Lucifer au where shortly after he arrives in LA he’s involved in a car accident with none other than a young Chloe decker with a three year old trixie in the backseat. It’s a minor crash, Lucifer walks away with a slight concussion from smacking his head on the steering wheel and Chloe walks away with bruised ribs from the seatbelt. Lucifer does not.

Anyways, Lucifer is convinced it’s some plot to take him out because hello he’s injured which shouldn’t be possible except for he gets out of the car to confront his would be attacker only to find Chloe too focused on checking trixie over head to toe to give a single flying fuck about Lucifer which is… not what he was expecting. Obvi trixie is fine.

What happens after that is up in the air.

Alternatively, the accident is worse and since Lucifer “nothing can touch me” Morningstar doesn’t wear a seatbelt he gets thrown from the car and ends up in the hospital with amnesia. Only to wake up with Chloe asleep at his bedside holding trixie. And Lucifer is convinced… he’s married???

Anyways I’m very tired so this probably makes very little sense

I do think it would be fun for a time travel fic to happen where the season one characters get to meet with their final season counterparts. It would be fun to see how they try not to alter the timeline and mess anything up, especially when a character, like Lucifer, can’t lie to avoid any conversations. 

Mostly I just like looking at the characters side by side and seeing how things change. The growth of it all, basically.

Rewatching Lucifer because I have no idea where I left off and I have a few thoughts:

Episodes 1-3

- Why is Chloe looking at him like he's the love of her life and she's known him for years? You just met because he involved himself in the murder of someone he cared about and you spent the entire episode wanting him to leave basically. But now that you're shot and all, he the love of your life and you look at him all soft and stuff.

- Dan and Lucifer honestly slay (I could see them like hooking up but that might be because Dan's drama hasn't started yet) (they just give the vibe, especially their first meeting; I can't explain it)

- Ella should already be the main character, where is she? I miss her humor at the crime scenes and technically they haven't even happened yet.

- I love how dramatic everyone is when Lucifer dies his thing on them. I don't remember everyone's eyes twitching and the faces they'd make as he does it but it's just glorious to watch

- Trixie my adorable darling is everything in life and deserves the world

- Maze laughing at the imposter is beautiful

- I didn't realize how thirsty Linda was in the beginning. It's definitely something.

- The way Lucifer just threw the man through the window and three seconds later the guy walks past without a single injury kills me. It also looked like a set up for a hallucination and I was honestly a bit surprised it actually happened.

- Specking of: all the clues are right there Chloe why is it going to take you like three seasons to figure out the b I g secret? So many things in just three episodes. I understand denial but honestly...
