The Wave Academy uniforms for both the Ninja Storm AU and Ninja Steel Rewrite AU

Compared to the other academies, this uniform is considered the “silent” considering how quiet and stealthy it allows the user to become. Due to the school mainly have water elemental students, everyone who enrolls is trained to breath underwater for longer periods of time with the metallic armor pieces above the main pocket having an adaptive shape and stores air and Ki reserves for energy. The themes of the academy is to preserve knowledge and information for the future so their attire takes a more “scholarly” but advancing approach with some of the glowy areas.

Like the other academies, Wave has their own pendants. The shape containing the ninja steel logo(Rewrite AU is where they use it as their team symbol), as we go outer a lotus pattern is formed gradually with anchor like pond arrows leading out, all symbolizing the traveling of information both within and outside the world. Regular students have the normal pendant, advanced students have the four star pendant, finally Sensei’s and expert students have the mandala-like pendant.

2 (and 3) of 3 SK8 The Infinity zine art reveals for @sk8graffitizine :D

So, long story short after finishing my 2nd piece I was trying to show the characters' faces web teaser while also keeping within the preview quota... so I tried a collage of just their heads... and out of that I ultimately made a remix with a different graffiti vibe, which in turn could work as merch print addendum and voilà that's how the postcard and bookmarks came to be ^3^

I was very happy and honoured to contribute as guest artis and to add this print as merch extra. More cakes! Whether it's nods to the anime ED iconic palm trees and gardens symbolism, significant rings and/or pool linked hearts as gleaming pendants hanging from their necks, snowflakes gears hearts mandalas and snakes - and even whatever your shipping preferences for these darling four are - here we got that covered! Last Words... for Feb 2, 2023

Well... not much to say this time. I'm here with yesterday's last words, continuing along with my 500 words/day goal. As always, these are raw drafts, so don't be too surprised by any SPAG errors.

This section doesn't need a warning, but the moon phase context is... well, it is what it is.

One worker returned with a bowl and dipped a slender brush into the transparent pink liquid. As they began painting over his skin - along his arms and legs, Beau closed his eyes and tried to make sense of the symbols as the aroma of sweet-basil enveloped him.

A straight line followed by three more lines, perpendicular to each other, then intricate curls within the… diamond? Diamond. The symbol was- oh, that made sense. After all, that diamond was their symbol - was that man’s symbol. If that was the true, then-

A soft moan escaped him as the worker dipped the brush beneath the red chiffon to lightly trace the transparent paint over his nipples and each detail of the Mandala. Another worker stepped behind him and gently brushed his hair, first detangling the long strands, before applying coconut and lavender oil to their hands and running their fingers through his hair. They then lifted his hair as the third worker draped a slender choker around the base of his neck and clasped it, letting the diamond-shaped pendant rest in the dip of his neck. Bracelets and anklets of the same style - gold with cool-toned gems embedded within - were slipped through his hands and feet. 

Finally, a veil made of the same bright-red chiffon as the robe Beau wore, was affixed with the hairclips he had noted earlier. The fabric was draped over his hair and covered his face - though the sheer chiffon let him see without any major issues. With that, the shrine workers stepped away from him. Two of them left the bathhouse - presumably to get ready for whatever was next - while the final worker kept watch over him.

Taking it as a sign that they were finally done with him, Beau glanced over at the mirror one last time before he was inevitably taken somewhere and his eyes widened in shock.

If Beau hadn’t already accepted it before, it was abundantly obvious to him now. 

It’s not that Beau thought poorly of himself.  He’d always been that diligent, academic type, dressed in neutral colors and styles. He could see ‘cute’ describing a few of his features - be it the warm light-brown eyes; the long, wavy, dark-brown hair that was almost half-way down his back; or even his athletic figure, after years of swimming… but he wouldn’t use ‘beautiful’ or ‘pretty’ to describe himself, let alone ‘sensual’ or ‘bridal’.

Yet there he was. That person looking back at him… it really was him.

The Fire Academy uniforms for the Ninja Storm AU.

Compare to the Wind and Thunder ones these have the same leather like material used in creating them but they do things differently unlike the other schools. The colors on their uniforms like the canon uniforms reflect a student’s elemental affinity, the belt pendant represents a persons second dynamic(most students being A♦️). From the chest and shoulder is a corsage of flowers that indicate ranking( @augment-techs gave me some inspiration for this)

Wave, Earth and Fire each have their own pendants differentiating from the Wind and Thunder ones. Fire here has a diamond theme resembling blooming flames as a flower formation. They two have variations with the first being for regular students, second with the star outline being more for advanced students and the final which resembles more of a sun like mandala for sensei’s and special members. Some inspiration I got for these designs aside from Ninja Storm was the Fire Nation attire in Avatar along with Kai in Ninjago(I actually do have an oc who has a sort of Azula dynamic story wise here👀🔥).
