Jenny gave a bright grin " yeah I mean if we are going to be drinking , then why not jump right to the tequila, it's the best drink " she said brightly "ohhh a little of this a little of that, finished university, had an amazing job , got shot in the heart , dad said I had to come home , dad did not tell me he had left with his newest fling, I now live back at my childhood home on the farm ... Half planning on opening a riding school ... I need a job .. need to be busy ' she replied to the question . Once she had the drink in her hand she took a big mouthful of it and sighs happily " god that's good "

She looked between George and Colton " hmmm yeah I love riding , did not get to do it much in the city but I am going to have quite a few different horse , I wanna get back in to show jumping and cross country again "

We were a thing once, but that didn’t last. On good terms, you went far and wide, but I stayed home for the simple life. Years later, back in our home town, we see each other again. I have a daughter, but am a single parent. Inspite of this, talking to you again is like you never left. Can we rekindle what we once had to those wonderful days?

Where it all began was a small little town, almost like Mayberry or Middleton. There were ranches, a lumber yard, a drive thru theater, and everybody seemed to own a work truck. This is where Colton and Jenny had first started. What was once a good friendship, blossomed into love, but time had other plans for them.

Jenny wanted to leave, but Colton wanted to stay. While it wasn’t a destructive breakup, it did leave. Big hole in Colton’s heart for a long time. That was where they had left off. Life continued for both of them, where he would still think of her from time to time.

It was a percular morning in Colton’s small town, in which the very universe felt off for some reason. What started as a morning with daily chores, changed into a blast from the past. There was one big supply store in town, where every rancher, farmer, and overall working people shopped. As Colton pushed a cart with purchased belongings, he got a glimpse of someone he hadn’t seen in a long time.

He recognized that set of blonde hair, those eyes, and the very silhouette of Jenny. He took a moment’s pause to double check if it was her, but once he was sure, a smile spread across Colton’s lips.

“Hey there stranger”, Colton said his old, familiar greeting.

Jenny looked at him with a look that said clearly . Jenny at times could be like a cat that just wanted to be annoying. "Hmmm I could do with some more attention yes '

Jenny was sat on comfy couch beside the bay window leaning against him as he read a book . The rain was pouring down outside battering against the window . She would prod him every now and then just tell be annoying .

Jenny looked to Tyson and crossed her arms " see when you said ... let's go skiing and stay in the cabin " she paused " and I said sure let's go ... but is there not supposed to be a storm this weekend " she took a breath " and you said we will be fine ?" She was mimicking his voice right now " remember that " she gestured outside to the snow that was almost up to the windows and more falling by the minute"I think I always right " she said with a huff . Normally she liked to be right but today was not the day for that .

Jenny had been on earth for a few months now and she had to admit she was enjoying herself on earth . She had friends . She still had to get a job . But when you were smart about things one did not need money . Well she did , but she acquired it the non job way .

It was the evening of a full moon and she had decided to go for a run . She held her phone which she had got off Tyson when she had first met him . She laughed a little as she run and remembered that first meeting fondly . She had just arrived . Since then he was her best friend . Her mind was so lost in her thoughts that she did not hear the growling behind her or see the glowing eyes .

She kept up her run and then hummed gently as she continued . She eventually slowed to a stop and looked around . She was sending something . She was not sure what " hello ?" She called out wondering what or who was following her. She shook it off and phoned Tyson " hey Ty ... Yeah it's Jenny .. emmm I think I'm being followed " she said " ahhh I'm in the forest on the edge of town..." She said as she started to head back to the road staying on the line .

That was untill something jumped out at her and attacked her . She groaned and moaned to try and fight the beast off but struggled she kept fighting taking hits and bites but never quite being able to get away that was untill something scared it off . She was to tired , and confused about what had attacked her to worry about it before she passed out .

She smiled and tilted her head so she could look up at him still resting on his shoulder. She fluttered her long thick lashes and hummed " who , me a tease ... Never " she said lightly licking her lips

Ben sighed as he fixed his glasses that had been slipping down. Thankfully there had been a cabin that the two of them could run to so they weren’t caught out in the worst of it. “Look I don’t know how many times I have to apologise, I looked at the weather today and it said nothing about a snowstorm. I don’t think that it will last long, so all we have to do is wait it out.”

She raised an eyebrow at that and shook her head " hmmm not as if yet " she said as she moved to kiss his cheek " but I'll be impressed if you can keep it up for that length of time , most men get performance issues
