TLOU HBO Episode 1 thoughts: (I swear this is actually episode 1 )

Ok, so starting in the way past with some scientists discussing pandemics, 1 specificly proposing the idea behind the cortacepts virus.

Ok, we are with Sarah right before the outbreak, this is where I had first thought it would start.

Radio gives us the first hint at the outbreak.

Aww, the watch. Why does Sarah have a knife?

Oh shit! Old lady is turning!

I wonder if this is one of the movies they talked about Joel liking in part 2

The dog came to get Sarah, she should not be going outside. Poor boy dosn't want to go back to his infected owners. He ran away, at least he has a chance on his own. I'm just going to imagine he and some other pets lived happily ever after in the wild.

The overgrown infected stuck to the wall looks VERY overgrown. Tess says it wasn't there last time she was there, how quickly do they grow?

I love how angry and defensive early Ellie is, before she warms up to Joel. And Bella imbodies it perfectly.

In the rain sneaking past FEDRA, this is making me want to play part 2 again

I'm guessing the song is an 80s song, meaning trouble

The screams of infected over the music and rain, so good

Final thoughts

I loved it

The casting choice for Marline was perfect, she looks just like her

Bella is fantastic at Ellie and Pedro is great at Joel

I love Ellie being so attached to her knife cuz its all that she has of her mum, but I suppose I only know that cuz I acidentlt watched the last episode first
