Rapid Repair Operation Process Standard Of Rolling Mill Plate Workshop
1. Upper and lower support rolls, work roll liners and rack mating surface repair process.
The first step: processing of the top wire hole and injection hole In the new liner plate processing top wire holes and injection holes, the specification of the top wire holes is M12, the specification of the injection holes is M10 X 1, the number of 6-12, but also according to the number of bolts installed and fastened liner plate, the horizontal and vertical distance between the two top wire holes to maintain at 300mm appropriate, the horizontal and vertical distance between the injection holes to maintain within 200mm appropriate, the distribution range As shown in the figure. Step 3: Wipe the release agent and install the top wire The liner surface, liner fastening bolts and top wire thread surface are first cleaned with anhydrous ethanol (concentration 99.7%) and dried. Then a layer of SD7000 release agent is wiped on the surface and allowed to dry. The purpose of this is to prevent the liner and top wire from being bonded by the Sorey carbon nanopolymer material and to facilitate the removal and replacement of the liner. Finally, the top wire is installed onto the liner as shown in the figure. Step 4: Position and install the liner The liner is mounted to the frame and the two symmetrical liner plates on frame A and B get positioned simultaneously. This process requires precise measurement with laser distance setting instrument to ensure the accuracy of liner installation.
Step 5: Injection of carbon nanopolymer material through the top wire hole The gap between the edge of the liner and the frame is first sealed with carbon nanopolymer material to prevent material spillage during the injection process, and air venting holes are reserved at reasonable locations. The blended material is injected into the gap between the liner and the frame through the injection tool until the material spills out of the venting holes. Step 6: Cure the material, verify the size, and tighten the liner fixing bolts 2. Anvil and frame mating surface wear repair process. The first step: surface treatment (1) surface baking oil: the use of oxygen acetylene rack to be repaired surface oil, moisture baked clean. (2) surface grinding or sandblasting treatment. (3) Surface cleaning.
Step 2: Welding top wire As shown in the figure, weld the top wire on the edge of the anvil, the number should not be less than 4, and the specification of the top wire is larger than M12. Step 3: Blend and apply Solay carbon nanopolymer material (1) Calculate the volume of blended material required according to the wear depth and wear area, and then blend strictly according to the proportion, blending uniformly without color difference. (2) Clean the surface of the anvil iron with anhydrous ethanol and dry it. (3) Wipe a layer of release agent on the surface of the anvil and dry it. (4) Apply the blended material evenly to the surface to be repaired, apply evenly, the thickness size is larger than the depth size of the wear, and make the material fully combined with the metal surface during the application process. Step 4: Install and adjust the anvil Adjust the top wire and anvil fastening bolts, install the anvil, and reach the required position tolerance range value. Step 5: Material curing Above 20℃, keep the material curing naturally for 12 hours (or heating to 60℃ for 2 hours), then remove the top wire and tighten the anvil fixing bolt again to complete the repair.
