elf would be a bloodbender and one of the few male healers! jyugo would be a metalbender (elf is more of a spirit than a person in this universe)

bonus: rock is a earthbender, nico and uno are nonbenders, six is a waterbender and manji is a qi blocker (aka nonbender, possibly airbender after harmonic convergence)!

tucking the blanket into his seat kojirou looked to see manji pouting at his hat. “manji, ya gotta wear it.”

“but manji’s horns don’t like iiiit.” he whined as kojiro leaned in, taking it and moving to put it on him. “it’s cause your not putting the horn part of the hat on them silly.” he replied moving back as manji petted em lightly. “...oh hey this feels better!”

“hehe see? silly.”

“but why does manji need it?” he asked looking to him as he slipped his sunglasses on. “and why do you need a wheelchair? you can walk fine.”

“manji we’re outside.” he stated, tying his coat’s knot as manji grabbed the chair’s handles. “sides it’d be weird if people saw me moving on my tail. and distracting.”

“can manji ride the chair to the aquarium?” he asked, moving a foot on the pole behind it as kojiro chuckled. “why not? just not too fast.” he stated as manji pushed them off, riding it up until more people showed, slowing it down to walk with it to the aquarium.

gaining their tickets for it manji looked around excitedly. “so pretty here!”

“careful not to wag your tail.” he pouted as he kept it hidden in his pants. “kaaaay.” walking them both around the people both looked to the many tanks and areas of the fish inside, making excited noises up until they got to a hallway, vaguely empty but around it was a giant body of water and fish swimming around in the hall’s see through windows.

“ya can stop here.” kojirou stated, manji pushing the wheelchair to the nearest wall and taking a seat next to it as they watched the fish on the other side. looking to him manji moved his hands quickly finding kojirou’s shades not on his face.

“ah it’s fine man it’s okay.” he stated, ushering to the whole hallway with only two people. “barely anyone’ll notice, their too distracted with the fish.” he nodded and went back to sit with him. “....i wish we were fish.”

“manji i kinda am one hehe-”

“not that.” he stated, watching them swim in circles and over eachother. “no one cares that a fish has tails or weird eyes or horns, why do they care bout if we do?” both sat in silence with sullen expressions of thought as kojirou spoke up.

“maybe...one day they won’t.” he stated, manji looking to him curiously. “think so?”

“i mean, i dunno what he’s planning, but maybe if it involves feeling normal again, we might be able to.” he stated smiling as manji smiled back with his tail wagging. “manji’d like that.”

hearing steps to their sides both looked to find some people staring, whispering as kojirou moved to put his glasses on while manji got up. “hey! we’re not fish!” he exclaimed, only to get confused reactions and said watchers dispersing and moving back to watch the fish as kojirou laughed.

“that’s...on the right track ehehe.”

This post got alot of interactions!! Im glad the Nanbaka fandom exists (Even if its small)!! I am basically at the end of the Nanbaka manga so if you guys ever wanna brainrot with me over characters/chapters please do!!! My favourites are Jyugo, Elf, Manji, Kojiro and Mao!! But i like almost all of the characters!
