In the wake of the revive of this blog, Chad's view of morals was so similar with Chloe's in D4. His need to 'be a hero' and do what he believe was right takes a lot to disway him. The key difference between them (like him with Addison) is that he isn't as open to warming up after the events of D1.

Another key note is he never wanted to be THE king, he just wanted to be respected for the prince (of a notable kingdom) like he was and not be compared to his best friend.
