I wanted to do a little special review of my rewatch of the pilot since it is iconic:

Seeing Luna immediately shot me in the heart with nostalgia. She is my daughter <3

I remember the first time I watched this being intrigued by the opening scene in her room after she wakes up from her dream. Just the way it was filmed felt more like a movie, so I already could see this was going to be different than anything I ever saw on Disney Channel

Cancun views!! One thing about this pilot that sold me was the gorgeous establishing shots of Cancun and later Buenos Aires, they really captured the beautiful locations of the show, and having her skate around these places? simply iconic.

Foodger Wheels!! There's just something about Luna & Simón in their Foodger Wheel Uniforms that will always warm my heart

I absolutely love the first scene we get of Lumón - even thought I didn't ship them romantically, they were the reason I got hooked on the show so quickly. I just found them to be so adorable and I loved their friendship that was established

ÁMBAR!!!! She's just instantly serving girlboss (interesting parallels with Luna's first scene that I never noticed before. Monica being a loving mother but not understanding her daughter's "dreams" visions and Ámbar mimicking Sharon...hmm)

Matteo...ugh dodging Ámbar's calls, doing his weird break dance skating, I'm already disinterested lol

THE VALENTES <3 Oh how I've missed Miguel & Monica! Parents of the year. When they tell Luna they're a team <3

Rey! Seeing Rey now after having watched so much Violetta with the actor as Gregorio is just so wild to me HOW IS THIS THE SAME MAN!?

Rey's obvious dislike towards Ámbar is so funny. Nothing like an adult man's biggest enemy being the bratty teenager of the woman he works for

The Lutteo meeting is alright. They have their little bump and banter. One thing I do like is Luna is not at all impressed with him and always teases him

The "Chico Fresa" thing is one of the cuter things I like about Lutteo - she called him as she saw him so good for that

I think what aggravates me about Matteo is how much he doesn't care about Ámbar, like that's his girlfriend and he's just flirting with Luna and ignoring Ámbar but then tries to act all smooth with Ámbar too, maybe Ámbar isn't the nicest person, but what she expects from her boyfriend isn't so wildly out of the ordinary and he's annoying lol LIAR!:

SIMÓN MY BOY I love him so dearly. He's so good and pure and a wonderful friend. He's such a baby in these episodes too. His smile is just so soft and him spending the episode trying to write the song that Luna dreamed a melody of is so precious

TODO LO QUE QUIERO LO PODRAS ALCANZAR?? when he says it's "our song" like SHUTUP, the Lumon goodbye scene is so sweet and when he waves goodbye I'm sorry I just adore those two to pieces. FUN FACT: I had no idea he was a regular in the show when I first watched so I was freaking out I wouldn't see him again 😅

I would love to taste the lobster Monica made Sharon that caused her to hire her and set off the course of this entire series because like O_O

Luna is psychic. Why is everyone ignoring this???!!!!
