said “I can’t stop crying” and “i’m trying really hard not to swear”
and when it’s all done she’s back to celebrating and drags alessia to roll around in the confetti with her like when alessia won her first euros and she makes ella and mary knee slide with her like then too (bc ofc they came to watch) also dedicates her medal to her mum and leah during her interview🤌🏽
maybe even gets a ballon d’or nomination afterwards😎
glimpse of the future | alessia russo x leah williamson x russo!reader
to the person who requested this, i'm so sorry it took so long. i loved this request when i first seen it and wrote a whole fic in two days for it but then when i was editing it i re-read it and hated it hence why it's took so long, but i hope i've done it justice as i ended up loving making this and editing photos for this was such a fun thing to write once i got the plot right🙃

grumpy masterlist
you stood in the tunnel, your heart pounding as the roar of the crowd echoed throughout the stadium walls. taking a glance down at the armband which was wrapped tightly around your left arm. captain, you, at 23 leading england onto the pitch in the euros final. it was something four year old you dreamed about.
the weight to deliver tonight was almost overwhelming. but your focus went to your family who was in the stands.
your mum, leah all decked out in england merch, shirts, flags face paint everything they could get their hands on as they were surrounded by your uncles gio and luca as well as your grandparents who had been there throughout the entire tournament as well as your mum's former teammates.
you could imagine your mum's excitement vividly - alessia painted in england colours, a scarf tied around her neck despite the warm weather and her england shirt with 'russo' #11 adorned on the back.
alessia had spent the last three weeks telling anyone who would listen about how proud she was leading to you being the subject of endless teasing from your uncles and your mum's friends even if was a little annoying you knew it all came from a good place.
"you've got this lovie" alessia whispered to herself, adjusting her shirt a little, the iconic number 11 gleaming with pride. your number being that as it was the famous number 2,3 for your mum and 6 for leah combined.
as you walked onto the pitch with your team, the thunderous cheer filled your body with energy. the match beginning and you were in your element. england were dominating possession, moving the ball with so much flare.
so in the 24th minute a perfect through ball found you in space as you cut inside, steering clear of the german defender as you slotted the ball into the bottom corner - the stadium erupted. your team mates surrounding you with head taps and hugs.
by the time halftime had rolled around, you had already bagged a brace having been set up perfectly each time by your teammates. england were flying and looking likely to win it but you knew better than start and get comfortable knowing the momentum could easily change.
in the 70th minute of the second half, the germans made a substitution. your sharp eyes caught a glimps of a substitute carrying a folded piece of paper.
wandering over as you strained to see it over the players shoulder, but it was all in german and dotted with cryptic numbers. you mum walking with a big grin as it was a straight parallel of the same thing she had done int he 2022 euro final.
"focus lovie" she muttered to herself as she felt leah's hand rest on her knee to stop it from bouncing up and down. the game getting its self back underway.
the game wearing on, the german tightening their defence but you weren't finished. in the 78th minute you found yourself once again on the edge of the box.
a clever one two with your centre forward, left you one one one with the keeper. seeing an open goal you chipped the ball delicately over the outstretched hand of the keeper.
GOAL!
you knew once it had left your foot it was going in, your celebration was instinctive. rushing over to the corner in a sleek knee slide as you cupped your hand to your ear — staring into the stand as you soaked in the noise.
you way of silencing the doubters, for those who had said you'd never be half the player your mum was. you feeling nothing but satisfaction when you proved them all wrong time after time.
the referee's whistle cut through the air finally after six minutes of added time — sharp and definitive. and for a second you froze. then it hit you, you had done it. your three goals had done it. england were european champions, once again.
you knees buckled and you collapsed onto the grass, your hands covering your face as the tears started to fall. the noise around you was deafening, a cacophony of cheers and screams echoing throughout the stadium.
you tilting her head back, staring at the sky as you tried to catch your breath — your chest heaving up and down.
feeling hands grab at your shoulders and turning to see your teammates rushing towards you, all screaming with joy. a blur of england jerseys surrounding you as you were pulled into a massive group hug, lifting you off the ground as if you were the trophy.
you laughing through your tears of joy, unable to stop the huge grin on your face as they chanted your name, loud and proud.
"russo scoring goals galore! captain fantastic!" your teammates shouted, ruffling your hair as you took in every single ounce of the moment.
back in the stands with your mum, alessia was in her feet. tears falling from her eyes as she clutched onto leah's arm. "that's my baby, that's my lovie!" she shouted her voice cracking.
alessia's scarf all askew, her face paint all smudged from the tears streaming down her cheeks in joy, but she didn't care. she could be prouder of you and she wanted all to know.
leah was beaming beside your mum, clapping furiously as her voice was hoarse from cheering. leaning in close to alessia as she rubbed a hand up and down the blondes back.
"you right here that, you know. she's you out there — maybe slightly better" leah nudged alessia as she playfully rolled her eyes at the teasing comment.
"don't say that!" alessia half laughed, while half crying through the pride radiated from her, "but also — maybe"
your grandparents, carol and mario were on their feet waving flags and cheering loudly. mario clapping a hand over his heart as his face etched with emotion, “she’s incredible” he said to no one in particular more just thinking aloud.
“runs in the family” gio chimed in as he grinned nudging luca slightly.
luca had been on his phone recording the celebration, well trying to. “this is going on every family group chat. i’m never letting her forget this!”
as your mum’s former teammates — ella, mary, lucy and lotte were just as loud as your family. they may not be your family by blood but they were definitely your chosen family. they’d watched you grow up with their owns eyes being there for you when you needed.
mary was hollering, “that’s the russo legacy right there!” as lucy waved her england scarf above her head like a helicopter.
as you back in the pitch, you’d managed to peel yourself away from the group hug as your eyes scanned the stands, looking for your family.
finding them quickly, your mums attire dressed in full england merch from head to toe was a dead giveaway, and when your eyes met your mum’s you lifted your arms and pointed towards her.
“for you mum!” you mouthed, tears were still streaming down her face in pure pride. alessia bringing a hand to her mouth as she nodded the tears continuing to spill over again.
you turned back to the field, it being moments away from the trophy celebration, as you wiped your eyes as the reality of the moment was really starting to settle in.
you’d dreamed of this as a little girl, you’d watched your mum win it in 2022 amongst some of the most decorated players in the words which your adored.
now it was your turn. your fists clenching as you breathed in the moment. the weight of history pressing in your shoulders — but not as a burden but as a crown.
the crowd hadn’t stopped for a single moment since the final whistle, chanting and cheering as the team relished in the celebrations for their hard word over the past few weeks.
as you lined up watching the german players receiving their medals first, as you congratulated each one. you’d dreamed watched as your teammates, their joy mirrored your own. a sense of profound sense of gratitude — not just for the win, but also for the journey.
the germans had received their silver medals, it was now your turn as the announcer roared their names through the speakers.
you stood at the end of the line watching all your teammates received their well deserved gold medal, the captains armband still snug around your arm, still trying to process what had just happened.
your cheeks were damp with tears, your hands trembling with adrenaline and emotion.
the first few medals had been handed out, you watching in with pride as you could hear their laughter, their shouts of disbelief. every step closer to the podium felt surreal — as if she was walking through a dream.
it was now your turn, the official draped the gold medal around your neck, the cool weight of it grounding you. you touched it lightly then turned to the cheering fans lifting it high. the roar from the crowd was deafening.
you’d shook hands with all the officials lined up, your heart pounding as you were left to lift the trophy. your heart was pounding. the trophy was gleaming under the stadium lights and you couldn’t tear your eyes away from it.
"and now, your captain, y/n russo, will lift the trophy!"
the crowd erupted as you moved towards your teammates moving into the middle of the group as you gripped the handles of the trophy tightly. pausing for a moment as the weight of the moment hit her.
then with a deep breath, you hoisted it high above your head. confetti cannons exploded, showering the team in gold as the stadium roared with joy.
you closed your eyes, tilting your head back to feel the confetti rain down on you. you could hear your teammates screaming behind you, their hands slapping her shoulders in celebration.
in the stands, your mum was a mess of tears and pride. she clutched leah’s hand tightly, “that’s our girl, le” your mum yelled bouncing on her toes as you lifted the trophy.
gio was shouting your chant, “midfield magic, hear the crowd roar! russo’s scoring goals galore!” as luca waved a giant england flag above his head.
back to you on the pitch, the trophy remained being passed about high above peoples head as you laughed on, before an interviewer found you amidst of the celebrations.
“how does it feel y/n?”
“i-i can’t stop cryin’ and i’m trying really hard not to swear” you admitted, a small laugh falling from your lips as your voice shook.
"what does this all mean to you and the team?"
you took a deep breath. "i speak on behalf of all my teammates when I say this is for everyone who doubted us, who told us we shouldn't play because we're women. well, look at us now. european champions. who's got the title—us or them?"
you paused, your eyes glancing over to the stands where your family was, “and for me, well this isn't just about football. i've been able to do this because of my two biggest fans—my mum and le. this is for you both. i love you so much. and gio," you added with a teary laugh, "you were right—this is way better than chocolate!”
you laughed, knowing when gio and the rest of your family saw the interview would get the reference from when your mum first won the euros. you thanked the interviewer as you made your way to the sidelines where you would finally be able to enjoy the moment with those who mattered most to you.
when you made it to them, you effortlessly jumped over the barrier, being engulfed by your family. your mum throwing her arms around you, sobbing for the thousandth time today.
“mum! we did it” you whispered, your voice breaking.
your mum hugging you tightly as a hand run down your back before she pulled away, “no, you did it lovie.”
leah joined the hug, wrapping both your mum and you in her arms, “we are so proud of you, angel” she smiled softly her own eyes filled with pride.
as you turned to your grandparents who had been watching the sweet moment between your mums as they beamed with pride.
your nonno, mario pulled you into a tight hug, “you’ve made this family so proud kiddo” he smiled his voice thick with emotion.
“thanks nonno” you said, your voice trembling as you held back the tears.
your uncles, gio and luca, of course broke the emotional moment with their teasing. “did you have to score three? what a show off!” gio grinned, a wide smirk on his face.
you laughed, rolling your eyes playfully, “remind me how many you’ve scored in a euros final?” you quipped back. gio just laughing as he pulled you into a headlock as you laughed.
you’d posted for photo after photo, finally making your way to your mum’s teammate that had made the journey, mary was first to give you a massive hug ruffling your hair. “hat trick in a final! you’ve got your mums genes that for sure!”
“probably better actually” ella added with a wink as you scoffed with a laugh.
“ok, ok let’s not start that argument, again” you smiled as you catch up with the girls your cheeks already flushed from the sheer amount of attention being placed on you.
the celebrations felt endless and carried on all night long, you not being sat in a function room. having danced the night away with not only your teammates but also your family.
but you still had one thing left to do, the medal which hadn’t left your neck. moving your way over to your mum who was sat leaned up against leah.
you without saying a word took the medal from around your neck, placing around your mums as a confused look flashed across your mums features.
“lovie? what- what are you doing? this is yours” your mum asked as she moved to take it from around her neck.
your quickly shaking your head, “no it’s for you, without you, and leah i wouldn’t be half the person i am today”
and there came the tears again as alessia beckoned you to sit down next to her as the tears spilled again.
“oh not again, angel i had just managed to get her to stop cryin’!”
-
months later
you were sprawled out on the couch having a rare weekend off you’d came home for to spend some time with your mums.
you quiet morning however was ruined when alessia walked in, holding her phone. her face was lit with excitement.
“lovie, you’ll never guess what!” your mum paused as you nodded your head for her to continue, expecting for her to tell you about some gossip she’s found from the neighbours while putting the bins out, “you’ve been nominated for a ballon d’or!”
you nearly choked on your water as you shot up, your eyes going wide, “what? are you having my life?”
your mum shook her head, “you’ve heard me!” she beamed, “i always knew you’d do something special but this-“
leah then appeared in the doorway clearly having already heard the news as she shook her head with a bright smile, “told you less, she’s better than we ever could have imagined”
you groaned from the compliment, though you were grinning, “mum, le- stop your embarrassing me”
but as you hugged them both, you knew you wouldn’t trade their pride or their love for anything in the world.
from ‘tiny’ to towering greatness — quite literally — y/n russo had lived up to the legacy and had created a one for her own in the process.

Our Omega PT3
Pairing: Select Lionesses x reader
Summary: Basically sick reader that it
Okay, maybe playing in the rain for a whole hour was not the best idea. But Tooney looked like she was having so much fun and who was she to have fun without you? So that’s how the two of you ended up bedridden the next morning. Though Tooney’s definitely playing it up for the extra attention. She’s always had a knack for the dramatics.
“Less come here,” she calls out next to you, her voice a little congested. You can’t hold back the eye roll. This has to be the tenth time she’s called for Alessia in the last hour. Meanwhile, you’ve been lying next to her watching some dumb YouTube video. It was a mistake to let Tooney choose.
Mills and Mary went out for soup and everyone else was in training leaving you and Tooney alone. Though she fell asleep rather quickly, maybe she wasn’t being that dramatic after all. You head downstairs for the first time today. Nobody would let you out of bed for fear of you getting more sick but you were beginning to go stir crazy. Of course, it’s sunny and beautiful today which leads you to sit outside on the grass and lie in the sun like a cat. That’s exactly where Millie and Mary find you when they get home. By the time they get there, you’ve fallen asleep whether from the heat of the sun or the illness nobody knows.
“What are you doing” Millie's voice pulls you from your dream abruptly. ‘I was napping what are you doing” You growl back. “I am wondering why my sick omega is outside instead of in her nest resting.” Millie crosses her arms standing directly in front of the sun leaving you bathed in shadow. “ Mary is inside with the soup let's get you to bed.” Millie crouches down on her heels to scoop you up. “Mmh I dunno do I get to pick what we watch while we eat.” You ask with a slightly raised brow. “ Fine” Millie carries you inside and heads up the stairs. “Thirst edits of Lucy it is” you tease. “Come on at least watch thirst edits of me” Millie groans. “Mmh luce’s are so much better though”. “You're such a brat”

Only you | Mary Earps x Lioness!Reader
5k celebration prompt: "I don't care what they say, I want to be with you."
Woso masterlist | Words: 1.1k
-----
Six months with Mary. Six months of quiet stolen moments, whispered jokes, and the kind of love that felt natural. You had been friends for years before your relationship blossomed, and that foundation made everything stronger. There was no awkward getting-to-know-you phase, no hesitance in the way you fit into each other’s lives. It had been seamless.
And for now, it was private.
You and Mary had agreed early on to keep your relationship away from the public eye, sharing it only with those closest to you. It wasn’t about hiding, it was about keeping something that was just yours, untouched by outside noise.
The problem? That noise had a way of creeping in.
The Lionesses' camp had barely begun, and already, fans were speculating again. Not about you and Mary, of course. No, it was never about you and Mary. It was always about someone else. Sometimes fans read into every single interaction a little too much.
Kissing Alessia’s cheek on arrival? Oh you must be dating Alessia.
Putting your arm around Lucy? Oh you must be dating Lucy.
Swapping hoodies with Lotte? Oh, you must be dating Lotte.
Having a coffee date with Keira? Oh, you must be dating Keira.
Walking onto the pitch holding hands with Leah? Oh you must be dating Leah.
You scrolled through Twitter, rolling your eyes at yet another post dissecting your friendship with Leah. "God forbid I hold my best friend's hand without people planning our wedding," you muttered under your breath.
You had known half of the girls since you were kids, of course your friendship ran deeper with them than some of the other girls on the team. However, your interactions with them were purely platonic, familiar even.
It was frustrating that your every interaction was put under a loop, but you knew what was true and what wasn’t. So, usually you just let it fly over and let them think what they wanted. Their rumours didn’t affect you, so what was the harm?
But Mary on the other hand started to get bothered by it. It was messing with her head. Why did they always have to think you were dating one of your friends? They never thought you were dating her, did they think the two of you wouldn’t work together or did you just hide your relationship so well that you gave them nothing to catch onto?
The thoughts in her mind were getting too loud, and she knew she had to talk to you. You were the only one that could give her the answers to the relentless questions she had been asking herself. So, she went to find you in the hotel, starting by your room.
She knocked on your door, and a few seconds later you opened the door with a big smile. “Hi love, me and Leah were just about to watch a movie, do you want to join us?”
Mary hesitated, she didn’t want to interrupt your time with your best friend. “Oh, no it’s fine. I can come back later.” She was about to walk away, but you had seen the way her shoulders fell.
“No, no, It’s okay. What did you come over for?” Mary shrugs, “I just wanted to see if we could talk, but it can wait.”
“If you’ve got something you want to get off your mind, I am not going to make you wait, darling.” You say and grab her hand to pull you into the room. “Hey Lee, can we reschedule?”
Leah was already up, and ready to leave you both to it. “Of course, see you both later.” She said as she patted Mary’s back on her way out.
You took a seat on your bed and patted the spot beside you. “What’s on your mind?”
Mary sat down beside you, nervously playing with the hem of her shirt. Her eyes flickered between yours and her lap, debating whether she should say her feelings out loud or keep them hidden away.
“I am never one to care much about what other people think of me or my life, you know this.” You nodded, letting her know that you indeed knew. “Just lately some things fans have been saying are getting to me.”
You reached out your hand to give her some comfort. She takes a hold of it and starts playing with her rings to calm herself down. “What are they saying?” You ask softly, not wanting to push her.
She lets out a shaky breath before telling you. “Every time I see something about you on social media, it’s always about people thinking you’re dating Alessia, Leah, or whoever they’ve seen you interact with a bit more than usual. I know we’ve decided to keep our relationship away from the public, but sometimes it hurts to see that they imagine you with everyone but me.”
You had seen some of these things yourself, but you had no idea it had been bothering Mary so much. “Oh, love, I’m sorry that’s been getting to you.” You squeeze her hand a little. “You know that I don’t care what they say, right? I want to be with you. It’s always been only you.”
A tear rolls down your girlfriend’s cheek, and you’re quick to wipe it away. “Do you want me to create some more distance between me and the girls so they can stop assuming I am dating all of them?” You’d do anything to make sure that Mary wasn’t feeling like this. She shook her head instantly, “No, that’s not what I want. Your interactions with them are harmless, I love how close you are with all of them, and I would never want to take that away from you. I guess I just needed to hear that you only wanted to be with me. I know that sounds stupid.”
You scooted closer and put your arms around her, “It doesn’t sound stupid. Your feelings are always valid, and I am always down to tell you how much I love you, and how much you mean to me. I will say it every second of every day if that would make you feel better.”
Mary chuckled and a smile spread across her face. Exactly what you had hoped to achieve with your joke, but you knew you could push it just a little further.
“Here, I’ll try it out right now. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love-”
“Okay, okay, I get it, you love me.” Mary said while jokingly pushing you off. “I love you too, though. Thank you.”
“Of course. Thank you for coming to me and sharing that you were feeling this way. I promise to always be here to listen.” You press a kiss to her temple and wrap your arms around her again.

mary earps, out shopping, “remind me why i agreed to have those two idiots as my other children?” (lessi and tooney)
part of the a date to remember universe m.earps II we don't know them
"do they really have to come?" mary groaned as she pulled up out front, sighing heavily as you nodded. "we've been away for nearly two weeks. they probably missed you!" you teased pinching her cheek as she mocked you under her breath.
"i missed aunty lessi and aunty tooney!" delilah piped up from the back, swinging her legs with a cheshire like grin plastered on her face. "so did I tiny. mama did too, she just thinks she's too cool to admit it." you patted your wifes shoulder who rolled her eyes.
"did you tell them we're here? we're going to be late!" mary checked her watch with a huff as you quirked an eye in amusement. "can't be late to do the shopping mama." delilah beat you to it with a giggle as you looked back proudly.
"watch it kid or you'll lose your trolley privileges." mary warned fixing your daughter with a look through the rear view mirror. "so dramatic mary!" delilah parroted your own words from this morning as you slapped a hand over your mouth to stifle your laughter.
though before the goalkeeper could say anything back there was knocks at her window and she jumped a half foot in the air, scowling at the smirking brunette who winked and climbed into the car.
"where's alessia? for god sakes!" mary groaned head thumping back against her headrest. "for god sakes!" delilah mocked doing the same thing as her head thumped against the back of her car seat and she only giggled as mary shot her a dirty look.
"we're still in the parrot phase." you explained to ella who nodded in understanding, a flash of blonde hair hurrying down the driveway and diving into the car. "sorry! couldn't find my other sock." alessia huffed wrestling on her shoe as mary rolled her eyes.
"see? i told you we could go away for two years and these idiots wouldn't change." mary mumbled under her breath as you squeezed her knee, the taller girl huffing and leaning across to kiss your cheek in a silent apology starting the car back up.
with the other two in the car now the time flew past as delilah caught them up on the adventures of your last two weeks away in mallorca on holiday, both girls listening attentively with oo's of wonder.
"hello children." you finally greeted them both with a hug and a smile as you arrived to the grocery store, jumping out of the car as mary ignored them both and unclipped delilah.
"whats up marys ass this mornin? she got blue balls or somethin?" ella whispered with a wink as alessia shoved her with a dissaproving shake of her head. "something like that." you chuckled, marys plans of a romantic night together now you weren't sharing a room with your daughter ruined by the daughter in question refusing to sleep in her own bed and you not making her.
"we can stop the co-sleeping tomorrow. come on baby, family cuddles!" you denied marys request to remove delilah who was already fast asleep curled into your side, your wife sighing heavily but knowing this wasn't something worth arguing.
but a restless night with little feet kicking into her ribs every ten minutes or a tiny hand smacking her cheek and wriggling around meant it was one without much sleep, meaning a very grumpy mary this morning.
"mary. baby come on, your nose is so long its almost hitting the ground." you poked at your wifes side as alessia and ella hurried off ahead, swinging delilah between them.
"only things on the list!" mary called warning the trio as alessia gave a thumbs up, handing the piece of paper to your daughter who was now happily sat in a trolley, the three of them disappearing into the aisles.
"come on earps, give us a smile." you jostled your wife as she grabbed a trolley for your own list. "not in the mood." the goalkeeper warned but made no move to let go as you slipped your hand into hers.
"well, maybe later you can get in the mood." you smiled suggestively, the taller girl looking down at you with a frown. "i didn't invite ella and less just for a catch up. if we buy them lunch and butter them up a little, i'm sure they'd love to take delilah for a sleepover tonight." you quirked an eyebrow, grinning as mary's face lit up.
"my god woman, you're a genius." mary grabbed your face, kissing all over it as you laughed. "yeah yeah tell me something i don't know. i'm offended you seem so surprised!" you poked her accusingly before starting off toward the fruit and vegetables, having given delilah all the 'fun' food knowing she'd whinge about the healthier things.
"mary!" you hissed as her hand caught your ass, your complaints swallowed by the kiss she stole with a charming smile. "it slipped." she winked, reaching over your head to grab a punnet of strawberries.
you were both almost done with your part of the list when you heard a horrendously loud crash the aisle over and winced, sharing a knowing look.
"please tell me that isn't ours." you mumbled, the pair of you slowly heading toward the source of the noise. "i can tell you but you can't get mad at me for lying." mary sighed at the sight which met you, a bright red alessia apologizing profusely to a store employee as ella wiped off delilah who was coated in flower, her own body caked with white as well.
you met alessia's eyes over the employee's shoulder, feeling mary slip her hand back into yours.
"remind me why i agreed to have those two idiots as my other children? "pretend we don't know them?" "darling you read my mind."
"oi you two get back here!"

It’s okay || Mary Earps x reader

Request | Masterlist | Prompt list
Warning throwing up, sickness, mention of hospitals
Summary Mary takes care of you when you’re sick
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
“Fuck.” You swore before jumping out of bed and running to the en suite.
You threw your head over the toilet, throwing up the food you’d eaten from the past 24 hours.
You felt a hand on your back, rubbing it gently.
“It’s okay, I’ve got you.” Mary whispered, holding your hair back.
“I knew something was wrong with that chicken.” You mumbled as you wiped your mouth.
“It was a bit pink, wasn’t it?” Mary agreed, a small chuckle escaping your lips.
Mary had taken you for dinner as part of date night two nights ago and after eating half of your chicken, you realised it was pink inside, an indication that it was raw.
“You go lay back in bed, I’ll get you some water.” Mary told you, helping you up and taking you to the bed. “I won’t be long.”
Your eyes drooped from the tiredness as you waited for Mary.
“Hey, baby.” She cooed as she saw you tucked up in the blankets.
She made her way to you, popping the glass of water on your bed side table then making her way to the bed.
“Hi.” You mumbled, grabbing Mary’s body and pulling it closer to you were practically lying on top of her.
“Feeling better?”
“No. Hot.” You told her, kicking the duvet off you.
“Oh, babe, you’re boiling.” Mary exclaimed, pressing the back of her hand to your forehead.
She quickly got out of bed, walking into the bathroom and grabbing you a flannel.
She placed it on your head, before grabbing the water you still hadn’t touched.
“Drink, love, it will make you better.” She explained, holding the glass to your mouth. “Do you need anything else? Food, more water, medicine, paracetamol?”
“Just you.”
“Okay, baby.” Mary said, lying back down in bed, allowing you to cuddle up into her side.
“Too hot.” You mumbled before moving away, still holding Mary’s hand though, despite that gap in the middle of the two of you.
The rest of the day, you and Mary spent watching tv curled up in bed.
Every time you needed something, Mary was there to get it.
Every time you had to throw up, Mary was there to hold your hair back.
It was definitely safe to say Mary is the best partner whenever you’re sick.

Leah with a goalkeeper kid is awesome! Any chance we can get Mary & Hannah’s reaction?
this wasn’t in the plans,, but I went for it anyway, it’s under 1000 words, so it’s a quick one, sorry for taking so long this is a short from this
It was a special day at the England national team training camp. Amidst preparations for the next round of friendlies, the team had set aside a couple of hours to film media content. The atmosphere was relaxed, the usual high energy focus shifted to something lighter.
Mary had just stepped out of the dressing room, busy adjusting her gloves, when Leah approached her with a grin that made her look far too pleased with herself. The kind of grin that always made Mary suspicious.
“What’s going on, Leah?” Mary asked, raising an eyebrow, curious about the mischievous glint in Leah’s eyes.
“I’ve got a challenge for you” Leah announced, looping her arm through Mary’s and gently steering her in the opposite direction from where Mary was supposed to be.
“Hang on, I’m supposed to shoot some videos with Hannah” Mary protested, though she didn't resist that much.
“Change of plans, Mary” Leah said, her grin widening.
Mary was about to argue when she spotted Hannah nearby, standing next to a little girl carrying an armful of balls.
“Wait... is that your daughter?” Mary asked, a touch of surprise her voice as she recognised Olivia.
“Yup” Leah said proudly.
Mary raised both eyebrows now, half-wondering how Leah had managed to sneak her daughter into a national team media day. But given the relaxed vibe of the day, she figured it was one of those rare occasions where bending the rules was allowed.
“Hi Mary!” Olivia came running up to them, beaming as she high fived Mary enthusiastically.
“Hey Livy!” Mary grinned, leaning down to her level. Then in a mock whisper, she added, “Does your mum know you’re here?”
Olivia gave her a cheeky smile and pressed her finger to her lips in a shushing gesture. Mary chuckled, shaking her head.
Hannah sidled up to Mary “Did you hear the news, Mary?”
Mary glanced at her teammate “What news?”
Leah came back with Olivia by her side, hands resting on her daughter’s shoulders, grinning even wider. “Looks like we’ve got your replacement lined up for when you retire.”
Olivia blushed a little under her mother’s proud gaze but stood tall, already wearing her gloves. Mary blinked, caught between amusement and admiration.
“Is that right?” Mary said, smiling down at Olivia “Well then, show me.”
“You're throwing them wrong on purpose, mom!” Olivia huffed, her cheeks flushed from the effort as she stood in the goal, catching her breath. It was the third shot in a row she had saved, her face glowing with pride. She stood under the goalposts they used for training, fully suited up in her keeper gear, proudly breaking in the new gloves Leah had bought her a few days earlier.
“I doubt it, kiddo. Your mom’s not exactly famous for her penalties” Mary teased from the sidelines, her voice laced with amusement.
Leah shot her a playful glare “I’ll take that as a compliment to my daughter and not a dig at me, thanks” she quipped, positioning another ball at her feet “Ready Livy?”
Olivia nodded enthusiastically, clapping her gloved hands together before crouching into position, her eyes locked on her mom.
“It’s going to the right!” Leah called out, sending the ball flying toward the left instead, hoping to throw her daughter off.
But Olivia was quick. With a determined leap, she deflected the ball with a firm swipe of her gloved hand, sending it out of bounds.
“Brilliant!” Mary cheered, bursting into laughter “The future of England’s got some serious hands!” Without hesitation, she jogged over, scooping Olivia up onto her shoulders.
All Olivia could do was giggle as Mary paraded her around the field, circling Leah, who had dramatically collapsed onto the grass, feigning defeat.
Leah, her face a mix of pride and amusement, sat up and dusted the dirt off her knees “Alright, alright, you win this round” she called out with a smirk, watching the two of them.
Mary, still carrying Olivia, shot Leah a mischievous grin “Great. Now, Livy, I’m going to teach you how to shout at your defenders so they don’t mess up”
“Ugh” Leah groaned, tilting her head back in mock dread. She couldn’t help but remember all the times Mary had scolded her for messing up on the pitch.
Olivia beamed from atop Mary’s shoulders, her eyes sparkling “Does this mean I get to play with Mary more often?”
Leah chuckled, shaking her head with a fond smile “We’ll see, Livy”
Mary finally set Olivia back down, ruffling the little girl’s hair “Anytime kiddo. Just give me a call and we’ll sort out a session”
Leah stood and walked over, wrapping her arm around Olivia “Alright, how about we head back inside before anyone realizes we’ve completely hijacked media day?”
Olivia nodded eagerly, still glowing with pride as they made their way towards the dressing room.

A drunken teenager
warning emetophobia
It's all over…
England European Champions!
History makers, Record breakers Game changers
You couldn’t quite believe what had just happened. I mean you were 3 months shy of your 16th birthday. Just a kid. Yet you had just won the Euros with the Lionesses. You just stood there on the pitch, mouth wide open in a daze. On any other occasion, your teammates would’ve made fun of you, teasing you about how you never shut up or something funny like that. But this wasn’t any other occasion. This was a once in a lifetime occasion and you were in shock. However, your solo celebrations didn’t last for long when you felt a body jump onto your back causing you to stumble unexpectedly. Hearing the giggling behind you and you didn’t need to turn around to see who the instigators were. You just yelled a “Tooneyyyy” and you were greeted by a hug this time. Of course it was Tooney and Less who were there. They were you unofficial big sisters afterall. There were lots of family dynamics at camp but they were the funnest. You had the older ones (Mary, Leah, Keira…) who kept you in line and you had the younger ones, and Lucy, who were willing to mess about and have a laugh. But all that didn’t matter now. Not when you were currently being crushed by Tooney, Lessi and Georgia.
An hour later, the initial celebrations had died down a little and you were all gathered in the changing rooms taking pictures and dancing along to music. You were sat with G and Lucy when G offered you a sip of her beer. Just as you were about to bring the can to your lips, you felt a shadow loom over you and a hand snatch the drink away. Leah’s voice then sounded out “And just what do you think you are doing kiddo?” You tried to smile up at her as innocently as possible but she wasn’t having any of it if the straight line frown was anything to go by. So you did the most logical thing you could think of at the time. “But Leeeeee, everyone is drinking.” Granted it probably just solidified your child status more in her eyes but you didn’t really have a backup plan.
“Absolutely not kiddo, you are 15 years old” and you looked at her preparing to argue back about your age, “And don't give me any of that being basically 16 crap, you are 15 years old”. You looked over at G pleading for her to back you up but she had had the clever thought to escape whilst Leah’s attention was solely on you, so with that you just huffed and folded your arms as you sat back in your cubby. Your annoyance wasn’t helped when Leah ruffled your hair which was then followed up with Lucy yelling across the changing room “OI KIDDOS IN TROUBLEEEEE” with a stupid smirk on her face. Oh how you wished you weren’t under supervision so you could go wipe it off. Lovingly of course.
In the end it was Keira who came over after hitting Lucy’s arm in response to her yell. It was Keira who managed to convince Leah to let you have one drink at the after party as long as it was relatively tame and you promised to stick to soft drinks after that. You agreed, begrudgingly, sensing the offer wasn’t going to get any better. So after everyone had packed up their stuff, you all hauled out the changing rooms and onto the bus, with Lucy leading the line cradling the trophy like it was a baby. You couldn’t help but laugh as you passed the front seat on the bus to see that Lucy had covered that trophy in a blanket and strapped it into the seat with the seat belt. And Lucy was just acting as its official bodyguard. As you moved down the aisle to your seat you could hear her in the background saying “Cmon, keep it moving now, nothing to see here” and just as you wondered where your seat group was for your table you heard a “Tooney I swear if you get any closer I will forcibly move you”.
The drive was quite long but not that anybody particularly minded as most were either singing along to music or filming the singers and it carried on off the bus, once you had arrived at the venue.
Fast forward a few hours and the party was in full swing and practically everyone, bar a few non drinkers on the team, was drunk. Much to your delight, Leah was one of the first ones to go to bed so you took your chance and ordered shots. One bonus of not being in an official club was that there was no need for IDs. Not when you were in your official England tracksuit anyway. In hindsight, you should’ve probably listened to Leah because if you did then you would have realised the sheer amount of media obligations you had tomorrow. But you didn’t, and you were far too drunk to realise now as Mary carried you up to her room. Muttering something along the lines of “Leah is going to kill you kid”. And you, well you were content to drool on her shoulder.
Soon enough morning came, and as expected Leah was not nearly as hungover as the rest of the team (captain maturity or something) and she was on the hunt for you after she woke up and realised you hadn’t made it back to your shared room - another annoyance about being the kid of the team was that you weren’t allowed your own room, but that was a story for another day as you were currently throwing your guts up in Mary’s bathroom. Mary knew how much trouble you would be in once Leah had seen the state you were in so she was happy to be a helpful fly on the wall and hold your hair back for you. That peace didn’t last long as Leah messaged one of the people she knew to definitely be sober and to her luck and your potential demise, she replied. Chloe messaged back almost instantaneously to Leah, letting her know that Mary had taken you back to her room and that was all Leah needed to make her way to your current location at speed. Once she was there, she let herself in the room (another stupid captain perk in your opinion was that she was allowed a masterkey) and made her way into the bathroom - following the heavy heaving noises that were coming from it.
Once inside she was greeted by the sight of you currently cuddling the toilet like you were scared it was going to run away and Mary holding your hair back and trying not to laugh. After a few moments it was Leah who broke the silence with the statement “Kid, I thought I told you one drink and why the fuck do you smell like a brewery?”
You were just glad you had the sense to not respond with words and just whimper instead as that seemed to tug on Leah’s heartstrings enough that she swapped places with Mary and pulled you into a hug, which you gladly accepted and snuggled into her. You see, as tough and strict as she makes herself out to be, and believe me she can be a right hardass, she can be very motherly as well. After several minutes of hugs and a few sips of water, courtesy of Mary, a knock at the door alerted you three of the day ahead. Just as Mary went to open the door, your stomach contents felt the need to make another appearance. Mary opened the door, internally cringing at the noises coming from the bathroom, already making a mental note to tip the housekeepers for the job of cleaning that up. It ended up being Hempo who was at the door, being sent by Sarina to see what the hold up was and after some explaining and apologies from Mary about the lateness, Lauren was on her way back to the meeting room for the morning announcements. Leaving Mary to break the news that they were expected downstairs 30 minutes ago.
After a back and forth debate about leaving you in bed, Leah ultimately won after scaring Mary with the news that you could choke on your own vomit, and you were hoisted down the stairs wearing a trusty pair of sunglasses that G had been giving out. Entering the meeting room was the next task that you weren’t sure you were ready for in your current state, knowing you were about to become the butt of so many jokes and endless teasing but you didn’t have time to contemplate that thought as Leah shoved you inside. Taking a little joy in the harmless teasing coming from your fellow teammates. Afterall, she did try to look out for you by giving you a limit. She knew the press would all be wanting a piece of you. I mean a 15 year old prodigy scoring in the final to win the Euros for England is an eye-catching statement. So after she had settled you on a chair where she could keep an eye on you she went to take her place at the front by Sarina who was trying her best not to look too amused at your current predicament.
An hour later and the meeting had finished leading everyone to file out of the room in search of something more interesting to do before media engagements. Meanwhile you had not moved an inch since Leah put you in your chair. But only upon closer look by Leah and Sarina that they found out you were in fact asleep, and Leah shook her head and chuckled. It was then Sarina spoke to Leah about your personal scheduled interviews and as she was worried about having to give an excuse believable to the public about where you were. Leah just shook her head, smirking in response to that.
“Oh no no no Sarina, I think that’s just what the kid needs to fully wake herself up”.
Sarina looked confused for a second until she fully grasped what Leah was trying to say and then couldn’t contain her laughter whilst walking out the room to prepare for press meetings. Leaving Leah to wake your sleeping form up, but after trying to shake you awake for several minutes, she resorted to just putting you over her shoulder and carrying you to the canteen to try and get some food down you, a task easier said than done when you were practically collapsed onto her side, passed out with porridge smeared across your face. Meanwhile a few of your teammates were snickering behind you both but that was quickly cut out by a prompt slap of the head via Keira and a sharp look by Leah. Just as she was about to say something, a groan turned her attention to the now waking up lump on her left side and after a couple more minutes you were fully woken up a spoon was thrust into your hand and a pointed look from Leah told you all that you need to know, so you started, slowly, eating away whilst Leah went through the itinerary for the day. You swore you felt your actual stomach drop when you realised the day for you didn’t consist of sleeping the hangover away, but instead giving interviews and being on live television. And once Leah told you the final bit of news you felt like you were about to meet the breakfast you had just forced down yourself.
“Le please I will die without them” you whined, scarily close to tears which you didn’t quite understand why.
“Sorry kiddo” she said whilst smiling at you. “You have media engagements that you cannot get out of and you can’t do them whilst wearing those sunglasses. It will set a bad image in the public if they get wind of a 15 year old kid being hungover whilst in an official capacity.”
“Plleaaseeee Le please, I’m begging you please. I will do literally anything ok. ANYTHING!”
But Leah just smiled (seemingly without sympathy) and patted your head whilst chuckling under her breath which just earned a scowl from you.
“Cmon kiddo, eat up so we can get ready for the day” spoke Mary at which you were tempted to reply something less than appropriate so you just settled in huffing into your porridge, dreading the day ahead.

Would you pls do a Mary earps imagine with them filming TikTok’s together and being otp x
A/n: Not exactly what you asked for but close enough i think.
TikTok is the bane of your very existence.
It’s the bane of your professional life as a chef because everytime you turn around one of your crew is using prep time to make a concoction and upload it to that godforsaken app.
And in your personal life?
Well, in your personal life, it feels like every time you blink you're being sucked into filming one of those stupid videos with your girlfriend.
The first time it happened, you were barely even sure what was going on.
The two of you had been getting ready to go on a date to a relatively nice restaurant, when she pulled up in front of her phone’s camera so she could show off what you were wearing.
That had been the beginning of the madness (as well as a very hard launch of your relationship to the public).
It didn’t really matter what you were doing, if Mary had decided that a video needed to be filmed, it’d be filmed.
A literal walk in the park. TikTok.
You driving. TikTok.
You tearing a member of the kitchen staff a new one. TikTok. (Although she’d been asked not so politely by the head chef to never do that again).
You cooking in your shared flat. TikTok.
Hell, she even made a TikTok of you sharpening your knives, a task you find completely mind numbing.
And if having your every move recorded wasn’t bad enough, she also had you joining her in filming one of the more popular trends. You mouthing along to the silly sounds that are currently popular on the app. Or worse, dancing, you hate the dancing.
Asking how often you think about the Roman Empire (only as often as you need to).
Throwing herself fully clothed into the shower and singing Taylor Swift while you were trying to brush your teeth.
Making you record a two second clip of everytime you changed clothes while on vacation.
The list is neverending.
Which is why you should be more alarmed when you see her walking into the kitchen with her phone out but you’re too focused on chopping the vegetables you’ll be using in your meal prep.
“Baby,” she says.
“Hmm?”
“Can we record a TikTok?”
“Can I keep doing what I’m doing,” you ask in return, still not looking up from the cutting board.
“You don’t need to do anything but stand there and look pretty,” Mary says as she sets her phone up next to you. “And answer questions,” she adds as an afterthought.
You roll your eyes but don’t make any additional comments as you see her hit record.
“So a ton of you have been asking in the comments how my wife manages to be a professional chef when she has so many food allergies,” Mary says, looking directly at the camera. “And I figured it was better if I just let her explain it. Babe?”
Admittedly, you hadn’t really been listening to every word that she had been saying, only really listening to every word that she had been saying, only really catching the words ‘allergies’ and ‘professional chef’, which is a topic you get asked about a lot. So you just answer without really thinking.
“My main allergies are seafood, peanuts and treenuts. And since I’m one of 2 or 3 sous on any given night, I just,” you pause, “wait, what did you just call me?”
You can feel cheeks heating up as your brain finally processes what just happened.
“What? Babe?”
Mary’s playing dumb on purpose. She knows it. You know it. And you both know that the other one knows.
“Not that, the other thing.”
“What my wife,” she asks.
A cheeky grin breaks out on Mary’s face as she watches even more color rush to your face.
For you, when she repeats it, you suddenly feel like you can barely breathe and you know that your next words come out a little choked (much to Mary’s amusement.)
“Yup, that.”
As calmly as you can manage, you put your knife down and take off your apron before walking out of the kitchen.
“Wait, where are you going?”
“I have to find my wallet and keys,” you shoot back.
“Why?”
“I gotta go buy a ring before you change your mind!”
The sound of her laughter is the only thing you hear as you close the door behind you.
The video is up on that cursed app by the end of the week.
A photo of the ring on Mary’s finger goes up just a few hours before.

Reward. Mary earps x reader.
Smut 18+

Mary being an ass girl.
After training your day was very chill. You would usually divide the house shutters between you and those girlfriend Mary in order to get them done quicker.
This day though has been even more quiet than usual. You finished your pigeon of the work way before Mary did, so you decided to lay on the couch and wait for Mary tho be done. Little food you know that that decision will change your entire day.
Mary was upstairs doing laundry, when her phone beeped and the lock screen opened. You usually don't pay attention to Mary's phone believing that in a relationship people deserve privacy. However, what you saw shocked you.
You knew that the goalkeeper had a thing for your ass. She would touch, slap, tease, and squeeze it whenever she could. She didn't mind that you were in public or with your friends and family. Putting her hands on your ass felt like an impulse she couldn't control. You often used this weakness over hers to your advantage. You would coarse her to change her mind or do something that you wanted just by offering her full control of your ass. In sex she lived fucking you from behind offer just ticking your ass whenever you wanted to be closer to her and when you make her nad she punishes you by spawning you until your ass was red.
So your girlfriend's lock screen wasn't as much of a shock than a surprise that caught you off guard. Mary had put a picture she took off your backside on the beach when you were on vacation in her lock screen. Your ass was zoomed in and out took the entire screen.
This gesture surprisingly made you happy so you decided to reward your girlfriend for it.
So you left the couch and went straight to the bedroom closet. You put on a pair of sexy red lingerie, just like your girlfriend liked. These lingerie were a bit special because your ass was completely bare. You then did your hair and makeup pretty quickly and situated yourself on the bed.
It didn't take long after you finished for Mary to be done too. She expected you to be on the couch as usual and when she didn't find you she started talking for you.
“Baby where are you?”she asked
“Upstairs in the bedroom, love .”you responded.
Upon getting in the room her jaw was on the floor.
“What did I do to deserve this?.”she asked.
“Well baby I was your lock screen and I thought I would reward you for it. Tonight you can do whatever you want with me.” you said seductively.
Mary didn't waste any time. She quickly took off her shirt and got on top of you. She kissed you roughly, like your lips were gonna disappear.
“ You are so fucking beautiful.” She whispers in between kisses. She then moved on to your neck marking it so that everyone knew it was hers. She sucked your purse point harshly while moaning your name. You were already crazy for this girl but her actions make you go crazier. After she was done with your neck leaving enough bruises on it she took your bra off.
“You are so fucking sexy baby “she whispers again her voice full of lust.
“fuck Mary.”you moan as soon as she had your nipples in between her teeth. She gave each breast a large amount of bruising which only resolved in you being a moaning mess and the juices between your legs to drip down to the sheets.
“Baby please, I need to feel you inside me.” You moan out loud.
“ I want to you too come while I am fucking your beautiful juicy ass.”she ordered.
She then got up and went to your toy drawer and picked out the biggest strap you had. You only took that strap once and you remembered it being a rough challenge.
“Mary, I don't think I can take this.” You say hesitantly
“ Of course you can, baby.” she doubled down, fixing the strap to her core.
She then flipped you s on that your ass was in the air. She then situated herself behind you and slid the tip in. You whined and squirmed at the size of it but mary didn't flinch. She slowly pushed the whole strap in.
“That my good girl who takes what I give her “she praised you. She quickly loosened you up, thrusting faster and stronger.
“ I don't think I can take it “ you moan.
“yes you can baby you can take it “she cooed her hand on your back soothing you.
You knew Mary had pace but today she reconfirmed it to you. She thrusted harder and stronger in you by the second. She would occasionally squeeze your ass giving it a few slaps.
“I want you to touch yourself slowly “she ordered. You obliged to the order and you started touching your puffy needy clit while moaning Mary's name.
“ Move faster baby I am gonna come and I want us to do it together “ she said.
It only took a few minutes before you both came at the same time.
“ do you want me come in your ass baby “ she said a few moment before her release.
“ Yes baby, please come in my ass please.” You pleaded before yours.
After you both came down she gave you as a few kisses before she asked
“Who does this ass belong to ?”
“To you. my ass belongs to you “ you confirm while panting from your orgasm.

we've got you II Lionesses x Teen!Reader
romantic masterlist | platonic masterlist | word count: 1164
summary: Reader makes her debut for the Lionesses, scoring a goal in her very first match while quietly battling her anxiety. requested
author's note: Hi, we hope you enjoy this fanfic—it touches on a topic that’s very close to our hearts. Thank you for reading, and we hope it resonates with you as much as it did with us while writing it.🤍🤍
disclaimer: everything in this fanfiction is purely fictional and nothing corresponds to reality.

"Y/n? It’s time to go.”, Mary Earps called softly, knocking gently on the door where you were hiding behind it.
"I'm coming.”, you replied quickly, though your body refused to move. Anxiety twisted in your chest, your thoughts racing in a relentless cycle. Each one was worse than the last, and you could feel your heart pounding in your chest, your palms growing clammy.
The door swung open, and Lucy Bronze stepped in, her eyes expectant. A smirk tugged at the corner of her lips as she glanced at you: "What are you waiting for, kiddo?"
"I—.”, you started, but the words caught in your throat as Millie Bright stepped forward, interrupting you.
She gave you a reassuring smile, her voice warm and steady. "We got you, okay? There’s nothing to be scared of. Just pretend it’s like training."
"But it's not. What if I let the team down? Maybe I’m not worthy of Sarina’s trust.", you voiced your fears, swallowing hard as they lodged in your throat.
Leah Williamson, her face as serious as ever, stepped forward: "We win as a team, and we lose as a team. It’s going to be fine."
"Exactly.”, Mary added with a nod of assurance.
You lifted your eyes, awe and gratitude filling you. Their words, their support, lifted the heaviness from your shoulders: "I know, I do, and you girls are all so sweet."
"There’s no 'but'. You earned it.”, Lucy said firmly, her voice full of conviction.
Feeling the weight of her words, you whispered, standing a little taller: "Thank you."
"Let’s go, star girl.”, Mary cheered, a playful glint in her eyes.
Alessia gave you an encouraging tap on the shoulder: "You got this. We’ll help you."
Leah ruffled your hair affectionately: "Yes, you can count on us."
And in that moment, you realised—there was no more hiding. It was time to step onto the pitch and play.
Once the game began, there was no time to overthink. Instead, you found yourself swept up in the rhythm of the match, moving with the flow just like the rest of your teammates. In the midst of a perfect link-up play, you found yourself in front of the goal. With a quick, confident shot, the ball soared gracefully into the net.
You threw your arms up in celebration, but before you could take it all in, you were surrounded by your teammates, their joy infectious as they engulfed you in a team hug.
"Debut and a goal! You’re insane, Y/n!", Ella Toone shouted excitedly into your ear, her voice barely audible over the roar of the fans celebrating.
With a chuckle, you gasped out: “Ella, please, don’t strangle me."
As soon as you managed to wrestle yourself out of Ellas hug, Mary appeared behind you.
“Yes! Leave some for the rest of us, Tooney.”, she grinned, wrapping her arms around your waist and squeezing tightly.
You groaned until the goalkeeper finally set you down again.
“It still feels unreal.”, you said, more to yourself than to anyone in particular, your gaze drifting across the stands with celebrating Lionesses fans.
“Congrats, Y/n.”, Keira smiled shyly, giving you a high-five.
“Hey, I need to congratulate you too.”, you laughed, pulling her into a quick hug.
Keira chuckled: “Oh please, took me only 83 tries.”
“To be fair, your first shot, the one that hit the post, was even better, but a goal is a goal.”, you shrugged.
The midfielder playfully rolled her eyes and turned to the others: “Wow, the goal really got to her head. First game and she’s already criticising me.”
“Oh wow.”, Millie laughed.
You blinked at them with innocent eyes: “Didn’t say anything.”
“Girl, come here. I need to take a photo with you too!”, Aggie hollered, jogging over with her phone held up, ready to take a selfie.
You waved Keira over: “Keira, join us!”
“I have to think about it.”, she mock-pouted but when you and Aggie gave her matching puppy-dog eyes, she finally caved: “Okay, okay, fine.”
“Thanks.”, you beamed and positioned yourself between her and Aggie. Aggie pressed the button, capturing the three of you smiling proudly into the camera.
She studied the photo: “Perfect.”
“Our first-timers.”, Mary said, her voice exaggeratedly emotional.
“Mary, you look like a proud mum. Do you need a tissue?”, Beth teased.
The goalkeeper shook her head: “No, I’m good but maybe Lucy does.”
You turned your head to look at the defender who shot Mary a disgusted look: “I’m not crying. There’s just something in my eye.”
She wiped under her left eye and when your gazes met, you noticed the glassy sheen in her eyes
“You’re not crying on my behalf, are you?”, you asked, half-joking, half-concerned.
“No, of course not, kiddo.” She gave you the same annoyed look she’d given Mary.
“I hope so!”, you teased.
Lucy grimaced: “I never cry, you know that.”
“Only when it comes to football.”
“Not even then.”, Lucy replied firmly.
“Lies.”, you laughed.
Your bickering was quickly interrupted by a voice with a Dutch accent: “Y/n, great game.”
Sarina smiled at you, clearly satisfied, and gave you a pat on the back. Looking at your coach in this moment, you wondered what you were even scared of before the game.
“Thank you, Sarina.”, you beamed at her, a soft blush creeping onto your cheeks.
She observed calmly: “You must be proud of your first goal in your first game.”
“It feels like a dream.”, you thought to yourself—though you hadn’t realized you'd said it out loud. Everything felt lighter than it had just a few hours earlier, when anxiety had clung to you.
The Dutch woman hummed thoughtfully: “I hope we’ll see many more performances like that.”
“I was really anxious before the game, but the girls have all been so lovely… so I’d like that very much.”, you admitted quietly.
Sarina nodded toward your teammates: “And I’m sure the girls would like to see you here more often too.”
With a big smirk, Leah kissed the top of your forehead, the way you'd seen her do with Beth Mead after big games.
“We do.”, the England captain confirmed, her tone almost solemn.
A feeling of deep gratitude spread through your whole body: “Thanks. That means so much to me.”
“Now you’re officially a part of the team!” Grace screamed happily in your ear before pulling you into one of her famous bear hugs.
“Fought her fears like a real Lioness,” Mary winked.
Still in Grace’s hug, you groaned, “Ugh, Mary, stop it!”
“Get used to it,” Ella responded with a dry smile.
On that wonderful night, you made yourself a promise: being in this team was a real honour. And if facing your fears was the price, then so be it—because now you knew you’d never be alone. There would always be someone to have your back. And deep down, you also knew… you were strong enough to face it all.

Read II
England Lionesses x Child!Reader
Mary Earps x Child!Reader
Summary: There's a reason you don't have sugar
You hold reading lessons every day at camp because you want the rest of the England team to not be knuckleheads anymore and to prove Mikey from school wrong.
It's not easy to learn how to read so you know you need to come back to make sure everyone has been keeping up with their learning because that's what Mummy and Daddy do to you.
They started teaching you how to read very early so you were fairly advanced when you went to school.
You think Mikey's just jealous because you're a good reader and he's a bad one but, still, you want to make sure to prove him wrong.
Mary always says the best revenge is proving haters wrong. You don't know if Mikey's a hater but you'll assume he is because better safe than sorry.
You've done a good job at teaching everyone though because Maya, Millie T and Tooney all give you some sherbet sweets. They make your mouth go a little tingly when you try them but you like that feeling so the three of them keep feeding you more.
They're responsible for you while Mary's getting the last bit of treatment before you all get on the coach to go to the stadium. Usually, someone else is responsible for you but you did a quick reading lesson for Maya and Millie with Tooney as your assistant so they're supervising you before the journey.
You decide that you really like the sherbet straws they give you and Maya dares you to see how many you can finish before you have to go.
You don't count but it's definitely a lot.
Enough for you to feel super hyped when you're finally reunited with Mary. She's picked out a set of four seats with a table and she's already got your rucksack full of books open for you to pick from.
You're very advanced in your reading for such a young kid but even you struggle a little bit. Now that you've taught Mary to read, she can read very well from the books that are a bit too complicated for you right now so she's in charge of reading them to you as you drive to the pitch.
"Er..." You say as you look at the selection," That one."
"Alright," Mary says, cracking open the book and clearing her throat. She gets about halfway through before she notices how wiggly you're being. "Hey, rugrat, do you need the toilet?"
You frown. "No. Keep reading, Mary."
"Are you sure? I can take you."
"No, Mary. My book, please."
"Alright." Mary keeps reading but she's acutely aware of the way you keep wiggling in your seat.
You seem to think you're fine though. Or, at least, you don't think you need the toilet which is Mary's main worry.
"Okay," She says finally," Go and find someone to hang out with. I need to talk to Tooney."
You seem all too happy to scamper off, practically throwing yourself at Beth across the aisle.
"Tooney!" Mary snaps, interrupting the conversation she and Alessia are having.
"Jesus, Mary! You scared me there!"
"What did you give my sister?" Mary demands," She's never been like this before."
"Like what?"
"Like that!"
Mary points over to where you've decided it's a funny idea to crowd surf over the girls at the front, who are bouncing you a bit as they pass you off to the girls sitting behind them.
"She doesn't do that! She's also not wiggly on the bus! What did you give her?"
Tooney winces. "I gave her nothing!"
Mary narrows her eyes. "What did you let Millie and Maya give her?"
Tooney's eyes dart to them quickly before she clears her throat. "I've got the right to remain silent! Anything I say or do can be used against me in a court of-"
Mary's already moved off before Tooney can finish and she crosses the coach to confront the other two. "I'm not interested in excuses. Tell me what you've given my sister."
Her gaze is clearly intimidating because Maya and Millie fold instantly and Mary's on her way back to her seat, easily plucking you from someone's arms to set you back down next to her.
It seems most of the sugar rush has disappeared now but then another problem makes itself known.
The bus goes over a series of bumps and you make a little aborted movement forward.
Mary recognises the action and whips out a plastic bag. "Here, rugrat," She says," Let it out. Let it all out."
She rubs your back as you throw up. It takes a lot longer than usual to hurl up your guts and Mary narrows her eyes over the top of her seat to look at Millie and Maya.
This is all their fault, Mary knows it.
It's because of all of the sugar you've consumed that you've thrown up so bad and, as she ties the bag shut, Mary briefly contemplates throwing it at Millie and Maya.
"Juice, please," You say and Mary hands it to you," Sorry, Mary."
"It's okay," She says," It's not your fault. Do you want to continue your book?"
You nod, leaning against your sister, energy drained. "Yes, please."

in plain sight | alessia russo
as promised and by very popular demand!! not even gonna lie i kinda love how this turned out:)
mainly just fluff but a little suggestive;)

navigation
being on england camp was something you always loved, being able to represent your country at the highest level was something you could only dream of when you were growing up, wanting nothing more than to follow in your big sisters footsteps.
being surrounded by your friends, your older sister leah all while being able to play the sport that you loved was something that never felt real.
"and then keira said- your not even listenin'!" leah huffed throwing her arms up in the air as you glanced from your phone placing it face down on your sisters bed as she turned to face you.
"i was!" you smiled sweetly in your defence, hoping leah would buy it and carry on with what ever she had been talking about as in reality you hadn't the simplest idea of what she had been talking about for the past twenty minutes.
"mhm, you looked it too!" leah sassed as your rolled your eyes at your older sister's dramatics. "anyways who you textin' with such a cheesy grin on your little face" she asked as your smile dropped a little. "don't think i didn't notice"
"i- uh just a friend" you stutter as leah raised an eyebrow clearly not satisfied with your answer but you weren't ready to tell her the truth of who you were actually texting out of pure fear of her reaction.
"and does said friend have a name?" leah smiled as she moved to sit next to you on her bed as your brain worked fast to try and figure out a way out of answering the question.
"oh it's just an old school friend, i don't-"
"yeah i remember your school friends which one?" you could tell leah didn't believe a single word that was coming from your mouth as she was sat with a look that you knew and seen quite a few time when you were growing up as she was trying to squeeze the actual truth from you but you were giving her no luck.
"um i don't think you met this one, anyways it's getting late i should probably get back to my room, busy day of training tomorrow" you rambled out quickly getting up from leah's bed as quickly as you could before she had the chance to bombard you with anymore questions saying a quick goodbye to your sister as you left.
walking down the corridor of st george's park in direction of a certain someone's room instead of your own, looking over your shoulder every so often to make sure that none of of the england girls where around to see your movements.
three knocks on the door in the same pattern you always did, as a few seconds passed before the door opened, alessia stood with a soft smile on her face as she let you in quickly shutting the door behind her.
"hi love" she mumbled into your hair as you wrapped your arms around her waist mumbling a hello against her as she lifted you up and walked from the doorway to her bed, lying down on it as all you could hear was her heart beating against her chest drowning out the sound of the tv playing a series that alessia had clearly been watching to pass time.
"m’sorry it took me so long to come, i was with leah" you said quietly moving so that the two of you were more comfy.
the blonde shaking her head, "it's okay, i knew that's where you'd be - so actually i was expecting you to be longer!" she assured you as you laughed a little at the last part knowing that leah loved to talk, your older sister always having something to say or comment on.
not always the shy angel that some thought she was - that being only reserved for those she wasn't as comfortable around.
as for you and alessia, nobody knew about your relationship. everyone saw the two of you as best friends and while you were to the outside, behind closed doors and away from prying eyes it had blossomed into something more meaningful, the two of you wrapped up in your own little love bubble.
you'd know alessia for a while having grown up with her and a lot of the current england squad in the youth teams all together however it wasn't until the world cup when you both admitted your feelings to each other a few weeks later after the heartbreak of the final, you finally after years of dancing around the bush asked alessia to be your girlfriend.
the two of you had been together now for seven months. and with each day that passed you were more and more scared of your older sisters reaction to you dating alessia.
you had grown bored of the series alessia was watching your fingers trailing up and down the blondes arm in hope you would peel her attention from the tv screen and onto you instead.
at first you were having no look until you felt a slight shiver from the girl, her face turning to look at you a sheepish smile appearing on your face. “hi”
“hi” she breathed out her face inches away from touching yours. the blonde looking into your blue orbs, deciding if she was going to make the move or if she was waiting for you to, seconds later bringing her hand up to your face, cupping your cheek and using her thumb to run across your cheekbones, pulling you that little bit closer to her.
you allowing alessia to pull you, your faces stopping that mere millimetre away from each other, alessia’s hand remaining in its place. taking in being able to feel your soft skin under her finger tips again.
your lips barely grazing, but you could feel your breath mixing together.
“please” you whimpered, unable to stop the begging tone from the slowness of the build up as it was killing you. “what?” alessia innocently asked as you rolled your eyes.
you could feel alessia’s lips graze yours as you moved that little bit closer, your lips now ever so slightly touching.
“just kiss me-“ you breathed out, alessia nodding and moving her head forward allowing your lips to connect properly. you both taking a deep breath at the familiar tingles from your connection.
your hand resting on the blondes thigh, squeezing it slightly as the blonde let out a small moan, finally getting the sound you’d been craving.
alessia ran her hand that was previously on your cheek to the back of your neck, “i love you” alessia moaned into the kiss, her breath hitching as she felt your tongue come out and graze her bottom lip. alessia bringing her own out to touch yours, you squeezing alessia’s thigh in response.
“i love you so much” you whispered against her lips, as you felt alessia pull lightly on the back of your hair. “wish i could stay with you tonight” you added as you both pulled away to regain your breath.
“someone would definitely get suspicious then, love” she smiled softly, her pupils dilated as she looked at you so in love.
you frowned for a split second, before moving to straddle the blonde as her hands quickly found your waist you the one this time to rest your hands on her neck.
leaning in ever so slightly, “we better make good use of the time we have together then!” you whispered, alessia seeing a change in your eyes, they were darker as you continued leaning in trailing kissing from her jawline down to her neck.
finding the skin of her neck between your lips as you kissed her neck with a little more pressure, your teeth nipping slightly at the skin. knowing exactly where and how she liked to be kissed, as alessia’s grip on your waist tightened as small whines fell from her lips.
“i- fuck, babe, no marks please” she cursed under her breath, as you hummed against her skin, however you knew you couldn’t make any promises to the blonde.
-
sitting down with georgia and ella while you ate breakfast conversating over small things as well as the next matches that were in a few days time.
“less is late down today?" georgia said out of the blue, your eyebrows raising a little, "she's probably still doin' her hair- y'know what she's like!" ella rolled her eyes as you nodded a long agreeing with the two of them.
you’d left alessia’s room early this morning after falling asleep in her room last night, not wanting to have to explain to any of your teammates why you’d be in there when they came to knock on for the blonde.
doing your usual routine of kissing her forehead, mumbling an ‘i love you’ and sending her a text message for when she woke up so she knew where you’d be before leaving to your own room to get ready.
your shrugged your shoulders as you put another spoonful of your breakfast into your mouth and the topic changed once again.
"so in ireland we need to go and try-" you were in the middle of a new topic of things you may have time to see and do in your short trip to ireland for the next match when all of a sudden milk is being sprayed from ella’s mouth and all of you.
"ELLA! what the fuck man!" you groan loudly looking down at your now soaking wet training jumper. "ay language!" you heard leah yell over from another table rolling your eyes you turned back to ella and georgia who were both sat opposite you as milk dripped down your face.
"what was that for?" you ask, moving quickly to take your jumper off, leaving you in your training top. you look up to georgia and ella who are both sending gawk eyes at whoever is stood behind you.
"what- oh hey lessi" you gave her a small smile as she stood stone faced behind you, wincing as you realised why she had that look on her face.
a hickey that you’d given her from last night had formed on her neck all red and purple, you could tell she’d try to put concealer over it however it wasn’t enough to cover it.
“oo um, you sleep well?” you cringed sending the blonde a sorry look as you watched the ella and georgia burst out laughing the two nearly on the verge of crying with laughter, you not totally understanding what was so funny.
“less- if you ask, the kitchen staff they may be able to give you a whisk!” ella joked in between her loud laughs with georgia, a few of the girls around the room looking over to your table with confused looks as alessia scoffed walking away in the direction of the where the food was being served to get her own breakfast.
you felt yourself sink further into the chair, unsure of how the next few minutes were going to go, georgia and ella finally beginning to stop laughing. “so you and less huh?” georgia wiggled her eyebrows.
“um- wait how do you know?” you asked, pushing the rest of your breakfast around with your spoon.
“well one you’ve just confirmed our suspicions and two it was pretty obvious mate” georgia pointed out as they both began to list out interactions they had noted between you and the blonde.
it ranging from little looks they’d noticed to the small touches and how you would act around each other when you both thought nobody was watching you.
“and from then, the whole team realised you were both together” ella finished as you hummed along, alessia now sat down next to you eating her own breakfast, your ears perking up at the sound of the words ‘whole team’
did that mean leah already knew too?
“what do you mean whole team?” you said calmly however you could feel your heart racing. alessia sensing your panic as she placed her hand on your knee to reassure you.
“well everyone had their suspicions, even leah” ella shrugged as your eyes widen but you were also wondering why she had never brought it up to you.
“um, i’ll be back” you shot up out your seat, rushing off towards your sister before they had a chance to ask where you were going.
the three watching as you rushed off in direction of type sisters table.
“le, can i talk to you?” you said quickly, startling your sister at your presence as she sat with keira, beth, millie and mary.
“yeah, what’s wrong?” she smiled turning to face you as you stood to the side of her, leah’s arm rest in on the back of the chair, noticing your panicked state.
“in private” you mumbled, your eyes flicking towards the two girls leah was sat with. your sister nodded as she began to stand up, telling the two girls she would be back in a minute as you both began to walk outside of the canteen.
“what’s wrong, why you all nervous?” leah asked, worried look growing on her face with each passing second as you both stood in the hallway of st george’s park. you fidgeting with the rings in your fingers as your tried to find you words.
“so, do you um- know about me” you trailed off, stumbling over your words as leah smiled to herself nodding knowing now exactly what you were going to say.
“about you and alessia being in a relationship? she finished your sentence for you, you head snapping up at your sisters words as you shyly nodded biting your top lip to stop the big grin from appearing on your face as you still were unsure of her initial reaction.
“of course, you two are not very discreet y’know- basically in plain sight!” leah laughed a little to herself as your smile slowly started to grow.
“but you do know that you live with me and i’ve heard quite a few of your conversations with each other over the past few months!” leah pointed out as you face frozefor a minute, your cheeks starting to go all hot and probably red as your brain replayed a few of yours and alessia’s conversation, some definitely not what you want your older sister to be over hearing.
“how come you never told me?” leah asked as you shrugged, you knew why but you weren’t sure if you were ready to admit that out loud to your older sister.
you sighed, “just didn’t know how you were gonna react, i guess”
“your so stupid at times, along as your happy i don’t care who your dating!” leah laughed as she pulled you in for a hug as you rolled your eyes at her harmless insult.
“sorry for not telling you” you smiled as leah nodded her hand waving backwards dismissing your comment.
“but if alessia ever breaks your heart, i will not hesitate to make her life a living hell!” leah said in her serious tone, her face dropping to that scary glare she did all too easily as she rambled on about giving alessia the talk later on.
you groaning as you rolled your eyes at your older sister protectiveness, nudging her a little as you both walked back into the canteen.
“hey! i’m just looking out for my baby sister!”
(pretend it’s you and less!)

Our Omega
Pairing: Select Lionesses x reader
Tags: Omegaverse, Sight Kidnapping, Fast burn, Love at first Smell.
Summary: large packs are normal but you never expected to be in a pack with players from the England lionesses. I hate this but I needed to expel my demons.
Word Count: 2.6K
You weren't ever really interested in Fútbol well in the women yes but not so much in the logistics and rules. So one time when your new Alpha coworker Amber offered to bring you to an England lionesses game you were really just interested in seeing pretty girls. Which is how you are here is a sweaty crowded stadium watching England play France. The weather was almost as hot as the players, meaning you were sweating out your eyeballs. But it's worth it for the front row view you are getting. “ Do you think they are going to win?” Amber asks, leaning slightly into your space. You've only worked with her a couple of times and she definitely likes you more than you like her.
She seems to be confident in herself as if everyone owes her something. “They're going to win”.You don't move your eyes off of the pitch. The whole game she has been asking you technical questions you don't know the answer to. She doesn’t understand that just enjoying the view she has to know everything. It is more than a little frustrating.
You by some grace of god manage to zone out for the remainder of the match only nodding and humming as she talks beside you. Once the match is over the wind picks up rather drastically blowing from behind you and across the pitch meaning anyone standing close can smell the sweat on your skin.”You smell good “ Amber whispers her voice deeper than usual. You really should have told her you weren’t interested. “Thanks” you try to gather your bag and wrestle your coat back onto your body. You're so focused on getting everything together so you can get out of this crowded place that you don't notice someone jogging up to the barrier.
”Hey you” A alpha voice growls from below you. You whip around in surprise. Millie Bright is standing on the other side of the barrier pointing directly at you. You point to yourself with a curious look surely she couldn't mean you. “Yes you come here” she curls her finger and it is like some part of your omega brain is triggered as you shuffle to be right against the barrier. “Smell me” You do a double take because there is no way in hell she is insinuating what you think she is. Mates can recognize each other by scent and she seems to think you are fated. Who are you to deny this beautiful woman's claims? So Of course you lean over the barrier smelling the junction of her neck and should deeply. She smells strongly of bergamot and vanilla; it's almost intoxicating. You pull back slightly dizzying from the overpowering smell. “I knew it was you. Did you come here with anyone.” Millie questions your head still spinning, you only point to Amber. “Who is that?” Her growl is only low enough you can hear it but it is still terrifying. “A coworker, I think she was trying to get me to go out with her.” You mumble leaning in for more of Millie's scent. “That's not happening “You yelp as you are pulled over the barrier. “Hey that's my date you can’t just go off stealing her”Amber shouts but Millie doesn't even offer her a glance back.
Millie shifts you to rest comfortably on her back. You can’t seem to bring yourself to care about the full stadium of people around you watching or videoing you. “Who is that? '' You recognize Lucy Bronze in her accent alone. Her voice is just as intoxicating as Millie's scent. “Smell her” Mllie prompts as Lucy circles around her to get a better look at you. You can't help the giggle that escapes you when she nuzzles her face into your neck. “I am jealous of Your nose mill Never would have smelled her from over here.” Lucy has appreciation clear in her voice. “‘I think I should go home” Your mind starts to clear and suddenly all of this is hitting you really hard. “Baby you're going to be alright Mills And I will take great care of you and just wait till Leah Hears about you she will be ecstatic.”Lucy's hand rubs over your back as Millie's purr fills the air around you again pulling you back into a manipulatable state.
When you mind finally returns to you you are in the back of a car tucked into someones lap.”Hello love” Its leah fucking williamson holding tucked to her chest like her favorite teddy bear. “Love you need to calm down or I will start Purring” Leah runs her hand over your back in soft circles. “You are safe we are going to get you home and get you fed. How does that sound.” Leah asks, wiggling her eyebrows for added effect. ”I was thinking Ham sandwiches,” Leah offers with a smile on her face. Now that she says it you are hungry. “She doesn’t want a ham sandwich Lee” You peek up from Leah to see Mary Earps navigate the car through traffic. “She seemed to think a ham Sandwich sounded pretty good, didn't you love it?” She asks softly, nuzzling at you. “A ham sandwich is okay. Whatever is easy, I don't want to be a bother.” You smile at Mary in the rearview. “You're never a bother, love your omega . We will do anything we can to take care of you.” Mary's tone is softer than you've ever heard in any interview ever. “Thank you”
“You don’t have to thank us. Love , we want to take care of you and do nice things for you.'' Leah smiles, pulling you close into her.``Were Here” Mary sings songs pulling into a gravel driveway. “Is that her?” You hear someone call as Mary opens the door and walks around to help Leah out. Mary opens the door and reaches out for you”You can walk if you want but you might still be drowsy and the gravel is sharp if you fall.” Mary explains as you let her lift you out of the car. ”Hi Im Ella that's Less over there with the blonde hair. She is a little nervous” Ella laughs as Less sheepishly jogs to catch up with Mary. “Mary kicks the door open and slips her shoes off. “Less Tooney Why don't you two go get the bags from the car” Mary is more telling then asking and the girls complain but still surender and go back to the car.
“Georgia Go straighten up the nest please” Mary asks the girl resting on the sofa. “It's really her” Georgia’s voice. “You can Gawk over her later go get the nest sorted” Mary ushers her up stairs and sets you down in the spot Georgia vacated. “Stay Here Mills is in the kitchen. I want to make sure she is making you something other than a ham sandwich. “Mary says with a roll of her eyes. She clicks the tv on to a random channel and walks off leaving you alone and questioning everything going on around you. Surely this has to be some kind of weird dream. There is no way Some of the most famous football players in the world are mated to you.
“What are you so stressed about? I can Smell you from all the way across the house” Lucy Collapses into the sofa next to you. “It's just a little Sudden I go from no mates to I don't even know” You run your hand through your sweaty hair. “Seven. you have Seven Mates.” Lucy sets her Head down in your lap and you can't help the wave of calmness that overtakes your body simply from having your Alpha This close. “Seven is so many” You groan slouching back into the arm of the sofa. “Seven makes for a healthy pack. You have your alpha prime, that's Mills. Then you Alphas Leah, Mary, and Me. Then Your Delta Rachel You have your betas. Ella Alessia and Georgia. Then you are a beautiful sweet image.`` ''You guys don't even know me” You run a hand through Lucy's impossibly soft hair. “Not yet but The girls will remedy that at dinner always a million and one questions.” You can practically hear Luce's eye roll.
“Dinner is ready” Marys sings songs from what you can assume is the kitchen. “We should get you some food before there isn't any left.” Lucy's stands and pulls you up behind her. You tail after her and she doesn't let go of your hands. The table is set and the room is empty save for Mary. “ Mills wanted to get changed, just sit and I'll get dinner dished out” Mary gestures to the table before retreating back into the kitchen. “Sit here” Lucy pushes you into a chair and pushes you flush with the table not leaving any room for argument. “I'm going to help Mary stay here” Luce presses a kiss to the top of your head before evicting the room. You're barely alone a second before Rachel comes barrelling into the room. “Ahh there you are. Those girls have been hiding you away from me” She slides in “Hey” It feels so surreal to be talking to these women as if they are everyday people and not super famous. “I'm Rachel but you probably knew that considering you were at our game” She has a slight teasing tone to her voice that you find yourself really enjoying. ”how do you feel? I know the girls can be a little too much when they are all together” Her voice has such genuine concern in it that your heart hurts. ”I feel A little overwhelmed. It's just so sudden one moment I am watching a football game and the next minute freaking millie bright is pulling me over the barricade and telling me I am her mate. I just don’t know how we move forward from this.” It feels nice to tell someone about the thoughts that have been racing around your head for the past couple of Hours. ”First we decide if you want to keep your job. Then if you want to move in with us which I think is best but you can do whatever you think is best for now. That's all the decisions that need to be made right now.” Rach sounds like she has done this a time or too before. “And Mating bonds' ' That was the real problem here. You wanted to mate them to have them inside of you with their teeth on your skin but how could you even know what they expect. “If you want to do it today we will or the girls will wait. They might not be ecstatic about it but they will get over it.” Rachels hand finds itself wrapped around the back of your chair, her hand resting on your shoulder. “I think I would like to at least start tonight. I might not want to go all the way through but I want to try. I want to be mated to you guys. All I have ever wanted was to have a pack of my own. ''You let out a shriek as the door bursts open and ella and less fall into a pile on the floor.
“Girls you know how rude it is to eavesdrop.”Rache looks mock aghast as the girls scramble to make themselves presentable. “Who has been eavesdropping” Millie comes in behind less and ella and they at least have the heart to look embarrassed.” I was trying to have a healthy conversation about the emotions our omega was going through but these two decided to drop in.” Rachel Eplains as millie finds her spot at the head of the table. “You two know better than to eavesdrop you're on dishes” Mille scolds her alpha voice coming through slightly due to her frustration. “But we were on dishes last night,” Ella complains, sinking into her seat. “And the night before” Less adds with a pout. “Sounds Like you two are in a whole lot of trouble” You can't help the words as they escape your mouth. “How dare you we are the sweetest nicest girls you could ever be graced with the presence of” Ella argues making direct eye contact with you as if daring you to challenge her claim. “You can’t be in here lying to our omega she doesn't know any better yet” Mary enters the room with a large glass pan full of lasagna cradled in her arms. Luce enters behind her a salad and dresses in her arms. “Where did Georgia and Leah run Off too.”Millie questions cutting into the lasagna. “I think they were making sure the nest is clean for her” Luce starts putting salad on people's plates. “I can get my own food Luce” You are trying to pull away your plate. “Do you see any of these girls making their plates?” Luce raises an eyebrow as you look down into your lap. “No” You mumble not bringing yourself to look her in the eyes. “Let Me make your plate for you” Luce prys the plate out of your hand and sets it back on the table in front of you after there is an adequate amount of food on it. Georgia and Leah come running into the room just as all of the plates are dished up. “Georgia, would you mind grabbing the pop?” Georgia rolls her eyes but hurries down the hall in search of the pop.
Once dinner and all two hundred and one questions are done a bath is a welcome relaxation. Until you realize Georgia is intent on joining you in said bath. “ Just get in, I'll go you in a minute” Georgia leaves before you have the chance to say anything. Leaving you to strip and sink into the seamting bath all by yourself. You almost find yourself falling asleep as the comforting smells of the bath oils georgia used fill your nose. “I have snacks' ' Georgia hurries into the bathroom startling you out for your thoughts. “I have ice cream and pop” Georgia sets the ice cream and a red beverage that must be the pop down next to the bath before stripping off her clothes. “Lean forward so I can Get Behind ya” Georgia barley utters the words before you're moving to comply. She slips into the bath behind you and pulls you to her chest as soon as she is settled. “Here luv” Georgia presses the ice cream into your hands and sets about washing your hair. You would be lying if you said you didn't enjoy it. Plus that ice cream is good cherry Garcia is truly the way to a girl's heart. I mean who could deny such a sweet woman.
By the time you're done with your bath, all you want to do is curl up in your nest well. If they even have a nest I mean what pack wouldn’t have a nest. Georgia wraps you in a fluffy towel and carries you into a bedroom. There is a large circle bed built into the floor while their nest-building skills could use work it was habitable at least for the night. “Here Baby” Alessia handed you a shirt and a soft pair of boxers. You change into them and crawl into the net, your body sinking into the plush material. Soon after you lay down the rest join and a blanket is tossed over you. You can't help yourself as you drift off to sleep surrounded by your soon-to-be mates.
