Coming back home after many moons abroad on a mission, he got himself caught up in a foolish gamble with his fellow legionnaire, Thomas. Damiano should've known that a man like himself, who was in a long-term relationship with bad luck, shouldn't tempt the fates, yet he got cocky after a few too many goblets of wine.
