Don’t know what happened to me but I felt a burst of energy and I felt like taking a lil walk around the neighbourhood when I came back from work.

Got myself as a reward some foodie food :3

But I walked a lot and I feel energised and am back home and I even saw a movie set which was a pure coincidence bcs I almost walked on the movie set on the street while they were filming this idk documentary or old movie (???) not exactly sure but still funny.

I slept shit last night but despites that I pushed through (I know I know shouldn’t do that might cause crash later) and I had 40 calls today which was a bit too much for my own taste. Monday and Tuesday with only 25-30 calls it felt too nice lol.

Maybe , maybe if the pots meds work , I might be able to walk to and back to work which would help me a lot for my weight loss and for my all in all condition. I want to be able to walk again longer distances 🥹

Ok, so this morning I tried to feed my cat and as I squattet down to pet him while offering him his usual favourite, something in my lower back cracked and a shooting pain soared through me like lightening.

I felt like Aang from the Last Airbender who got hit against that bolder that punctured his back, making him see all his prior incarnations and finally connecting back to his Avatar state.

I saw the face of god. And then I came back to earth, doubled over in unbearable pain, unable to get up or even move.

So I got a severe case of Lumbago. Great. To deal with my frustration, I will chew and spit an entire loaf of bread and a whole can of pringles.

So once again I've had lumbago and I am much too young for the number of cases I've had lumbago*, which is 5. Indeed, I hope most people won't experience even a single one their whole lives.

The pain killers are kicking in and I should get moving (going for a walk would be good), but as I got up, I felt nauseous and dizzy. I already spent half an hour on the mat today and stretched but fuck me– it's a pain once the meds wear off.

I took the last dosage of the muscle relaxants I got and wish me luck my muscles won't cramp up again.

So I guess I'll stay on the couch, laying flat? Yesterday I felt so much better.

*fun fact: The German word is Hexenschuss, which translates to sting of a witch since the pain usually comes all of a sudden.

Not so fun fact: 6 days ago(last friday) I was crawling and in tears when I got back from the toilet and I barely drank 500 ml all day to avoid going in the first place. I've never felt such pain before.

What is sciatic disc disease?

- Trauma: Intense physical effort or trauma to the back can cause a herniated disc.

- Posture: Poor posture can put excessive pressure on the intervertebral discs.

How is sciatic disc disease treated?

Treatment for sciatic disc disease depends on the severity and duration of symptoms. It may include :

- Conservative treatments:

o Rest: It is important to limit activities that aggravate the pain.

o Medication: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and muscle relaxants can help relieve pain.
