So this team that the Invaders are fighting are actually all Golden Age heroes, and I will 100% admit I have -not- read the Golden Age stuff because I don't hate myself that much... but we have also done this "a group of American Heroes who are fighting for the Germans" storyline in another Invader book... but in that one the team didn't know they were being used as traitors so I guess this is a little different.

A Comic Fandom Event focusing on Marvel’s Invaders team & associates. 

It’s Invaders Week! Choose to do the whole week or one day, it’s up to you! Just pick a prompt from that day and create an original fanwork to share the day of during posting (August 14 - 20). Fanworks can include: Fanfiction, Fan Art, Character Edits such as comic edits, aesthetic/moodboards, Playlists, Fanvids, etc. Original art/fic commissions are welcome as well.

What are the Rules?

1. Fanworks must be original creations or commissions. 2. The Invaders (and supporting cast) must be the main focus. 3. Light or Dark content is accepted but please be sure to tag appropriately. 4. This is a Comic Focused Event, so MCU works will not be accepted.  5. Racist/Pedo/Incest works will not be accepted. *

(* While we understand that many people ship Steve/Bucky in the mcu, in the comics they have an found family, father and son dynamic so we will not be accepting any works of that pairing nor of any other pairing where it’s established that there is a clear adopted family dynamic.)

 What is this Event about?

It’s all about The Invaders! A Marvel comic team that was formed during WWll and fought against the Red Skull, Nazis, Traitorous Atlanteans, Vampires and more to save the world!  Other teams also accepted for this event since they have been Invaders members are: Kid Commandos & The All Winners Squad

Steve Rogers (Captain America), Jim Hammond (Human Torch), Namor the Sub-Mariner, Bucky Barnes (later the Winter Soldier), Toro Raymond (The Flaming Kid), Jaqueline Falsworth (Spitfire), Brian Falsworth (Union Jack), Roger Aubery (Dyna-Mite/The Mighty Destroyer)

Who are the Kid Commandos?

A Teen Superhero team set in WWll era that includes: Bucky Barnes, Toro Raymond (The Flaming Kid), Gwenny Lou Sabuki (Golden Girl), David Mitchell (Human Top)

Who are the All Winners Squad?

WWll and post WWll era superhero team: Jim Hammond (Human Torch), Toro Raymond (The Flaming Kid), Namor the Sub-Mariner,  Madeline Joyce (Miss America), Robert Frank (The Whizzer) Post WWll (after the “death” of Steve and Bucky): William Nasland (Captain America), Fred Davis (Bucky)
