I think I’ve found my new normal for words per week :^/   - I touched five  fics (4 new & 1 WIPs)  for a total  of  1429  words.

I’m juggling  17-ish  active/semi-active WIPs with my current  deadline being the WinterIron Bingo which ends mid-December. 

See  below cut for what I’m working on/planning to work on - arranged more or less by bingos/challenges/etc.  As always, feel free to send me   prompts or plot bunnies as well as asks regarding  any of these projects  or any other WIPs I’ve got out there.   Interaction really helps feed the Muse and keep me motivated!

 WinterIron Gets It Done Bingo [WIGID] 

This new WinterIron Discord server event runs on a monthly basis as a flash bingo with a content creation card and an engagement card - got a Blackout for October - working on filling squares for both November cards!

* Nov_1 - Love at First Snark:  combining this with my WIB  Iron Soldier Column B fill - see below.  

* Nov2 - Cooking Together - Posted Cuddle the Cook here on Tumblr on Friday - crossing over with the Flash Fiction Friday prompt [#FFF279 Warm Hands] for a domestic WinterIron drabble. It came in at 100 words and will get posted to Ao3 at some point. 

* Nov3 - FREE -  see MY_24 Small Straight below.  

* Nov4 - Leaf Pile - Posted  Taking a Leaf out of Stella's Book here on Tumblr this morning,   Inspired by @hapytears’  suggestion of Tony’s bots playing in the scrap pile like kids in a leaf pile - it’s tangentially WinterIron but mostly  Tony & his ‘bots.  It came in at  308 words and will get posted to Ao3 at some point. 

Flufftober 2024  [FlfT_24] (Runs 1-31 Oct)

This writing challenge hosted by @flufftober  runs for the month of October.  My goal was to write one fic a week that incorporates these prompts: ended up posting seven - and I’m happy with that.  Masterpost  Will have to check the blog earlier next year to get a jump on the prompts!

This writing challenge hosted by @whumptober  runs for the month of October. My goal was to write two fics (whump isn’t normally my bag)   that incorporates these prompts. Ended up with four fics - see Masterpost.

Another October writing challenge with daily prompts - all of which are dialogue. Go check out @fictober-event  for details!  I was targeting one fic a week on this as well and ended up with seven - stay tuned for a masterpost.  Might keep this prompt list around for future inspiration.  

WinterIron Bingo 2  [WIB_R2] (Ends 16 Dec 2024)

Getting ready to wrap up Round Two of this super-fun bingo event! I have twenty-three  fills and one WIPs at the moment -  time to pick this back up! 

* Iron Soldier (One Bingo, One Fill) - Finished the first draft of   Putting His Best Hand Forward -  combining my Column B prompts: Matchmaker, Bucky Riding Tony, Stark Gala, Inside Joke and Threesome.  along with the WIGID  Nov_1 - Love at First Snark square  and my TSB: A4 - Dancing  square.   Modern Bucky as an event planner (and IronShield shipper) helps plan the annual Maria Stark Gala.  It’s coming in at 1334 words and will post on Friday. 

* I3 - Car Sex -  Pivoting on my original idea - need to get some words down on this. 

*  O1 - Cologne -  Got the  WinterIron Bingo Round Robin - November 2024  finished up and posted earlier this week.   Tony and Bucky bonding over books and a pillow fight. My part came in at 301 words, 

Marvelous Yahtzee [MY_24] (Ends 31 Dec)

Another writing challenge that I kind of forgot I signed up for!  This one is a bit complicated - check out the Tumblr blog for more info.  I got all my rolls done and prompts picked over the weekend and have a few ideas and one WIP!  

* Small Straight: Safe, Threesome, One Bed, Cozy -  Have the first draft done on  Safe (As) Houses - a mission goes a bit sideways and Bucky, Tony and Steve have to hole up in a cabin overnight.  It’s platonic, but could be shippy if you squint and is coming in at  503 words and will post on the 27th.  

* Full House -  Family, Adventure, Road Trip, Mix-Up, Surprise – Tony, Pepper and Harley, Peter and Morgan  rent what turns out to be a duplex vacation home -  Steve, Bucky and Sam have the other half 

* Large Straight -  One Night Stand, Condoms, Kink Discovery, Middle of Night, Sub space – Bucky and Tony hookup - Tony tells Bucky not to bother with condoms,  he insists and Tony gets all subby;  Bucky discovers he likes domming,  and Tony goes into subspace.  

Bucky Barnes Bingo - Round Six [BBB - R6]  (Ends 31 Mar)

This amazing bingo event from the folks over at @buckybarnesbingo is back!  I have twenty-two  fills  and six bingoes with one WIP at the moment, and a couple  more crossovers planned to hopefully get a blackout.  

* U3 - Yelena Belova  - Magica and I are circling back around to Peresmešnik, (aka Three Avengers and a Baby) - with the next chapter featuring Tony’s interactions with Mirriam, and a revelation about her parentage. I’ve written 313 of the 560 words in this chapter so far - it needs about 500 more words before we’ll be ready to post - maybe sometime  this month?   

* C5 - KINK: "You're such a tease" -  I had fun incorporating this prompt into the Did Somebody Say Pie? - a BBB Party Round Robin: November 2024!  My part came in at 283 words.  

*  K2 - IMAGE: Bucky and Steve in Siberian silo hallway (CA:CW)  - Combined this with the Flash Fiction Friday prompt  [#FFF269 Living Weapon]  for  Reconstruction - a fix-it/canon divergent ficlet where Steve, Bucky and Tony team up instead of fighting.   It came in at 268 words and will get posted  to Ao3 before the event is over.   

Tony Stark Bingo - Mark VIII [TSB_R8]  (Ends 31 May)

This amazing bingo event from the folks over at @tonystarkbingo is back! I have  eighteen squares filled, one bingo and one WIPs - with more crossovers planned! 

* S1 - Bodyguard - filled this with A Dark and Stormy Knight - a vaguely medieval AU WinterIron AU double drabble which crossed over with the Flash Fiction Friday prompt [#FFF276 Dark and Stormy Night]. It came in at 200 words and will get posted on Ao3 at some point.  

* A4 - Dancing -  see WIB Iron Soldier above.  

Post July Break Bingo 2024  [pJBB_24] (Ends 30 Jun 2025)

* C2_B1 - Courting/courted in a different way than they're familiar with -  posted A Symbol of Devotion on Tumblr as a crossover with the Flash Fiction Friday prompt [#FFF267 Gifted Violets] - a bit of Stony fluff with Tony  buying Steve little things for his apartment.   It came in at 374 words and will get posted to Ao3 before this event is over.

* G1 - Kiss on the Forehead - Filled this with A Damper on Dinner - a domestic Stony ficlet where a power outage threatens their romantic dinner.  It came in at 151 words and will get posted to Ao3 at some point.

On  other creative fronts:  I am working on a Batgirl figure for a custom commission  and a Sleepytime Bucky for one of my Marvel Trumps Hate 2024 auction winners.  The other figures are  Racing Suit Tony, Sleepytime Clint (done!), plus Bucharest Bucky and Sheriff Rogers with one undecided design.

O BBB SEM CHANCES - Chegando já ao final, temos um programa que fez tanta gente amar e odiar o mesmo participante, DAVI, quem diria que o motorista de APP iria chegar tão longe sendo que nem talk ao jogo ele teve, uns dizem que foi pela fé e outros pela sorte, eu creio no tanto dos dois aliado a perspicácia, sim, com certeza ele notou que dentre seus oponentes mais de 80% era formado de orgulho, soberba, avareza, fluidez frágil, desenganos e muita, mais muita falta de originalidade e criação para estratagemas. Aliás, este ultimo fator para meu olhar foi um prepoderante, vejo tantas falácias por ai de diversos criadores e fofoqueiros do YOUTUBE dizer que é impossível que o jogador DAVI não tenha acompanhado a outros BBB'S, se esquecem que ele veio de um quartel, um lugar onde estratégias de ganho e perdas são fundadas, criadas, recriadas e alienadas em mentes frescas e até doentias. O jogador ali pode até não ter acompanhado aos antigos formatos mais sim ele usou de inteligência emocional e sim jogou usando os pontos fracos ou sejam milhões de seus oponentes. Mesmo quando fora humilhado e colocado na bandeija aos leões, daqui de fora, ele ousou e colocou as mordaças naqueles que se achavam os maiorais sobre ele. Ele até quis sair da cartilha militar e usar seu próprio discernimento porém foi auto voltado para si e aos seus, não que isso conte a verdadeira amizade, sim questão e ponto de sobreviver e ao mesmo ser um simples carisma no mar de tanta arrogância. Se ficou fácil para ele com certeza não mais também não foi tão sofrível quanto tantos por ai acham, ele teve suporte e treinamento de todas as fontes possíveis em sua estadia no quartel. Combining last week & this – I was on vacation and on the go, so didn’t manage much in terms of a word count.  I touched 3  fics (3 WIPs)  for a total of  1139 words.

Seek & Destroy Collab

After reading @psychiccatpanda‘s amazing   Morguna and the Green Queen, I  got the itch to explore the Soldier’s POV and talked  Faustie into   collab’ing with me!  We’re working on a new part of the series, and I’ve  contributed about 900 words towards the  2500-ish we have so far.   Going to see if I can squeeze any of my BBB squares into this fic.

I have twenty-one  fills completed for this brand-new bingo event that I’m helping mod! 

* B column squares for the Iron Soldier badge (complete a bingo with a single work). – Alpha Tony Stark, “That was not my intention.”, James Rhodes, Alpine loves Tony and Blind date.   Need to figure out an angle on this - possible remix of  A Sugar-Coated Pill?

* G4 - AU: College Students –  Posted  Beaten to the Punch this morning - WinterIron mutual pining College AU  that crosses over with my Volunteering Together square.  It came in at 553 words.

N3 - FREE - filling this with  Somewhere To Turn - a WinterIron No Powers AU with mall security!Bucky and  young!runaway!Tony. It’s crossing over with my BBB Cold square -  I’ve tweaked it a bit since posting on Tumblr (coming in at 881 words) and it will go up on Ao3 1 Dec.   

* O5 - Gentle – use this poem as inspiration?

Stucky’Verse Bingo Round 1 - [SVB_R1]   (Ends 22 Dec)

Thirteen  fills, two WIPs and a couple of ideas.

* A1 - Harem - crossover with CABB Secret/Forbidden Relationship - Bucky and shrimpy!Steve are both concubines who love each other more than their lord. I poked at this a little for 71 words.

* B4 - Sugar Daddy -  looking for inspiration - combining with CABB  Nov Adoptable: Sugar Baby.  Possibly shrimpy!Steve and beefy!Bucky?   

* A4 - Fairy Tale Curse  - this seems custom-made for a continuation of Beyond the Beast😁  Nothing written yet, other than some Vague Ideas.  

* C3 - FREE -  probably using this for Chapter 2 of   Half of the Flesh and Blood That Makes Me Whole   - a Bucky POV remix of at least the first part of Take What Was Wrong (And Make it Right), which is currently sitting at  52 words.  I’m expecting at least one more chapter, possibly two, depending on how far I want to take the remix.   

C5 - Last Resort -  Posted  A Close Call  to Ao3 last Friday.  A pre-war Stucky ficlet with protective!pining!Bucky - also filled my HHB  Dealing with Extreme Cold,  and WFB -  Huddling for warmth squares  (250 words) along with Whumptober Delirium prompt. It came in at 827 words. 

Bucky Barnes Bingo  - [BBB_R5]   (Ends 10 Jan 2024)

I’ve got  sixteen fills,  four WIPs,   and a couple more Vague ideas.

* B5 - Cold  - see WIB  FREE square

* U3 - Fireplace -  Working on a 1980′s No Powers WinterIron fic set at a ski lodge where Tony’s being wooed by poetry and love letters that Bucky wrote to someone else.   Started poking at this as a crossover with a Love Letters prompt and it’s sitting at 129 words.

* C2 - Yelena Belova–   The plan is to use this prompt in the next chapter of Peresmešnik,  (aka Three Avengers and a Baby), which is currently sitting at 1303 words (600-ish of which are mine).

* C3 - FREE  - the October BBB Discord party resulted in a hilarious Mob AU communal story  (mobster!Bucky & clueless!Steve plus Clint&Natasha&Scott shenanigans)   that several of us did/are going to contribute to Rashomon-style.  

* C5 - Marriage of Convenience/Pretend Couple -  next chapter of   Lady Natasha’s Consort and Lord Steve’s Companion.    Got a spark of an idea the other day that might get me a bit further on this fic.  

* K3 - Magic -  Aro!Bucky healing with a kiss idea?

* Y3 - Alpine  - see WIB Iron Soldier combo.

* Y4 - Forgotten Things -   using this for Chapter 4 of   You Can’t Stop It With a Gun  - it’s sitting at  116 words at the moment.

* May Adopted - Insomnia - finally got this filled with The Dead of Night, which also filled a Flash Fiction Friday prompt [#FFF211 An Old Friend] along with my JBB FREE square. It came in at 317 words and will post to Ao3 before this event ends.

* August Adopted: Take the Shot - sounds like a WinterHawk fic to me… maybe cross over with JBB Touch-starved?  Whumptober/Fictober possibilities as well. 

Tony Stark Bingo Round 7  - [TSB_R7]   (ends 15 Feb)

Seventeen  fills and one WIPs, with a couple of ideas in play.  

* S1 - Galaxy - possibly use in final chapter of   Never More to Go Astray ?  

* T2 - KINK: Cock-blocking 'bots -  I still want to combine this with  the  Fictober Day 27: prompt   "I don't know if they will accept this."   

* T3 - A pairing you've never done -  Posted   No Sensation to Compare With This  – inspired by @rebelmeg’s  Wingmen and Airmen, Flirting and Flying  - it’s a remix/spinoff of the first chapter, where Tony flirts with Maria Rambeau while Rhodey and Carol get to know one another better. It came in at 1093 words. 

* T5 - Shawarma - possible crossover with SAUB Canon Divergence – Battle of New York-related?

* A2 - KINK: Concubine - possible crossover with SAUB Gentle Dom

* A3 -  FREE  – @SomeSortofItalianRoast and I are looking at collabing on a  Steve/Tony/Scott fic - maybe throw in a Comfortember prompt?  

* R5 - Doppelganger/Evil Twins -   The Flash Fiction Friday prompt [#FFF214 Broken Mirror] got me at least a good start on the idea I’ve been playing with for this square. I posted NamNori on Tumblr and have a general idea of how I want to build on it to also fill my SAUB AU: Crack square. It’s currently sitting at 360 words.

Stony AUniverse Bingo  [SAUB_R1] (ends 15 Feb)

Another brand-new bingo I’m helping co-mod!   Six fills, three WIPs and several  crossover ideas already!

* S1 - Edging - Filled this with Ringing in the New, where Tony makes a suggestion to improve/change up their love life. It’s a crossover with a Flash Fiction Friday prompt: How Do You Use ‘It’? and came in at 324 words - I will post it to Ao3 before the event is over.
