outsiders the musical changed ME too

i saw it last week and before i was like “hmmm i don’t know, does the world really need a musical version of the outsiders” and after i was like “Maybe it doesn’t but it sure is a much better place with it”

no because you’re so real for this it literally altered my brain chemistry like i am not the same person i was before it existed. the cast have just breathed such a new life into the story and the characters. i’ve heard complaints that it’s not like the book but neither was the movie! so for me i love all three versions and i especially love how they’re all different!
