RAHH this took longer than I thought but HIII, this is basically a collab between me and @grimreaperauthority !!! The whole idea to give the grim reapers tails was Grim's idea!! Meanwhile my idea was to base them off on HTTYD dragons!! (I'm going through a rot okay)

I'll list off what dragon was assigned to each reaper when designing them:

Grell is a Monstrous Nightmare

Ronald is a Hideous Zippleback

William is a Deadly Nadder

Othello is a Changewing

Undertaker is a Boneknapper

Ludger is a Timberjack

Sascha is a Night Fury

Unfortunately I didn't get to drawing Alan and Eric, they'll be done in another post later on 💔🙏

Also yeah you're not seeing things, Othello is indeed on a roomba, vroom vroom

Los 10 Shinigamis hasta ahora presentados. Mi propia versión de la colección "Bitter Rabbit Funtom". Originalmente, sólo sería Grell, pero poco a poco esto se salió de control y literalmente, se reprodujeron como conejos 🤣.

What animal would you see each of the Grim Reapers as (the Grim Reapers we’ve been introduced to anyway)?

As an example, I personally see Othello as a Brown Recluse spider :))

“The recluse of the forensics division coming all the way here… What could’ve dragged you out of your hole, I wonder?”

For quite a while, and especially after a chat with @bespectacled-bookwyrm, I see Othello as a wee black cat. I think it��s those eyes and his default facial expression plus the hair. He also gives me that vibe as he’s very laid-back yet playful, and he’s not the most social fella around. I can also imagine him owning one too, lol. But brown recluse spider also fits!

As for William, he’s definitely a black panther given the vibes he gives me and his looks. He’s also a very solitary man, just as they often are.

Ronald is either a mongoose or a golden pheasant. The latter fits very well as he’s so showy and sociable. But the mongoose is also a good pick as he’s clever and energetic.

Grelle is a red fox. Mostly because it fits her aesthetic, lol.

Ludger is a bobcat to me. Or a brown shire horse. I only have @shirecob to thank for this - it’s a majestic animal indeed.

Sascha is DEFINITELY a sugar glider. They’re adorable, playful, and very clever. I think Sascha would love having the ability to fly as well, lol. Sugar gliders are rarely aggressive, but very quick to defend their territory.

Is there anyone I’m forgetting? Bc I think there is, lol. Feel free to add on to this!

Even I agree that the full extent of William’s strength hasn’t yet been revealed. And I completely forgot the lengths to which Sebastian went to avoid fighting him 💀

I think William and Undie may be at par, though I wouldn’t be surprised if the former outranks the latter at this point. What I’d like to see if Sebastian taking on the German Reapers this time, lol.

I like to think Ludger is pretty much at par with William, perhaps being a tad more cautious out on the field. He strikes me as the sort who may appear laid-back, but is always on the lookout and is MUCH stronger than he looks.

Fr, I just imagined Ludger swaggering away after combat, scythe still in hand and the corpses of fallen demons he’d just slaughtered surrounding him, while Jay-Z’s Big Pimpin’ plays in the background? 😭

Who’s the Strongest? (Shinigami Edition)

We know the Shinigami are strong, but who’s the strongest and the weakest? Now, this list is PURELY opinion, although I tried to list reasons for each of the placements. This list is arranged from weakest to strongest. Please feel free to disagree. I also was listing this strength mostly from the viewpoint of physical strength and how well they would do in the fight. With all that said, on with the list.
