When we are perceived, we are perceived in the same vibrational state that the other person is in. This is why when we interact with certain individuals in a lower vibrational frequency their opinion of you, or there overall outlook will likely be negative or a view from a lower vibrational frequency to the one your in. This can create an information barrier and where a lot of misunderstandings can happen. The only way to be perceived in the same light your in and experiencing in your current reality, is to uplift/ heal the vibrational frequency of the other person. However sometimes this is not possible and the other person may need to heal themselves on their own journey, vibrational frequency is like water and changes at any minute of the day depending on what your experiencing.
