They're so, so clingy. They have to be near you or touching you. Don't refuse them this.

Do not mention this to then once the season is over. They will avoid the topic at all costs.

If you thought Ananas Dragon Cookie was bad before, they're worse now. They're constantly proclaiming how you're the best mate they could ever have, and no one else ever deserves you.

They have to be holding you or something. They literally go stir-crazy if they don't.

Nuzzles you a lot. Like, a lot. Way too much. Their cheek as to be numb or something.

A little embarrassed about the whole ordeal, but ultimately doesn't mind how they act.

Lotus Dragon Cookie oddly enjoys praise during this time? Mostly just about being a good mate, but still.

You suddenly awoke to a banging noise somewhere in your little vacation home. You get up from your bed and notice a monitor on a desk to the wall parallel of your bed, next to the monitor was a tape recorder.

It looked like..a camera system? It was connected to the various rooms of the home and on the camera directed to a window…was this red dragon cookie, their eyes glowing brightly as they stare at the camera with a menacing grin…

You gasped at the sight and wondered what to do, you turned to the tape recorder to the side of your desk and pressed play. The voice sounded like one of the guides that helped you with your things…

“Welcome to your vacation home, it is with great pleasure that we invite you here. The Ivory Dragon has requested you as the sacrifice, we apologize if we deceived you into coming here.”

“However, the dragons have decided to give you a fighting chance and play along with a game they’ve made for you to not fall into their hands. Use the camera system we provided to you to keep track of where the dragons will be in the home.”

“The dragon coming to see you tonight is the Red Dragon, they are impatient compared to the other dragons and will try to take shortest route to your room. It is in your best interest that you hide under the desk when the Red Dragon is about to enter your room, they won’t search for long and leave once they see the room is unoccupied.”

Were they kidding?! Sacrifice?! The Ivory Dragon?! Five nights of this?! All of the dragons will be here soon?!

Sigh….maybe winning that event was too good to be true…

But the night was simple enough with a few close calls here and there. As explained to you, the red dragon flew out of the home at the crack of dawn. You breath a sigh as relief as you lay back in your bed.

Might as well enjoy your stay while you still could…..

The tape seemed to be replaced with a new one without you seeing anyone come in your home to replace it…you played it.

“You are still here when I came in to replace this tape, that’s good to see. That’s not good to the dragons, more will appear throughout the nights, each of them eager to be the one to get their hands on you.”

“A new dragon will be coming for you tonight, the Yellow Dragon. This one demands your attention to it when they have marked their arrival. Once you find them, you must simply watch them until they satisfied and leave.”

“It is advised that you handle this task as soon as possible, the Yellow Dragon does not like to be disrespected. If you miss your window, there’s nothing stopping the Yellow Dragon once they start making their way to your room. End recording.”

Your aptitude was correct, the dragons will be making their appearances throughout the nights, each with their own ways of dealing with them. It was still pretty simple to handle, though the Red Dragon should not slip under your watch while you watch the yellow one.

You could breathe a sigh of relief when morning came.

“You may notice that you hear a mandolin playing somewhere in your home. The Blue Dragon has decided to make residence in your home for the night, in the main living area. The dragon likes to play their instrument often, but they don’t have an audience.”

“That’s where you come in. If you ever hear the mandolin stop playing, you must switch the main room camera and watch the Blue Dragon for a moment, they will go back to playing their mandolin shortly. Keep up this routine and you should be alright. End recording.”

Great, just what you needed. A music box mechanic…or something like it.

Wait, what were you talking about?

You shake your head and focused on the cameras. The Red and Yellow Dragon don’t seem to be moving any faster, so the pace wasn’t as hectic to manage.

“The Purple Dragon will be appearing at the window leading into your room, you will know when you hear a giggle behind you. From there, you must close the blinds and wait for them to leave. It’s recommended that you do this if you want an easier time.”

“While the Purple Dragon entering your room won’t be the end of your night, it will majorly hamper your movement on the basis that the Purple Dragon will cling to your body in a tight hug. Trust me, you’re going to need the quick reaction time for all the dragons you’re facing so far. End recording.”

Cute? You guess? How thoughtful of the dragons to give you an adorable dragon to cuddle while you’re fighting them off.

You breathe deeply when the sun rose…only to see the Ivory Dragon rushing for your room!

You see the Ivory Dragon walk into the room and stop for a moment….

Local cookie vanishes after vacation stay.

The authorities were called to the home of resident Y/N Cookie after they failed to show up for work at the Time Balance Department, they entered only to find it unoccupied with some items missing.

Their last known whereabouts was an email sent to an acquaintance that they were going to take a vacation week within the premises of the Lotus Palace. When asked about it, the locals could only give a description of loud screaming coming from the home amongst the trees.

The home was searched and found mostly intact with the exception of the bedroom with a turned over desk and destroyed monitor, showing signs of a struggle. Traces of tiny crumbs were found at the doorway leading outside, suggesting Y/N Cookie was roughly dragged out of the home.

Their current whereabouts remain unknown….

Suddenly they found themselves very displeased, who was that you were approaching? Hydrangea has been gone for quite some time and it irked them a little bit, not with anger but suspicion. Longan Dragon

The first of the dragons to hatch and the only one too see the eldest dragons pain of losing so many brethren

Seeing a parental figure so mentally worn down can do numbers on a young child’s life

Needless to say Longan still holds a lot of respect for their parental figure since they were genuinely trying

Ananas Dragon

The second dragon to hatch and probably the most curious of the bunch

Hatching at a time were there was trauma still lingering but not as prominent can be confusing

Like why was there a protective nature over unhatched eggs? Why are there no dragons? What happened?

Ananas did find their love of nature by being told to look at plants so they would stop asking about topics that could open old wounds

Lotus Dragon

The third dragon to hatch, the calmest and the middle child

The middle child syndrome is strong since this was quite the boring time in everyone’s lives

Lotus was always wishing for stuff to happen, like a meteor strike

Now the guardian tried to give Lotus attention but two dragons who are starting to get moody and stuff takes attention away

Pitaya Dragon

The forth dragon to hatch with the most anger out of them

Now Pitaya was fighting every and being a little crap

So one lesson later about battle strategies and there’s less issues

Pitaya did challenge everyone to a fight so not sure how good that worked

Lychee Dragon

The last dragon to hatch and definitely the most annoying one

Youngest child mood

They were always getting everything they wanted

Lychee knew this fact so they used it for their whole life

ananas dragon cookie won’t make any overt attempts to make you fuck up during the challenge — aside from their snarky comments and teasing questions, that is — but they also won’t alter their routine to make it any easier on you if you happen to be easily tempted by physical contact and the sound of their voice

(e.g. you will still be perched on their lap when they’re being worshipped by their followers or cuddled up with them in their nest at the end of a long day because, stupid mortal challenge be damned, you’re still their mate and they intend to keep treating you as such)

in all fairness to them, if you do manage to make it to december without crumbling then they will reward you as promised, giving you whatever you desire for about a week: jewels, lavish clothing, riches, imported foods, mind breakingly good oral, sex so good you can’t walk properly for the next few days, etc. — and they do praise you plenty for your resilience (even if they’re a bit annoyed they had to go without you pleasuring them for so long)

but if you happen to lose at any point during november? oh you won’t hear the end of their teasing… nor will you be able to walk properly for quite some time because they fully intend on making up for lost time by fucking all thoughts of that ridiculous challenge out of your head

while, technically, you could say that they’ve participated and ‘won’ nnn countless times in the past, now that they have committed themselves to a mate longan dragon cookie doesn’t see any real point in denying themselves or you pleasure for the sake of something as pointless as a ‘challenge’ — after all, why would they spend a whole month celebrate when they could spend it breeding you until you can’t walk anymore or watching you swallow their seed after burying themselves between your legs for hours?

but, if you’re adamant about wanting to participate and win then they won’t stop you — just know that you will be doing it alone because they have no intention of playing along with this silly mortal game when they have much better things they could be doing with their time

whenever you complain about being needy or struggling with the challenge, they won’t even try to encourage you they’ll just remind you that this was your decision and you’re welcome to give up at any time — that this is a problem of your own making and you’re the only one that can fix it

it’s a bit discouraging, but they might just be able to accidentally motivate you if you’re someone who is driven by spite because, witches and spirits above, the satisfaction of proving them wrong will be worth the struggle of getting through the entirety of november

once december rolls around you will not be leaving their chambers for a while — they’ve got to reclaim what’s theirs, after all, so you should probably start doing some stretches to prepare your body for what’s to come

they’re only vaguely aware of nnn as something some of their devotees participate in each year, but before you they never really paid it much mind — even after taking you on as a mate they won’t partake in the silly challenge, and they’ll try to discourage you from participating as well, but if you’re dead set on it then they won’t go out of their way to stop you

but just because they won’t stop you that doesn’t mean that lotus dragon cookie will make the experience easy for you

they’ll slip teasing remarks and innuendos and euphemisms into their speech when the two of you are talking, they’ll let their hands and tail wander a bit too far for it to be innocent when you’re cuddling or laying beside them in their nest, they’ll bathe with you and let their touch linger a bit too long, they’ll stare at you hungrily and delight in the way you react — they’ll do just enough to leave you squirming and hot and needy before stopping short of actually doing anything to you

after all, they may be a tease and they may want you back in their bed, but more than anything else they want you to come crawling back to them and beg for their attention

lychee dragon cookie makes a whole game out of the challenge, trying to get you to break from day one and encouraging you to do the same to them in return — they even offer that the first to get the other to break gets to make the loser do whatever they want for the rest of the month (hell, they’re so confident they’re gonna win that they float the idea of making it last to the end of the year, but they settle on just the remainder of november after a bit of back and forth with you)

but for all of their big talk and flirting and teasing, they actually end up breaking first — by the end of week one, in fact!

and they’re very much so not happy about it, cussing up a storm about how dumb the challenge was and how they really weren’t participating and only said that to make you feel better about taking part, etc., etc. — in other words, expect a very pouty and huffy mate for the rest of the month

… unless you decide to break early to make them feel better, that is, because then they will be very cocky about how in love the two of you are and how you’re both above something as petty as nnn — they are shockingly easy to appease

pitaya dragon cookie

thinks the whole challenge is completely and utterly moronic, more a pathetic show of mortal weakness than anything else and thus so wholly below them as a dragon, but they can be pushed to participate if you goade them into it — play on their superiority complex, tease them about their reasons for not participating, and brag about your own successes (if you’ve participated before), and before long they’ll have agreed to partake if only to prove how superior dragons are and how easy they’ll find this little game of yours

yeah they crumble around the middle of the month

they came close to calling it quits several times before then, but it’s around the fifteenth or sixteenth of november when they can’t hold back any longer and finally give into their base needs — fucking either their clawed fist, or a much softer you, like an animal in heat until they’ve gotten out all of their pent out frustration

they also make absolutely zero attempt to be quite or subtle about what they’re doing if you don’t help them ‘fail’, so you’ll know exactly what they’re doing and how they feel about it until you leave the area, decide to join them and get it over with, or until they decide they’re done

afterwards they’re extremely adamant that nnn is a stupid challenge and that they will not be partaking in any of your ridiculous mortal games ever again

Right from the start, you're confined to a specific room, isolated from everyone. It's not that bad, really. There's a small pond with lotus flowers, some books to read, and a bed with smooth sheets and flower carvings on the headboard. Sure, you're imprisoned with nothing to do but read and look at the flowers, but it's much better than being tortured and completely deprived of any source of blood.

When you drink Lotus’s blood, they purposefully wait until you’ve stopped your useless begging and annoyed grumbled, only allowing you to drain them when you’re done being a whiny little thing. The Blue Dragon goes into your room and sits on your bed, as if waiting for you to come to them like an obedient little dog. They pull you up into their lap, finally permitting you to drink.

However, if they think you’re being a little too greedy with your actions, they stop immediately while you desperately try to reach back and sink your teeth into them, whining as the dragon wipes any excess blood that you had forgotten to lick up and glaring at your pathetic form. Honestly, did you think it was going to be that easy? Hah!

If you’re being especially bratty, they merely let out a sigh of exasperation, before reaching under the bed to grab something. Ribbons? Hm. You didn’t think that Lotus was into that.

The Blue Dragon usually grabs your wrists and ties you to the headboard, before sitting up and looking down at you for a moment. Usually they just leave you there, struggling to get out of the ribbons. Why do you struggle? Well, probably because these ribbons are about as strong as chains. How mean. >:(

Could I get the Dragon cookie's x Oldest sibling reader

Where reader is the DragonLord Placidusax from elden ring, can I get this request to be set in the part where the dragon's were in a standoff with each other. But their battle shook the earth that it unearthed a supposed long dead dragon, and they all see a large shadow hidden in the storm soon revealing itself to be reader, in a state of decay similar to Placidusax, and reader had lost all semblance of sense so long ago, and just like in the game you fight Placidusax.

All I got from the wiki is that the dragon's were born from A volcano in the tropical archipelago, so I headcannon them as siblings with a difficult relationship.

If you can't tell I'm a sucker for heavy/dark angst especially when the mc dies, I'm not a sick person, I just think that an important character dying just gives so much emotion to those who held them dear and would make their character develop. And that's why I send you request of reader dying because your one of the few writers who allow that.

I'm hope this request isn't a bother, I tend to make them long length wise and I add way too much details on my part.

In the fight against Longan Dragon Cookie, the amount of power exhilarated by the five dragons rumbled the land of Earthbread. Power that would soon awaken something ancient, something powerful, something once thought to be the stuff of legend, soon to become reality.

The volcano within the archipelago was surrounded by vicious storms, red lightning littered the dark and cloudy skies as the land rumbled. Longan themself was taken aback by this sudden feeling of power in the atmosphere if only for a little bit, with their eyes opening up more for a second

Pitaya Dragon was more enthusiastic compared to the others as this sense of power brung them the possibility of fighting something or someone that had substantial power compared to them!

Ananas Dragon was more steadfast, wondering exactly who was exerting this sense of power, it certainly wasn’t coming from Longan! This intense pressure was coming from somewhere else, within that sudden storm to be more specific

Lotus Dragon pondered on the source of this energy they were feeling. Like Ananas, they didn’t believe it was coming from Longan since, admittedly, this power was on a different level to that of Longan. So exactly who was this dragon that’s making them feel this way…?

Lychee Dragon chirped as they were quick to announce the situation, even before Longan could say anything. This level of power was familiar! This realization struck the dragons all together! No way…it couldn’t be…

Was that Y/N Dragon Cookie?! The fabled eldest 6th dragon?! They were thought to be mere myth! Having been sighted WAY before the other dragons showed up, even before Longan!

If the gaze of Longan was enough to have cookies freeze up, then your presence alone would do that and a glare would send them to the ground. The time spent in this world and the time you’ve been slumbering has not done your appearance any favors.

Your colors were faded, wings and scales scarred and even crumbling in some places. Your arms and legs against the test of time haven’t fared so well that even tiny bits of mold started to form. The aforementioned scars also littered areas of your body, their origin a mystery. The look of your dough was grey and your eyes were glossed over and faded, it would be a fair assumption to think you were blind.

Though the red lightning strike towards the dragons coming VERY close indicates otherwise. You didn’t put much behind it and it was still considered incredibly strong by the others’ standards

“Heehee, looks like they’re a little cranky after waking up from their nap!”

“If they were really all there, you’d be reduced to dust. Their aim is impeccable, something is not right…”

“I’ll tell you what! Maybe a fight will snap them out of it!”

“Longan: Don’t underestimate Y/N Dragon, time has not been the best for them, but they still have the capability of erasing you from existence. Even I would be steadfast here.”

“All the more exciting to me!”

“Ananas: Normally I too wouldn’t consider this if alone, but with all of us here, we might have a chance.”

Even with the odds of numbers on their side, it was an extremely tough battle. Disappearing into storm clouds, lightning slashes from your claws, even a lightning spear that you detonated right in their faces, sending them backwards. Fighting back only seemed to make you use all your moves faster and in more frequency.

It seemed Longan was capable of handling many hits from you, but good lord did they still hurt. They even considered using their dragon form for this fight!

Pitaya was thrilled to be fighting a incredibly strong opponent, even if it was their eldest sibling. The absolute power in your attacks gave them a sense of a rush they’ve never felt before!

Snide remarks were absent from Lychee as they actually had to take this fight seriously, your attacks actually seem to have malicious intent behind them! That was just mean! Even if you weren’t completely sane in the head!

Lotus actually getting their hands dirty here as a fight with you meant all of the dragons had to play their part here. The loss of energy meant really needing to hit you where it hurts!

Ananas was actually surprised that you were exactly as powerful as the others made you out to be. This was quite the drop in confidence for them with how you meant business, but he tried to shake it off as they were still fighting!

It was a long and difficult battle, but in one final attack from all 5 of them, they were finally able to bring you down from your frenzy as you fell out of the sky. They quickly flew in after you to catch you before you hit the ground. Signs of their fight were not pretty to view at up close.

It was a relief that you actually woke up from all that, albeit you were pretty grumpy about it. Man did everything hurt. You lambasted them for their use of heavy force on you despite how old and worn down you were at this point.

Longan was a little unsympathetic, you attacked them with great strength, so it was only fair they responded in kind. You only grumbled irritatingly at that response.

Lotus was quick to try and rectify that stating that you were lost in the mind and so felt like the only way to cure that was to knock it out of you. You weren’t sure if you should feel better from that response.

Cookies that weren’t aware of your existence were made known of it now. The fabled 6th dragon that was older then the rest, with the power that even a glance would turn a cookie into crumbs! Though if they had actually gone to meet you, they’d see you were less regal and more like a grouch. You didn’t disregard cookies entirely, but preferred that you were left alone.

Ever since awakening, you pretty much joined the dragon circle after Lychee wouldn’t stop bugging you about it. Sleeping was nice, but you guessed you could use this opportunity awake to have a little reunion with your younger siblings.

Longan, being the youngest next to you, felt like they had the most capability of understanding you, something you were quick to remind them that, you knew and has done things that were WAY above even their understanding. But…you suppose you could open up to them about your time in these lands, satisfying the ivory dragon. Essentially being their mentor had made Longan questioning to themselves if it was really okay for a dragon to have a more well meaning feeling for another…

You didn’t want to admit it, but Lychee being the youngest in the group had made you feel a little protective over them, even if they did annoy the hell of you for it. But..Lychee appreciated that you were looking out for them, even if you deny it a thousand times.

You humored Lotus to play their mandolin, hating yourself when you actually nodded to their tunes, something Lotus took great pleasure in. You grumbled that their playing was “inadequate”, but Lotus only smiled at you and wouldn’t mind playing for you again sometime.

Pitaya kind of apologized a little for going too hard on you from the fight, with you growling from being reminded of that embarrassing defeat. You would’ve wiped the floor with them if it was one on one! Pitaya then offered to spar with you to get just that, a one on one! You took satisfaction in defeating the red dragon, but that quickly goes way when you see that Pitaya was enjoying fighting with you, you only growled in irritation. Though Pitaya swears that when they’re not looking, you were doing your best to suppress a small smile.

Ananas took a humble class when you weren’t exactly impressed by their feats, seeing it as being insignificant in your eyes. Ananas was annoyed by your lack of interest, but saw it as a challenge to try and come up with ways to really impress you. That would be a major ego boost that Ananas managed to impress you, the eldest dragon, with their feats!

It was a rough start at the beginning, with you being mostly steadfast at their attempts to get to know you better, especially after the fight. You had the right idea to just leave them once you healed up..

And yet you stayed.

You allowed yourself to return the favor by getting to know them too and over the years, slowly letting go of your resentment and actually participating in their plans. They took the sight of you slightly smiling in their presence as the biggest victory. Maybe being reunited with your younger dragon siblings wasn’t so bad after all…

But all things come to an end eventually, you were still old and very much tired at the end of the day. The years that go by did little to show that you were going to last long in this day in age. The other dragons knew this and did their best to help you with things you can no longer do and even felt a little worried that there will be a night that you slumbered and may never wake up from.

They actually grew disheartened at the thought, they had just gotten you back and the years went by so quick, and you were just going to leave them again…?

The dragon remained strong as they laid you within the lava of the volcano, where you floated on. You chuckled to yourself, this was really the end of the line for you. Longan commented that this wasn’t really the time to be humorous, what a party pooper you tell them, at least allow you to go out how you want it to be.

You could hear it in Longan’s tone that they were trying to hold back emotions, emotions that you gave them. Longan hated them..they hated you for making them feel this way, this pain in their heart…

Lychee didn’t try to suppress anything, they were sadden that you had to go now. They had a lot of fun spending time with you, their eldest sibling, it was stupid that this world decided that it was now time for you to go. Who’s going to look after them?! You patted their head and reminded Lychee that they had the others to look out for them, it was inevitable that your life on this world wasn’t for long. Lychee wanted to refute this, but said nothing. They wanted YOU to look out for them, it just wasn’t the same with you gone.

Pitaya commemorated the many fights you had with them, stating that those were definitely some of the best they’ve had. You training them as well? It was a thrill they’ve never experienced before! You grumbled, stating that the ratio between your wins and theirs were too far apart to catch up now…but you say that the foes they fight in the future will help them match up to your victories soon. Pitaya just tried to hide their face from the conversation, what good were their future opponents if they weren’t going to give Pitaya the thrill of the fight like you did!

Lotus reveled in the fact you liked their music, something you abruptly tried to deny, but you weren’t fooling them. You liking their music meant a lot to Lotus, it was a shame you can’t be around long enough to enjoy more of your music, it felt incomplete to have the dragons be their audience without you in it.

Ananas tried to remain prideful that you were receiving a dragon’s farewell, done and done. What they didn’t expect to hear from you was your saying that you were impressed by now. Ananas was willing to let go of their pride and offering assistance to those they considered beneath them, like the Cookies. Ananas tried to deny it, there were many things they’ve done you COULD be impressed by, this feat shouldn’t be the one! You told them to stuff it, you were impressed by their acts of mercy and you’re sticking by it. Ananas halted on a response, but came up with nothing. In their head….something as easy as being nice to some Cookies was enough for you? Guess that means they’ll lend help to the cookies more often then…

…

It was time…

Everyone remained silent as you finally closed your eyes, Lotus playing their mandolin as you floated on the lava.

Your body beginning to fade away into dust as the wind carried them away, Lychee struggles from this sight. The dragons close their eyes as they honored your passing.

A framed painting of you was kept in Longan’s palace, a painting they were incredibly protective over. Anyone who wished to disrespect your name was met with the intense ire from the dragons, Longan would not hesitate to crush the pathetic cookie into pieces over a transgression like that.

That is if the other dragons don’t rip them apart first…

."Hydrangea, light the nightly incense while I'm gone, alright~." They commanded.

.Lotus dragon cookie slithered out of their spot and out of the room, they rarely left but when they did it was always to one destination.

.A special garden hidden in the palace that was for Lotus' eyes only, it was filled with beautiful flowers and superb landscaping. It was the perfect home for you.

.Lotus remembered the day you first joined the staff at the palace, in fact they remembered the very first second they laid eyes on you. You were perfect! Beautiful! They had to keep you to themselves.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 It was the middle of a festival when the day came. Another night made to celebrate the emerald dragon, thanking them for their presence and humility. Among the celebration, Lotus informed you that they had a surprise waiting at the end of the night

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Once you two were back home, they halted you before you could climb the steps. They knelt down, holding out their scale with both hands. It was the brightest you'd ever seen, seemingly very well tended to. Lotus looked to you with a tender smile. "You've given me all I've ever wished for and so much more. My dear little pearl, will you do me the honor of staying by my side?"

Longan

ᯓᡣ𐭩 You were honestly constantly surprised that you were dating Longan. With how guarded and protected they presented themself as, it was no wonder. Yet they tried their best to be gentle with you, despite their comments on your strength

ᯓᡣ𐭩 They spent much time around you, navigating how to learn to be softer around someone they'd usually perceive as lesser. They'd mention fleetingly how marriage traditions went, but you didn't get the impression that they were fond of them

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Secretly, Longan had been purposefully spacing out these questions to subtly learn your preferences. They took mental note of what would make a perfect wedding for you, and made plans about it as you both warmed up to the idea more and more

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Longan didn't initially see the appeal of a fancy proposal, but ideas from the other Dragons won out in the end. They went with a more simple approach, returning after a successful battle to present their scale to you, a spotless ivory shining with glory.
