I am so so glad @storyofmychoices accidentally talked me into reading The Deadliest Game!! This is easilyyy the most fun I've had reading a Choices book in the longest time 🥰✨✨✨

Might not feel good still (nausea, achey) but I am out to early vote.

...for every nonbinary character who is reduced to their special innate ability to control life by the organization they have been part of since their inception, who lives in contrast with said org's cold and methodical nature by being relatively kind and stubborn with the way that they are dehumanized affecting the way said stubbornness manifests, and who is haunted by a forgotten someone (whether themself or others) that is involved in their primary directive that i have fallen in love with, i'd have two nickels. which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice!
