Hey there! The quick and easy TLDR? I reblog fanworks every day and I love when people submit stuff I haven't seen. Under the cut is an FAQ (including instructions on how to submit fanworks or let me know if I reblogged stolen art). Please read before you send something! Here's links to the askbox and submit.

How does this work?

I track the tags for animations, coloring books, comics, commissions, cosplayers, dioramas, edits, icons, fanart, fanfic, fanmixes, fanvids, filk, gifs, merch, moodboards, podcasts, podfics, poetry, sculptures, and zines. When something new shows up in those tags, I add it to the queue!

Some fanworks aren't put in my tracked tags, or are posted to other sites, like AO3 or Instagram. You can submit links to them, and I'll add them to the queue with the rest. (Just a note: don't try to put them in the askbox! Links and media can only be submitted.)

If you know of an art form that's not mentioned here, I'd love to see it! Send me a link to its tag and I'll keep an eye out for new stuff.

Do you reblog XYZ?

Probably! If it's a fanwork, and it's related to Star Wars, I'll reblog it. Crossovers, fusions, AUs, translations, and non-English works are welcome. I reblog works that contain triggering content or are rated R/Mature/Explicit, and this is a proship blog, including master/padawan and clone/clone. Everything is tagged so it can be filtered out if you don't like it.

That means you're going to reblog some character/ship/trope/creator I don't like!

What's your tagging system?

Non-fanwork posts are tagged #admin talk and answered asks are tagged #ask. All fanworks are tagged with their type, as listed in the first question's answer. "#nsfw (violence)" and "#nsfw (sex)" are used for mature content. I tag triggers and am happy to expand my taglist, just send me an ask. Current trigger tags: abuse, death, flashing, sexual assault, and smoking.

Works are tagged with the creator's username. I tag the names of all the characters and relationships, and if a work is character-critical or part of a series. Relationships are tagged with character names in alphabetical order, using "&" for platonic and "/" for romantic. AUs are tagged with their type, and crossovers and fusions are tagged with their other fandom(s).

I also tag 'creature' for works with animals, 'droid' for works with droids, and 'ship' for works with spacecraft and vehicles. 'The Bad Batch', 'Jedi', and 'Rebel Alliance' are tagged for group-themed works. Original characters are tagged with their type: Chiss, clone, droid, Jedi, Mandalorian, Sith, Twi'lek, Wookiee, etc.

If a tag is missing or wrong, please let me know! I don't read or listen to everything I reblog, as I simply don't have the time or spoons. All written and audio works are tagged based on the OP's tags. Let me know the chapter (for written) or timestamp (for audio), and what should be tagged. Submit that with a link to my reblog.

How do I submit something?

First, please check the blog for everything tagged with that creator's name. It might already be here! If not, the rest of this answer will walk you through the submission process. Submit as much as you want!

There's a link at the top of this post to submit. You can also check beneath the blog's banner on mobile or desktop. To the right of the Ask link is a meatball menu (three dots in a row). Click or tap that, then 'Submit'. However you get to the submit page, you'll see this:

1 is the drop-down for post type. 2 is where tumblr will prompt you to put your name and email if you're not logged in. Do not put your real name. "N/A" or "nothing" will work for both fields. 3 is where you put a link to what you want to submit. You'll have to check the box by 4 (and do a captcha if you're not logged in) before hitting the Submit button.

Don't worry about providing the information that I tag with! I take the link and do all the formatting and tagging myself.

You might not see a work posted in the same day or week that you submitted it, due to the length of the queue. If you want to make sure that something gets shared, you can DM me or send an ask, to check if it's in the queue. Please don't resubmit unless I ask you to.

How do I tell you that you reblogged stolen/reposted/uncredited works?

Submit a link to what I reblogged with a link to the original artist's post. If you don't see the work removed in three days, feel free to follow up by sending a DM or ask. Please don't resubmit unless I ask you to.

No under 18 spicy content.

Tag your tumblr posts sharing your entries and completed bingos for us to reblog appropriately, and clearly indicate in your posts whether the entry is nsfw and if any content notes or trigger warnings apply. If using tumblr to post your entries, the content of your written entries must be below a cut, and all nsfw or triggering content must be below a cut.  

One new entry can fulfill multiple prompts, we just ask that you make sure your entry meets the fill requirements for the total number of prompts it is intended to fulfill. 

You can use any new entry that is also a fill for another event, such as a fandom week or a big bang, as a bingo fill

Tag #bobadinaubingo and @bobadinweek​ to be reblogged, and add your entry to the AO3 collection.

You may swap the location of prompts on your bingo card up to two times, or swap up to two prompts out entirely for different prompts of your choice. You can see the full prompt list here. 

OT3 fills are allowed, but remember that this is a BobaDin AU Bingo.

How To Fill

After signing up, you will receive your personal bingo card with your username on it and a transparent PNG stamp by email. Here’s an example:

Place the transparent PNG stamp over any prompts you fill. You can use any image editing software that supports transparent PNGs, including browser-based editing software like https://pixlr.com.

After you have completed 5 fills in a row, you can email your card to us at bobadinweek@gmail.com and we’ll put a completion achievement stamp on the card. A completed card with one bingo might look like this:

There are different completion achievement stamps for single bingo, double bingo, and a special stamp for a T-visor double bingo (top row and center row). You can complete multiple bingos using the same card and send your card in each time to get more than one completion achievement stamp. At the end of the event, as long as you’ve completed at least one fill, you can send your card in for a participation achievement stamp.

Can I request multiple cards?

After you’ve completed a bingo, you can request a new card if you would like one.

What if I don’t like my card?

We’ve tried to ensure every card has a variety of entries and hope that you enjoy the one we generate for you! You can take advantage of the two swaps per card to swap the location of prompts twice, or swap out two prompts for two different prompts of your choice to make your bingo work.

Where can I view the prompts if I want to swap?

You can view all the possible prompts here.

Can I request to not receive certain prompts on my card?

In order to make the card generating process as quick as possible, we aren’t taking requests to not receive prompts. If you receive a prompt you don’t like, you can swap it out for one you do (please see FAQ 4). We’ve tried to make sure the prompt list is entirely sfw, and that the prompts are broad and flexible. If you have a concern about a prompt that you don’t think is answered here, please send us an email at bobadinweek@gmail.com or drop us a message in the #call-a-mod channel on the Discord.

What ratings are allowed?

Anything from general work to explicit work is welcomed! Please tag, rate, and warn appropriately. (See the rules.)

Is there a format or anything I should include when I post my entries?

Can I work with a co-creator or share a card?

Yes, but keep in mind that if you don’t sign up together, your card will only have one username on it.

What if I don’t know what a prompt means?

Ask us! We’ve kept the prompts sfw and tried to make them general to encourage maximum creativity and flexibility, including overlap with other prompts. If you think an idea fits a prompt, it probably does! If a prompt is unclear, or if you aren’t sure if the idea you have works for the prompt, you can send us an email at bobadinweek@gmail.com or drop us a message in the #call-a-mod channel on the Discord.

What do words in brackets, such as (yet) mean on prompts?

Words in brackets are extra information to support creativity, but are not necessary to include in your fill if you don’t want to.

What does “Shared Fandom Trope” mean?

Any type of AU that is a general panfandom type of AU, such as a Sentinel AU, a CoffeeShop AU, a Soulmate AU, or a wingfic AU. (These are just examples– there are many possibilities!)

What does “Fusion” mean on a prompt?

A fusion is when you take the universe or general plot of a different property (another TV show, a movie, a book, a video game, a play, etc) and adapt it to fit with your characters and their stories, like putting Boba, Din, and other Star Wars characters inside the Zelda video game universe and meshing it all together, or adapting the Beauty and the Beast story for Boba and Din.

Is there somewhere I can brainstorm ideas or talk about BobaDin aus?

If you’re 18 or older, you can chat about the bingo, your favourite AUs, and brainstorm with other server members in the BobaDin Discord. If you’re under 18 or don’t want to join the Discord, we encourage you to post with and check the #bobadinaubingo tag (here on tumblr or on Twitter) to connect with other players and brainstorm together.

Can I add a NSFW AU/use a NSFW AU in the free space/swap a prompt for a NSFW AU?

Yes, it’s fine to have NSFW AUs such as Dom/Sub AUs, A/B/O AUs, etc, just please be sure to put NSFW fills under a cut.

Mace Windu Appreciation Week

Mace Windu is often overlooked, bashed, or villainized for no reason, so let's give him some love and appreciation!

The week running from April 25th-May1st will be Mace Windu Appreciation week.

Mace positive content, no matter what sort, fic, art, vids, fanmixes, meta/headcanons is welcome and encouraged.

For those who would like some direction a list of themes will be provided, but you don’t have to follow any theme so long as it’s positive Mace Windu centric work. 

Day 1, Sunday, April 25- Serenity: Jedi are generally calming and solid as a group. Let’s see Mace in a serene moment, whether this is meditation, a quiet moment with the council, or calm during battle. When, where and how is Mace serene?

Alt theme- Acting: The fact that Mace was a star actor before his seat on the council is a fun little tidbit. Let’s see him in his acting element, on stage on Coruscant, as part of a plan in the Clone Wars, or advertising some goofy product between late night holo-programs. Where is he acting, what sort of part?

Day 2, Monday, April 26- Vaapad/Shatterpoint: Mace is a fantastic Jedi with a lot of tricks up his sleeves. Shatterpoints lets him see important events, like flaws in a gem, where one strike might change the course of history. Vaapad is a form of lightsaber combat that funnels the anger or fury of the user and opponent into a faster, harder to combat style, it might look like his lightsaber is a blur or that there are several blades. Let’s see a piece of him using either of these abilities, or explaining or teaching them.

At theme- Color: Of course Mace is associated with purple, but that is not the only color you could choose. Maybe it’s monochrome, black and white with color additions. Maybe it’s the red sand of Geonosis, and the red blood of those who died, and the red rage that Mace might have to calm because of it. Maybe the calm brown of the Jedi temple, the solid brown of the earth and the life, the force Mace feels that runs through both. Maybe it’s a crest for Mace’s Jedi line with significance to the colors chosen. Let's see a work with a focus on color or colors.

Day 3, Tuesday April 27- Romance: Let’s see that shipping, maybe it’s a canon character, maybe it’s an OC, maybe it’s reader insert, but let’s see what a romance with Mace is!

Alt Theme- Crossover: There are plenty of interesting works of fiction and fictional characters out there, let’s see Mace interacting with one, or more! Is it someone from another sci-fi series? Or another Samuel L. Jackson character? The sky's the limit for who he might meet.

Day 4, Wednesday, April 28- Friendship: Who is friends with Mace, and what do they do? Is it all other Jedi? Or perhaps other people on Coruscant? What sort of friendship do they have?

Alt theme- Music: Whether it’s Mace listening to or creating music, or what music you associate Mace, let’s see what his (or our) taste in music is!

Day 5, Thursday, April 29- AU: Maybe the Jedi are fantasy knights, or Mace is a senator instead of a Jedi. Maybe the Republic won the Clone Wars, or Mace became a Sith. Maybe he survived his fall or is a Mandalorian, let’s see your favorite AU ideas involving Mace.

Alt theme- Padawan: Maybe it’s during Mace's time as a padawan, or involving his padawan, Depa, her padawan Caleb, or maybe he’s helping teach a padawan for a different knight or master. There are a lot of padawns out there, let’s see Mace as or interacting with padawans.

Day 6, Friday, April 30- Badass: We know Mace Windu is a grade A badass, but it never hurts to mention. Show us your favorite canon moments, or create your own badass Mace moment.

Alt theme- Memento: As a Jedi Mace has done a lot of things, gone to a lot of places, and met a lot of people. Let’s see a keepsake or a souvenir from some adventure he’s been on, and what it makes him think of or feel.

Day 7, Saturday, May 1- Free Day: Go wild, be the Mace Windu content you want to see in the world!

this mix features songs specific to characters, plot points, but also atmospheric and possible-background-noise, along with plot-predictive sounds. feel free to critique. also includes a few tunes that were specifically chosen to reflect the aesthetics of the mandalorian culture, and the culture of--well, me specifically as the wrangler. making mixes for reader-inserts is a bit tricky that way, and just because we don’t “sound” the same, doesn’t mean it’s not all grovvy, friends!
