Qi Xiaoqing is a vampire from the human world who seduces humans with her beauty. Another female vampire who is jealous of her sends her to a vampire realm with the curse where she appears "ugly" to the men around her. To break her curse she must drink the blood of the 4 pureblood vampire lords. During her time there she is taken in by one of the lords Yu Tian who agrees to help her lift her curse. There isn't a huge amount of couple moments in this series as they both have their own agendas but there are certainly cute moments like this. Day 3 of #mayromance2020 in the #romancereading challenge and today we have Bodyguard in Disguise available at @wecomics_en ! If you are wanting a fluffy romance then probably skip this. 😅 The main character is cross dressing as a guy to be near the guy she loves and considers her/him to be his "best bud". During an undercover assignment though she accidentally let's her guard down and kisses the Young Master Ling who she has sworn to stay by his side. It's very frustrating as a reader to watch the two struggle to admit to their feelings and when we have moments like this where we think we are going to get a confession something happens to take the moment away! 🤭😏 Ah, but I suppose that what's makes a story interesting.
