The wall space for our interim show for Exodus, all measurements taken. All we need now is art to go on the walls. The only problem with this space is that all work needs to be 2D which can limit us a bit as we may need to make some work specifically for this. As some of my work has been mixed media or 3D fabric sculpture we don't want to risk any potential of work being broken or effecting out health and safety/risk assessment

That moment when...
You get the email saying your order has been dispatched! My circular canvases should be delivered in the morning! So I can get going on one of my final pieces for our exhibition Exodus! Now to find my paints and acids, and start experimenting to create 50 different interpretations of the imagination. Expressing how our creative works within our minds, I am aiming to create an aesthetic interpretation of the science behind creativity! In response to my proposal and doodle diary project. Let's see what happens tomorrow :)

Consideration for contempation
With our interim show around the corner, I'm trying to decided what work to feature as our preview for our final masters show... I don't want to give too much away and display my best work, but I also really want to show the audience what and why I love to do what I've done.... Hmmmmm lots to think about!

Artist Statement Ma.
Science and Art are two disciplines that are not normally joined or collaborated. My artwork revolves around the mysteries between these two industries, focusing specifically on the visualisation and products of neuroscience.
My artistic practice produces visual aesthetics through printmaking, sculpture, drawing, painting and instillation. Using a variety of media allows me to experiment with impact and response from my audience. I love to work with ideas that are almost only imaginable; my current work is based on the product of our imaginations, allowing almost any result to be possible. I have a great team of candidates that allow me to represent their thoughts and dreams in ways in which they would think impossible.
Creating the dream is only the beginning. The theoretical underpinning of my work is based on the procrastination that is a doodle. Doodle-ology is the study and theory of why people doodle, not the outcome of what they produce. I feel that the main focus has been misled, as the doodle itself is most important, although this does not mean that the practice of doodling is not important too. I have been working with the concept of behavioural differences within people who doodle and those who don’t. The way in which our minds create theses fascinating ideas creating inspiration from nothing truly is outstanding.
Albert Einstein once said: “I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.”- Einstein, A. (2005)
This is one of the most important facts of life. You do not have to be an artist to have an imagination, this is why only a small fraction of my candidates are artists; to see what others think is like reading a closed book. For me it is enlightening to think that anything is possible, creating artworks from the pure imagination is as raw and truthful as I can be. My artwork is not meant to shock or stun the audience, but encourage the imagination of those who can appreciate it for what it is; A pure, honest reality of imagination.

EINSTEIN, A. (2005). " I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world (Doctoral dissertation, INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, DELHI).
