Good Omens season 3 thought of the day:

I was thinking about all the types of headcanon kisses that our fandom have either talked about or desired for our Ineffables in season 3. I honestly can’t decide which I want more. So I decided to create a little poll.

In fairness I also tried to add “I don’t believe there will be any kissing in season 3” but I ran out of any more options. So if you either think there won’t be anymore kissing or you don’t want anymore kissing maybe let me know in the comments.

This is the Crowley and Aziraphale hug I want to see in season 3. Hear me out.

I know many of us are desperate for a hug scene, and I think this Jim and Pam hug is a perfect mirror for them.

This scene never fails to break my heart because Jim (Aziraphale) can't quite put into words what Pam (Crowley) means to him, so he pours all of his sadness, love, and devotion into this gut-wrenching hug. However, Pam (Crowley) has been hurt before so they are taken aback by the hug and unsure whether they can reciprocate. But the intensity of the hug breaks down their walls one at a time, until they finally open their blocked up hearts once more and accept the love they are receiving.

I need this ASAP.

The sudden realisation has hit me of the sheer ABUNDANCE of Michael Sheen micro expressions we’re going to get. Like SO MANY.

Fear, anger, trepidation, resoluteness, determination in the face of whatever Heaven is going to throw at him.

Pining, pain, anguish, longing, desperation at his separation from Crowley

Admiration, love, lust, relief, joy, jubilation, exultation, happiness with his eventual reconciliation with Crowley.

We are going to be so spoiled.

A while ago someone posted about how they really hope that in season 3, Crowley and Aziraphale get to kiss mid battle while the camera pans around them in slow motion, with the battle raging on around them. My apologies to whoever that was, as I can’t remember your blog name! I reblogged with the below gif from the third Pirates of the Caribbean film:

It just occurred to me that if they do start shooting in January, they'll be shooting all through the awards season. Meaning that if they attend any ceremonies there's a good chance we'll get a blond tuxedoed up Michael and a red haired celestial suited up David and I'm not ready for it.

honestly? that one David Tennant Richard II Kiss™ is my favourite acted kiss in history

Today we are thinking of Aziraphale, constantly working at his tiny desk in Heaven for days and days, until the first moment of quiet and peace, when the silence around him makes it so clear that he's alone that he breaks down crying

And Crowley, sitting alone at a table at the Ritz with his dark glasses on. There is no food on the plates, just one single glass of wine that he's not drinking, and he stays there motionless as people around him go on with their lives

Today we are also crying 😭

I can’t help but wonder if this was the moment Crowley was thinking about as he adjusted Aziraphale’s bow tie, right before stepping into the hellfire.

They took a gamble switching bodies, that neither would be destroyed by whatever heaven and hell threw at them.

Maybe in this moment he wondered if it would be his last, and went back to a memory he wish had ended a little differently.
