I’m so so proud to be Irish today and to have cast my YES vote in the marriage equality referendum. I’m sitting watching the count and crying. I’ve never felt so in tune with the rest of my country and I’m so happy I feel like a have a gigantic balloon inflating my chest. Éire, mo ghrá thú.

Today at the age of almost 21 I voted for the first time 💜 This is the first time I have felt my vote can actually make a difference!
