María's ex-husband also known as Charly García is a Argentinian rock musician and got his start in his teenage ages as he started Sui Generis with his classmate Nito in the 70s.

he would go on to make another group in his adult years called PorSuiGieco and La Máquina de Hacer Pájaros, it jumpstarted rock in latin america, they didn't last long and he would have a pause to go to Brazil, come to argentina back to start Serú Girán and become one of the most successful bands from the 70s, he then went on to have a solo career after that

María Rosa Yorio is a Argentinian rock musician and one of the early pioneeer female rock musician from the 70s

She was a backing vocalist for the legendary band Sui Generis, and established herself as the female voice of PorSuiGieco. He was a member of Nito Mestre and Los Desconocidos de Siempre and continued from the late 1970s.

She would continue and have a successful solo career with her famous songs En Todas Partes Te Veo, Seminare and Blues desesperado, she also made several books with her most famous in 2019 being "Asesínenme" about rock and feminism.

A kiss Ana and María as a promise

When it was announced that Ana wouldn’t be taking part in the upcoming wssp round due to the flu, the first thing María did was make her soup.

Ana had been lying in bed for nearly three days at this point, María playing nurse and practically spoonfeeding her soup and crackers all day, tissues piled up on the bedside table and a mountain of blankets burritoing Ana. She looked adorable in María’s eyes, even with her runny nose and teary eyes. She had tried to kiss her before, right when the flu began but Ana waved her off, something about not wanting her to get sick too, otherwise neither of them would get better. María wasn’t satisfied though.

As soon as she walked in with Ana’s favorite soup, she set it down on the bedside table, with slightly less tissues than before, and cupped her face and gently pecked her lips. Ana’s eyes went wide for a second before taking in María’s soft lips and the flavor of her favorite chapstick.

“What was that for?” Ana laughed, a slight cough coming out. María smiled and got a spoonful of soup ready, her hand gently cupping under the spoon.

“A promise,” she said, feeding Ana. “That I’m going to win the race, for you.”

That weekend, with a smile on her face, Ana watched from bed as María not only won the race, but took the lead in the championship. She made good on her promise.
