Buaah Nagitos backstory for the creature au is so sad what the heck... But it's a very interesting concept, all of the guys are super cool and the character designs are pretty :33 do you have any other backstories? For Alane or Nekomaru or other non drawn guys, like maybe Hiyoko or Ibuki (they're my faves hah)? The concept seems very cool!!

OHH! EVEN BETTER. I’ll talk about ALL of them. (At least what I have right now. Some of this might be subject to change later.)

Hajime- Human.

He’s the only human in this crazy group and he feels rather out of place but everyone in the group loves this guy.

Chiaki- Ghoul.

One of the few undead characters in this and the only person who’s able to communicate with nagito when he’s not visible to other people. Perks of being kinda dead ig!

Nagito- Spirit.

After falling victim to a nasty plague, nagito’s spirit has wandered the castle he died in for years… how many? He’s still unsure about that.

Izuru- Gorgon.

After being cursed by his town’s goddess by openly defying her, he was cursed to be a Gorgon and stripped of his humanity. It’s been so long he doesn’t even remember what it was like to be human.

Imposter- Shapeshifter.

Never having a lasting home they bounce from place to place, changing forms each time to try to just find somewhere peaceful. Of course, humans aren’t all that accepting to things that are different.

Teruteru- Dwarf.

He grew up with his mama! I don’t have much info on him yet as I’ve only gotten to a few of the characters! But dw he still loves to cook :3

Mahiru- Aarokocra.

Where’s a better angle for a picture than up in the sky! She deserves pretty feathers…..

Hiyoko- Harpy.

Makes sense with how mean she can be but also with how captivating her movements are!

Peko- Living Doll.

Made for fuyuhiko to protect him and be a tool to him. He doesn’t like this. His parents ordered her to stay with him at all times.

Fuyuhiko- Half foot.

Small but very feisty! You’ll never see him without peko by his side, he acts annoyed about it but he cares for her a lot. He is real mad about how people view him as weak for being a half foot. He can take care of himself Dammit!

Mikan- Drider.

Driders are dark elves that were cursed by their goddess/god to have the lower half of a spider. Mikan’s goddess was feeling wrathful and even though she did everything right, followed every rule her goddess set in place, she was not loved by her goddess.

Ibuki- Satyr.

With her love for music and trouble it makes sense for her to be a satyr! She goes around the woods making anything she can find into an ‘instrument’ as well as picking up things and placing them in the bag she hauls around. Her ‘trinkets’.

Akane- Werewolf.

Very rowdy! She loves to roughhouse and play around and eat!! She travels with her ‘pack’, aka just with nekomaru, they travel together and just have fun! They aren’t too worried abt where they’re headed. As long as they’ve got each other they’re fine!

Nekomaru- Werewolf.

He’s loud! Very loud! And is good at handling Akane when she gets too rambunctious. They’re like siblings, they roughhouse, argue, get on each others nerves but at the end of the day they’re family that would do anything for one another.

Kazuichi- plant person??

The best way I can describe this. Is Venus McFlytrap from monster high. I have to work on him more LOL

Sonia- vampire.

After getting sick from the plague ravaging her kingdom, her parents take her to see a better doctor in another country. She isn’t sure how it all led to this. But the next thing she knew, she was awake. Covered in blood. Next to the bodies of her parents and the body of someone she didn’t recognize. Someone with sharp fangs and pale skin. She doesn’t know what fully happened, but she can only assume she played a role in her parents death. But no one will be able to tell her for sure.

Gundham- Half demon Half human.

Like I said previously, gundham was raised by his mother. His father was a demon, and definitely not there when he was growing up. His mother taught him to care for all creatures and is where he gets his love for animals.

Spy x Family Naegiri + Izuru Kamukura AU

Kyoko Kirigiri as the spy suddenly tasked with making a family appear out of thin air. As a young girl, her father died in the early bombings and her mother, fearing for Kyoko’s safety, sent her on a train to her estranged grandfather. Said grandfather was the leader of an intelligence agency and from then on Kyoko was trained in all things related to spying. Even after her grandfather’s death she still continued with this career, believing that it was her duty to give other people a peaceful lifestyle that she will never be able to truly understand.

Makoto Naegi as the assassin who needed to swallow his moral quandaries to look after his sister. As he has gotten older he felt like he couldn’t leave because a lot of his targets were dangerous people. The current peace is so fragile, he wants to do everything he can so that more people can have hope for the future.

But who would their telepathic child be? I know Shuichi is often depicted as a naegiri baby but I don’t think he is chaotic enough to get into the same shenanigans that Anya does. What character would purposefully cause so much chaos for their own amusement?

Izuru (Kamukura) the young telepath who is desperate for anything to escape the eternal boredom. Everyone’s thoughts are so predictable. Even going to the outside world quickly become boring for the young boy.

Izuru is definitely smarter than Anya in canon, but not as smart as he is in DR. He is good at the sciences, the technical stuff and the hard rules the language and arts, but he is so apathetic that he struggles with emotional nuances in all these subjects. Perhaps the reason why scientists thought he was a failure is because Izuru didn’t care enough about what people thought and the results of the tests.

Whether he escaped or was kicked out, Izuru survives using his telepathy. He decides to use a different name to cover his tracks, calling himself “Hajime” when other people ask. Through all this, nothing reduces his boredom and he never tries to bond with anyone. He gets adopted for his intelligence and kicked out for his creepiness 4 times.

Then one day Kyoko arrives at his orphanage, and Izuru reads the most interesting mind he has ever encountered, the mind of a spy. Surely if there are any people in the world that could keep Izuru entertained, it would be the thrilling, dangerous life of a secret agent. Izuru also supposed they have something in common since Izuru created the “Hajime” identity.

The two have a different bond than Loid and Anya initially. Kyoko and Izuru initially find a decent rapport due to their naturally stoic and analytical personalities. Their first roadblock is when Kyoko has to get Izuru to do something he is not interested in (Such as studying subjects he is not interested in or befriending kids/targets). Kyoko realises the two haven’t actually been acting like parent and child before then. Kyoko buys parenting books for research and realises that Izuru’s behaviour may be a trauma response for his past. Izuru experiences an unknown emotion having an adult not throw him out when he’s being difficult. Also, Kyoko understands Izuru more than other cuz she herself can be very detached to individual problems. For Kyoko it’s due to her upbringing and because she is usually busy focusing on the bigger national issues.

In comes Makoto who takes Yor’s role as the “emotionally intelligent parent” in the family. Izuru immediately wants this harmless-looking deadly assassin under his roof, and tries to set the two adults up. Unlike Anya who sings about she wants a mama, Izuru is probably like “Hello, my mother is a single woman who is considered attractive by many people. How would you like to snatch her up before the rest of the competition.” Complete deadpan 5 year old here. Makoto and Kyoko are very shocked, but they do end up talking and eventually settle into the arrangement they do in canon.

Here Makoto acts as a stronger emotional glue to Kyoko and Izuru as the two are too stoic to develop a proper bond on their own. Makoto is also very caring towards Izuru and tries to be supportive when he knows that Izuru struggles with emotions. Both with his own or other people. Izuru is a soo a bit shocked by this because before he was always demonised for supposedly having no emotions but Makoto accepts Izuru just the way he is. I think Izuru quickly becomes attached even if the boy can’t explain why, and Makoto is happy to have such a cute stepson.

As for how Makoto covers his assassin skill, unlike Yor with clumsy lies, Makoto has a “talent” for disguising attacks and assassin skills as dumb luck- sometimes good sometimes bad. You know that martial art that is based on the fighter being drunk during? Well Makoto is similar except it’s not drunkenness but clumsiness that Makoto uses. Partly out of practice to disguise his skills, and partly due to Makoto-brand luck, it often looks like he slipped and accidentally hit someone so hard they passed out. Or he slipped, tumbled down a hill and landed on the bad guy. Kyoko never gets suspicious because Makoto’s klutziness is so extreme it can’t be faked. Surely.

Like the original all 3 grow to become a family, even if they don’t realise it for a long while. Perhaps the character who ends up with the most change by the end is Izuru turned Hajime.

Oh, it gets worse. I have a tummy ache, so I'm gonna throw all the sadness I got into this AU.

Everyone's devastated. Teruteru for killing mama, Sonia for basically being a princess of...well, corpses, Mikan being a nurse that tormented people, Akane probably not having a family to go back to, and Nagito can't even make a hope statement. Hajime is panicking because the last thing he remembered was literally being in Hopes Peak, to which he gets the Izuru Kamukura explanation. He was used by Hopes Peak...and by Junko, and became probably arguably an entirely different person. As far as the world knows, Hajime Hinata is either dead or presumed dead.

...And THEN he has to lay the news about Chiaki when someone asks, to which everyone (but Hajime or something, he'd probably have vague memories) remembered what happened to her IN FULL HD DETAIL.

Makoto tells them that he had put them into the NWP to rehabilitated them so they would be spared. After all, they were brainwashed by Junko, and didn't have any control of what they were doing. Of course...there's the price that they would never be allowed back into society.

another mermaid melody AU involves the dark lovers gang, in which Izuru is the 'man behind the man' for Gaito and basically adopted him and the others (including sara) due to her strong hatred of humans. izuru is an exhausted mom of her seven dumbass kids.

OK OK OK so we are going off the rails here but I love this idea (and now I want to write a oneshot 😂😅) bare with me!

Staring off with, Izuru is not a fish-turned-mermaid I think instead I want her to be some sort of sea creature like Madam Taki and Auri. 🤔 I’m thinking due to the way her fin looks that she is a gulf signal blenny fish! I know she was created from a specific fish but I can’t remember what it is and I couldn’t find it on the wiki so…

I think that Izuru is from the eastern central Pacific Ocean (where the new fish I’m basing her on is located). Now I think that Izuru is probably in her twenties when she finds Sara (who I’m gonna assume is in her teens when she meets Taro?) so I think she’d be more of an older sister figure to her.

As for Gaito, I mention this in my fic, but I hate the whole twin thing. It doesn’t make any sense since Gaito is made to appear to be older than Kaito who is a teenager. So I’m thinking that he’s around seven when Izuru finds him (probably shortly before or after the whole wiping out of the Panthasala clan) and she is mother. Anyone who says otherwise will be by watery sea dragons.

She tries to find Gaito’s brother but become furious when she discovers that Aqua Regina gave him to humans. Her son is unconsolable and she wants to take him from the humans but surprisingly it’s Sara who stops her. She asserts that it would more traumatic to take him from them than for him to live with them.

Izuru relents but this only makes her hatred for humans grow.

As for Eriru, I think she’s the next one she picks up. I think that she finds Eriru caught in some fish nets and after that she kinda just stuck around. Izuru had a habit of finding children that are in desperate need of some guidance and in Eriru case, I think she’s the Dory of the group. I think Eiriu is going to be Leopard catshark sea creature in this AU (because of her ears and cat-like nature)

Maria is a sea angel (Clione limacina) that Izuru sound had run away from her home in colder region of the North Atlantic Ocean. Maria wasn’t receptive to Izuru and her mothering nature at first, or her brood of rambunctious children but she grew fond of them. She and Izuru bond over their control over waves and sea monsters.

Yuri is the one one she finds as a baby. She is a Deep Red Jellyfish that was separated from her pod by the ocean currents shortly after she was born. It’s actually Sara who finds her and insists that they take her in. Izuru is smitten with this little jelly and so are the rest of the them, as the baby of the group she is doted upon by her siblings.

And finally the Black Beauty Sisters, whom I am going to make anglerfish, specifically the Bufoceratias wedli. They have two anglers with two lures on its back, isn’t that neat? I think it fits their whole microphone tail thing they have going on. Anywho, I think these two come in last as teenagers when the family is well established (Sara and Gaito are adults, Maria and Eriru are teenagers, and Yuri is a tween). They’re looking to form a sea band (lol) because they’re teenagers (I’m thinking SheShe is 16 and Mimi is 13) and of course Maria and Eriru would be on board. And in true little sister fashion Yuri would want to join. And then before SheShe and Mimi know it they’re a part of Izuru’s little family.

Starting with Mikeru, I’m swapping him out from being an ancient clone to being half sea creature half panthasala. His mother was a panthasala woman and his father was a flying fish sea creature. So he’ll still have winds but they’re more ray-like than angel.

Next is Lady Bat, who instead of a being made of a bunch of bats, they’re a bat fish sea creature. They got kicked out by their family (because I headcanon Lady Bat as being non-binary) and Michel takes them in and never looks back. That is his child and no one will say otherwise.

Daycare AU Prompt

Imagine the children in the daycare see or hear about a drama play going on from the students and also want to do one, so Izuru is dragged into it and has to teach them how to play-act and make them little costumes to wear, while constantly changing the script since all the children want all kinds of things to happen in the play. And even better, maybe he even has to play a part in the drama with his never ending enthusiasm for all the parents, siblings and teachers to see

Wouldn’t that be fun? x) And also cute as hell

Also for a little drama: Imagine when the play is happening and all the parents come in, Hajime is the only one of the children who has no one there to watch since he and Izuru are orphans and it’s hard for such a small child to really understand what that means aside from “Mama and papa aren’t here”

Ok but this hasn’t let me alone and now I want to write a Mikeru/Izuru fic 😅 send help because I know what I’m going to do tomorrow lol write this fic

another mermaid melody AU involves the dark lovers gang, in which Izuru is the 'man behind the man' for Gaito and basically adopted him and the others (including sara) due to her strong hatred of humans. izuru is an exhausted mom of her seven dumbass kids.

OK OK OK so we are going off the rails here but I love this idea (and now I want to write a oneshot 😂😅) bare with me!

Staring off with, Izuru is not a fish-turned-mermaid I think instead I want her to be some sort of sea creature like Madam Taki and Auri. 🤔 I’m thinking due to the way her fin looks that she is a gulf signal blenny fish! I know she was created from a specific fish but I can’t remember what it is and I couldn’t find it on the wiki so…

I think that Izuru is from the eastern central Pacific Ocean (where the new fish I’m basing her on is located). Now I think that Izuru is probably in her twenties when she finds Sara (who I’m gonna assume is in her teens when she meets Taro?) so I think she’d be more of an older sister figure to her.

As for Gaito, I mention this in my fic, but I hate the whole twin thing. It doesn’t make any sense since Gaito is made to appear to be older than Kaito who is a teenager. So I’m thinking that he’s around seven when Izuru finds him (probably shortly before or after the whole wiping out of the Panthasala clan) and she is mother. Anyone who says otherwise will be by watery sea dragons.

She tries to find Gaito’s brother but become furious when she discovers that Aqua Regina gave him to humans. Her son is unconsolable and she wants to take him from the humans but surprisingly it’s Sara who stops her. She asserts that it would more traumatic to take him from them than for him to live with them.

Izuru relents but this only makes her hatred for humans grow.

As for Eriru, I think she’s the next one she picks up. I think that she finds Eriru caught in some fish nets and after that she kinda just stuck around. Izuru had a habit of finding children that are in desperate need of some guidance and in Eriru case, I think she’s the Dory of the group. I think Eiriu is going to be Leopard catshark sea creature in this AU (because of her ears and cat-like nature)

Maria is a sea angel (Clione limacina) that Izuru sound had run away from her home in colder region of the North Atlantic Ocean. Maria wasn’t receptive to Izuru and her mothering nature at first, or her brood of rambunctious children but she grew fond of them. She and Izuru bond over their control over waves and sea monsters.

Yuri is the one one she finds as a baby. She is a Deep Red Jellyfish that was separated from her pod by the ocean currents shortly after she was born. It’s actually Sara who finds her and insists that they take her in. Izuru is smitten with this little jelly and so are the rest of the them, as the baby of the group she is doted upon by her siblings.

And finally the Black Beauty Sisters, whom I am going to make anglerfish, specifically the Bufoceratias wedli. They have two anglers with two lures on its back, isn’t that neat? I think it fits their whole microphone tail thing they have going on. Anywho, I think these two come in last as teenagers when the family is well established (Sara and Gaito are adults, Maria and Eriru are teenagers, and Yuri is a tween). They’re looking to form a sea band (lol) because they’re teenagers (I’m thinking SheShe is 16 and Mimi is 13) and of course Maria and Eriru would be on board. And in true little sister fashion Yuri would want to join. And then before SheShe and Mimi know it they’re a part of Izuru’s little family.

Starting with Mikeru, I’m swapping him out from being an ancient clone to being half sea creature half panthasala. His mother was a panthasala woman and his father was a flying fish sea creature. So he’ll still have winds but they’re more ray-like than angel.

Next is Lady Bat, who instead of a being made of a bunch of bats, they’re a bat fish sea creature. They got kicked out by their family (because I headcanon Lady Bat as being non-binary) and Michel takes them in and never looks back. That is his child and no one will say otherwise.
