My interest in Planes has been relatively recent, before 2020 I was terrified of flying!! After spending most of the Pandemic Lockdowns watching Aircrash Investigation, my fear of flying was cured and I became an Aviation Geek and hopeless lover of the Macdonnell Douglas DC-10

I am making this blog a space to share my Plane Spotting, Flight Experiences, bothering cockpits of all kinds and making a disaster of playing Microsoft Flight Sim 2020

As well as the history and aesthetic of Commercial Aviation, the Air Disasters that grabbed my fascination and of course...

Nothing quite as famously smashable as my darling DC-10 😁

Any thoughts on a doing a Tier list on the most smashable aircraft?

there is a LOT of aircraft. i think i would have to split between like... commercial vs military vs bizzjets vs general aviation or something bc i think a 747 is smashable for different reasons to a cessna 172

I feel so called out on the Autistic Aviation Disaster Special Interest thing 🤣🤣🤣

Also that Air New Zealand 901 flew into Mt Erebus, a Volcano ((also a Special Interest!!)) that was named after the HMS Erebus that was lost during the Franklin Expedition ((another Special Interest!!))

Oh and Flight 901 was a DC-10 😁😁😁
