So since my Neo was possessed by the cat at the beginning of the Ever After, that led to a SLIGHTLY different mansion sequence. One change is that instead of stomping on Little, the cat ate them. While possessing Neo. Cuz Cat. Neo now gags at the thought of rats or mice or just any rodent. So now they are afraid of cats AND mice.

A very fair outcome after all of that, HONESTLY

I think my Neo is one of the bunch that isn't scared of all cats even after that, she's traumatized by the CC, but it's the CC she's traumatized with- they were way more than a normal cat after all, so her brain can't blame all of them

the PTSD is strong with her, but it's still amusing how her trauma responses are different in general

How would your Neo react to my CC Neo? Possessed after the events of the ever after. Would she be terrified of the cat, or just absolutely livid that even after my Neo got out of the ever after the cat is still trying to possess her again.

She would be so LIVID about your Neo's situation, like, she wouldn't be angry with Neo themselves, but she would be wanting to rip apart and exorcise the CC, have it be eaten by the Jabberwalkers again, or have her hands at the cat personally (now that she has claws and teeth herself lol)

If it helps. The reason my Neo was able to be possessed by the cat was because she fell into the ever after with a fatal wound and basically died alone. She was already unconscious from blood loss by the time the cat found her and filled in the gaps in her. Skull. And face. LONELINESS YAY

I feel my Neo would try to laugh at all of you alternate Neos because she got to have fun in her delusions and descend into madness to have her revenge in the Ever After, but then she would start breaking down because in reality the ego death and possession while being so conscious was the worst thing ever- why try to fight back if she didn't have anyone else left anyway??

It says a lot about Neos parents that Reg, a prototype robot who has the worlds most basic AI, is more loving and caring than her actual parents. Squared up to an ACTUAL GOD for my Neo just because it slightly insinuated her fate was set because of her actions.

The more I learn about these, the more I notice how truly lonely my Neo was (I don't complain tho, it's one of the core problems for her) but like, GIRL, giggling while I'm sugar high with how much angst I'm gonna put her through

Now I just have to design these things. Idk if I want to go more cyberpunk 2077 where they are barely distinguishable from flesh, or go more like yangs with the armor and having her colors painted on.

So through very dumb deliberation with cryptids and moose (we are all extremely bias). Neo is now going to lose her arms to cinder. I’m going all in on neo reflecting keegan in design as time goes on, so neo will now have cybernetic arms. YAY MORE HORRIBLENESS NEO IS GOING THROUGH.
