Elder Faerie… The Gaurdian of The Seal… had fallen in battle with that deceitful beast… it had been a rough time for you and the other faeries.

You made you way into Elder Faeries old residence since you were told that there was something he wanted to give you in his home, the other faeries were okay with you entering his abode.

You made sure not to mess up any of the pristine furniture arrangements or move a peice of parchment, but then you spotted a letter with your name on it

You were apprehensive about touching it at first but you soon gently lifted it off the table and started to read the elegant yet seemingly nervous writing…

Longan Dragon Cookie didn't know what to expect when they began to date you, but this certainly wasn't it.

They don't really show it, but whenever you say something unhinged it makes them pause and give thought.

Millennial tree is canonically op on my au. I kinda made this choice out of spite but it grew into being kind of a piller to au events.

So in short, millennial tree is essentially like THE legendary cookie of all magic, he’s proficient in every kind of magic that exists, he’s just most notable for time magic since it’s near impossible for mortal cookies to learn let alone use it (not without consequences I mean look at timekeeper)

In universe in my au him going into a sleep was caused by him casting a spell during the dark flour war to keep dark enchantress and her influence out of the rest of earthbread, so locations outside of Crispia like the cream republic have never faced her magic. (I think beast yeast might have been in this also but recent events have weakened that wall so it might not be in effect anymore by that point. That or the beasts are a loophole)

He was woken from his slumber early which means he isn’t at full power yet but still a powerhouse. However as he’s aware how powerful he is he chooses not to get involved on the belief that if he always comes to fight the cookies battles they will never grow stronger or learn to face them themselves.

He’s usually a good judge on if the cookies are outmatched, but he’s not infallible. (I will elaborate)

So on a related note, he considers ledger faerie his brother. They aren’t technically related but that doesn’t matter to him, when he took on a cookie form I think he purposefully made it look similar to elder faerie because brotherrrrrr. That’s his brother he adores him the silly old men.

So about him not being infallible. During the faerie kingdom event and shadow milk doing his thing, imma be honest, if elder faerie actually died millie would be pissed.

Because he made a wrong judgement call. And millie doesn’t make the same mistake twice. If elder faerie died, shadow milk would no longer be an issue because he’d be dust. That’s how powerful millennial tree can be especially when pissed.

Thankfully due to other factors elder faerie doesn’t die (he just gets permanently nerfed ya want to hear more ask about that arc) but that was a scare and I think millennial tree does start paying closer attention to the beast cookie situation.

He still believes the cookies can handle it, but he is at the ready to step in if things look bleak.

The main Crux of his character is he believes in cookies and their hope for a better future, he wants to nurture that, he oversees the flow of life to ensure it’s strength, though frost queen is much more on the nose about that, but he is involved.

Uhhhh anyways millie is a beast and this isn’t even addressing him getting a power boost from his legendary costume form, I haven’t got many ideas there but I like to think that’s a sort of “primal form” for millennial tree where he’s even stronger for a brief time.

Anyways so yeah old man took a nap for a century but got woken up early but it’s fine he gets it shit looks a bit fucked and he’s more than happy to be on standby just in case someone needs to get energy blasted to cookie hell

Uhhh final notes that are less developed but are here-

Wind archer is his kid. Sugar swan is his wife. He considers the cookies of the millennial tree village (I forget the name) his kids. The faerie kingdom are his honorary nieces, nephews, and niblings. I literally only saw it once but I do like the idea of him considering frost queen a sister of sorts, at most a very competent coworker who he will praise to the rest of the elementals if given the chance. He finds knight cookie charming because wind archer and fire spirit love him, and he respects the cookies spirit. Uhhh longan is his ex because it’s funny.

OH RIGHT I ALMOST FORGOT! The Longan dragon event (which I can elaborate on if asked) doesn’t spread beyond the dragon islands because millie steps in and puts him in gay baby jail, aka he puts a magic wall between the dragon islands and the rest of earthbread because I do have overlap between Ovenbreak and kingdom events (even if kingdom takes priority) and that was my solution.

The only cookies millie is ever openly Petty with is Longan dragon and it’s a funny. Old man beef with a cranky old lizard.

I honestly really love where the story is going at the moment! I really love the idea of there being other ancients than the ones we currently have now. It really expands the lore of CRK.

And I'll be honest, Shadow Milk really reminds me of Projection Dark Choco but blue and I absolutely love that. He's just such a bastard who likes to make PV miserable because he doesn't want to admit what he has truly become. (MF be gaslighting, gatekeeping, girlbossing his way through this story and we gotta respect the man for that)

RIP Elder Faerie Cookie BTW. He was the best father figure a flower could ever ask for. Dark Cacao take some notes-

One thing that I honestly do not like is the new rarity for the costume gacha. The new costumes for White Lily and PV are stunning but FUCKING GOD do we really need a recolor of them?? The costumes still look very nice in gold, especially PV, but I don't think gold looks good on White Lily. Maybe it would've been a bit better to have her in a nice silver than gold because *cough cough* "Silver" Kingdom-

OK this is a bit tricky so please bare with me starting off with Fire Ant Cookie SHE IS THE BIGGEST RED FLAG she will literally Rob you of everything and more and likely kill you in the end and remember she was a thief so her red flags are gold digging and unloyalty. next Sour Candy Cookie's Red flags are unhosnsty and rudeness and a bit choactic( bro is a literary a demon sooo yeah.) Cream Fudge Cookie doesn't really have anything bad about him but if there's one thing he's a people pleasure and takes it to to seriously. Same with Cream Fudge Cookie Pepper Sprite Cookie doesn't have much flaws at but she's a bit too forgiving with people who hurt her. Okay since Elder Faerie Cookie is a cannon character and we didn't get much Screen time it's kinda hard to say anything but his flaws probably are overprotectivenes and working alot about being the Guardian of the Seal...again it's hard to say since he didn't get much to show more sorry. Blessed Honey Cookie flaws would be resentment when upset. ( I'm still trying to flesh out the story so some things here might change later.)

Okay so this is going to be interesting so here's a here's Lore (trigger warning for very sensitive topics): Burning Spice and Fire Ant's kids got taken away because of Burning Spice and he got extremely possessive over Fire Ant to point of abuse so Fire Ant went on the run. Sour Candy and Eternal Sugar were normal at first but Eternal Sugar started getting clingy and often violent if Sour Candy wasn't there to cuddle with her and then Sour Candy tried to leave but Eternal Sugar poisoned his heart and puts him into a deep slumber trapping him in a secret garden. At first Cream Fudge didn't know what to do for Mystic Flour as she slowly became more emotionless and untouched by affection or words but Cream Fudge didn't give up and still tried to help her out but one day as Cream Fudge was about to go and talk to her he came in but...unfortunately Mystic Flour was violent for a moment and mearly turned him to flour and trapped his body in a cocoon. Pepper Sprite Cookie at first didn't say much about Silent Salt's sudden disappearances at night since she truly trust them to take care for themselves and thought they were probably helping others but one bloody night she walked through the forest and saw Silent Salt about to kill innocent Cookies so she took the hit onto her face leaving a permanent scare and almost killing her. When Elder Faerie saw Weathering Egg (my Beast oc ) slowly corrupt and get paranoid about his own power he started locking himself away in fear of hurting others Elder Faerie tried to help but it never worked and one day Weathering Egg was just gone. Okay to keep this simple Blessed Honey died from a incurable sickness before Shadow Milk was corrupted so yeah nothing really happened back then but now...oh boy.

The answer is pretty much no for many reasons the Beast would be pissed off and the Lovers themselves despite everything they still love the Beast deep down.

Fire Ant tried to kill Burning Spice for the Soul Jam. Eternal Sugar and Sour Candy met at a little anger management Therapy session she made herself. Cream Fudge Cookie was one of Mystic Flour's priests. Pepper Sprite was a Spiritual mage and knight of Silent Salt's army. Blessed Honey was just a simple town lady who one day needed advice so she went to Shadow Milk and they began to see each other more and more.

( Bonus answer if you asking how the Beast Lovers met each other) so basically they all of them met in the Beasts places and when they all came together they started bonding over their love lives and Blessed Honey Cookie and the others became roommates lol

Holy goodness my fingers hurt but anyway I hope this answers your questions and feel free to ask more if you wish to have a lovely day/night.

One Quiet Moment

(Decided to take a crack at my own tale from the eyes of Sugar Globe Cookie, based on the work of the brilliant @brittle-doughie. CW: Implied self-deletion) ...If you're reading this, Cookiekind as we know it is extinct.

A few weeks ago, one of my old comrades breached their prison. Looking him in the eye felt weird, I must say. Seeing him in such deranged joy as opposed to me just feeling nothing but disappointment... it's truly jarring. My allies and I tried to fight him off, but it went wrong. It went so, so terribly wrong.

Pure Vanilla was the first to perish. Seeing him be bound in those strings and torn apart just like that was one of most gut-wrenching things I've ever witnessed. I'll never forget the wail I heard from White Lily at the sight of it before she too was strung up and dismembered before us. Next was Elder Faerie... that man had guts, I'm telling you. The Brave Gang was about to be annihilated before he jumped in and took the full brunt of the assault for them. Nothing remained of him after that... and it didn't even matter.

Have you ever had to hold a kid in your arms in their last moments? Because that's what I had to do with Gingerbrave. Poor kid was laying there, bleeding out, and he thought I was the one who needed the emotional support. He told me not to worry, and that even if we couldn't defeat the Beasts, he was sure there'd be someone out there who could see the world through. He uttered those words to me, took one last breath and... that was it.

And then Shadow Milk managed to free the other four.

It's quiet now. Nothing but the trees over my head rustling like the whispers of what once was. Occasionally, I find the crumb piles of those who I fought alongside, left there by the others like broken toys. I always make sure they're given as proper of a burial as they can have. I've searched all the other kingdoms I can find, hoping against hope that at least someone is out there... but I've yet to find anyone. What I did find on one trip, though, has just... broken me.

The forge hammer of the one I held dearest to me. Sometimes, as I look at it, I hear her hearty laughter brush past my ear... though that's most likely just the trees again. It's a miracle that I've even been able to go out on these searches anyway. You try going on search missions while five all-powerful Cookies are constantly breathing down your neck, like that one drunken flirt at a party you refuse to talk to.

First, Silent Salt Cookie. Likely the least unhinged of the five, but that's not saying a whole lot. They act as a bodyguard of sorts around me, not even letting a dust particle brush past me without swatting it away. I've tried to convince them to at least leave me be... but come on, like that'd ever work.

...Would it be strange to say that I'd find consolation in someone hating my guts in these times? Because I was certain that's how Burning Spice Cookie felt about me before all this went down... but no. They're just as ridiculously in love with me as the others are. Really should've seen that coming, huh?

Turns out, Mystic Flour Cookie actually spared a select group of Cookies. Great, right!? No. She did it purely so she could threaten and indoctrinate them into forming a cult for me. Attempts have been made to dismantle this cult and save those in it. All of them have failed.

Shadow Milk Cookie. For the love of the Sugar Swan, when will this little rat leave me alone? He's always dragging me into his little shows, and they're all the exact same; "Oh, look at us, we're soooo much better than the Cookies we've slaughtered, including your GIRLFRIEND!!". Never have I wanted to punch someone more than him.

...And then there's Eternal Sugar Cookie. Good. GOD. If I'd known what that twitching ball of madness was gonna do to my family, I'd have jumped back into the arms of White Lily or Black Pearl in a heartbeat in order to ensure my own safety. I don't even wanna write down the things she's done to me here, just know it's BAD.

I've tried to escape sometimes, y'know? Ascend to the clouds where I could find my loved ones again, apologise, try and make amends, and I've actually succeeded in the past... if only for a few minutes. Then I'm dragged right back down to the barren hell I tried to run away from. They won't even let me die. I guess that's why I'm writing this down. Because I'm one step away from snapping, and I have to vent somehow. So here I am. I'm sorry. I'm sorry I couldn't protect you all, I'm sorry that this is how it's all ended, and I'm sorry I can't be there to apologise to your faces. Maybe one day, we'll all get to meet again in an uncorrupted world, but for now... this is it for us.

Eternal Sugar would genuinely be so unsure about Elder Faerie liking her no matter how many times Benign Butter explains it to them

Eternal doesn't understand how Elder can just believe that she's changed, that she's no longer "evil" or anything, she thinks he's supposed to hate her, be suspicious of her, anything but have feelings for her!!!

And she still continues to think that, even as he's so gentle with her, as he's singing songs to her ABOUT HER, as he's asking her about her favorite fruits and food so he can collect some himself or ask someone to fetch some for him

as he's asking her about her clothing preferences because he noticed her robe was torn in some places and rubbing against her wings in ways he thought might be irritating for her, as he's constantly encouraging her to set her boundaries and tell him if he's overstepping because that's something I can imagine having been a reason for her descent (people overstepping her boundaries and making her uncomfortable because she never expressed them)

he's so many green flags and he's so gentle with her but Eternal is just standing there like that one "How can this guy not hate me?" audio

They're so confused and even disturbed because they don't understand how he can act like this to her after everything they've done and it confuses her even more because they LIKE the attention he gives her they genuinely enjoy and they don't understand why because she's expecting him to turn on them

She thinks he's just playing nice for Benign, waiting until they're finally comfortable so he can seal her back up inside the silver tree but no!!! He's not!!!

And it takes like months of reassurance from Benign before Eternal really believes that Elder is being genuine, and when she finally does believe it, she's a spontaneous flustered mess, acting a whole lot more like her old self back when she was the virtue of happiness (I can imagine her having been more shy and cheerful back then before the exhaustion and toll of trying to make insatiable cookies happy took hold)

From then on she's confiding in Benign a lot, constantly talking to her and asking questions about stuff Elder does because they're just not sure what it's supposed to mean but they know it made Elder smile when they got all red in the face because of it

Even further on they're actually asking Elder what stuff he says or does means, and he genuinely happily explains, goes on and on about fae traditions, including courting traditions, and she happily listens, quietly delighted that he's so willingly sharing his culture with her

Elder could be ranting Eternal and Benign's ears off one day and Eternal will just be resting her head on his shoulder while she dozed off and Benign braids flowers into both of their hairs, and Benign and Elder are genuinely so happy that she's this comfortable with them again after all this time

Eternal is healing, getting back on her feet and rebuilding her place as the virtue of happiness once more and they are genuinely so happy and supportive of her and hell they're even proud too!!!

Ideas....maybe Custard, during the odyssey, had made the mistake of being mean to y/n and just as y/n is thinking 'oh great, here we go...' thinking plot is finally kicking in....angry cookies swarm Custard like a swarm of angry bees.

And maybe throughout the beast yeast adventure....y/n was given lots of love from the faries before and after shadow milk possession...

Y/n thinks mystic flour is gonna turn em to dust but no...mystic flour makes em a small hammock out of her silk and gently rocks y/n to calm them down after being so scared...making sure they are cozy and comfortable.

But when you met Custard Cookie… you couldn’t even fathom how Clotted Cream or any of the other elders dealt with this… rotten jelly of a man!

Custard Cookie was pretty soon yelled at by an onslaught of cookie, ranging from Wildberry, Crunchy Chip and Gingerbrave to Clotted Cream and the other elders. But the one cookie that probably insulted him the hardest was Captain Caviar.. he was brutal

After that Custard Cookie avoided you like the plague. Probably because he was embarrassed that so many cookies came to your defense. But you did meet Light Cream Cookie! And let’s just say that you have not clue what Light Cream saw in Custard Cookie.

I also hate the "if they bully you, it means you're their crush!" trope too. No, no it doesn't. If they truly liked someone, why would they go out of their way to be an ass to their "crush"? Wouldn't they be nice and try to do something sweet?

Plus the Beasts most likely have no intention on changing themselves. Hell MF had some reason to be the way she is, but BS did it because he was bloody bored. BORED? DUUUUUDE! There is no reason to redeem them and even if they were possibly redeemed, the scars are still there. How come it's acceptable when GC is upset with WL, but it's not acceptable for GC to be upset with BS? He wanted to destroy everything she loved, and for what? But this man is a poet, so rest assured he will read you the most flowery poems that can leave you giggling or on the floor blushing a bright red his poems do get really intense at times though

The worst thing about this man is that he constantly has an eye on you, so even if you tried to escape you physically couldn’t

If you tried to escape more than one he’ll probably tie you up
