i love when actors/people i admire can just sit down and talk about their experiences. this is one of my favorite tom interviews just FOR THAT category in my brain. even if we were snubbed of him talking about the night manager in this one (if i remember correctly, it's been so long since i've watched this one) i'm literally in LOVE hearing about his thoughts on his films. i could sit and listen to him talk about it all fucking day.

once again, josh horowitz on his podcast happy, sad, and confused with special guest tom hiddleston tom just. he sounds like such a profound person, he's a celebrity, he could never be on our level! how could he?! and then you sit him down to talk and he's really just US but in the spotlight. this podcast episode proves that even MORE for me. he talks about that tom hanks movie cast away (2000) and he makes it seem like the most AMAZING SERIOUS HEARTFELT FILM when literally my first thoughts seeing this movie was "oh god i would literally DIE if i ever ended up on an island like that." i listened to this at work during a truck shift one night and god i had some good laughs to. tom is a literal ray of sunshine in this. it's so good.

5.) THE MIGHTY FIVE! this fucking talk that i have watched more than i have breathed probably

so first things first, cordelia is the most materialistic, air-headed, and naive girl you’ll ever meet tbh. she’s kind of a bitch bc of how she was raised, but she doesn’t mean to be usually. it’s only when someone’s pissed her off that they should be worried of the tiny blonde’s wrath.

her modeling agency makes her go by delia, but i’m down w her being called cordelia, delia, cordy, whatever you want really. idgaf.

cordelia was born and raised in beverly hills, california. her dad is a big hollywood agent so she’s been in the background of a few movies before because of him, and her mom is a world-class plastic surgeon who is very focused on their family image and sees everything very critically, including her daughter. she wanted for nothing materially, but she always just wanted them to pay attention to her. their careers were both very involved, so she was mainly raised by nannies. she’s an only child and her parents were hoping that she would follow in their footsteps either in medicine or business, but she chose to go to nyu for art before dropping out to model full-time.

because of her parents fame, she was constantly in the tabloids when she began to act out in high school. she’s experimented in drug use, sex, underage drinking, table-dancing at popular nightclubs. as much as her parents despise it, cordelia enjoyed the publicity.

she made it through high school as queen bee. she thrived in artistic subjects and participated in musicals, plays, yearbook, cheerleading, and art club. she was head cheerleader, lead in the musicals and plays, and prom queen, basically ruling the school by her senior year--mostly because, though many loved her, many feared her as well.

she started modeling shortly after arriving at nyu, having been discovered in the streets by an agent. she started modeling full time by her sophomore year, abandoning school altogether. she has been incredibly successful thus far, but not without a little help. while she can book many jobs without any additional help, she’s been known to be the girl to do anything to book a gig--including sleeping with the client. she now lives in a penthouse suite by herself with her chihuahua, phoebe, bc she loves the extravagant things in life.

she falls for people incredibly easily and is a notorious dater, which often leads to getting her heart broken. she’s been cheated on many times, she’s been lied to and manipulated. it hasn’t stopped her, though. she craves love like she craves air, and loves to be in love.
