Random Campbell Bain Headcanons

(chapter 7 is currently a 5k word inconsistent mess but i can give you this so, ehhh? not sure if these make any sense but in my brain they make perfect sense)

-this mf LOVES halloween

-he will spend will weeks thinking up a bunch of overly complicated costumes

-he spends WAY too much money on halloween decorations (i want you to picture Campbell Bain with adult money….)

-he has gotten tangled in those cotton spiderweb things a million times

-he always gets really enthusiastic about carving pumpkins but doesn’t have the patience to do the super complicated designs. always manages to cut off bits he didn’t mean to cut off.

-has a tradition of smashing the pumpkins to bits in the first week of november. (he likes this part more than the carving)

-will literally beg to get his nails painted and then will IMMEDIATELY smudge them, everytime, without fail

-settles for coloring in his nails with sharpie

-scarily good at mario kart, like frighteningly good

-likes to watch the muppets when he has depressive episodes

-had an intense cowboy phase as a child, until he went to a petting zoo and discovered he’s deathly afraid of horses

-the type of person to go radio silent for weeks or spam you with 50 memes and 12 songs in a matter of an hour. (there is no in-between)

-will respond to an important text two days later with a link to song and nothing else

-has a MASSIVE sweet tooth

-and has absolutely ZERO self control with candy, will down an entire bag of marshmallows (he prefers the mini ones) in a single sitting.

-noticed that Eddie had started to sneakily take his candy so he started keeping secret stashes hidden in various places

-eddie will find a stash and throw it away, only to turn around and see Campbell munching on a king-sized snickers, just gloating

-is ace spec but constantly makes dirty jokes, partly for shock value partly because he finds it hilarious

-very touchy, doesn’t get the whole “personal space” thing

-insists that he loves scary movies and then will go to bed with all the lights on after

-finds a pair of shoes he likes and then wears them every single day until they fall apart, then refuses to throw them out

-his closet is full of converse held together by duct tape and a dream

-is the biggest baby about being sick. this mf will get a tummy ache and just start rolling on the ground whining about “this is the end, get my affairs in order, tell Eddie i love him”

-toes the line between being the dream/nightmare blunt rotation. he has the most entertaining monologues but he’s using the joint as a talking stick and accidentally ash’d in the water cups twice now

-not allowed to smoke anymore because it messed with his bipolar and he didn’t sleep for 4 days straight

-can’t cook for shit, regularly burns soup. is banned from using the oven after The Incident™️

-won’t explain to anyone what The Incident™️ is

-if you ask Eddie about it, he’ll just say “he knows what he did”

-rumor has it that it involved makeshift shrink-i-dinks

-visits Fergus’s grave at least once a month. sets up a blanket and just talks. tells him everything that happened since he came last. what the rest of the crew is up to

-always leaves some sort of bit or bauble for Fergus

-got very upset when they would go missing, until he realized the local crows were collecting them

-now he brings some food and an extra toy for the crows, they’re good friends now

-one of the crows always flies down and hangs out next to him, so Campbell is convinced it’s Fergus

Hi!! Thank you so much for sending in a request, and I appreciate your comments so much! I’m sorry it took a little bit to get posted. (Tumblr is being a pain and not letting me post things directly from my computer so I have to jump through hoops just to get these to post, it’s so frustrating!) I really hope this meets your expectations. There were so many ways I wanted to start this and so many options of what to focus on, I couldn’t decide! I do plan on posting another version of this that will capture more of a cozy couple-y vibe! And it will be longer! But I hope you like this as well!

Not to be dramatic or anything, but Halloween was THE best time of the year, and to say that you were excited to finally be able to start decorating for it would be an understatement. If you had it your way, and technically you could have, you’d keep your place decorated in a spooky aesthetic all year round! Or at least fall themed, though either option would be equally valid. This year particularly, though, you were even more excited because you were able to spend it with your boyfriend, Shayne. You and him had been friends for a little short of a decade so it wasn’t even close to being the first year you two did something together, but this year was different because you were a C O U P L E and it just hit different.

Practically since after the 4th of July you were in plot mode, having a serious conversation with him about what you were doing for Halloween. It was important to know what you were going to dress up as, and it was vital to get ahead of it so you had time to get on the same page about what you were doing. Costume parties were going to be starting soon, and you had to be ready! You had both talked about options; going as a salt and pepper shaker, Mario and Princess Peach, Morticia and Gomez Addams, or more cliché, Barbie and Ken (though Shayne would most definitely be an Allan)!

“We should go as a cat burglar!” You exclaimed out of nowhere, startling Shayne a bit as he adjusted a leaf garland he was hanging up. “What?” He chuckled. “For a matching costume idea. We could go as a cat burglar! I’d be a cat and you a burglar and together we would be a cat burglar!” You raised your brows, enthusiasm sketched all over your face like it was the most brilliant idea. “Say cat burglar again, I don’t think you said it enough times,” he teased playfully. “That would be pretty funny, though.” “Or OOOH!! Pennywise and Georgie! Wouldn’t matter who would be who!” Shayne just laughed, watching you go back to placing plastic pumpkins on the mantle above the fireplace.

“I think the best part of this costume planning is going to be watching you get all excited about what idea to go with,” he laughed again. Shayne’s ideas were more subtle, which was great too. You didn’t normally go crazy about the dressing up aspect of it, but this year you wanted to do something special since you had someone to plan this sort of thing with. And you appreciated him being such a trooper about it! “It feels weird getting this amped up about costumes because normally I would prefer to just stay in and have horror movie marathons, which you can expect we’ll be doing because you can’t not do that during the spooky season.” “Yes, of course. Though technically spooky season isn’t until October..” “That’s up for debate,” you retorted quickly, getting another laugh out of him.

“Spooky season should always happen directly after the 4th, just like they do it with Christmas after Thanksgiving. But TECHNICALLY, spooky season gets started August 1st because that’s when all the fun things start, like horror nights and spooky conventions.” You let out an excited squeal as you hyped yourself up all over again. “So many fun things are starting!!”

After finishing up the decorations, your placed mostly decked out with fall themed items; apple cider and pumpkin spice scented candles and black cats and garlands everywhere, you were very pleased with how it all turned out. Standing next to Shayne, you wrapped your arms around his waist and marveled at both of your work for a few moments. “It looks like a Spirit Halloween store threw up in here.” “I know, don’t you love it?” You grinned. Shayne wrapped his arms around your shoulders and squeezed, giving you a long hug before breaking it.

Thinking about what the next couple months were going to bring brought you so much joy. You were anxiously awaiting for the colder weather to kick in so you both could snuggle up on the couch with hot drinks and a crackling fire while you watched scary movies. You were excited for when you could carve pumpkins, make halloween goodies together, experiment with spooky themed bread because you knew Shayne would enjoy the hell out of that! There was so much to look forward to and you couldn’t wait to share this all with him.

The modern squad has my heart, so here's some headcanons!

Desmond, lucy, and rebecca all have piercings. Desmond has his tongue, belly button, lobes, and snake bites. Rebecca has a septum, lobes, and her right eyebrow. (Rebecca did desmonds). Lucy had her nose pierced and her first lobes.

Rebecca tries to get shaun to listen to her type of music, but he brushes her off after 5 minutes and doesn't seem interested.

She's surprised when he plays his playlist and hears Waffle by Sevendust.

The group are big horror movie fans except shaun. He claims they're "unrealistic" and are bad.

Rebecca once shaved desmonds hair and dyed it platinum blonde. He rocked it for 3 months before he went back.

Lucy, rebecca, and desmond all paint each other's nails, they mostly do black on desmond. It gives him something to do while not in the Animus. Rebecca managed to get shaun to join them, he rocks the black nails too.

One time for halloween they went to a haunted house for fun. A clown had popped up from around the corner which scared the shit out of desmond, and he punched the scare actor. They haven't been back to one since and desmond now fears clowns. Rebecca teases him about the incident every year.

Desmond and rebecca are the number one Rob Zombie fans.

Desmond despises black coffee, he'd rather enjoy his caramel frappuccinos.

The group has matching friendship bracelets.

Lucy is somehow a beast at Mario Kart, she wins every time. Shaun has dedicated his soul to beating her. (He comes in 2nd each time).

Rebecca has a photo album just for funny pictures of Shaun.

Shaun can cook up a mean brisket.

During the fall, lucy pulls out all of her pumpkin spice and cinnamon candles and decorates.

Each of them have a board game that they are really good at. For rebecca it's uno, for desmond it's twister, for lucy it's guess who, and for shaun it's monopoly.

Rebecca finally convinced shaun to let her pierce his first lobes. It went smoothly, and shaun actually enjoys them (but he can't let her know that).

Shaun and desmond bond over their love for Marvel movies. They've seen every movie there is and even own merch.

Blaze found himself coming back to that small coffee shop now and then. Little Carlito’s had a warm feeling to it– the scent of pumpkin spice filling the air while customers’ voices would exchange along with the music of computers’ keys tapping at different speeds. The soft sight light graced the room, illuminating the various fall and Halloween decor that set the shop for the season’s autumn spirit. And the sight of a burly man behind the counter that towered above all who came to order. 

Yes, Blaze liked this. 

And he liked the talks he and Gasquatch casually shared while on his shift. He’s good company. 

“Hey, Gasquatch.”

The big man was wiping tables when the hero called him. “Yeah, Blaze?”

“Wanna go to my place for video games after your shift?” 

Gasquatch glanced back at Blaze before a smile graced his lips. “Really?!” If he were a puppy, he would be wagging his big luscious furry tail. “Of course!”

That was the beginning of Gasquatch’s regular integration into his life. Aside from his weekly coffee trips to Little Carlito’s, Blaze would find time to spend time with his behemoth of a friend. Gasquatch was extremely friendly, so he blended well with his fellow racers. 

Gasquatch joined them on Pumpkin Carving hangouts, baking with Starla and Watts, making paper decor with Stripes, and playing games with Darington. Gasquatch loved having conversations with Blaze’s friends, and the red-haired hero was relieved that the big man was able to incorporate himself into his group. 

But sometimes, Blaze could understand that Gasquatch could get overwhelmed and would rather have one friend than multiple. 

“Woo!” Blaze cheered as the screen displayed Blaze’s character as the first place in another round of Mario Kart. He laughed as Gasquatch’s character fell off the leaderboard and was down to the bottom of the display screen. 

He glanced at his pouting friend and chuckled. “Awe, Gas. There's no need to be bitter about a losing streak. It’s part of the fun!”

“Fun for you, maybe,” Gasquatch huffed. “But c’mon! How the heck am I this bad at Mario Kart?!” 

“Maybe you’re just choosing the wrong cart, buddy,” Blaze laughed. 

“Ooor, I have a busted controller.” Gasquatch offered his controller to Blaze and asked, “Trade?”

Blaze traded controllers with his friend. The device on his hand felt warm to the touch, having been enveloped by his friend’s large hands for thirty minutes already. He brushed his thumb against the knob of the controller before glancing at his taller friend. He watched the reflection of the TV in his eyes and concealed a laugh when Gasquatch’s nose crinkled in annoyance when he couldn’t find the perfect character. 

Blaze didn’t realize how invested his friend was in this game, but he didn’t mind. Why would he when he could see how excited his friend was when he finally was able to push past Blaze’s cart and race to the finish line? 

“YES!” Gasquatch rejoiced as the game ended, showing Gasquatch on the 5th leaderboard while Blaze was demoted to the 6th. “I knew my controller was busted!”

“What are you celebrating for? You still lost!” Blaze laughed, never one to admit that he didn’t just lose on purpose just to see his friend smile. 

Gasquatch pulled Blaze into a noogie and said enthusiastically, “I still beat you, didn’t I? That’s all that matters! HAH!” 

Blaze laughed and squirmed his way out of Gasquatch’s grip only to be recaptured again. The two wrestled around the couch, letting the remote controllers fall, until Gasquatch eventually fell, hitting his bum hard on the floor.

Blaze laughed, but it was quickly cut short when Gasquatch dragged him down to the floor. 

It was honestly just one of those days that Blaze let himself fall into the comfort of friendship instead of tending to the outside world, and although their hangout was as simple as playing video games, Blaze wouldn’t mind doing it all over again.

FOR THEIR BIRTHDAYS:

On T.C.'s birthday they do a bit of a Christmas in July type thing (partly as a callback to that stupid ass episode I hate) and also because his favorite holiday is Christmas. They don't go very overboard but they do bust out the eggnog and Christmas wrapping paper for his presents. They also have an eensy weensy tree just for the occasion (probably the one Brain digs out of the trash in The Movie)

They go to the beach on Benny's birthday and they go no matter what because of this one time where it was really windy out but T.C. insisted they go anyway cos he already paid for towels n shit and when they got there it was so windy that Benny and Brain got blown away. So now it's an inside joke and they also bury T.C. in the sand every time as punishment lmao

They don't usually do anything special for Chooch's birthday because he usually can't think of anything but every time without fail he wants a strawberry pie. So they always get him a strawberry pie no matter the costs. Yes they have stolen a few for him.

Since Spook's birthday is on Halloween (of course) they celebrate his birthday during the day and at night they throw a huge Halloween rager where all of the alley cats are invited as per Spook's request. Spook is also entirely in charge of the gang's costumes and usually coordinates everyone with a theme. Like one time they were all Ghostbusters, another time they were all classic monsters, they did a Super Mario theme one time etc.

Fancy's birthday usually falls on Thanksgiving or sometime around it so Nonna usually flies in from Italy to make a big Italian feast for Fancy and the gang, and on the few times it doesn't she makes one anyway and then sticks around to help the gang make a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Fancy always gets a pumpkin pie for his birthday because of course.

Unfortunately Brain's birthday is April 1st, April Fools Day. However the rest of the gang and Dibble agreed that they're only allowed to pull 1 harmless prank on him collectively, and absolutely NOBODY ELSE EVER is allowed to prank him (Except maybe Kurt but his fate is currently unknown to you 🤭). Brain can prank all the people he wants though, and he actually looks forward to the gang's prank because he feels really smart if he figures out what the prank is before it happens and he gets an extra birthday treat if he figures it out. If he doesn't figure it out though it's always a prank that he'll find funny, like one time they put Pedro in a police officer costume so that it would look like there were two Dibble's walking around.

I stole this idea from a sitcom I don't remember the name of but on Dib's birthday they ALWAYS try to plan a surprise party for him but he ALWAYS figures it out because detective skills and whatnot, they've only ever managed to surprise him once and all it took was T.C. getting accidentally pepper sprayed by Dib 💃

ACTUAL HOLIDAYS:

T.C. goes fucking I N S A N E with the Christmas decorations. The alley gets absolutely DECKED TO THE FUCKING HALLS it's almost repulsive. He's one of those people who would start putting decorations up in October if Spook wouldn't beat him up for it. And he always forces the gang to wear ugly Christmas sweaters and take a Christmas picture to send to relatives like the good mom he is :3

I already talked about Halloween but I will also say that Spook makes it his mission to scare the shit out of everybody (Except for Dibble because if I know anything about trying to scare a policeman it's a bad idea)

For St. Patrick's Day they always volunteer to help Pedro with his float for the parade because of course and Dibble's Irish heritage fully possesses him as well. After the parade Pedro takes the gang and his cousin out to a pub for appetizers and drinks.

For the Murica day Dibble busts out da grill and becomes a griller dad and makes sure the gang doesn't have any illegal fireworks or whatever. One year Spook nearly blew up the alley with some firecrackers and Roman candles that went awry.

Summary : you and Genma go on a date longer then planed

You took a deep breath as you looked at yourself in your mirror making sure your outfit was perfect. You hopped off your bed and waited for the obnoxious, but satisfying sound “Ding Dong.” You eagerly bounce off your bed and on to your feet and rushed through the house to the front door where your most special date the one and only Genma Shiranui was waiting. The whole village knew him as Mr. Break Your Heart but you truly believed he was much more than that.

“Hey there.” Genma said in his classic cool tone of voice and classic smirk.

“Hey.” you smiled as you put your favorite bag over your body and locked the door behind you two. Your heart was beating faster then ever before you never felt so many emotions before.

“Do you want to get some food before we go to the aquarium?” “I know a place near by with some good pizza.” questioned Genma and you both made your way down the steps of your apartment complex.

“Aquarium, but I thought-“

“I decided to change it up since you were telling me about how much you like animals, I thought this would be more fitting.” He spoke hoping you wouldn’t care much about the sudden change. Which  you didn’t care about at all but instead thought, about how he remembered the little fact you threw in about yourself in your little text conversation last night

“Uhh sure pizza sounds nice” you smiled and nodded then followed him to the food truck where he bought two slices of pepperoni pizza and set them down on a table for you two of you. You took a nibble of your pizza, while Genma took his senbon out of his mouth and stirred his drink with it and took a large bite of his pizza.

“Do you not like it Y/N?” he worried once he saw you take small bite.

“N- no, it’s good, I just.. never tried this pizza before.”

“Oh I thought you didn’t like it.” he chuckled.

You finished your pizza and threw away your plates and walk to the aquarium. The walk was silent with only the “swoosh” of the trees in the autumn breeze. You loved Konaha at this time of year everything was in soft brown and orange colors, the sent of pumpkin spice came out of shop windows, and kids jumped into piles of leaves making that nostalgic crisp sound.

"We are almost there" Genma stated as he toyed with with his senbon in his mouth. You looked up almost startled by the sudden break in the silence as he opened to door and guided you in by lightly placing his hand on your back. The both of you walked around enjoying the different sea creatures, animals, and photo spots.

“Did you like it?” questioned Genma as you exited the building with a souvenir in your hand that Genma bought you.

“Yeah! It was fun.” You exclaimed. 

“Do you want to come to my place and play some video games then I can drop you off later?”

“Sounds good” you looked up and gave him a big smile

Genma put his arm over shoulder forcing you closer to him as the both of you walked to his apartment. Once you got there he unlocked the door and held the door open and waited for you to walk in to his light gray apartment it was lightly decorated the whole apartment was mostly clean and neat except for a few mission reports on the coffee table.

“I’ll grab us a snack and you can pick out a game for us to play.” He spoke as he pointed to the shelf under the tv with all his games and game consuls. You looked through them and decided on Super Mario 3D World. Genma came back from the kitchen and placed some heated up left over pasta on the coffee table and set up the game as you sat down and grabbed your controller. You both played for about 30 minutes and it started to get dark just when your phone started ringing

“Uh my landlord is calling”

“No problem” Genma stammered as he paused the game

“Shoot there shutting off the power till 6 A.M tomorrow” “I’m going to have to find a hotel-“

“You can stay here if you want”

You looked at him surprised about his statement “oh uh thank you”

“Of course” he smiled “uh it’s getting late do you want me to set you up a shower”

“Yes please”

He guided you to his bedroom and gave you a shirt and a pair of his boxers and gave you a new towel before he showed you how the shower works and closed the door behind him so you could shower after you shower you change and walk out the bedroom into the living room

“Can you want to pick out a movie for us to watch well I shower?” Genma said well walking into the bedroom not giving you time to respond” you nod and look through Netflix and you decided on Mean Girls you pressed play just as Genma came out only in a loose pair a sweats hugging at his waist “Oh my god I knew he was fine in his ninja uniform but I could never imagine his fine out of it” you thought to yourself you must have started at him like a deer in headlights

“You ok Y/N?” He questioned in a concerned tone of voice

“Huh.., oh yeah.. sorry”

“No no you good” he let out a soft laugh

The both of you sat on the couch and about 30 minutes in the two of you got closer and closer to the point where you where practically sitting in Genma’s lap.

“I’m tired can we go to bed” you yawned

“Yeah” he stated in a sleepy voice as he took your hand and brought you to the bedroom where the both of you got into the sheets

“I had fun today…thanks” you whispered to him

“Of course” he whispered back and did the unthinkable he laid a soft but dominating kiss on your lips he pulled away and gave you a quicker kiss before hugging you to sleep.

Weekend ✨ { modern!verse }

Luna's Moonlight Delights often has a hint of a halloween spirit. They did say their treats were made with magic so why not lean into a slightly spooky theme. But whenever the month of frights began, the youngest member of the Luna family would go overboard.

Pumpkins decorated the windows, cartoonish skulls rests on a few of the tables and bats hang from the ceiling. Even the menu had some drawn on blood to compliment the menu's new halloween based puns.

When the bell rung, the baker's head pops up from the counter. An excited grin spreads across his face upon seeing his friend.

"Yoooooo," Chris grins. "Good to see you dude!"

As always they greet each other with their secret handshake before they catch up. Jokes about their day, any new movies they've seen and of course new music. When Ben asks about the plan for the weekend, those hands straighten his glasses with a chuckle.

"Oh dude," Chris begins with a chuckle, "This weekend's going to be one to remember."

A rub of his hand soon follows.

"First, we're going to get snacks from the cool international market near my place. They have this popcorn from Japan I've been dying to try. Then, we're ordering pizza cause that goes with the plan to partake in totally legal and smokeable substances. While we wait for it to kick in, we could play a little Mario Kart before watching..."

He takes an imaginary drag of the cigarette in his hand.

Spooky Video Game Music No. 311: Palace of Shadow (Part 1) (2024 Version)- Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door (GC/Switch)

The leaves are falling, ghosts and spirits rise around 👻, pumpkins are everywhere and the atmosphere is turning spooky. 🎃 October is here and you know what that means? The Spooky Video Game Music list returns again and surprisingly this year marks its 10th Anniversary! As always, every day is a scary song from a video game and we start off this year with a song from a remake of a beloved RPG…

After finding the 7 Crystal Stars, Mario and his friends make it to the mysterious Thousand Year Door, finally opening it. What do we find inside? Treasure, money, something amazing? Nope. Instead, behind the Thousand Year Door is an ominous, dark palace decorated with creepy rose patterns and run with dangerous obstacles and really tough enemies. What dangers lie ahead in the Palace of Shadow, waiting to stop Mario and his friends from saving Princess Peach and Rogueport?

While the original song still sounds intimidating and creepy, the 2024 remake’s version of the song manages to sound more intimidating and creepier thanks to the updated instruments. The new instruments give off that creepy feeling, giving a sense of dread of what’s up ahead in the Palace of Shadow. The more faster pacing gives a sense of urgency, making it more tense and giving more of a reason to save Princess Peach. It makes the parts referencing the Underground Theme from Super Mario Bros. sound more intense and unsettling. It even adds to the tension with elements of the Underground and the Ghost House Themes from Super Mario World by making them stand out more than how it was in the original. Also new to the remake is that the song adds a new part at 1:21, giving a sense of sadness of what happened at Rogueport that might happen again if Mario and the others don’t make it in time to stop Grodus and what he’s trying to resurrect. It’s great that the music staff of Paper Mario: The Origami King along with one of the original composers of the 2004 version manage to make the song sound more scarier and tense while also still keeping close to the original as well. And now, the Spooky Video Game Music list continues again. 🎃

We have what we call a Harvest Festival with “Trunk or Treat” at my church every Halloween. Volunteers decorate the backs of their cars and pass out candy to kids. It’s really fun and gives the kids a safe environment to trick or treat in.

I’m the librarian around here and the kids know me. I thought it would be fun to dress as a book character. Of course, all of the kids love the Mario Movie right now.

BOOGITY BOOGITY! Boogity blah! A post on a Sunday? Are you scared? And if that didn’t scare you, surely the subject of this post did! Just kidding. This right here is one of the most precious things I ever did see!

Halloween is all about all sorts of ghosts and ghouls and creeps and crawlies, but I think we can all agree that a Jack O’ Lantern is the number 1 symbol of Halloween. All the other creatures can appear anywhere to be spooky, sure, but if a Jack O’ Lantern is present, or even just a regular pumpkin, the vibe becomes indisputably Halloween!

A Jack O’ Lantern, though, isn’t ALWAYS a monster or creature or character. It is a decoration! As much as we may want to, we can’t be totally sure any given Jack’O decoration is meant to evoke it as a living monster. For all we know, it could be a decoration depicting a decoration! Like a framed image of a picture frame, or a table with a picture of a table on it!

If the pumpkin in question is wearing a hat, preferably a witch’s hat, we can be more confident that it is in fact a creature, assuming it wears the hat on its own volition. But we can go further. And here we are! A Jack O’ Lantern with a body! THIS is a creature. THIS is a little guy. THIS is the sweetest little thing I ever did see!

Have you ever seen a pumpkin with such a sweet face? I have not! The specific curves of the eyeholes are so earnest and innocent. This is the face of a little ghoul who has just received a really splendid lollipop, and is like, “Gee! For me?” Yes, for you!

I was going back and forth over whether the pumpkin is its true face or if it is a skeleton wearing a pumpkin as a mask, but I think the pumpkin is the true face here, mainly because I want that to be the expression it is making itself. Its mother put this sentient pumpkin on a headless skeleton to use as a body, just as her mother did, and just as has happened for generations.

The combination of Jack O’ Lantern, Witch Hat, Skeleton Body, and Candy make this, to me, the most Halloween creature I have ever seen, and I think this should be the official mascot of the holiday. Like Santa and the Easter Bunny. This is probably THE Jack O’Lantern, who the ones we carve are named in honor of! I don’t think one inflatable lawn decoration is enough, I want to hug a plush of this character. And what will we do when we collectively agree to phase out lawns entirely?

Thankfully, the official product listings reassure us that "Beside Halloween, it can be used as any other holiday decoration. Installed in the courtyard to enjoy Holiday with your family and spreading a happiness atmosphere to your neighborhoods.” That is so true! This can be used for any holiday! Thanksgiving? Pumpkin! Christmas? Guess who got a new trick-or-treat pail in their stocking! Valentine’s Day and Easter? Candy! St. Patrick’s Day? Leprechauns love hat buckles!

The last part of that sentence is very nice, isn’t it? “spreading a happiness atmosphere to your neighborhoods”. It really does! I saw this on a lawn once, and it delighted me to no end, and now I am spreading the knowedge of it to everyone I can. I hope this little Halloween buddy has made you happy, and I hope you have a happy Halloween!

Your boys go all out for Halloween. It's one of their favorite holidays.

Bucky and Steve take a day to decorate the place, inside and out, and make sure to include items you used to set out at your old place. It's your home, too, so you get a final say in everything.

While the boys work on the house, Mandy and Natasha sit out back and help you decorate pumpkins for the shop. The boys were nice enough to take you to a farm not too far away to pick them out. 

You do a mix of carving and painting, making sure everyone has one. You don't want anyone to feel left out. 

You're thrilled with how well they turn out and Mandy shrieks with delight when you make her one, too.

Loki pretends he's unimpressed when you drop everything off at the shop, but he softly thanks you when he thinks no one is looking and puts it on display with the others.

Bucky tells you to close your eyes once you get home, going through the back like they ask, so they can surprise you with their hard work. Steve has a blindfold ready if you need it.

"Thought that was only for the bedroom," you tease.

"Don't tempt us," Bucky winks before you close your eyes, allowing them to each take an arm to lead you inside.

You're in awe as they take you through the place, which is completely transformed.

Each room has a different focal point that somehow comes together as a whole: pumpkins, bats, skulls, witches, vampires. The porch combined everything, along with cobwebs and lights. 

Nothing too scary as they don't want to frighten the kids. Not after a rude neighbor made a sweet, little girl cry a couple of years ago.

Bucky managed to calm her down while Steve went to have a word with the jerk about etiquette.

You take photos and make sure to say how proud you are of how great the place looks. You swear they blush when they say it's nothing.

The last decoration the boys put out are the personalized pumpkins with their names on them, intricately designed like tattoos. They surprise you by getting you one of your own, setting it in the middle.

"You didn't think we'd forget about you, did you, Blossom?"

You thank each of them with a kiss, appreciating how thoughtful they are. It's a gift you can't wait to put out every year.

They practically buy half of the candy aisle for the trick or treaters and have comfortable chairs, blankets, and warm drinks set up for the three of you on the porch. 

You somehow convince them to dress like Mario and Luigi while you dress like Princess Peach. And almost regret it when they say they're keeping the mustaches on later.

Bucky smirks and reminds you that the costumes for Thor's "Day After Halloween" party the next night are a lot more risqué and would scar the kids if you change. Steve laughs and says you're stuck with the staches for the time being. 

"Don't you want a mustache ride?" Bucky asks innocently, dodging you when you try to smack his arm.

"For the love of your tattoos, stop," you beg.

"C'mon, Buck. We know she prefers beard bounces," Steve says just as casually.

"Fucking tattooed bastards."

The two hours of passing out candy fly by and your heart warms as you watch how the boys interact with everyone. They're perfectly at ease as they let the kids tell jokes and are patient when some take their time selecting their treats. 

They even give out a few temporary tattoos, after asking the parents if it's okay. 

If Mandy saw them, she'd make comments again about one of them knocking you up. 

You're almost sad for it to end, but you know you still have a night of cuddles and movies to look forward to. They always end Halloween with at least one film.

Bucky bets you'll only make it through one before you're begging for them. Steve gives you a little more credit and says you'll almost make it to the end of the second.

You don't make it through the opening credits before you're split open and you feel no shame in that as they take turns ruining you. 

Without the fake mustaches, thankfully.

The orgasms relax you as they snuggle on each side of you after. Bucky is sweet enough to feed you a piece of your favorite candy. 

Steve kisses your temple as Bucky nuzzles your neck, thanking you for giving them such a great Halloween.

"The celebration isn't over yet," you say once you can speak again.

"Oh, yeah? You ready for round two, Blossom?" Bucky asks, kissing over your pulse.

"I was thinking about Thor's party tomorrow. I'm sure we can find a spot there to have some fun," you smirk.
