literally just doing the movie with makeup, bodysuits, and big hair like they did onstage would be a killer movie that would look fantastic. also are m they cat sized or people sized? why is the furniture MASSIVE but meanwhile there’s a “milk bar”? W

I believe they’re cat sized cat people. So everything is HUGE. But they have their own kind of cat sized society? It’s weird. It’s odd. Instead of anthropomorphizing the cats they went more literal in the human aspects. ie: faces, bodies, life style. I think they should have gone more cat than human like Aristocats and The Cat Returns. Make the cats cg like Puss In Boots. I  bet the literal thought going through the creator’s mind was: ‘we can’t make a make a movie about sexy cats, people will think we’re furries!’. So now we’re stuck with these uncanny valley sphinx abominations.
