Mama-dot and little Serphy

Raising a one-year old is tough, especially when she's as rambunctious as Serphy. Always touching things she's not supposed to, hiding in places where Mama can't find her, running away at high speeds, amongst other tiring things. Yet, Peridot still brings her to the greenhouse. One, because she doesn't like having Serphy with anybody else but her or Amethyst, but two, because she wants her beautiful little creation to become familiar with the stunning elements that make the Earth, their home, so great. She was born here, after all.

Man, it's been a hot minute since I've drawn some good ole fashioned gemling content. I love Serph so much, and I feel like I barely talk about my AU anymore. It's always on my mind, but I don't share it enough. I wanna try talking about it more this year; it deserves better than what I give it.
