SUMMARY: Would they make Public Displays of Affection? If not, are they protective instead? And how do they show you how much they truly love you through their kisses?

COMMENTS: This has been a WIP for so long that I don't even remember how I got the idea to write it. And in my case, being a WIP for a long time means that I wrote one part and then went on to write something else and ended up forgetting about this one for a long time. 😅 But now I've finished it.

CONTEXT: You two are in an established relationship already.

Riddle is not really the PDA type. The most he would do with you in public could be walk arm in arm like you were royalty. In terms of kisses, a kiss on the back of your hand or, at the most, on your cheek.

When the two of you are alone on a normal day, he will probably be working on his student and Housewarden duties. But whenever you tell him he should take a break, he'll get up, sit next to you and hug you, like you're a charger.

If you're relaxing together, he’ll be reading a book with one arm around you. Either around your shoulders or around your waist, which you told him you like the most. He’ll also laying his head on your shoulder.

The most meaningful kisses are, of course, the kisses on your lips. He's not the type to kiss you on the lips just like a "good morning" thing. These kisses are always sweet and lovely. His hands would be on your cheeks to caress them.

He needs you, but his kisses aren't needy. They are the caring type. You are his precious rose. In contrast to his strict self, the way he shows you that he loves you is through soft affection and care.

A relationship with Leona Kingscholar comes with your rights and duties. Some of your rights: He will buy you things; you’re allowed to pet his ears; he will be your protector and you can sleep with him in his comfy bed and have breakfast in bed (he ordered someone to bring it to you two)

Some of your duties: let him use you as a pillow (be it your thighs in the greenhouse or your chest in bed.); don't be too annoying to him; dealing with his “smugness” on a daily basis and being his and his alone, the same way he's yours.

He's kinda into PDA, but more in the sense of telling anyone who might look at you with interest that you're his. Or anyone who looks down on you that if they do the slightest thing against you they will have to suffer at his claws. If the other person is a friend of yours, he'll let it go.

He has at least two types of kisses. The first is the “make out” kisses. When you're alone and he wants you (if you want him at the time too of course), he would give you deep kisses, kiss your neck and run his hands over you. Either he would make you sit on his lap our make you lie down with him.

His real meaningful kisses are the second ones. The "lazy" kisses. The first ones are linked to his pride. These second ones are much more affectionate. Usually happen when he's still sleepy, like when he just woke up from a good nap. He may lazily put his arms around you and kiss your cheek, neck, or shoulder gently. This is perhaps the most vulnerable state he will let you see. And so it will only happen in private.

Azul is also not very adept at PDA, but he is still capable of putting an arm around you and kissing your cheek to show how well he takes care of you.

He's already quite charming and pleasant with his potential clients, so with you it's not much different in public. The only difference is that with you it's genuine.

Do I need to say that dating him is like dating a Mafia Boss? AKA: Nobody disrespects my loved ones, unless they want a certain head in their beds when they wake up. (reference to The Godfather)

Being alone with him on a normal day would probably be being with him in his VIP room at Mostro Lounge. You're sitting on one of the couches while he's dealing with his paperwork. He’s probably the type that likes to be teased a little. So, when you see that he is no longer that attentive to the papers, go up to him, play with his hair, kiss his cheek, that will put him in the mood for you.

He’s the opposite of Leona. The kisses he usually gives you are sweet and charming like him. Because that's the side of him he want to show you the most. He'll kiss your cheek and lips affectionately. Let you sit on his lap. The side he most wants to show you is the confident and caring side. The one who shows you that you can trust him and that he will take care of you.

His most meaningful kiss is the opposite. The one related to his needy side. He shows you his most vulnerable side when he is the one who needs you. And that's what everything he does shows you. His kisses, his hugs, his begging look, all screaming “I need you! Please don’t leave me.”

Jamil is completely against PDA! He doesn't like to stand out or draw attention and PDA always do that to the people involved. He won't hold your hand or kiss you. To the point where no one knows if you're even dating or not.

The only way he would show his affection for you in public is if that is a way to protect you. If someone looks down on you and he feels that that persons can be a threat to you, he will show that he is an even greater threat to them. In these moments, his protective side is stronger. He is Kalim's protector by obligation, but yours by free will.

It's when you're alone that he'll make up for his lack of affection of the day. On a normal day, you would be alone in the kitchen. He would probably be cooking for Kalim, but making something for you two as well. He’ll let you taste things as he cooks. He feels more relaxed when he's with you and even more so when you hug him.

When you're relaxing together, he would spoil you. Give you soft and sweet kisses. Pet your head and play with your hair. Give you massages and feed you things like grapes or small snacks. Or even taking the first mouthful of food he made for you to your mouth and seeing your delighted face.

The most meaningful gestures of affection he shows you are related to his most lustful side (lust for power) when you are the one spoiling him. The one moment in his life where he is no longer the servant, but the master. This time, he kisses your lips, your neck and everything he's entitled to. He tends not to show his feelings but with you he will show how much he loves you and how much he wants you.

In reality, Vil neither likes nor dislikes PDA. He's kind of indifferent to it. The only reason he doesn't do it with you is because it would have bad consequences for both of you for his work as an actor and model. The most he can do is walk hand in hand with you.

Even though he doesn't show it much in public, everyone will know that you two are dating. He'll make sure of it, even if it's just information on the internet or him straight out saying it. On the one hand to protect you, because only an idiot would try to mess with Vil Schoenheit's partner. On the other hand to discourage anyone who has the slightest interest in you. “Honey, they’re with me. Do you really think you can even get to my heels? So, don't bother them.”

The only possible problem for you is that he's going to be more strict now that you're dating. From the outside it looks like he can be mean and demanding with you. But the truth is, he wants you to look your best so people know why he fell in love with you. He wants others to see on the outside how beautiful you are on the inside.

But of course, sometimes it's too much and you'll challenge him. Be stubborn and carefree. The best part? He's so into it! Your way of teasing each other.

He kisses you every now and then when you're alone. But when you put him on this mood, all his affection mix with boldness intensifies. Oh, of course, you wanted him to remind you what the reward is for listening to him. The answer is: appreciating you with the rest of his senses, sensual kisses on your lips, jaw, neck and shoulders; his hands running over your body, him delighting in your wearing the perfume he made for you. He'll show you how beautiful you are to him.

PDA is not even an option! There is no way! Na-a! Listen, Idia loves you, really, he promises BUT going with you to places where couples usually go is already a lot and holding hands is the absolute most he can do. IF that even happens.

He wouldn’t be the jealous type. If someone shows an interest in you, at least they have good taste. But if someone looks down on you or goes so far as to disrespect you, then he goes from 0 to 100. Do these worms know he can hack them? exposing things that can completely ruin their lives until the day they pass through the gates of the underworld? Ortho can help protect you in the meantime.

Since he is a 0 to 100 guy, his kisses are the same. His "0" kisses are lazy. Mainly light, on your shoulder and neck, because you would be sitting on his lap, chest to chest, while he plays on his PC and you on your phone on his back. He also gives you casual "hi" and "bye" kisses on the lips.

Then there is his "100" kisses. Those are the real meaningful kisses, the "I love you" kisses. They are passionate but kind. Because loving you is different for loving a game, it's like he found his balance. they are not needy, but appreciative, the real embodiment of "OMG, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!" He also becomes bolder as he feels comfortable with you. He loves to tease you until he makes you shut him up with a kiss. The stronger your relationship is, the more daring and smug he will be.

Malleus is quite indifferent to PDA. However, he is not the type to initiate the exchange of affection, but he is the type to reciprocate it. He won't kiss or hug you out of nowhere. But if you kiss or hug him, he will definitely reciprocate.

And he's going to be extremely casual about it. I mean, it's two lovers interacting with each other. As young humans would say: What's the big deal? However, he still distinguishes between the affection he gives you in public and the affection he gives you in private.

In public, his hugs are polite, and his kisses are light but loving.

In private, what he wants most is simply to be with you. He loves it when you sit on his lap and he cuddles you, and he likes it even more when you cuddle him back. He maintains his composure quite well, but you know that just your kisses on his checks already melt him inside.

His regular kisses in privet are sweet, loving, showing you that you are the most precious thing in his life. And very recurrent. He may not be the type to initiate the exchange of affection in public, but he certainly is in private.

All his kisses are meaningful, but the most meaningful of all are the one he gives you on your lips while smiling. The kind of kiss he can't stop himself from giving you. You may not even notice when they happen, because you are simply being yourself.

He feels the need to kiss you passionately when you do something that reminds him of why he fell in love with you. The moments when you do something that may seem simple, but for him it is something extraordinary. And if you don't realize at first how incredible that small gesture can be for him, it only makes you more charming.

I just know he'd be the first one to wake up, wanting to take the time to savor your sleeping expression. He'd fawn over you, admiring your figure as the rising sun begins to shed its warm rays onto your skin. He'd then smile since it would be reminiscent of how you enveloped each other in warmth the night prior, embracing one another closely as you two made love.

Honestly, he might not even have gotten much sleep at all. He'd have spent the rest of the night caressing you gently, trying to lull you to sleep, ever so softly humming a lovely tune so that you might have good dreams

On the other hand, he wouldn't have needed to sleep to have good dreams. He was already experiencing them, especially after that magical night you two became one, he would be replaying all of those events in his mind over and over again.

But as the sun was rising, he knew that it would soon be time to get up and start the day. Though, he really wouldn't want to at all. He'd wish he could stop time and lay in bed here with you forever because as long as he had you, he no longer felt so alone. He didn't need anyone else. You are his safe place. You are his home.

With that notion, he'd become so protective of you. Wrapping his arms around your waist, he'll hug you and curl himself up around your body, like a dragon protecting his treasure (which is you).

He would feel so happy and safe at that moment, knowing you two were together, so intimate, so close. It was a joy he'd never felt before, and he'd hope that he could feel this way with you every morning. He'd nuzzle his face into your neck at the thought.

All of this, in turn, would wake you up, suddenly feeling so much physical contact over your body. Noticing you had awakened, Malleus' eyes would soften with tenderness as you faced him, and they met with yours.

"Good morning, my love," he'd whisper with a sweet smile. "How are you feeling?" he'd ask, bringing his hand down to rub circles on your hip. He remembers how intensely he had given all his love to you the night before and hopes that it didn't cause too much of a consequence this morning.

After greeting him back and reassuring him that everything was okay, though your hips really would feel a little sore, he'd sigh with relief. "I'm glad. Forgive me if I was too rough," he'd cup your cheek with his other hand and gently press his lips onto yours. "I simply couldn't... hold myself back", he breathed out with a slight, sultry tone as he recalled the night once again.

Indeed, he couldn't. It had been the first night you two had gotten to one of the highest levels of intimacy, that he couldn't resist giving the entirety of himself in those moments.

And how could he not? Especially with the way you looked at him so lovingly, held him so closely, squeezed him so tightly, and called out for him numerous times that night, it was only right that he reciprocated your fervor and the intense love you were giving. It was the same way he felt for you, after all.

Just thinking of it was making him feel much hotter than he already was, and you'd feel the peak of that warmth pressing up against you.

This would earn a small blush from him but a big smile from you, as you would ask him if he'd like for you to take care of it.

And so you two would go on to take care of each other that morning, the first of many mornings such as this ;)

The most valuable prey were about to outrun him. He could never accept that. His magic will find you. Wherever you go, however you try to escape, the chase continues. Until you give up your world and return with him, they would be absolutely no peace.

Epel acts happy but inside, he’s devastated. He wanted to visit his home village again just the two of you. He knows he’s got competition when it came to you, and it was all for nothing. Well, he ain’t admitting that, that’s for sure.

From that day on, with the help of Vill and Rook, he creates a special gift for you. An apple red as the roses. A glittering poison apple just like the Beautiful Queen of his dorm created. To trap you, his one and only Snow White. He still wants to have fun with you and the first years. He wants to graduate with you. You gave him courage, and made him happy. He wants to return you with his own thankful emotions. #Yeah, Right.

On the day you were going to leave, he comes up to you and thanks you, than he says the magic words.

“Prefect…I want to give you something. Please have a bite. It’s a special apple I picked. It’s the most delicious apple I harvested and the most beautiful one! I cared for it so much!”

Epel now understands what Vil said for so long. His cuteness can become a weapon. Look at your eyes! You melt for his cuteness, and bites the apple without thinking twice, I mean, who can resist his cuteness. Instantly, you fall unconscious.

“Whoah!? That was close… but now you can be with us forever Yu! Snow White won’t hold a candle to you…. Let’s graduate together Ok? And we can be together forever…”

He’s a poisoned apple, what would you except? As the saying goes, looks can be deceiving.

Sebek Zigvolt

Ah, he says like 90% of the time about how fairies are better than humans, but for you, it’s an exception. He might not show it, but he cares a lot about you. He’s a tsundere after all.(No, you cannnot tell me otherwise) But he blames you for dumping him and making him feel bad.(AKA you two are not dating)

“This is your own fault human, you made me fall to your schemes and now you’re throwing it all away? Unacceptable!”

He may not show it, but he enjoyed school life with you and the other humans of his grade. He wants to live with you at the valley of Thorns. But your comment of going back to your world snaps something.

Better run away because lightning bolts are coming down in 10 seconds to smash that mirror. He will not let you go. And is you disobey…say goodbye to your eardrums and your freedom.

Silver

(Anyone else love this Silver’s face? I believe Silver can be a villain too, you won’t change my mind)

He is SHOCKED with a capital S. He’s a human, but raised by Lilia and fairies so he has fairy values and they may be SLIGHTLY different from humans especially about love.

He wants to be with you after graduation. He already planned a few preparations so you won’t be getting away.

Before you go, he casts his unique magic on you to appear in your dreams as a dashing prince. Saving you, chasing you, maybe choking you a little bit. Don’t worry, it won’t hurt. Convincing that your world is horrible and terrible, and you should come back to Twisted Wonderland and live with him. Silver is a prince, and you are his princess. To him, the bad witch is your world. After all, he needs to defeat the bad witch to save his one and only princess. Than he can live happily ever after.

"I love you, love you, love you, love you, Vil." You said excitedly on the other end of the line. Vil couldn't see you, but he knew you must have been jumping up and down and holding the gift he gave you as a little kid. The scene he envisioned was enough to make him laugh as he listened to you babble.

Your "I love you" echoes in his mind and fills his chest with warm feeling and pride, and his cheeks are painted pink every second his mind replays what you said. Only he heard those three words coming out of your lips, only he deserved that, Vil was your best friend since childhood and he was always taking care of you. And he would always continue to take care of you. Every queen needs her king, after all.

"Rook, I love you, but you won't catch me." You scream as you laugh. The forest in front of you was already almost like a second home for the two of you, spending enough time here since you were just two children who had just learned to walk.

Your little confession that he knows was on purpose distracts him a bit. Rook grins like an idiot, reacting like it's the first time he's heard you say you love him. But he can't help, the expression on your face, your gaze and your laugh are infectious, they make him happy and he knows he wants to hear more statements like that, he craves more. A hunter like him is never satisfied, no matter how many times he hunts the same prey and when he catches you, Rook knows well what prize he will want. He wants more of you, your laugh, your smell, those three words that make his heart race and almost melt him.

And most of all he wants to see the embarrassed expression on your face when he tells you he loves you too.

Your childish voice carried a mischievous tone as you showed the book you took from the library to Malleus, who looked with interest at the cover designed with a prince and a princess. And you held his hand, kissing his forehead tenderly. "Lilia said that people say I love you to someone important. And you are important to me, Malmal, I love you so much."

Malleus felt his cheeks flush as that small memory resurfaced in his mind. You had great boldness, for no one else would treat him like that, as the prince everyone treated him with reverence. Everyone but you. Since you were a child you treated him normally, played with him, made fun of him, dragged him on adventures and stood by him when Lilia lectured you two. You were too precious to him, almost like an angel, a little light in the dark. And he, like a dragon, knew that he had to protect you from everything, he knew that he should give you all the comfort and food you could ever want. Because he's your best friend and it's his job to take care of you.

"Oh my darling, I love you too." He whispers to you. Though you'll hardly hear him, with your head resting on his shoulder and taking a nap. But it's okay, he can tell you that again when you wake up. And he hopes you enjoy his kiss too.

"Idia, I have a secret to tell you." You whispered to him suddenly, making a gesture with your hand for him to bring his face closer to yours. And wanting to immediately return attention to the anime you were watching, Idia got close enough so that his ear was close to your mouth, your warm breath being enough to send shivers all over his body. And you laughed. "I love you a lot. You're amazing, hardworking, made cool inventions, and is the best friend I could ask for."

Now this is Lilia theme song for this OT3 ship in my brain. Totally the song that would be play during a timeskip where we see him wait for years, decades and centuries until Y/N return. Seeing seasons pass, Malleus grew up and Draconia family happy, Lilia waiting alone, a few silenced flashback with their time together and all the adventure they lived, Silver awakening, his grow, the NRC start...

And the song ending, the day Y/N return from the past, when Lilia found her, and when she offers him a big bight smile. Even he can't hide his teary eyes under his relieved smile. And then a big hug ! 🥹

🦋 Anonie, I am shaking you. I haven't heard this song before and I am so, so in love??? It fits so well that I am internally screaming and crying.

Here's a little drabble/scenario I thought up of 🦋 Anonie:

I can just imagine him waiting as time passes and seasons changes. Thinking back on all the fond memories he has of YN. Thinking of all the precious memories he has made with his family. The spars he would have with Dawny (I need to figure out a name for him lolol, or we could keep calling him that too). He remembers blessing Silver and the time his son came to rescue him from the evil Meleanor.

Then years later, Silver wakes up and time continues to pass. Malleus, Silver, and Sebek is growing and becoming fine young men. He thinks about how you would have loved to see them. How you would have adored seeing Malleus teach the boys magic and helped them with their penmanship.

He thinks about how Dawny would have loved to see Silver turn into such a fine young man. How Silver would have made him a bracelet too. Lilia hopes that he raised Silver into someone you both would be proud of because he especially is.

Soon after, the NRC letters arrive and he remembers what you told him. How you attended NRC and he goes with the boys with the hope in his heart that he would be reunited with you again.

Time continues to pass like all seasons do, and Lilia watches his boys make friends and enjoy life at NRC. He meets you but it's a version of you that doesn't recognize him, Malleus, or Silver.

He remembers what you had told him in the past and knows that this you will soon be his YN in time. That the inquisitive looks you give him will soon be those of the fond and loving ones he remembers.

(I am still thinking about this scenario still and how it would go so it might change later on, since we want to keep canon events in the story if we go the "YN came back in time when she was her original age when she was transported to the past")

He sees you and remembers when he first met you, so so long ago. The connections you made with him and the Knight of Dawn. He remembers the family dinners with the Draconia Family. He remembers when Silver was first born. How painful and yet how sweet these memories are, how loving.

He protects you secretly.

Then one day, you go missing and he can't help but hope. He waits and waits with a racing heart.

And then he sees you, at the cottage you and yours had called home. YN smiles, understanding now what all his looks meant, the love he has secretly tried to hide but always shone through despite his efforts.

Lilia felt tears form and fall, feels the smile he can't hold back anymore. YN rushes to him,

Malleus spoke with affection, his voice like honeyed words that melted the hearts of everyone that heard it. He leaned down to kiss your forehead, his warm breath brushing against your skin.

But just as you were getting used to this blissful scene, your old friend, Ace arrived in an unexpected turn of events. He claimed that he was your husband, which left you perplexed and bewildered.

"Wait a minute, that's not right! I'm your real husband! He's just trying to manipulate you with a dream. Wake up, now! Our children need you! I need you, Y/N!"

You were unsure how to proceed, caught in the middle of a confusing situation. In this situation, you feel conflicted and uncertain about whether your old friend or your darling husband had spoken the truth

Your mind felt hazy and unfocused, as you become increasingly unaware of your surroundings, as your mind started to feel more and more blank and detached from reality. You had a feeling of confusion and uncertainty, as you felt like you were forgetting something but could not seem to figure out what it was. Your thoughts seem to be scattered and unfocussed, as you attempt to make sense of your feelings and thoughts, and try to determine exactly what it was that you are forgetting. Something that you held dear in your heart.

A sudden cooing sound shattered your trance, and you found in your arms, there was a baby. The feelings of confusion and uncertainty disappear immediately as a motherly thought comes rushing into your head. The baby stirred softly in your arms, letting out a sweet and adorable cooing sound, causing a deep sense of warmth and love to overwhelm you. You began playing and cooing to the baby in your arms, which seems to have triggered a sudden desire to care and protect this small, innocent life in your hands. Slowly, your surrounding came into view.

As you stared at the baby in your arms, Malleus whispered tenderly in your ear. "Our baby is so beautiful," he says lovingly, "she looks just like you. She has your eyes, nose, and mouth." Your husband wrapped his hands around your waist from behind, pulling you gently closer to him, and kissed the top of your head affectionately. As usual, he showered you with a lot of love and care. How could you secure yourself a husband like Malleus?

"Now, we must hire a guard for our precious daughter. Levan and Marcellus keep disturbing Lilia and Sebek all the time, so they are too occupied to take care of her. How about we hire Sil…" You felt like the word you were trying to pronounce had suddenly become lost from your mind, making it impossible to continue speaking. Malleus noticed this, in response, his grip on your body tightened a bit too much as he kissed your nape gently. His lips still pressed against your neck as he tried to divert your focus.

"The matters of hiring a bodyguard can wait until later. I will take care of that. You don't need to worry, my darling wife."

As you tried to focus your mind and recalled what you were forgetting beforehand, the bed shook and jolted repeatedly due to the sudden, frantic movements of your two kids. Levan and Marcellus were attempting to climb onto the bed with their small, tiny feet and arms, their faces filled with joy and excitement as they tried to get to their younger sister.

"We want to meet our younger sister!" Levan and Marcellus both shouted, their voices filled with excitement and enthusiasm. They were eager to see their new baby sister, and they were eager to interact with her and play with her.

Malleus's tone of voice instantly shifted to one of sternness and severity, as he spoke to his two kids. "Levan, Marcellus," he said firmly and resolutely, "Both of you should be sleeping now. What are you doing here still wide awake?"

The two boys looked up at their father, their eyes filled with innocence and pure joy. "We want to meet our younger sister!" they replied excitedly and cheerfully, repeating their previous statement.

"Come on kids, it's late. You can meet your baby sister in the morning. Let's go to bed now," Malleus said in a much kinder tone, as he gently pulled your two kids off the bed.

"Mama! Help!" Marcellus called to you as Malleus tried to pull both him and his brother off the bed. Malleus was attempting to get them into bed to make sure they get some sleep, but Marcellus was apparently trying to get away from his father and hide behind you.

"You really want to meet your sister that much?" Malleus asked his kids, who both nod their heads enthusiastically. "Yes! She's so adorable. We want to see her! Plus her horn is cute too!" Levan replied, with Marcellus nodding his head furiously.

"Don't you both already play with Malyssa this morning?" You asked both of your sons, to which they both nod their heads enthusiastically. "Yes, we did!" Levan said. "But we played with her only for a few minutes! That's not enough! We want to play with her some more!"

"My sons, you two played with her for hours," you said, trying to reason with Marcellus and Levan. They both looked a little guilty, as they realised that they had been trying to justify the fact that they want more time with their little sister. "I know, but…" Levan started to speak dejectedly.

"But if you two want to see your younger sister, mama will not prevent that if you only want to say goodnight. Wake up early and play with her, alright?" You promised them, and they both smile brightly at your words, clearly delighted with the compromise.

"We will. We promise," Levan said, as Marcellus nodded his head enthusiastically behind him, the both of them happy with the compromise. They both seemed content with the decision, and both promised to wake up early in the morning so they could spend more time with their newborn baby sister.

Levan and Marcellus both eagerly went closer in order to see their baby sister in your arms, their eyes filled with delight and excitement.

They both begun to poke her cheeks, to which the baby responded by giggling and laughing in an adorable way. Levan snuggled towards her tightly, burying his faces into her in order to smell her soft and baby scent.

"Aww, she smells so good," Levan said softly.

Marcellus suddenly spoke up, seeming a little jealous for his little sister's attention. "Brother, I want to snuggle with her too." Levan immediately looked a little annoyed, as he did not like to share his baby sister. He frowned and pushed Marcellus away, moving closer to the baby and snuggling her tighter to himself.

The two siblings immediately started to fight over the baby, as Marcellus tried to push his brother away in order to claim her for himself. Before the fight could escalate further, Malleus immediately separated the two boys, as he didn't want them to get into a full on brawl over their baby sister. Malleus gently lifted both Levan and Marcellus apart, as he tried to break up their fight.

"Boys, we don't solve our issues by fighting," Malleus said sternly.

"You both will get to spend time with your little sister tomorrow morning, okay? We'll all be happy with her. But tonight, let's just sleep so we can have a good rest."

"Plus mama and Malyssa are both mine," Malleus smirked at his sons, who both looked a bit disappointed by his statement.

"Aww, no fair!" Levan and Marcellus protested in unison, not liking the fact that their father is claiming their mother and younger sister all for himself.

"I'm the one who created you guys, so everything belongs to me," Malleus said teasingly, but with a hint of a menacing undertone in his voice that caught you off guard. His words made you flinch involuntarily, as you felt slightly uneasy with the way he said it. The two sons both seemed to treat their dad's comment as though it was nothing but a harmless joke, and they both laughed along with the banter.

"Yes," Levan giggled, "You are our papa, right?" Marcellus nodded his head eagerly, giggling as well, as he seemed to be having a good time as well.

You quickly caught a glimpse of your husband's expression, which was showing an uneasy and menacing side to his demeanor, as he continued to tease and banter with his two sons.

You had the feeling that he was getting too riled up by their banter, and that you needed to intervene before the situation became even more intense and unpleasant.

"Alright, that's enough. Both of you need to sleep now." You gently but firmly said. The two boys both looked a bit disappointed for a moment and they exchanged a disapproving glance, but they eventually gave in and nodded their heads, as they realized you were serious.

As you want to get off the bed to send your sons to their bedroom, Malleus quickly caught your wrist before you could move.

He did not make any hostile or violent movement, but his grip was firm and he didn't seem inclined to let you go, a slight edge in his tone as he spoke.

"I will send them to their room. You stay here, my darling wife," Malleus's tone of voice was still playful, but his grip on your wrists had become tighter, and there was a subtle but perceptible warning in his voice, as he told you to stay right there. Malleus's look was filled with love, as he softly kissed you on your lips, his lips lingering for just a bit longer than necessary.

"Making them sleep might take a while," he said, "so you need to be good and stay right here. I will be back soon and when I am, we can enjoy ourselves for the whole night."

Your mind was still spinning from the intense feeling of affectionate romance that his kiss, as both of your sons thankfully already exited the room before they could get their eyes stuck on this steamy romance.

Malleus quickly got off the bed and left the room, quickly turning off the light as he went to send your sons off to sleep. Now you and your baby are left alone in the bedroom, and you could see its dark shadows cast upon you both. It was a quiet and peaceful time, just the two of you together.

Chapter Six. Welcome back!

Im sorry but im gonna say it- im a leona hater. FIRE ME. These next two chapters are short but sweet! I hope you enjoy!

Chapter One, Chapter Two, Chapter Three, Chapter Four, Chapter Five, Chapter Six(You are here!), Leona's Ending, Malleus' Ending

The book was heavy as the words wrote themselves out for the entertainment of others. Ace, Deuce and Grim have been guarding the book with their very lives due to the fact that the two most powerful sorcerers were in the book but more importantly; You were in it and they wanted you back so badly! So bad that they had even brought you to Professor Crewel who could only shake his head and tell them this;

“They will need to finish the story to return. If you force them out, they might lose their memory or even worse; remain the character in that book while being out here.” 

That frightened the trio of them so they held the book close to themselves as they went to their classes, Riddle would scold them if they were too close to getting food on it or any type of liquid. Then at night, the first year squad would gather all together in the ramshackle just to read the updates on the book. Epel would give snide remarks about Vil and how he's finally getting booked off the stage, saying how its finally time that its happened. Though he did cry a little bit when Rook was pronounced dead in the Duan Juan scene. 

Jack was proud of you and how far you’ve come within the book, having went from a simple ballerina to being right in front of the stage by yourself. Plus, all the stability you need to be a ballerina is insane! Ortho would make comments about how cool it would be to be a ballerina and offer Jack some methods on how to strengthen certain muscles if he would attempt to try it all. 

While Grim, Ace and Deuce were just worried sick about you, hoping that you would come from the book safely and most preferably not traumatized! All the scenes, all the fighting and all the scariness of having the most powerful sorcerers after your hand- hopefully they can protect you from them when you all come out from the book! 

It wasn't until one night at the Ramshackle that everyone was sleeping, Jack and Epel were close to each other while Ace and Deuce slept beside each other. While Grim slept on top of the book for if anyone dared to move it away from underneath him, they’d get a big ball of blue fire in their face! The books cover swung open, knocking Grim onto Ace who only began to complain about it, waking everyone up in the group from his complaints only to turn their eyes to the book that was flipping through all the pages only for it to stop on the last page.

Learn to be Lonely.

“Eh? Learn to be lonely? What does that mean?” Ace grumbled out as he reached forward to grab the book only for it to start shaking violently as the words began to glow brighter and brighter until the room was filled with so much light, it was looking as if it was day time. With a belch coming out from the book, eleven figures were thrown out of the book as it violently shut itself and was sealed back up with enchanted string and stamped close with a waxy seal. 

Lilia was the first to regain consciousness first as he slowly sat up, looked around only to find himself within the Ramshackle, with Jack, Epel, Ace, Deuce, and Grim looking at them with wide eyes. Then everything clicked; the book had finished itself. They were finally out of the book. Yet, before any questions could get answered, Lilia’s grin appeared as he looked at them and then down at the ten figures down on the floor. Malleus and Leona holding onto the precious Prefect, Y/n.

“We shall see you at the infirmary.” Was all Lilia said before all ten figures were teleported to the nurses office who got quite a scare at seeing all these figures appear out of nowhere in the middle of the night. 

It was a long week before everyone started to wake up within the infirmary, yet you had not awoken just yet. Everyone was worried about their magicless Prefect as everyone made sure to come and swarm your bedside at least three times a day if it weren't for Jack and Ruggie scaring them off or Sebek and Silver standing guard at your bedside. Yet, if it weren't for those two duos, it was Deuce and Ace while Grim was purring on your chest, hoping you would open your eyes to greet them once more. 

All the while they waited for you to open up your pretty eyes once more, Rook was stable and alive, often teasing poor Malleus for killing him so easily just to get to you. Although Vil was not impressed with this at all. 

“Oh~! Roi Des Dragons~! Your hands are cold! Though I thank you for the fun hunt!” Rook joyfully spoke as he walked beside him, having spotted Malleus a mile away walking down the sidewalk, most likely going to visit your form within the infirmary. Malleus had already apologized to Rook plenty of times but he could only nod his head this time as he disregarded the frenchman. Though, the thing that did stop him in his trip was a mangy tail within his path and a very irritated Lion looking at him.

“Leona Kingscholar, a pleasure to see you again. I apologize for trying to strangle you at the end.” Malleus states cooly, as if he wasn't really sorry about almost killing him in the end but Leona could only scoff. “Lizard. At least I had Y/n in the end.” Leona chuckled out, waving that win over Malleus’ head as he stood up to face him fully.

“It was all scripted within the book, I’m sure if I were able to do so, they would choose to court me instead. Afterall, we were all imposed on the Book’s will.” Malleus spoke out slowly as if trying to taunt Leona. As if almost picking out another fight with the Lion who seemed eager to pick up the strands of a threat. Yet, another idea came into his mind as he smirked.

“No magic, no brooms. Just good sportsmanship. Lets race to the infirmary and whoever gets there first, they get to keep Y/n.” Leona gruffed out, a smirk playing on his face as he stared at his enemy. Malleus only seemed to think about this idea for a moment as he brought a hand up to his chin just to think. A race for your heart? He seemed to like the idea of it, yes…

“Very well, may the fastest runner win.” With that, they both lined up and with Rook watching both of them very closely, they both dashed off when they heard a snap of a twig coming from the treelined beside them.

Imagine silver when he was younger wanting to learn how to play the guitar because his father plays it and managed to learn how to play the guitar during the time his father had left for a year to go to NRC and wants to surprise him with it when he comes back during the break

THIS IS SO SWEET OMG

okay I'm a firm believer that while Lilia tried to serenade baby Silver to sleep with some hard rock screamo lullabies (and was only successful thanks to Silver's sleeping curse knocking him out, absolutely no credit to you, Lilia), but also with traditional fae lullabies that would have been sung to him when he was just a youngling hundreds and hundreds of years ago.

And something about that is so precious and tender to me— we know nothing about Lilia at all. We now know from Chapter 7 that the cottage he raised Silver in was not his own, simply one that was empty in the forest. We don't know if he even has his own home, if he has any living family members or friends, or even what his childhood was like. But I think it's safe to assume that based on the nature of his role in the Queen's army and as Malleus' guardian, he didn't form familial or romantic attachments outside of his core duties. For me personally too, while he cares deeply for Malleus, there simply could not be a relationship between them greater than a mentor/guardian because of Malleus' status as the Prince.

So we have this fae who's lived at least five hundred years and is approaching 'retirement' in his own words, with no one to continue his family name, or carry within them the traditions and stories that have been passed down through his family for generations. That is, until he finds this abandoned human baby in the Briar Valley woods, left all alone and without anyone to protect it from harm. And he takes the child in, allows the growing boy to call him "Father," a term that he never once imagined being applied towards the Phantom General, the Nightmare Scrouge of Briar Valley, and yet one he shoulders with more honor than any of the medals the Queen bestowed upon him.

He names the child Silver; not just for his hair, but for the way that the child's smile lights up his life in the same way that the silver moon illuminates the valley floor at night and the silver stars guide one home across the sky. And he sings to him; he sings the lullabies he once thought would die with him, silenced forever in the soil, in a tongue that he had almost forgotten. He sings as something foreign swells in his heart at the way the child rests its sweet head against his shoulder, foreign and yet altogether at home. He sings for his son, for Silver Vanrouge, and for all the memories they've yet to create together.

Time flows and the child grows into a healthy and strong young man, and Lilia forgets the lullabies of old as Silver no longer needs them to fall asleep, hasn't needed them in many years. Imagine then, his surprise when the boy excitedly tugs him into the living room after his first holiday break from NRC, brimming with a rare energy for his normally quiet and gentle son. He sits Lilia down on their worn couch (having already fluffed the pillows where they'd cushion his aching hip, darling child—) and fetches one of the old guitars that Lilia hadn't taken with him. Imagine then, Lilia's wonderous surprise as from the boy's halting yet determined fingers flows a most nostalgic melody that tugs at his heart with an ache he did not know he could feel.

The world would always remember General Vanrouge— his decisive victories, his clever wit, his steadfast loyalty to the Draconia family. But this boy, his son, Silver— in him, their family will live on in ways that Lilia could never have imagined.

Twisted Wonderland Theory: Malleus And Crowley

(WARNING! Current Chapter 7 Spoilers included below!)

Thank you to @twisted-tech for making the original post about the similarities in shots of Malleus and Crowley (Original Post below) in the recent AMVs.

Now, this notice of similarities REALLY got my brain twisting and turning because the more I thought about it, the more potential things seemed to add up. Buckle up, y'all, because I'm about to take you on a wild ride-

OKAY! First things first, we all basically remember what the overall premise of the game is, right? The individuals who Overblot are based directly off of source, Disney Villains who basically follow the original plots of the movies/plots of the villains themselves overall- but with a twist. The game itself essentially is about the essence of old mistakes repeating themselves, yet actually being resolved instead of winding up in someone being eaten by a bunch of hyenas or stabbed by a ship or something. It's all about learning from the past and moving on, and there have been connections with this as well thanks to the MC's dreams of the past Disney movie related plots as the plots in the current day- that are strikingly similar- unfold. Now, the entirety of the game, the MC has been wanting to do one thing and one thing only- get home. We were brought here for an unknown reason and are being held here without assistance for an unknown reason as well. We keep asking the oh-so gracious Headmaster Crowley for help- to no avail. We all are aware that things aren't as they seem, but what if it's because the answer is right under our noses?

What if Crowley and Malleus are one and the same???

Now, now, hear me out for this one.

Per Chapter 6 and the recent Glorious Masquerade event, we have seen a drastic increase in which Malleus and the MC are interacting and how protective Malleus is about the MC overall- I mean, he saved them from falling from a burning building and practically LOST it when they went missing along with most of the dorm leaders and whatnot. The MC is getting themselves into trouble time and time again, and nothing is being done on Crowley's part about it- so what if that's the way that the game is MEANT to be played? (Current Chapter 7 Spoilers next)

As far as we know right now for the newest chapter, Malleus is in a veerrrryyyyyy massive mental bit of a pickle right now. Lilia will be retiring due to a loss of magic (you're sus too, Draculaura clone-) and Malleus has only around a week to see him before he's just up and gone. And to top this all off, now, his precious friend- the one person here who has shown him nothing but kindness has now just also asked him for assistance in leaving to return home. His statement was around the lines of, "No matter how powerful I am....I cannot stop people from leaving me". And then we get those lovely ink blots we all know and "love" by now.

His fear of losing the MC was already set into stone by the actions of Chapter 6- and perhaps that is why Crowley goes missing during practically the entirety of these events. Crowley knew that this set of events needed to take place to set the stones for Malleus to Overblot- because he went through it himself before. Crowley is a past, now "older" version of Malleus himself who is now trying to undo his old mistakes in regards to- possibly, Twisted Wonderland's destruction itself at his own hands. This is why one of Crowley's first statements to the MC was to the fact that only they can help prevent what destruction is to come and save them all. We have also seen within the past that the first introduction of magic into the world of Twisted Wonderland was through the discovery of magic stones in the Dwarves' Mine- which would mean that the first person to utilize such magic to their own advantage eventually to become one of the Great Seven would be The Beautiful Queen- which, given the time paradox, would explain why Crowley has the hidden apple motifs here and there and the connection with the Dark Mirror as well as a further part of masking his true identity- or, perhaps to separate himself from his past self and actions entirely.

Crowley's mask, hat, and claws upon his fingers and overall manner of dress is actually a way of covering up almost all of the features of his that would point to him being Malleus from a far past- except for a few. Crowley's ears are pointed in a way similar to Malleus, their complexion is almost precisely the same, the whisps of hair that peek out from around Crowley's mask is oddly similar to Malleus' hair overall, their legs are the same length despite them being slightly different heights (though, I highly doubt a mere height reduction spell would be a task for someone as powerful as Malleus)- and even their lips are strikingly similar. The mask Crowley dons hides his eyes and most of his face from the eyes of us players and everyone else in the world, and if you look closely enough, Crowley's hat actually seems to be positioned slightly above where the top of his head should be- almost like something is underneath of them...could it be Malleus' horns he dons atop his head????

This would also add up as to why Crowley seems to be so mysterious about his intentions and dodges around most questions in this regard- and it would also explain his odd behavior in regards to the Overblot stones. Overblots have been happening left and right in his school and no action to stop it has been taken. Is it mere bumbling, or does it have a deeper intention??? This could also explain Crowley's classic statement, "For I am so gracious", as well. Malleus has never...done anything to hurt any of the students at the school. At all. He's just honestly a nice fae who is MAJORLY misunderstood. If anything, he has been nothing but kind- especially to the MC, who he has saved and fixed things for now numerous times within the story itself. And maybe this statement from Crowley is a way of telling himself that his own destruction of Twisted Wonderland prior was not of his own collation- after all, all it takes is "one bad day".

saving for general lilia

Spoilers for book 5. i talk about it

was reading the remaining vignettes i have that i never got to to earn as many gems for lilia's banner (im assuming it'll be at least after or on the 6th? cause that's epel's birthday iirc and based on how it was ordered in the 'whats happening in may' thing, that means he and the book 7 update are probably after epel. either after epel or at the same time as epel.)

i dont have that many vignettes so ill probably end up using the few thaumarks i have (i keep running out of thaumarks sob. i have the thing that gives EXP and the vignette exp in dozens but thaumarks are just like 'nahh') to get a bunch of characters' vignette levels up so i can read their vignettes too

and probably do the remaining twistunes i havent. which i havent really done the white rabbit fest twistunes so thats that

and then figuring out which study partner is the closest to finishing all tasks so i can get those gems too

oh and missions too ig which i know theres one for leveling characters to [] and groovifying. because thats what i did when i was trying to get another card. which i regret because it. wasnt even a favorite. but id already committed because i wasnt gonna get those pulls back so i just. kept going.

id probably have so many more pulls if i just. didnt do that.

(Silver Labwear) Kalim??? this is not to say that i think kalim has something that makes him sleepy like silver. but i like to be a believer that kalims smarter than he appears to be (but he also has a certain worldview that makes him seem oblivious or dumb. he likes to see the silver lining. but he was also the one in book five to notice vil was going to do something (aka poison neige), because he 'saw a look on vil's face that reminded him of jamil back when...' and im running with that). and ive seen a headcanon of Kalim having dyslexia but nobody really noticed so he always just kinda felt like he was dumb for not getting it when it wasnt his fault. which. i am also running with that. i mean it could totally be because its just this huge block of text thats boring just trying to read it. but still.

oh silver... (dont think about it. they literally thought epel was a spoiled rich boy in like his own labwear vignette i think, just because of how he looks. i wouldnt put much stock in peoples opinions.)

i kind of wonder how silver became a guard or whatever (or will be one. cant remember which it was) for malleus if they can hit at any time. but also malleus doesnt actually need to be protected, so like...

Facing Twisted Wonderland Chapter 7 - Part 6 (scared)

Okay, I've successfully avoided spoilers for this newest release and waiting to play it. Get kinda scared in posting stuff, but for this newest part, I want to throw my thoughts and feelings out into the void. I'll be playing and reading a translation of the story and posting my thoughts throughout the story. Once it's done, I'll finish up with some predictions and just post.

As for my predictions, I think this is the last part that we'll be spending in Lilia's dreams. Maybe we'll get to see Maleficia? Will Silver ever tell Malleus that he is the son of the man who slayed his mother? Where is Levan? Are the Crowley = Levaan theories true? If so, how has Lilia not recognized one of his most precious people from Briar Valley? Is Lilia really going to the Land of the Red Dragon to try to find clues of Levaan? Is Meleanor really dead? Will we get to see even a glimpse of anyone else's dreams? How is Ortho doing on his mission? And will we see Idia snap out of his dream? Where is Meleanor's Princess Glow now? That seemed like a last minute macguffin that was thrown in hasn't been mentioned much since we were going through Silver and Sebek's feelings train.

I don't think the majority of my questions will be answered in this part or chapter, but I just wanted to write it down and see if my perspective will change based on the contents of this part.

Anyway, enough rambling and spiraling, time to begin!

AHHH, Sebek wasn't planning on showcasing his unique magic until he had perfected it, but, of course, Silver was in danger and desperately needed help. UGHHHH they're bond!!!!!

Oh???? They're finally adressing why Lilia's dream has been full of pain when Malleus should be giving everyone a happy dream? Ok, so Sebek proposes that maybe Malleus can't monitor Lilia's dream. The only reason I can think of is that he doesn't even truly EXIST in this time so he can't summon a Malleus to keep watch there? Or there could be some sort of lock that Malleus can't go past to look into Lilia's dreams/memories? IDK

Hmm, when he told us that he visited the City of Flowers in the Glorious Masquerade, he looked so cheerful and I totally felt that he had fond memories of the place. He's very good at hiding his past with a smile, making us not worry about him since he's just silly bat dad. Oh Lilia...

Also visiting the Scalding Sands. When talking to Tamago-sama, he started using his happy voice from the present, so I'm guessing he started acting positive and speaking in that cheerful manner due to counting stories to Malleus?

Meleanor's lullaby once again...

Grabs Grim by his ribbon and pulls him away. "Sorry about him. We need brooms and possible supplies. Could you point us to the right direction?"

Furls brows in wonder, then a stomach growls. "I doubt that." "My stomach doesn't growl like that."

I don't think we need to do that since this is a dream. Talks about Silver's talent. Okay, nevermind.

"Be careful and don't get hurt."

(I freaking love this scene. It makes me remember the scene in Shrek 3 where Snow White calls upon the animals to attack the tree guards.)

"I'm counting on you, Grim." Alice is holding onto the broom, not really Grim. (HC: she has a special broom for flight lessons and since that broom isn't here, Grim has to take the lead.)

"Don't get too confident, Grim."

She feels uneasy at the sight of battle.

Looks at the background. ...why does this feel familiar?

(Alice has 20/20 vision in the dream world, heck yeah.)

(I actually knew right away that the knight of dawn wanted nothing to do with this attack just from his body language. The slight movements made me, "oh, yeah, he doesn't want to be here," before he opened his mouth.)

Alice freezes in place, her heart sinking slightly with the question of why does that sound familiar?

Stops, then backs out to hide outside the room.

Baby Malleus, he in an egg ;-; (is standing in the doorframe, away from the princess, she scared)

Alice doesn't say nothing. Falls to her knees and repeatedly thinks I hate this as her breathing seems blocked. When released, her breathing doesn't seem to change very much.

Now taking a moment to really look at her. I see where he got his good looks from.

Listening to Lilia and Meleanor's conversation, Alice grabs her sleeve tightly as she remembers Malleus grew up without her. She was strong, but wasn't strong enough. Her heart hurts.

("Think fast, chuckle nuts." I didn't expect the animation or Lilia to hold egg Malleus, so I'm happy they did it, I love it 😭)

She's not worried because she knows Lilia survives and the egg was unharmed. So, when Silver protected Lilia and got hurt, she was concerned and confused.

Starting to think about Lilia hatching the egg, but then panics at the vines and getting wrapped up in them. Didn't get to hear what Meleanor said.

"I can't see." (Smells like shit.)

Alice is sad ;-;

"Not really, I can't freaking breathe."

Uh oh. She is currently on the ground from the shaking knocking her down.

Is the knight of dawn Silver's father?!

Turns at Silver stopping and comes up to take his hand to pull him along. "Silver, you can have a crisis later. Let's go!" Is pulling on his hand to move, but no avail, he's too far gone. Her heart breaks at his cries, releasing his hand and jumping back at the darkness, calling out to him before he's claimed.

Picks up Grim like a football and runs a good distance away.

Lilia likes to match closes with each one of his sons and now with you too, lets you style his hair for him and loves when you infodump him with your newest interest. He remembers everything you said, from a to z, word by word. Though he is that kind of father who drags you to do this and that without asking your opinion, but buys you the tastiest snacks and lets you borrow his phone to play games or something. As soon as you tell him you have a crush on someone, he already knows they're not good enough for you and Lilia lets you know that. He need to get you safe and away from their tainted hands. Otherwise, a very good dad. 100% deserves a "world's best dad" cup.

.⁠｡⁠*⁠♡ Silver is calmer and more peaceful to spend time with, despite your father always instigating his brotherly instincts and asking him to protect you and his other siblings, Silver knows that you are capable of taking care of yourself. But he makes it his mission to teach you how to fight if you don't already know, he even teaches you how to fight with a sword, he doesn't want to leave you defenseless if you are in danger and need to defend yourself. Even though he is calm, Silver has his moments, hovering over your shoulder and staring at your friends to the point where it is disconcerting and they feel uncomfortable until they leave. He also likes to take naps with you or on your shoulder, loving the way you play with his hair.

.⁠｡⁠*⁠♡ While Silver is calmer, Sebek is, surprisingly, clingier. He thinks that if Lilia chose you then there is certainly something in you and he spends a lot of time by your side, studying with you, sitting next to you in classes and during lunch, explaining the material if you don't understand and going on errands with you , all while he tries to discover what Lilia saw in you. Whatever it is, Sebek secretly enjoys your presence and protects you from the bad influences that surround you, yelling at them to stay away. Sebek is dedicated to Malleus, but also to you now, as you are the newest addition to his little family.

.⁠｡⁠*⁠♡ Malleus as a child hated being isolated in his room, so of course he helps you escape from your room every time Lilia grounds you. He usually takes you sightseeing some ruins and explains to you their stories and how they came to be. Malleus lets you take care of tamagotchi and that's his most precious possession, so you know how much it means to him. The most protective over you, by the way. With a flick of his hands he has your friends running away, afraid of him and the things he can do. But while it's temporary with Silver, with Malleus is definitely. And if you get upset over this, he'll comfort you and explain very condecendently why those were bad people you were letting in your life.
