Everyone has a different journey. We may not like how some people choose to live, but exploring their natal chart can often give insight into what the soul is trying to achieve in this life, beyond our expectations.
The house placement will give us even more details about the focus in this life. For Rahu in the houses, in addition to reading the zodiac sign the Node is in, also read the corresponding house.
Rahu in Aries or 1st House- In the last life, the native mastered relationships (Libra) and was likely focused on keeping the peace, balance and harmony, even to the point of being too agreeable and neglecting the needs of self. Perhaps there was much sacrifice for others, and it was never appreciated. In the beginning of this life, the native may be born into a family that adheres to social norms, so the native learns to be agreeable per said norms, never acknowledging or considering their own desires. In this life, the native is meant to chart their own course, be assertive and independent. A common theme with this placement is a tendency to become co-dependent with others and easily become the extension of a group or partnership. Rahu in Aries will be confronted with this tendency by experiencing people (friends, social groups and network circles), even family members who reject them. Whenever they try to work in partnership or even in marriage, the native may realize that the other parties are not considering the native and the native’s needs. The underlying reason for these situations occurs to push the native in the direction of Aries. The native is here to learn to rely on their own advice, be independent and perhaps become a pioneer in the house where Rahu sits.
Rahu in Libra or 7th House- The exact opposite of Aries, in that in the last life, the native focused entirely on themselves (Aries) and the objective was to achieve success with their own efforts. In this life, the native is likely born into a family where they are encouraged to be themselves and respected for doing so, however there may be a point where the native realizes that anything they wish to achieve in life seems to come to them ONLY when working with others. In the beginning of life, the native may struggle with relationships- people may call them selfish and egotistical. That is because the native is coming from a life where they needed to focus on self and being independent. Now, the native will likely seek identification of the self through other people. Depending on the Lunar Mansion placement, this may result in affairs or constantly going from relationship to relationship in a variety of ways (love life, business partnerships, etc.) Regardless of the tendency, the native needs to learn how to focus on the other person and that person’s needs to earn trust and build a lasting relationship. They will likely struggle with this, as the comfort zone is in thinking solely of the self. Learning to compromise and consider others will be a major theme.
Rahu in Taurus or 2nd House- This position is opposite to the original 8th house, also known as Scorpio. In the past life, the native indulged in deep transformations, hidden side of life (or occult) and benefited from investigative studies and research and perhaps joint assets from in-laws. In this life the goal is to experience wealth, asset accumulation, stability and perhaps the sensual side of life and materialism based on hard work and their own efforts. Rahu has an airy nature, so most astrologers believe Rahu does the best in earth signs like Taurus and Virgo. The earth signs offer a place to keep the energy grounded, that is if the native can learn to harness the energy of the sign and create that balance. The native may choose to keep their wealth and values secret due to past experiences with others. Rahu in Taurus tends to make the native feel ostracized by the family. Scorpio can sting its perceived enemies and this behavior from the family and others will likely force the native to come into their own and push them to build wealth and create an identity on their own. In the first half of life, the native may have self-destructive tendencies when it comes to handling money and relations, resulting in drug experimentation or clandestine affairs. Scorpio is a very powerful energy, but the native has already mastered this side of existence and is here to create their own values, and in a practical manner, experience the material world, pleasure and learning wealth accumulation. This native may bring past life experiences of domination and control over others to help achieve his or her means.
Rahu in Scorpio or 8th House- The native in the past life came from a more grounded, methodical way of experiencing wealth and even likely enjoyed a sensual existence, and yet, this time around the native is looking to explore the inner depths of the soul and to perhaps awaken the kundalini energy within. Scorpio is the point where the soul is embarking on transcending the material world. But is the native ready? They might be accustomed to being more logical and in a prior life they were likely stubborn with wealth, assets and their values. Perhaps this person was born into a family with such restrictions and norms. The native likely feels an expectation from society or the family to be a certain way in terms of moral values and handling money. The native needs to express their sexual nature and face their inner demons, yet this may create a problem as exploring themselves in this way will likely be uncomfortable for the individual. Scorpio is deep transformative waters, so the native may oscillate between obsession, possession and dissatisfaction in the area of love and commitment. Masturbation or even pornography in secret will likely help the native open up to exploring this shadow side of themselves and they may even explore through many affairs. At some point, the native may spiral into alcohol or drugs to cope with the dystopia or the cognitive dissonance within, however, the goal is to channel the sexual energy and need to control in a manner that serves the higher good to awaken the divine within.
Rahu in Gemini or 3rd House- This native likely comes from a past life that was about high morals and religious principles, dharma and seeing the bigger picture, so in this life this might have brought them into a family that was attached to dogma or strict doctrine and ways of seeing the world. If not super religious, perhaps the family is simply about larger causes that perhaps inspired the native to think about morals and values, neglecting to consider their own thoughts and self-expression, because the family kept the native focused on their duty. The native likely moved to a far away place with the parents or the parents moved from somewhere else where the native had to assimilate into a new place and/or culture. The goal here with Rahu is to be inquisitive and question everything or even venture out from the family’s shadow and communicate their needs beyond the higher good or dharmic path that the native felt compelled to follow through the family or parents. The native may come across as adventurous and judgmental to others. A difficult relationship with the father or an absent father could lead the native to question their beliefs. Gemini is about duality so this also may lead the native to explore and communicate what is outside of the high morals and values they were raised with via education, relationships, love affairs and culture to come to a new realization about their own values and identity.
Rahu in Sagittarius or 9th House- In reverse to Gemini, this native may have had a difficult relationship with the siblings in a past life. If not due to the interactions with the siblings, it could be the native feels they were treated differently or loved less by the parents in this life. The native may have been ridiculed or felt different or unique with neighbors or family growing up and, finally, at a certain point in life, Rahu leads the native to chart their own path in terms of their beliefs and higher calling. This may be a very different path and belief system from the family, especially the father. This position could lead to manipulation of others in the realm of spirituality and religion. The native will use its past ability to sway others through expression and communication that will convince people of their position concerning morals and dogma, which is often created due to resentment of past experiences with religion, family or community that made the native feel ostracized. Rahu in Sagittarius or the 9th House can lead to innovation and highly advanced methods to view society and inventions that help that world, but it is also the placement of many cult leaders.
Rahu in Cancer or 4th House- In a past life, the native did very well with responsibility and this likely will manifest as one who is taking on responsibilities at a young age. It is likely that they were very dedicated to hard work and taking care of people to experience personal gain or recognition, almost as if they treat it all like a career or the workplace, since it was in career and public image that they have already mastered in the past life since Rahu is now in Cancer. They likely did not receive emotional love and support from the mother or the family, so how does one learn to balance emotions in this life? This makes their journey complicated as Rahu can create illusion and unrationalized fear on the Moon, which rules Cancer. The Moon represents the Mind and the Mother. This life is about seeking comfort, happiness, and peace of mind. The native has to learn to acknowledge emotions and then to balance them. The native might experience a family in this life that is all about work and personal achievements. The South Node in Capricorn (the opposing sign) here will create emotional instability in life as the native seeks to stay comfortably in this mode, creating disturbance within the mind and emotional state. The native, therefore will need to seek spirituality or ways to balance emotions that are different from the achieve at all costs mindset they were likely raised with. These natives also have to learn to enjoy life and the fruits of their labor. Learning to take a vacation or to find time to relax and be home will often be the lesson they learn.
Rahu in Capricorn or 10th House- In reverse to Cancer, these natives were likely raised in comfort or perhaps had a close or complicated relationship with the mother. They were also likely people pleasers and did most things the mother thought would be best growing up. In the past life and at the beginning of this life, they were likely very nurturing, caring and loving, also sensing the needs of the family and at times, neglecting their own needs. This might make the native very intuitive and able to sense the feelings and motives of others in relationships and their surroundings. In this life, Rahu is leading the native to focus on their own needs and to get recognition for their deeds and contributions through work and career. Rahu will pull the native towards manifestation and achieving success and wealth, luring them away from complacency and complicated family dynamics at home and their own emotions. The key with this position becomes focusing on achieving goals and utilizing the gift of intuition in the workplace and career, not expecting people to have the care and concern that the native does.
Rahu in Leo or 5th House- In the past life, you were extremely committed to your friends, social networks, masses of people and social groups. Perhaps your efforts were not appreciated, and you maneuvered in ways to please the masses and others by making sure you were politically correct in order to be liked or accepted by others. You likely had great ideas that helped others greatly. You also likely experienced abundance from networking and your connections. Being placed in Leo, Rahu seeks to find identity and fulfillment through romance and progeny (children). In this life, it is about embracing your own identity, creative pursuits and standing in your own power through leadership, political interests, business or by focusing on education and building wealth in your own unconventional way- this might lead to an interest in speculative gains through stock trading and risky investments. You were likely concerned about higher causes and everyone else in your last life so this will likely manifest in this life as a childhood full of non-accepting or awkward friendships where you are made fun of and ridiculed for being different. Rahu has a complicated relationship with the Sun so this might manifest as an issue with the father or even children and romantic partners. Not feeling accepted within the family or perhaps experiencing aloof parents or friendships where attention is limited leads you to try again with your love life and to get on with your own immediate family (i.e. children) and business/creative pursuits.
Rahu in Aquarius or 11th House- As Leo’s opposite, in the past life, you were the center of attention and the leader in most situations. You likely mastered raising children and expressing yourself through politics, career and in your love life to some degree. However, disapproval of your quirkiness and ideas by family, lovers and father in this life, may lead you towards Rahu where you are inexperienced. In the last life, you were a wizard in business or generating wealth and learning on your own efforts. In this life, you need to convince others to accept your ideas and learn the art of networking and connecting with other people, releasing your ego in order to serve the masses and your social networks. These people were likely used to being the center of attention or even the only child when they were growing up, so sharing the spotlight with others might pose as a challenge in the first half of life. They are excellent teachers and extremely knowledgeable. Rahu representing what is foreign or different will likely try to use this knowledge of the past in an unconventional way to bring a more “New Age” philosophy or invention to the world.
Rahu in Virgo or 6th House- Virgo being the natural 6th house of debts, disease, enemies and obstacles means that this native is here to embrace and learn a more practical approach to life. You may be raised in a more free-spirited and spiritual environment where you are loved and embraced as you are at home. These natives in a past life have already experienced spiritual experiences and merging with the subconscious so they may enjoy solitude and living in their own ideal imagination and reality. They likely grew up exploring the secrets of the hidden side of life and the universe or even traveled to faraway places with parents or family live or to explore divinity. Idealism is the struggle of these natives. Bringing that to partnerships, marriage and the workplace may be the cause of problems in their life. Learning to work hard and experience competition and criticism in the workforce as well as obstacles in health and debt is what the goal is in this life. This is considered one of the best placements for the North Node. The native needs to learn to bring their past life ability to connect to the Source through calming techniques like meditation or yoga to find the balance in their relationships and professional life. This may lead to using intuitive abilities or unconventional healing methods to help serve in healthcare, or work with animals or the underprivileged.
Rahu in Pisces or 12th House- In reverse of Virgo, this native is likely born in a very technical and highly educated family and community. Perhaps you were the person born in the family of doctors or healthcare providers, and yet, your family cannot understand your obsession with spirituality or foreign places and isolation. Rahu is not exactly comfortable in the deep shallow waters of Pisces so these natives will likely struggle with being overly critical of themselves due to past wounds from loved ones or an obsession with their health and routine. The first half of life might bring a lot of challenges in the practical or material world but having the North Node in Pisces means that Ketu, the South Node will likely bring dissatisfaction with the material, eventually making one turn to solitude and spirituality. This could manifest as an interest in expressing one’s subconscious through creative pursuits like being a magician, practicing tarot or other forms of spirituality or even lead to alcoholic and drug abuse to cope with the unexplainable experiences in the spiritual realms or dreams.
Namaste…

A quick info(?) to understand dynamics:
Venus, Jupiter and Sun are abundant and giving.
The rest of the planets are receptive in one way or another.
Saturn receives and limits/crystalizes
Mercury receives and manipulates
Ketu receives and absorbs completely
Rahu receives and projects outwardly
Moon receives gives back the smoothed mixture of what it recieved
Mars receives and builds/protects.
Out of these, Mars and Rahu look active, but they are not energetically abundant. Mars can sometimes be tho, depending on how much of the energy is left in them, but it's still not giving, it's protective.
The three giving plantes do not give in the same way either.
Venus only gives to whom and what it considers worthy but then, when it chooses, it gives its all.
Jupiter gives to everyone and everything, especially to those who it thinks need it most.
The Sun does not give out of love or dependency per se, but it's natural for it to spread its influence, like the Sun can't help but shine its rays on everyone and everything, without encouraging exchnage(like with Venus) or dependancy(Jupiter).

North Node (Rahu) & South Node (Ketu)
Hello guys! Nice to see you again. This post is going to be all about North Node (Rahu) and South Node (Ketu). I'm about to describe the meaning of the Nodes from both traditional tropical/Hellenistic astrology and from sidereal/Vedic astrology. You're going to learn what the Nodes mean, where the meaning came from and how to interpret them in your birth chart. So, without further delay, let's get straight into the topic!
Before I actually get into this topic, I just want to clarify something. You've probably heard that the North Node in astrology represents our life path, purpose, mission and what we are supposed to do, while South Node in astrology represents our past life, karma from our past life and what we should let go of. That's not what they are about and it's a common misconception about astrology. This meaning comes from modern tropical astrology, which tells us more about our personality and individual life purpose. I already said a lot of times about the misconceptions from modern astrology, so I won't repeat myself over and over again.
The Nodes are actually about imbalances in our life. In traditional tropical/Hellenistic astrology, the North Node represents the area of our life which increases in our life, while the South Node represents the area of our life which decreases in our life, for better or for worse. North Node also represents the area where there's too much going on in our life, while South Node represents the area where there's lack of something. I used to think that we need to balance the energies of North Node and South Node, but I've realized afterwards that this is likely impossible. Like I said, the Nodes actually describe the imbalances in our life. The meanings of the Nodes in Hellenistic astrology came from astronomy, by the way.
In sidereal/Vedic astrology, the Nodes have a way more different meanings, which came from mythology, by the way. In Vedic astrology, North Node is called Rahu and South Node is called Ketu. Rahu (North Node) is a head without a body which represents attachment, material world, our desires we want to achieve so bad and the area of our life where we're never satisfied about and which we want more and more. On the other hand, Ketu (South Node) is a body without a head which represents detachment, spirituality, the area of our life where we detach from and which we don't care that much about.
The best way to interpret the Nodes is to look at the house they sit. So, here's what the Nodes mean in houses. Keep in mind that I use Whole Sign system to interpret the houses in astrology.
1st house NN (Rahu) / 7th house SN (Ketu):
The 1st house represents you, self, your personality and who you are, while the 7th house represents other people around you and your partner. Having the North Node (Rahu) in the 1st house could mean that there's a strong focus on you and your independence in your life. You might favor yourself over the other people. The South Node (Ketu) in your 7th house might indicate that the other people in your life might not play an important role in your life. You may detach from the people around you as well. And this can be good if you don't have a need to change everything or if you want independence in your life. However, if you've been single for years and want to get in the romantic relationship, then that's the problem.
2nd house NN (Rahu) / 8th house SN (Ketu):
These are both houses of ownership. The 2nd house represents something that you own, while the 8th house represents something that other people around you own. It's mostly about money and financial matters when it comes to these two houses. The North Node (Rahu) in your 2nd house may indicate your own money and resources increase in your life, while the South Node (Ketu) in the 8th house might indicate that other people's money, resources and debt decrease in your life, which is a good thing. Having more your own money and less debt is always a good thing, so you don't need to change anything about that.
3rd house NN (Rahu) / 9th house SN (Ketu):
The 3rd house represents your siblings, your best friend (BFF) and seeking spirituality within yourself, while the 9th house represents voyages, religion, wisdom, education and seeking spirituality beyond yourself. The North Node (Rahu) in the 3rd house indicates that you might have a strong inclination towards spirituality which is unfamiliar to many people, such as witchcraft, Tarot, Wicca, palm readings etc. This placement can also tell that your siblings might play an important role in your life. The South Node (Ketu) in the 9th house indicates that you might not be into higher education, religion (such as Christianity, Islam, Buddhism etc.) and you may not tolerate other people's opinions. You might not have a tendency to look outside for the answers because you might think that every answer is within yourself.
4th house NN (Rahu) / 10th house SN (Ketu):
The 4th house represents your home, private life, parents and comfort, while the 10th house represents your career, professional life, reputation and public image. Traditionally, the 4th house represents your father, while the 10th house represents your mother. The North Node (Rahu) in the 4th house signifies that you might focus more on creating your own family than your career and making a name for yourself. You might not care what other people think about you, but you might care what people close to you think about you. The South Node (Ketu) in the 10th house signifies that you're not interested for your career path and in creating your public image. When it comes to your parents, with this placement, you might spend more time with your father, while your relationships with your mother might be more detached.
5th house NN (Rahu) / 11th house SN (Ketu):
The 5th house represents good fortune, good things that happen in your life and everything that improves your well being, such as wealth, children and well environment. Having the North Node (Rahu) in the 5th house means that you might be someone whose focus is on creating some kind of wealth in your life. You might aggressively gravitate a path of having a huge amount of money or you might be very focused on everything that improves your health. Children may also play a significant role in your life. The 11th house represents good spirit and the the area of our life which improves our mind, such as friends, community, gains etc. With the South Node (Ketu) in the 11th house, that area of your life may not be strong in your life, which means that you don't have any friends. This might be the problem if you feel lonely and you want to make some friends.
6th house NN (Rahu) / 12th house SN (Ketu):
Both of these house are about afflictions. The 6th house represents everything that afflicts your body and well being, such as physical disease and slavery. If you have the North Node (Rahu) in the 6th house, the things that might play a huge role in your life are physical diseases and doing something in your life you possibly don't want to do. The 12th house represents everything that afflicts your mind, such as depression, isolation, loneliness and other mental health issues. Having the South Node (Ketu) in the 12th house could mean that the mental health issues might not be that much significant and you might not struggle that much with mental issues, which might be a good thing. However, you may struggle more with physical diseases in your life.
7th house NN (Rahu) / 1st house SN (Ketu):
Like I previously said, the 7th house represents other people around you, while the 1st house represents yourself, your personality and everything about you. With the North Node (Rahu) in the 7th house, other people around you might play a huge role in your life. You might always be with someone, whether it's your partner, friend or someone else. With the South Node (Ketu) in the 1st house, you might neglect yourself in general. Building your independence up is not something you strive for. If you feel more comfortable with the people around you than being on your own, that's a good thing. However, if you want to become more independent in your life, then that could be problem.
8th house NN (Rahu) / 2nd house SN (Ketu):
Again, as I mentioned before, the 8th house represents other people's money, their resources, inheritance, and something that other people around you own. Having the North Node (Rahu) in the 8th house could indicate that debts and loans might be increased in your life. Other people might help you financially, which might be a good thing. There's also a possibility for you to inherit someone else's money, especially after the death of that person. On the other hand, the 2nd house represents your money, your resources and something that you own. With the South Node (Ketu) in the 2nd house, you might feel that your own money and resources are limited, which might be the problem if you want to make your own money for yourself.
9th house NN (Rahu) / 3rd house SN (Ketu):
These two houses have several meanings, but I'm going to use them as the houses of spirituality. The 9th house represents seeking spirituality beyond yourself, while the 3rd house represents seeking spirituality within yourself. The North Node (Rahu) in your 9th house can mean that you might actively seek answers outside of you. You tend to be philosophical with this placement. Higher education and religion, whether it's Christianity, Islam or Judaism, might play a significant role in your life. This placement could make someone a religious fanatic too. The South Node (Ketu) in the 3rd house means that you might not search for inner truth, as much as you might search for universal truth. Relationship with your siblings might be neglected too or you might not have any siblings with this placement.
10th house NN (Rahu) / 4th house SN (Ketu):
The 10th house represents your career, professional life, reputation and your mother, while the 4th house represents your home, private life and parents, but specifically your father. Having the North Node (Rahu) in the 10th house can indicate that you might actively gravitate towards building your career path and making a name for yourself. Reputation and how other people see you might be very important to you. Having the South Node (Ketu) in your 4th house could signify that your relationships with your parents and the people close to you might be detached. You might not have a clear sense of home and comfort or family may not be very important to you. You may likely spend more time with your mother than with your father.
11th house NN (Rahu) / 5th house SN (Ketu):
Both of these houses are about the privileges and advantages in our life. The 11th house represents good spirit and everything that improves your mind, such as friends, community and gains. If you have the North Node (Rahu) in the 11th house, that likely means you may have a social life. You might have the people around you who will likely support your goals because they wanna see you succeed. On the other hand, the 5th house represents good fortune and everything that improves our well being, such as good health, children and wealth. Having the South Node (Ketu) in the 5th house could mean that the area of your life, such as children or wealth, might not be important in your life or these things may not make you happy. You might not have the children or you might not care that much about your health in this lifetime of yours.
12th house NN (Rahu) / 6th house SN (Ketu):
The 12th house represents everything that threatens your mind, such as depression, isolation and other mental health issues. With the North Node (Rahu) in the 12th house, depression and some mental health issues might increase in your life. You might feel that you're constantly isolated, struggling to find friends or any kind of community. The 6th house represents everything that threatens your well being and your health, such as physical diseases, injuries or car accident. With the South Node (Ketu) in the 6th house, I can tell that you might not struggle that much with physical diseases and injuries as much as you might struggle more with mental health issues in your life.
That would be everything for this post! This observation might be one of the longest ones of mine, but I really wanted to share interpretation of the Nodes for every house. Mind you that I use the Whole Sign system for houses again. I don't use Placidus at all. Comment what you think about this. Do you resonate with these interpretations? Maybe these placements of the Nodes are not active right now in your chart. You might experience the events of your natal Nodes every 9 years when there's an Eclipse or every 12 years when there's a profection year. I don't know. Nevermind, I hope you enjoyed while reading this observation. Thanks so much for your attention and support, I really appreciate that. Bye and see you next time!
Best regards,
Paky McGee

mercury square the nodes
kind of like a mini mercury retrograde but without so many mis-sent texts. stuff like that happens to bring you back on track with your fate/destiny/wyrd, but not just to make trouble, over the next couple of days. it's more about people from the past becoming part of your future, or meeting people who you will have beside you for the rest of your life.

One thing the North Node in Aries and South Node in Libra has been getting me to see is “boundaries” aren’t really about how many people you can shut out, or how quick you can be to shut someone out at the first sign that they could maybe be problematic. I’ve lost out on many opportunities to learn from people and to receive love or support, doing this in my past.
No, healthy boundaries are something you have to be willing to work on within relating. By all means, if someone clearly purposely screws you over, turn your back on them and never look back. But if you’ve been taken advantage of a lot in the past, you might be prone to seeing potential toxicity someone will bring into your world, where it doesn’t actually exist.
I’ve learned that pushing away people before even actually learning what they’re about is not a flex. Also I’m no longer worried about being open to someone who turns out to have tendencies I can’t be around. Because I’m now confident that I can utilize boundaries other than just never letting anyone into my world in the first place. (And I had to be willing to be open to interacting with more people again to even be able to practice this.)
What a lesson truly synthesizing Aries and Libra. My boundaries these days are starting to feel so much more productive for me and I’m grateful. 🙏

Capricorn north node & Cancer south node analysis:
Your destiny point: independence, happiness, growing into responsibility and authority, leaving a legacy in your work. Learning to trust yourself and embrace your ambitions. Be unapologetic, the family doesn’t own you anymore.
What you have to overcome: feeling an extreme lack of safety. Nobody saves you except you. Authority issues
Childhood: ** trigger warning, talk of emotional abuse
Individuals with this placement didn’t have a positive family experience as a child. One or both parents were often very emotionally and mentally abusive, forcing these individuals to always be in a state of “reading the room” for hints of unpleasant emotions because the family was so volatile. In addition, this placement is rebellious and often times they are THE MOST rebellious when everything is fine in their life and they are feeling safe. It really is behavior that was engrained in childhood. It’s very hard for these individuals to understand that things can be fine and safe and not feel like the floor could fall out at any minute. As a child, they probably felt a tad bit uncomfortable with feelings of security, happiness, and joy because as quickly as those wonderful feelings happened, they were quickly destroyed by an abusive family member.
<tarot observation> pulling The Moon in a “fears” placement of a spread
May have also struggled going to school because school was full of strangers and the individual couldn’t read their surroundings often thinking the worst before school. May have also been bullied because of issues with the family (strict, overtly religious, not religious, black sheep family.) the home environment is definitely a dichotomy, because they hate to be there but don’t want to leave.
When getting in trouble, this placement will over explain their side because in the childhood home, mistakes had to be so justified and reasoned to survive.
In the song, “Living the Dream” Sturgill Simpson sings, “Living the dream makes a man want to scream” reminding me of this placement. Also, Big K.R.I.T’s song “Mixed Messages”
May have an angel like appearance. People tend to fight over this child.
Adult:
Despite a tough childhood, this placement is actually very ambitious and successful and will work tirelessly to build a home full of safety and comforts, but it’s a double edged sword because when it’s too quiet or too happy, individuals will replay their parents, feeling a need to disrupt the peace and change something or leave causing emotional abuse to those around them. Individuals with this placement need to learn they don’t have to leave and they don’t always have to feel included. They can literally just be. a. person.
They often struggle with emotional identification and may borrow emotions from others, may even have imaginary friends as a child and into adulthood, because they would rather be together in a sad emotion than alone in one. This is why it’s so hard to stay peaceful with this placement because the cancer south node fills this individual with insecurity. It’s almost like with this placement safety doesn’t exist or felt rarely…. So why not act out?? Developing a strong sense of self will help this placement. Self discipline and self discovery needs to be learned.
Very gangster like qualities to this placement. This placement is probably a talented artist, writer, actor, executive, manager, politician, lawyer, professor, or in law enforcement.
***women with this placement may experience issues with male control from childhood into adulthood.
How to overcome:
Self actualization is key. A stable sense of self. Let the abusive family go. Cut contact. Know that the family can’t save you. Quit being pessimistic. Observe needed moments for a rebellious approach. Believe in a moral code that guides them in a good direction. This placement needs to let go of the pain and welcome the happiness that is available to them as long as they can stay away from the pitfalls of childhood and a rough start into adulthood. RECEIVE LOVE. Also, needs to stop being so critical of themselves and over explaining when they have messed up. Forgive oneself. Individuals need to understand that they are included within oneself and they belong to themselves. You are your own authority and you’re not always responsible for how someone feels. &&&& use the intuition required for survival in childhood as a strength in adulthood.
Also, know that there is room for you too ❤️

The Difference Between Rahu and Ketu lies in the Element of Fear.
Ketu is fearless. Its wisdom lies in minimalism, and knowledge that this Universe relies on patterns and thus you will never lack anything forever. As a result, there is no fear of loss in that area, through subconscious awareness that areas of Ketu house will certainly manifest again even after heavy losses. As a result, because of such an open energetic flow, manifestations occur even more easily.
Rahu is fearful. Rahu is where we gorge, because we act as if every second could be our last. Rahu has a "do or die" mentality, pursuing its desire in intensity having root in anxiety. However, a refined Rahu has and advantage of complexity and finesse of form, when it turns anxiety into responsibility. A matured Rahu replaced fear with preparation, knowing how to provide oneself with what one desires through either creating the thing itself or opportunities for it.

Without going into a lot of complicated explanation - maybe when my migrainey head stops imploding, I can tackle it - today the “true” Lunar Nodes move from the Aries/Libra axis, to the Pisces/Virgo one.
However, the “mean” Lunar Nodes (“mean” as in “averaged”) don’t do this until January 28. I’ve found that the mean Nodes tend to be much more descriptive and accurate in interpretation, so I always use them.
To get us thinking about the impact of this shift - consider the condition of your natal Jupiter, the traditional ruler of Pisces. (He’s much easier to relate to than Neptune, and usually has much more of a personal, noticeable impact than Neptune.) Your natal Jupiter shows where this Nodal shift is liable to have the most profound impact, if we act on it. (Nodes being, in Steven Forrest’s term, suggestions. The Node is the overall vibe, the planet is you acting it out.)
Similarly, look at Mercury’s position in your natal chart (and maybe Ceres’ too) for the flip side, ie the specific-to-you manifestation of the outgrown Virgo energies.
Love you all, and thanks for your patience as I attempt to sort myself out!! ❤️💐⭐️☮️

The Nodes Transiting Over Natal Planets
Rahu over your Sun- This can aggravate your perception of yourself or your self-image. You may feel a disconnect from your soul in this transit. Rahu becomes whatever planet he joins so this will likely make a person very prominent in society so success, status or fame may come to a person during this time. The flip side is perhaps there will be a tendency towards selfishness, over ambition and stubbornness with one’s ideas. Rahu represents foreigners so one should be mindful of those who come into their lives as this combination could also bring scandal or problems with one’s public image. Rahu here may create issues with the father or father’s family. Issues may arise that the native wishes to suppress or avoid altogether.
Ketu over your Sun- This may make a native feel like they are having an identity crisis, especially when one was very much tied to who they were in society or in the world prior to the transit occurring. This could bring a blow to one’s reputation or issues with one’s father in the form of rejection or misunderstanding of the native and the native’s life path or goals. The key here is to release attachment to how others perceive you and whatever position or ounce of respect that one thought was needed. Ketu can be a great source of spiritual growth if one releases attachment to such ideas of self-image.
Rahu over your Moon- This can be a time where fear and anxiety is more prominent. It can also create issues with the mother, or one may find that the mother is comforting and provides great advice. What one believes about what the mother says, be it good or bad, can be compromised. This might create an issue with women in your life in general. Irrational fear and worries about the past can lead to addiction to self sooth here. Emotional turmoil can happen, so developing a life of devotion and sadhana can make a difference in one’s life helping a person to stay present and more grounded during this transit.
Ketu over your Moon- Ketu can help a native begin to gain insight into the past during this time and help one understand some of the issues that have been brought into this life. Issues with maternal relations as well as maternal lineage or other emotional struggles may be felt and dealt with here more prominently. There can be intense psychic powers or abilities during this time as well. On the flipside, with constant focus on the past can bring delusion, fear and a tendency toward suicide or self-inflicted harm or abuse. The key will be to give over to a life of meditation, devotion and creativity to help channel one’s emotions and psychic powers. Allowing oneself to heal from the past is helpful, but also releasing the past, taking only its wisdom, helping one to live in the present likely must be done to obtain serenity and inner peace.
Rahu over your Mars- This transit can make a person very confident and more willing to take risks than usual. This may make a person very much concerned with externalizing courage and suppressing inner fears. Mars getting Rahu’s boost will become more adventurous, creating a great athlete or giving someone the extra confidence needed for career achievement or spiritual evolution. This combination can make a person more sensitive to cuts, bruises or even accidents and your temper might seem more volatile. Some people might even feel more violent. The house the transit is happening will give more insight into the possibilities.
Ketu over your Mars- This might create issues with anger and problems with the men in your life. In Nadi Astrology, Mars is the husband, but in traditional Vedic Astrology, Mars is brothers, and it could be male friends or colleagues. This will highlight unresolved anger, courage or tendencies toward violence. Like the North Node with Mars, it can bring strength to help one achieve great things in career or spiritual development from the purest of places. Insight into these male relationships could become a theme. Patience and a lot of self-reflection can go a long way to help understand the subtle nature behind what Ketu is trying to reveal.
Rahu over your Mercury- This can bring innovation and a powerful boost to one’s intelligence. One may feel their mind sharpens and communication as well as hidden knowledge can be more attainable during this time. The flip side of this transit is that there can also bring some mental confusion or thinking that can be compromised, as the tendency to use one’s abilities for personal gain without concern for the consequences for others might become an issue. Though externally people may perceive you to be charming, smart and understanding, you may have the tendency to exaggerate or be completely dishonest.
Ketu over your Mercury- This can give a boost to abstract thinkers, though day to day intellect and practical ability of Mercury may have the tendency to feel cloudy or foggy for some people during this time. This will be a great time to connect to one’s intuition and psychic powers of creativity to engage in sharing knowledge, wisdom or writing for the benefit of others. One may have to face some issues with siblings or childhood in general during this time. The key will be to use one’s talents and abilities that come for good as any leaning towards the dual nature of Mercury towards deception or underhandedness in how we communicate or deal with others can bring great consequences later.
Rahu over your Jupiter- This can bring cutting edge ideas for one’s industry as well as a revolutionary way of seeing life and traditions. This transit is about stretching beyond the parameters or boxes that a native has been in. Jupiter brings expansion and beneficence, and Rahu will explode these qualities. The guru, Jupiter, tends to bring balance to the nodes. This will likely increase one’s desire to attain the highest of knowledge and wisdom concerning the house placement during this transit. Because Rahu represents what is foreign this may bring an interest in religion, industries, knowledge and the like that are outside of what one was raised with or that one is currently working on. Wealth is likely here as Jupiter is the significator of wealth and Rahu inflates that here, but of course, this should not be confused with happiness. Whether one will feel happy with this wealth can be seen from other aspects of the chart or transit. This might bring foreign love interests to a native as well, especially for a native seeking a husband, as many Astrologers believe Jupiter is the husband in a chart.
Ketu over your Jupiter- Ketu here might have the tendency to cut the expansive nature of Jupiter, bringing issues to the surface with one’s children and relationships, religion or spiritual path. It could bring separation from children or the eldest child. This might bring a spouse that is not socially acceptable, that is not disciplined or perhaps concerned with doing what is “right” in terms of their life path. In your eyes it could mean someone who does not respect your knowledge, wisdom or religious views. At the same time, this could bring much understanding of your children and relationships on a deeper unseen level that can help your personal and soul growth. This may bring an interest in other kinds of philosophy, religions or spiritual practices outside of your own.
Rahu over your Venus- This can bring many relationships into a native’s life. It can be relationships in terms of business, friends and love interests. Venus is often associated with the spouse, business, luxury, wealth and the arts. Rahu inflates such things, and some believe the purer qualities of Venus are obstructed through Rahu’s amplification. This brings an attraction to Venusian themes that are foreign to a native and because Rahu can create “impurity” this could bring relationships where people carry dark secrets or very worldly experiences that have made them more of a social outcast.
Ketu over your Venus- This might be a time when one feels rejection from marital or intimate relationships. If one experiences relationships, they may be looking to have them on a more distant or even spiritual level. It could bring detached partners or people with a lot of emotional or spiritual baggage. This could bring people into one’s life who are outside of their religion, caste or social group. One may be more prone to engaging in self-pleasure, pornography or even lesbian or gay relationships. In general, relationships and what one may feel they want out of them will likely be more unorthodox than prior desires or considered to be unusual by current society norms. There could be dissatisfaction or detachment from material pursuits or pleasures.
Rahu over your Saturn- Saturn might be the only planet Rahu fails to imitate, so amplifying Saturn here might bring fear and over cautious tendencies in a native experiencing this transit. This might bring a very real understanding of life and the world through limitations, and it might make a person feel detached from the world. This combination only hinders a native when there is constant action or reluctance to work with the restrictions that might appear in one’s life physically as well as on a psychological level. Patience and recognizing the blessing in Saturn’s guidance and teaching can bring immense spiritual growth to a native during this time.
Ketu over your Saturn- This can bring some karma that one may needs to work with, but initially one may have wanted to avoid. During this transit, one can develop an unorthodox ability to handle such issues since Ketu will bring detachment, while Saturn will highlight reality and the need to work with the circumstances. Sadhana, mediation and intuition can help one dance this battle like the art of war. Avoidance only will create struggle and issues for the native.

The Nodes are Shifting
What: North & South Nodes move into Pisces & Virgo
When: Jan. 11, 2025
Who’s Impacted: EVERYONE, but esp. Pisces, Virgo and the other Mutable Signs
Takeaway: with the North Node in Pisces and the South Node in Virgo, we're striving towards compassion and trusting the flow, while leaving behind inflexibility and excessive perfectionism. The rub? Not losing our critical thinking abilities to fantastical escapism.
youtube
Every 18-ish months, the Nodes shift into new zodiac signs. This is cosmic code for a brand-new collective focus. Come Jan. 11, the Nodes are shifting out of Aries & Libra, and into a more changeable, more fickle, and more chaotic storyline: the Pisces-Virgo axis. This new axis is about balancing surrender with order, intuition with logic, and chaos with structure. And let me tell you, it’s not gonna be boring.
For us personally, the North Node shows where we’re suddenly insatiably hungry for more—more growth, more experiences, more everything. (It’s called the “head of the dragon” for a reason. Dragons are always hungry.) Meanwhile, the South Node—the “tail of the dragon”—is sweeping away old habits, behaviors, and tendencies that no longer serve us. And because the Nodes operate as a pair, they’re always in opposition, which means they’re constantly reminding us: BALANCE is key. But balancing striving (I need this now!) with shedding (do I even need this anymore?)? That’s not exactly easy.
With dreamy, boundless Pisces leading the charge, the vibe is all about surrender—to the unknown, to your feelings (ugh), and to the chaos. (Because as much as I’m not fear-mongering here, I want to be honest: there WILL be chaos in 2025.) Meanwhile, Virgo, the ultimate perfectionist, is here to remind you that structure and precision aren’t entirely the enemy. But maybe too-high expectations, perfectionism, and self-doubt are.

Oh nothing, just thinking about the dragon symbolism tied to the nodal axis during the battle of Onigashima for like no reason.
Kaidou is hyper focused on strength, absolute domination and pushing towards the future. Similar to the North Node, the Dragon’s head.
Whereas Momonosuke, due to a a twist of fate/time travel. Stumbled onto the artificial devil fruit. Artificially made to mimic Kaidou’s strength.
Contrasting Kaidou’s confidence, Momo is timid. Having to constantly build up strength/courage by focusing on the bygone power of his lunar lineage. Like the South node, the dragon’s tail. Momonosuke is tied to the past.
Discussing the lunar nodes without mentioning the Sun or eclipses…feels incomplete. Conveniently, the solar themed MC is here too.
By the end of this battle Luffy’s devil fruit awakens. Connecting him to Joy boy and Nika, the Sun God. Eclipsing Kaidou’s strength.
When the Sun & Moon are eclipsed by the nodes of fate. They emerge from the belly of beast after a fierce struggle. Changed and (sometimes) more assured of their heroic journey.

Space Did Something Cool
youtube
So, not only are eclipses really cool, they also come up a lot in JttW adjacent Fandom, like LMK, for various reasons. One is because if Sun Wukong's non-cannonical children from the ancient fanfic that counts as literature, Journey to the South. They are Yuebei Xing (Lunar Apogee), Jidu (South/Descending Lunar Node), and Luohou (North/Ascending Lunar Node). I've known about these characters and these terms for a couple months, but I didn't quite grasp what things like the nodes were until I saw this. Red has a knack for explaining things, so I recommend giving this a watch if you're confused. Or if you aren't. Watch more of her content, is what I'm saying.

We have 3 planets in Scorpio rn (the Sun, Mercury, Mars) and I'm seeing way more graphic videos and somehow gruesome content about Gaza - imo it's not even a bad thing because you cannot comprehend how horrendous what's happening is without that and Zionists' lies are exposed.
Scorpio season is always about exposing more truth even if it's uncomfortable af, even if it's dark and raw and that's good that more and more people are realizing how what's happening in Palestine as a whole is far from normal - that's how you initiate actual changes.
Pluto squaring the Nodes for months (starting that intense journey back in march) and that aspect finally ending is also showing us all we have to do in order to not repeat the darkest times of history and how we can do better than that - we owe it to every oppressed group 🇵🇸❤️.
Also witnessing boycotts of major companies is very on brand for Scorpio energy (and it's nice to see the solidarity rn) : Scorpio won't ever support someone or something they hate, that is hurting their loved ones or that is evil generally speaking - and that's what the collective is experiencing rn.
Saturn is gonna station direct very soon (November, 4) and imo it could show even more mutual aid for palestinians, maybe actual international sanctions/that awaited cease-fire - just something actually working in order to save them and end that barbary we're witnessing.
