I've been listening to the mambam ep where the boys fuckin..... lay into this guy who left question asker a note asking them out, and they breakdown the importance of taking risks and putting yourself out there? And I know it sounds completely ridiculous but it truly is the most hard hitting and honest piece of advice they've given like...... Therapy level

This show is seriously killing me. I didn't read all words last night, I just noticed he wrote "çatal karam".

His favorite picks -black mamba and police commissioner- are already there, but he also added "çatal karam". It’s a type of grape, black grape actually but this is probably not the reason he added this. FYI there was a very famous Turk poet (Sadi definitely loves literature) who used this statement for the woman, a beautiful brunette, he was madly in love with. After she had died he wrote a poem in which that expression was used.

But there is also irony here. Because the poet was married to someone else when he fell in love with her. So a forbidden love, actually. See, it's actually awkward for Sadi to write "çatal karam" since he is being accused of cheating on Songül.

The screenwriters have a weird sense of humor.

Sadi: What are we watching? "The Angel of Revenge". What about Titanic? Let's watch Titanic. Songül: Titanic sank. Sadi: Yeah, it sank but they got up onto that board. For a while. The boy went down, though.

Lol. The way she sassed back. I can't with them. He is aware of that Jack-Sadi- is very much screwed. The Angel of Revenge doesn’t seem to be ready to forgive him yet.

An old MBMBAM episode came back to me today...

The brothers were discussing a question regarding people saying “excuse me” while walking past a listener who was not actually in their way.

It hit me as I said “excuse me” walking past someone in a breezeway. I was not saying it because she was physically in my way. I said it because I was passing close to her and was apologizing for possibly being in her bubble.

I don’t know how big her bubble is, but mine is very large so if I put you in my bubble, I will assume that I am also in yours and excuse myself for coming within 3 feet of you.
