The two of them are in some hidden corner of the castle's library, out sight and out of mind. Their relationship a secret for now. One he was getting tired of keeping. He was going to tell his other he had proposed to Mal. He just was waiting for the right moment. He has heard his mother is trying to actually find him a wife, another alliance to secure power in the realm. Too bad he has already beaten her to picking out a betrothed for himself. He pushes her back against the wall softly. He takes her face in his hands, one thumb rubbing her right cheek

The prince bends down, he has to bend down very far due to how he towers over her, and he presses a kiss to her lips.

"I know what you mean." She muttered from her spot leaning on the bridge's railing, looking out to the water rushing about below. This was one of her quiet places just outside of Seabrook, places she went when she needed to get away from it all. Not even Zed knew where all of them were, a few were ones she wanted to keep for herself no matter what. This one though, this one Wyatt had shown her and she enjoyed the sound of rushing water, sometimes it helped her think, or just wash away the frustrations of the day.

"Sometimes I wonder if it just comes naturally to everyone else and I'm the odd one out, struggling to catch up." It's hardly surprising she'd feel that way considering it was how she'd felt her entire life, always different, always struggling to fit in while everyone else didn't even have to think about it. And then she'd gone and stood out, she'd never take it back, but sometimes she still wondered what it would have been like.

She sighed and pushed back from the railing, instead turning around and leaning on it again to look up at the sky this time. It was a little cloudy, like it might rain soon, but she kind of liked it that way.

Addison could see where Mal was coming from though, she'd defied everything she'd grown up to believe in order to protect those she cared about, even if it was a fairly recent development, what with having only left the isle recently at the time and all.

Come to think of it, Addison would like to visit there one day.

“I don’t think we should be using magic in this situation...” Evie slowly spoke reconsidering their options. Mal knew her way with magic, and she trusted her fully. It was just that she thought it was better to find a way out without using it.

Hands reach out to grab onto her cheeks. Immediately, she would feel warmth coming from the skin on skin contact. She’s learned how to hone her magic well enough that she can alter her own body heat to warm others. She’s already warm herself, always running a high body temperature. Perhaps she is truly a dragon in human skin. She smiles, excited to see if what she is trying to do is working for Mal.

The queen keeps her hands there, looking up into the girl’s eyes. “There. How does that feel? I hope it isn’t hurting you. I have just learned how to do this. I tried it with Ser Jorah but burnt him by accident. I’m being careful now.”
