Don’t know what happened to me but I felt a burst of energy and I felt like taking a lil walk around the neighbourhood when I came back from work.

Got myself as a reward some foodie food :3

But I walked a lot and I feel energised and am back home and I even saw a movie set which was a pure coincidence bcs I almost walked on the movie set on the street while they were filming this idk documentary or old movie (???) not exactly sure but still funny.

I slept shit last night but despites that I pushed through (I know I know shouldn’t do that might cause crash later) and I had 40 calls today which was a bit too much for my own taste. Monday and Tuesday with only 25-30 calls it felt too nice lol.

Maybe , maybe if the pots meds work , I might be able to walk to and back to work which would help me a lot for my weight loss and for my all in all condition. I want to be able to walk again longer distances 🥹

The day I learned lumbago just meant lower back pain was the day I fully devolved into an old prospector.

I’m happy my GP is so friendly.

She told me that Psoriasis can cause Back Pain issues and cause my weight issues and making it hard to lose weight. She gave me referrals to specialists that can help me with weight loss in a healthy way figuring out how to do it with my insulin resistance.

She even gave me an info pamphlet for a psychiatrist bcs I told her about my chronic anxiety and that my former psychiatrist ghosted me.

Apparently there is this thing called Spondyloarthritis and Psoriatic Arthritis is a subcategory of this and whelp. I have Psoriatic Arthritis and it makes fucking sense why I am in pain and my back pain is chronic and has flares due to high impact emotional stuff or when shit hits the fan and my autoimmune system decided to go flare flare flare mode.

I do not wanna find out what else is wrong with me but it feels like the list gets longer and longer and I’m getting chronically iller…

Today I walked to the pharmacy and back total adventure of 30min…when the pharmacy is like 4min walking from where I live but holy shit this 30min felt like I worked 8h! I was so tired after that. I had to take a nap.

I was on the verge of passing out due to pots and had to do a pitstop at my mom’s office which is in the same building we live in. I had a pulse of 161bpm just from walking in a slow pace and breathing normally. Had to chug down some mineral sparkling water bcs lately I love that and it gives me the feeling I hydrated better and it gives me the stuff I need.

What causes sciatic disc?

- Trauma: Intense physical effort or trauma to the back can cause a herniated disc.

- Posture: Poor posture can put excessive pressure on the intervertebral discs.

How is sciatic disc disease treated?

Treatment for sciatic disc disease depends on the severity and duration of symptoms. It may include :

- Conservative treatments:

o Rest: It is important to limit activities that aggravate the pain.
