Just started The Mark of the Rani and immediately something felt Familiar about the scenery and it turns out it was filmed in my fucking hometown????

Now I think about it I vaguely recall knowing that some Doctor Who was filmed in Telford but I'd totally forgotten about it

I don't think that we will get Rani back bc if she called Doctor/Master out THIS obviously in the '90s then to bring her back now = to admit/make Thoschei canon. And any writer would be too much of a coward to do that...

But if she DID return, it would absolutely go along these lines:
