 4. Park Street, Kolkata:

 The popularity of Park Street in Kolkata is an immortal fact since the British period. This area can be called the party capital of Kolkata because of the famous pubs and hotels present in this area.

Apart from the entertainment hotspots this area has all the amenities for life and has an excellent connection with the rest of Kolkata. Be it the metro or anything else, all the facilities are here and the average price of a p[roperty in this area is 22,600 rupees per sq ft.

 5. Salt Lake, Kolkata:

 Rajarhat is in the northwestern part of Kolkata. It is situated adjacent part of New Town, Dum Dum, and Keshtopur. This area is full of well-developed social and civic infrastructure, including healthcare and educational facilities. The average price of a property in this area is 4118 rupees.

 Although I have mentioned only 7 places in this list, however, my favourite rest 3 places are Howrah, Joka & Barasat. These three areas are growing fast and they also have all the basic amenities for life. The average prices of properties area are 3,579, 2,920 & 2,732  rupees per sq ft.
