#lucanis neverran hazelnutcake

I tried to make the Nevarrian Hazelnut-cake from Lucanis the first time. I followed not 100% the recipe. 😅

and i didn't use apricots liquore or rum.

but here it is. i will see how it taste tomorrow. and my co worker will try too

Update 09.01.:

Since i had to call in sick today. My husband took it to his work. They all really like it. One comment was: "it tastes outrageous good"

I test it myself later: It is a good cake. :) But it is not my favourite.

ps.: the whole thing has roundabout 5000 kcl. i was curious xD

The cake is soft, the chocolate really good. i miss a little more a hazelnut-taste. and i think it works more with peaches then apricots.
