(Not a ship. More of some sort of weird toxic father-son shit that my brain came up with. That has to do with some sort of weird co-dependency. Which isn't the right word but shhhh.)

Kiyotaka and Takaaki both taught themselves that they didn't need anyone other than each other. Kiyotaka had been hurt by those who he called "friends" many times. Takaaki had been used, abused, heartbroken and scarred. And it wasn't like it was a rule in the house, they decided that on their own. They both decided and kept in their mind is that, there wasn't going to be any room for anyone else. Takaaki only need his only son. And Kiyotaka only needed his father that stayed.

They both know it's unhealthy. But it's been the only way they can keep themselves from going down a dark path..

Kiyotaka had "friends", people who treated him kindly. But in the end, they only had one thing in mind. It was to bring harm to him. It hurt him. Broke his heart. It made him despise his grandfather more. (The reason why he was being hurt.) Then, he finally realized that he didn't need anyone. It was only his father, the man who truly cared for him. And that would be it.

Takaaki had many people he cared for. People he loved. People who left him. People who hurt him. His first true sort of heartbreak was from his father. He looked up to him. He thought the world of him. Then it all changed. He was corrupt. He was awful. He'd gone through a life of abuse. And he'd gone through so many people whom he loved. But...they never lasted. They either died...or left. Left him alone. So weak. So vulnerable.

From these experiences, they decided that nobody else deserved anything, their love, their time, nor efforts more than the other person they hold dear.

I'm thinking of something goofy from my Alive Ishimama AU.

So, Mariana tends to say that Takaaki is kinda a bad influence. Given all the smoking he does and how he does have a tendency to curse a whole bunch. And he also tends to make some rude comments here and there. But there's a day when it's her day to have Taka. Takaaki drops their son off to her and leaves.

The day is normal, she's playing with Taka when her sister comes in and yells at her about something. Her sister calls her a "Puta" and she calls her sister a "Puta" as well and her sister leaves. Taka is left saying it. He giggles at how he finds the word funny and calls his mom that. He doesn't know what the word means and it horrifies Mariana as she realizes what she's done. She tries to tell Taka that not to say it or else they'll be in big trouble if Abuela or Abuelo hear him. So he keeps mainly quiet.

It's Monday, Taka hasn't called his mom that since that incident. Takaaki knocks on their door and Taka is happy to see his father. He's squealing and all happy and hugging his dad. Takaaki asks Mariana if he behaved well and they just start talking as Taka plays with Takaaki's coat's collar. The two say their goodbyes and Taka let's out the loudest, "Bye-Bye, Puta!"

Takaaki freezes and Mariana is wide eyed. Takaaki looks at Mariana, then back at a giggling Taka. Takaaki gives her the biggest shit eating grin. Oh, his ears heard right. Kiyotaka Ishimaru, 4 years old, just called his mother a 'Bitch'. And he'd never heard Taka curse before. Who was the bad influence now?

Mariana apologizes and Takaaki says it's okay. Mariana follows them to the car, still apologizing. Takaaki tells her that it's okay, it happens. He finishes strapping Taka into his seat and opens the driver's door. He looks at her, smirking, "Bye-bye, Puta." And gets in, slamming the door shut before she can smack him. He is howling with laughter as she's yelling at him in Spanish.

Oh, he will never live that day down.

Alive Ishimama AU. Taka is like. Maybe 6 or 7 at the time.

Whenever Takaaki leaves little Taka with his mother and grandparents he eats a lot. Only because his grandmother loves to feed him as she says he's too skinny, practically skin and bones. And Takaaki is glad his ex-mother-in-law is so caring of Taka's health. And he starts to notice that Taka gets a little round belly from eating so much over at his mom's. And Takaaki asks him what his 'Abuela' is feeding him.

And Taka just responds with "A lotta food!" And he's just smiling happily. It makes Takaaki's heart melt. He's so happy that Taka has a loving family on his mother's side. It sort of reminds him of when he'd go over his ex-wife's house before they were dating (since he was probably 10) and she'd always offer him food.

He's so glad. It makes him sad that she feels that way, though. Because it was true. Taka was skinny. All because he couldn't afford much for Taka. He always finds himself thanking his ex-wife's mother of course. Almost in tears whenever he does. And he also thanks his ex-wife for taking good care of him. He's so grateful.

Just Takaaki only wearing a bra instead of a binder while at home and Taichi (or Mariana [Taka's mom]) having a Bi panic LMAOO. And Takaaki doesn't really notice, he's just being comfy without a binder as he lounges around his home. (It's before his top surgery. And it fits with the shirtless hc.)

Mariana (Taka's mom): You're forgetting all your Spanish! You never practice!

Kiyotaka: Perdóname, Mami, soy muy embarazada.

Mariana: You just told me that you're pregnant...

Takaaki from behind her: Congratulations! You're glowing!

Mariana (16): They sure beat your ass.

Takaaki (16): I let them. Anyways, they didn't do much to me so I'm fine.

Taichi (16): Uhm..should your finger be bending like that? *points to Takaaki's deformed, broken finger*

Takaaki:...

Takaaki: *bends it back into place*

Takaaki: *starts screaming in pure agony and pain*

Takaaki gives Taka a womanhood talk and Mariana teaches Taka about manhood. Which confuses Taka.

"Father, shouldn't Mother be teaching me about how to put on a tampon?" -Taka

"Uhhhh...no...?" -Takaaki, smiling nervously.

Taka then looked at Takaaki in shock years later after finding out about both of his parents being trans.

Now all I'm thinking about is young Takaaki after the first few weeks of wearing his contacts putting them on, but he drops one and thinks to himself "It wasn't on the floor that long so I think it's okay."

Only for a few seconds later of putting it in his eye to start screaming bloody murder. Causing his wife to run into the bathroom, terrified and asking him what the problem is. Only for him to look at her, pain in his eyes as one of them starts turning RED and said "Oh, hi, Honey. Just putting on my contacts." As he's trying to hold in his tears of absolute PAIN. But he's just putting on a smile as he mentally screams at how much his eye is burning.

Taka's mom definitely tried to teach Spanish to Taka (while he was still developing as a toddler and before her death) and Takaaki would try to help out. Though, he had to admit his Spanish is kinda meh. She'd let out a little giggle at his pronunciations of some words and he'd grumble. And Taka was still learning words so of course he didn't know some Spanish words. He once asked his dad about a Spanish curse word that he heard his mom say and Takaaki would jokingly say "Didn't know Spanish cursing was in today's lesson plan." Making Mariana yell at him and he'd laugh.

Mariana (Taka's mom): My husband is wearing a fucking suit to his autism diagnosis appointment.

Takaaki while smiling: It's a special event!

Mariana: Shut up!

Mariana (15): Are you fighting the urge to make-out with me right now?

Takaaki (15) while eating: Not really. I'm really into this pizza, though.

Mariana and Taichi have two hands also.

So they can hold Hiroko and Jin's hands as well. Now they're all in a circle, happy.

Do you think Takaaki taught Monomi to dance? Well, yeah! Of course I think that, I wrote the damn AU. He'd sort of get emotional while teaching Monomi, because he remembers Taka. He remembers when Taka was a little kid and that Taka's little hands would grab his and they'd dance (more sway to nothing but the humming of whatever song Taka was humming) in the living room after both of them had a bad day. (Couple months after Taka's mom's death.)

Monomi does notice this and tries her best to make him feel better. They usually stop and hug each other until he feels okay to let go of her.

Takaaki was definitely short before he had a massive growth spurt in his teenage years LMAO. Like, Mariana (Taka's mom) was taller than him when they were in elementary and middle school. Then like after their first year in high school bro grew. And Mariana was so fucking confused she's like "What the fuck?!"

Girly shat her pants. And I feel her pain because I was pretty tall once...then now I'm so smol...
