Dario defeated Scarpine by a fairly solid margin pretty early on in his poll, but Boris and Silva really battled it out until the very last minute. They usurped the lead from each other back and forth multiple times, by a matter of one-three votes every time! They ended up with 381 votes, more than any of the other polls in my entire Bond bracket poll series!
